I purchased this [censored] mattress from Amazon and after I used it for the first night, it had deep dents, I am 50 kgs BTW.
I raised a return for the same and the guy came in a bike and refused to take the mattress back as it’s not possible to get it carried in his bike, since then I have been calling Amazon on weekly basis and they are absolutely doing nothing. All the agents has asked me to wait for 48 hours and 72 hours.
I have been really patient and now it’s been 2 months and the issue is still unresolved.
I spoke to a girl named Vandana and she placed my call on hold for 30 mins. I spoke to Pavithra on 9 Feb and she was able to find out that the seller has been giving wrong information and also the tracking number which they mentioned for return request was incorrect and if the seller doesn’t pick the product in a weeks time they need to initiate the refund.
Today I have no sign of contacts and I spoke to Asutosh and I also spoke to him on 5 Feb. He is very inefficient to be called from senior department. He lied me last time that I will get contacted in 72 hours and today today his reply was same nothing different.
When I started cross questioning, if the seller will not be contacting me in 6 months, will you make me wait for 6 months and his answer was blunt YES.
Are you serious here? I am not sure what your escalation team has been doing since last 2 months. I will post this in social media and complain to consumer forum that I am been lied in serval occasion and given wrong commitments.
I NEED MY MONEY BACK IF YOUR SELLER CANNOT AFFORD TO COLLECT THE PRODUCT.
I have sent them pictures and videos too.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
