    I ordered a laptop table order number[protected] dated 4 march 2022 from Amazon India. when I opened it i found it complete broken. I ordered a return and refund of amount paid in the customer care for four consecutive days & they sent a person twice to take the return but he refused to take it saying that the product being returned is completely different from the picture in the app and threw the package containing product on the road and went back in his last visit I again called the customer care and they said some one will come to pick again..No one has come . He did not accept the return and behaved very rudely. This is the harassment they give to their prime members. I request the forum to redress my grievance and provide me relief for the agony and mental trauma faced by me along with refund for the product.

      I have received damaged product / sofas as well as the sofas I have received were of very cheap quality compared to what was shown/listed on Amazon.in.
      Despite of my repeated communication, the seller is not willing to take the return pick-up and processing my refund. I have raised a-to-z claim also in Amazon twice. Those got cancelled due system error/issue without any fault at my end (as informed by the Amazon team).
      I tried contacting Amazon customer service multiple times (at least 7-8 times) and every time they tell me that they will get back in 48 hours or a week and resolve the matter. But so far they haven't responded back on any of the call nor they have resolved the matter.
      The seller's listing on the Amazon platform looks to be fraudulent and misleading.

      I am attaching the all communication with the seller on the Amazon platform which is visible to Amazon as well. It is causing a mental harassment to me. No support from Amazon and the seller (Avian homestore).
      Now, the only hope is from you to resolve the matter and get my hard earned money back.

      Also, request you to please take appropriate action on Amazon and the seller.

        The product (laptop table) that was delivered was found broken in to pieces on opening the parcel...When delivery agent was asked to take it back he refused and asked to contact amazon...For four days i was talking to their team of customer care executives and each passing on the blame to previous person that on system they have not entered the return request correctly and now we have done and there will be mo problem in picking up the damaged product and issuing refund...But the delivery agent comes and misbehaves, fights and says he has no instruction to pick up the damaged product...And throws it om the road and goes away...Such nonsense is not tolerable..And they should be punished severely for providing such service who are prime members and have had long association with them.

          when we got these items, price tag was missing. which informed to the customer care people also

          when we exechagned and got the new items ..that time also price tag was not found..

          we we called customer care they all the time lied " if this return pickup failed we will intiate advance refund " .. but not happend

            I ordered this at (rs.1890) but I received defferent product (black colour) and bad condition. it's totally waist because my car seat is grey i don't use it anyway. Produc delivered at 2/3/22 at address those i given. When I opened it seemed different. After i called Amazon customer care and register my complaint and he told me wait for 3 days. after that I asked him to give me complaint ID but he denied and told me it is our internal investigation matter we don't give you complaint ID. In 5/3/22 i call Amazon customer care he told me due to result of our internal investigation we don't give you return or refund.he told me at our side we give you right product. I request him so much for return or refund or replacement but he denied and told me sir it's non returnable product.We don't do anything. I also coordinate company by mail. But sam response comes. He denied for return or refund.
            WHAT IS WANT:- I WANT ONLY RETURN OR REFUND FOR THIS PRODUCT (1890 rupees).
            Note:- NOW SO MUCH HARASSMENT I DON'T WANT REPLACMENT. BECAUSE AT YOUR SIDE YOUR TEAM MEMBERS TOLD ME IT'S NOT RETURNABLE OR NOT REPLACEMENT PRODUCT.

            when i registered complaint here after 10 hours Amazon send a mail.
            In this mail they told me You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days. till now there is no reply from company representative.
            i am so much frustrated and suffering from 2/3/22 till now my problem not solve.

                Respected Sir/Madam,
                I ordered a Slim pant from Amazon's site named Parx Men's Slim Pant whose price was 1119/- and it was delivered to me successfully. But after it delivered to me I found that it has cloth of very poor quality and that's why I decided to return it. Pickup Boy came to me and picked up the package. After 9 to 10 days I waited for the response from Amazon regarding my refund for slim pant. Amazon customer executive told me that we got a fake product instead of the original so we can't refund you the money. They gave me a mail address and told me that for further information you can mail on that address and raise your issue there. I raised my that I didn't cheated you. It was by delivery boy who picked up my return and he surely exchanged the original with duplicate but they are not understanding my words and they told me clearly that we can't refund you money back. If its not my fault then why would I have to make loss for both thing- money which u got and that poor quality product which delivery boy got.
                Sir trust me I am innocent and please help me in any possible way. Thank you

                  I am unable to cancel below order since delivery timelines is 31 March 2022.
                  Your Amazon service portal is not helping me do cancellation, neither your Amazon CHAT service is helping me since it is only giving me options about delivered book but no options provided for Cancellation/pending delivery items.
                  Shipment is still not done for below order & hence I should be able to cancel the order, but I M not able to do thru Amazon site.

                  Amazon "Call me" option is also not working, I feel cheated for having trusted Amazon, I am very much disappointed for having 3 weeks delivery timeline and my order cancellation request not being accepted.

                    I bought the iPhone 12 few days ago and while I was buying, the seller was showing the MRP 79900, but when I received the product the MRP was 65900 which is a clear case of misleading the customers.

                      This is regarding the watches (CASIO) which I ordered on 6 march 2022 . I have received only the watch boxes without the watches I have spent RS 13290 on 2 watches which wasn't t delivered to me and after following it up with the customer care department they said they cant help me in my matter Amazon is such a big company and this is the kind of service you provide to your customers I have purchased that watch from my first salary which was a gift to my husband and sister i m so heart broken that your customer service is blaming me that i have misplaced the watches why would I do that I have purchased so many expensive electronic items from Amazon But i am sorry to say this wasn't expected from your big brand. I hope you will look into my matter and resolve it .

                        Hi,

                        I haven't received three of my orders of a total value of around 90k not have I received the refund and it has been 1 months now. I have been in touch with the customer care team regularly for the refund but the have denied my claim and they have not suggested any solution for my refund. I have also escalated this to @amazonhelp twitter Handel who also are not processing my refund request.

                        I request you to help me with. Refund of all three of my orders.

                          Without my permission or my authentication or my knowledge, my Amazon pay balance deducted against Airtel dth recharge ( i don't have any dth connection).
                          I raised complaint about this to Amazon, but they are not responding properly or not giving correct solution. They don't know from which device it deducted & for whom account it transferred. Finally no proper response.

                            The refund for the following orders has not been credited to my bank account. When I talked to Amazon customer care they said that it has been processed from their side and it's stuck from bank's end so contact to your bank. But when I contacted to my bank I found out that the amount has not been processed and it has been stuck because of Amazon only. I was expecting this refund on 2th or March but didn't get it. And from there onwards I have been juggling between bank and Amazon.
                            Please look after this issue and solve it as soon as possible.

                              I was returning a product from Amazon. Amazon had said they will pick up the product the next day. The person from Amazon came to pick it up.
                              As I was taking a nap, it took me about 4 minutes to bring the package down. At that point the person refused to take my package.

                              A few moments later his van was in front of neighbour's house. When I asked him again to take the package back, he refused to take it again.

                              I do not why the pick up person from Amazon refused to take the return package. Now my return date will be crossed in a couple of days, I will be charged for items for which Amazon had agreed to take back.

                                  I have ordered a Samsung M12 mobile on Feb 12 2022 and received the same on 14 Feb. But the item is found defective and initiated replacement for the same. It has been 25 days and no person has reached for collection of defective item. But status says representative approached and we are unable to meet them. Order details are attached for reference.
                                  We have made almost 50 calls and chats with amazon customer service and still no change.

                                      I ordered oppo enco buds TWS on 4th march, 2022 and at that time it showed delivery estimate to be 7th march, 2022.But today on 7th march, 2022 its showing as already delivered on 6th march, 2022.I asked my family members but none of them have recieved the order on behalf of me.
