On 14 March 2022 I ordered a product (redmi 11 prime) and the price of the product was 12499. This is the Order I'd:[protected].On 19 March was the date of initiation of the refund and still my refund has not credited in my account.

      After returning the exact same product they are still denying the refund.

      The pickup guy very well checked, matched the images of the product and then picked it up.

      They are still not ready to refund and harassing me for 10 days

        I order an SSD called Samsung t7
        sir got a product which is ok from outside I got some performance issue and I make a return request on 17 March and the product was picked up on 18 March and I wait for 5 days when I don't get a refund I contact amazon .amazon told me to wait 3 days if the seller not initiated refund then amazon give me the refund and after 3 days I content amazon and they say I send the wrong item.
        sir, it can't possible because Amazone verify the product before pickup if the product is wrong then the amazon delivery boy was not picked the product.

          Hi Amazon

          I have made a purchase via Amazon ( order I'd[protected]

          The product was supposed to get delivered by 26th Mar but delivery is getting rescheduled every day.. it was supposed to arrive yesterday but it didn't. The delivery guys are not even trying to reach out to me regarding the order

          I spoke to one of the delivery guy and he just picks the call and replies contact customer service and ends the call. Totally unprofessional.considering that the product has already been paid upfront I deserve to get an update on where my product is

          Please help as soon as possible as this is going around a week

                Order id is[protected]. I have ordered this product on 23 rd march and the amount is 5899 rs. Immediately due to a quality issue i have applied for the return and the seller has approved my return i have attached the screenshot of the same. Now amazon pick up logistic is neither giving call and in this way at least amazon customer service had arranged 4 times return pick up. Today it is 28th march yet the product is not picked up. Amazon customer service is giving different excuses and tall promises. Verbally something else and in mail they are mentioning something else. One of the customer service executive said that you can take action. Previously amazon india was much better. Regretting that i have ordered from amazon. Now again purposely they have given 5th time return pick up on 31st march. Am attaching all the screenshots and i have highlighted. Infact amazon have not published my review too about pickup logistic team. Kindly do the needful.

                  I Placed order of Rs. 89, 990 using ICICI UPI Handle [protected]@icici on 11 March at 10:34 PM.
                  My order was placed successfully and amount was deducted.
                  When I check my Mobile after sometime, I received Password Reset SMS which i did not requested but Amazon India reset my password and change my email on behalf of some hacker or insider of amazon employee and My Account was Hacked. the Email in my account was changed by the hacker and as Hacker was not able to change Mobile Number so i received all SMS notifications. My Order number[protected] was Cancelled and the Refund was given in my Amazon Pay Account as vouchers which was misused by hacker as he was having access to my account. I just received SMS for Amazon Pay Reference ID mentioned below: [protected] ₹10000 [protected] ₹10000 [protected] ₹9990 [protected] ₹10000 [protected] ₹10000 [protected] ₹149 [protected] ₹10000

                  I did not request any refund in Amazon Pay Account and it is big mistake by amazon that they refund the order amount in amazon pay balance and it is fault of Amazon the refund the amount in Amazon pay Account and not in BANK, that was original payment method. If order is cancelled they must refund it in my bank account from where payment was done, then this all issue would not have occurred and my amount would also be refunded safely back but they did it deliberately which i think is role of some inside from amazon as they cannot reset my account details without calling me on my number i.e. [protected] which is registered in the amazon account. I was shocked and immediately called amazon team and have requested amazon many times but they are not helping me. My money is lost and my order also. Now i request strict action against Amazon and refund my money with Interest otherwise I will approach Court for the same. Someone from Amazon Employee is involved in this case as i never requested for Password Change and they changed password, changed email without my concern. My UPI Transaction of Rs. 89, 990 was not refunded back to my source account from where payment was made. If order was cancelled then refund is to be done in my original payment method. I never requested to send refund in my amazon account which was hacked and i was not able to use it. I am still not able to use the account. Kindly help me to get my money back or my ordered product delivered. I never cancelled my order nor i asked for any refund. All was done by hacker which i think is someone insider from amazon india employee.

                    My wife order New Mobile phone to give gift to me.
                    She asked to her brother and her brother help him to buy mobile. (they ordered on 25/03/2022)

                    When I received the parcel on 27/03/[protected]@ 5.55pm. I found (ONE + NORD 6B ram)that the configure is not good hence I request to my wife to replace and buy upgraded product (one plus nord 8GB ram).
                    But due to amazon policy i can not replace or return item if their is any error of damages.
                    hence i talked to Customer executive of Amazon help center on 28/03/2022 and made request to replace or return but they not agree on any one of the issue.

                    Sir there is very short time (with in 24hr of receiving [protected]@ my door step) how can they not accept my returns/replace.
                    Please help in this issue.

                              Hello Dear Amazon Team.
                              I order all my stuff from Amazon, And I am also happy with Amazon. But for the first time after years of faith or trust, a fraud has happened to me. I have received empty box from Amazon. I ordered a smartwatch and didn't receive it. there is only a charging cable. As at the time of delivery we cannot open the product and check.The product was completely sealed from above like every time but the packaging was open from inside.
                              I am basically a regular customer of Amazon and prefer to order products from Amazon itself. But if this type of fraud happens with customers then I will have to order from some other shopping site.
                              Today Amazon is because of the trust and faith of the customers. And I guess you wouldn't want to lose your regular customer.
                              Dear Amazon either refund me or deliver the product to me.

                                  Amazon Seller Account Suspended and Halted all my Funds and Not responding to my Plan of Actions

                                  Dear sir, we started selling on Amazon under the name AEONZ in the sports and fitness category. On March 12, 2022 Our Selling account was suspended with reason for forge or manipulated documents. But we never submitted any forged or manipulated documents.

                                  We appealed the decision with all our invoices, supplier details, product images from our warehouse but the merchant review team did not respond to our appeal. Our payments...

                                    I purchased a Ride-on electric bike from Amazon. I received it on 23rd Feb 2022 and as some of the functions were not working I requested for a return on 25th/26th Feb 2022. The pickup guy came but said this item will be picked up by a Truck as the item is big. Since then no one contacted me nor came for the pickup. I have contacted costumer care through Chat and Call 6-7 times but every time they say it will be done in 3 days. Till today, no pickup was done and I didn’t get my refund of Rs. 12, 590/.

                                    It has been a month since I raised a return request and I didn’t get any solution from Amazon customer care.!! The order number is : 7574705

                                      Through Amazon I ordered 74Wh battery from SellZone and paid the cost instead I received 42 wh battery. Though I raised a return product in Amazon the same day, no one from Amazon pick up team collected this wrong product (which is still between the return period as per their policy) from me instead they kept messages (few) saying I was away and my house is locked, but I am in WFH.
                                      No proper response from Amazon for the wrong product delivery and return/refund. Finally for a wrong product I paid the cost and the product no use to me.

                                      Both Amazon and SellZone not genuine and takes customer care.
