This is in regards to misleading information shared in purchasing iphone13 and total protection plan for 1 year, I tried placing order for iphon 13 with mobile protection plan in single order, but due to some issue i was not able to do it, so i requested a call from Amazon for help to created a order, however they denied and asked me to order protection plan and iphone13 separately but should be bought on same day. so accordingly i placed 2 separate order for Quesscare protection plan Order Number:[protected] and Iphone13 Order Number:[protected] on 22nd Jan at 5 minutes gap, but i recieved the mobile and tried activating the policy by calling on quesscare toll free on, they said i am not eligible and asked me to cancel the plan. i called back again to Amazon on misleading in purchasing the mobile and protection plan, and asked them to collect mobile and refund the entire amount 71389.66 Rs for both orders, now they say they cannot do anything and not resolving my issue. I am calling them from last 7 dats, but no response recieved
