So, I returned a product on 17th march and today i received an email that no refund will be issued as i have returned wrong product. Well, in my defense, I have returned whatever product was delievered to me.
So, today I called the customer care of amazon and call was forwarded to a specialist who says, we have been informed to not take any action in this case. I asked her to either give me the product back or give me my refund. She very conveniently says, i am sorry i have to disconnect the call now and cuts the call.
Well, tell me what should i do now. I don’t have the product nor am i getting my refund.
Either give me the product back or issue me a refund, Amazon. What is this behaviour?

Updated by navalika PS: how stubborn is this company? Not issuing a refund, not giving me the product which I have given back on the return pickup. Like legit they have just take 1k from me and given nothing.
