I ordered a few grocery items on Monday, 31 January, 2022 (order number:[protected]. Out of 16 items I ordered, I received only 1 correct item with 1 wrong item, nothing else. On the website it shows all items are delivered.

    My registered mobile no. in Amazon is [protected].

    I have requested for return of Egate i9 pro max android full HD projector on 18th Jan 2022.

    Delivery agent from your side came on 19th January for pick up and I have returned the same to him but it is not updated yet in my Amazon account.

    Mobile no. of delivery agent is [protected].

    I have called customer service center many times but they have not provided any resolution.
    After that I have mailed to the amazon customer service and yesterday they responded that they have not received the item so they can't refund the amount.

    Further, I have returned the item to the agent and after that what happened it is not in my hand. I don't know what happened next it is not my responsibility to deliver the goods to Amazon warehouse,

      Purchased lenevo i7 laptop exchanging Dell i5 laptop on 26th Jan through my credit Amazon ICICI Credit card.(Tracking ID:[protected]
      New laptop package cancelled on 29th Jan by Courier delivery person named Vignesh(Mob: [protected])showing that laptop has two holes.
      The delivey person was more interested to check the holes instead of laptop functionality. I showed him laptop ON/OFF and page navigation with
      the help of internet along with Battery back up 3 to 4 hours. Once the Delivery person cancelled, I asked help from cutomercare to technical team(Asha and her manager)
      adding the screen shots of the exchange laptop. The technical team convinced and again processed for redelivering laptop again on 30th Jan. The second time
      same delivery person came to give the new laptop and showed me message that instead of exchange of Dell laptop, new laptop lenevo i7 mentioned for exhange.
      I told Delivery person to wait and discuss the issue with customercare and try to resolve the issue. He did not listen to me. The delivery peson quickly rejected the package
      for the second time showing that new laptop mentioned for the exchange.

      I agained called customer care on 30th jan after package got cancelled. Customercare found it first time deliver mistake was delivery person.
      Second time delivery mistake was techinical team which placed the order for exhange of new lenevo laptop i7.After second time rejection, the
      Customercare person told me that you package will be cancelled permanenetly. You will return money 3to 5 working days.

      Everybody doing the job for name sake . At the end customer is not happy. I am in deep mental depression since 5 days due to Amazon miscommunication. Who will pay for that pain ?

        I purchased a Luvlap Adore Electric Breast Pump with 2 Phase Pumping, Rechargeable Battery, 2pcs Breast pads free, Soft & Gentle, BPA Free from amazon on 1 November 2021 Order#[protected] for Rs. 2, 756.00.

        The device comes with a 1 year warranty and has suddenly stopped working. There is no way to get the warranty enforced and amazon customer service is not helping either as they have refused to provide warranty post return period.

            I ordered a product from Amazon which I did not get in the box. So I am trying to talk to the Amazon team from last 7 days and they are denying the issue without any further information and not helping me.I keep ordering from Amazon. But this problem has come to me for the first time. I didn't expect this from Amazon, So I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible they either replace the product or raise refund.

                Company denied to provide replacement though product has policy even ceo desk denied i agreed to get refund only on cr card or gpay or paytm however they ignore my email and forcefully transferred 2150 to amazon pay i deleted amazon from my fone laptop as its a fraud company. Now need help to get money to my bank or cr card because amazon pay doesnt give option to transfer to bank or pay cr card bill or do gpay paytm. additionally amazon customer care agents dropped my 2 calls when i called them ceo desk didnt call me nor gave no to talk they denied to return my exchange phone. i paid for new working fone however they send me defective product. help me get compensation for delaying harassing and insulting me not following policy though it was available.

                    Hi there,
                    Amazon has been fooling around for 3 months with the amount of INR 18, 383. Every time it is a different story from the team. I hope you will look into this – the customer-care/leadership team always says the backend team will not respond – it is a very frustrating experience. I guess you can help with that- 100+ calls made so far ;
                    Unfortunately, these kinds of experiences make me lose trust in American companies serving in india, I'm sure Amit Agarwal or the senior team are able to help with that.
                    I need my money back. Please investigate and take firm action against the responsible team. The worst part is that even though Amazon confirms to me they have received my money, they never refund it! Worse experience - Hope you don't serve INDIA with this worst service.

                          This is regarding ORDER #[protected]. Product is Samsung M12 mobile, Order date 30th Dec 2021, for amount Rs. 10245.
                          Item was delivered but was deflective so I informed Amazon and they arranged Inspection Service with their service partner from their end.
                          Inspection was done on 9th Jan 2022, and the person also reported issues with phone. For same Amazon created replacement of same based on inspection feedback.
                          Next day on 10th Jan 2022 the phone was picked up at morning appx. 8.30 AM. I was getting calls/sms after pickup again on same day
                          so reported this to amazon through call on 10th Jan 2022 itself.

                          I have continuously mentioned in my conversations with Amazon that it looks like Fraud to me and someone from your Service Provider,
                          Logistic partner are involved in this. I strongly feel your mobile phone inspection service (VECARE) person who visited day before is part of this.
                          After multiple follow-ups its clear that Amazon does not value customers and neither taking any action and nor providing my replacement.
                          Based on evidences and video footages are available where it can be clearly seen item was picked up on mentioned date and time.

                          Its been mental harassments for last 18 days, hence am using public and consumer forum to report this.
                          I am Amazon customer from 10+ years now. I hope Amazon act on this and resolve issue with replacement or refund.

                            I have returned wasnmayi women's kanchipuram silk blend ee order no.[protected] dt. 22.01.2022 on 26.01.2022 vide Amazon Return Id : D3ls7ZnVRRMA order ID :[protected] dt. 22.01.2022. Pickup Tracking ID :[protected]. However return status not updated. It shows only pick up scheduled on 26.01.2022. Not mentioned about item picked up date & time. Your representative has already collected the item from us. So please look into & do refund the amount at the earliest.

                              I have recently bought my 5 th lenovo computer from appario sales, my 4th lenovo aio from amazon itself, but this time they have delivered the product with wired keyboard and mouse where as in the product description it clearly states it come with a wireless keyboard and mouse, to justify my claim i even have the snapshot from the amazon site, on my cvomplain they sent the same product again as exchange as now i have already paid for it they are not helping in getting the right product delivered as exchange and the seller seems to be not cooperating, this is definitely cheating as they highlight a different product and deliver something else, i have required proofs to justify my claim

                                Hello,

                                My order:[protected] which was placed on 13/12/2021 of value 594 INR is not visible in my account. Order is not reaching and tracking is not available. I called customer service 3 times but they cannot solve the problem. I have already submitted the order details and bank transfer details to customer service. Still after a month, the refund is not issued by canceling the order.

                                This is an IT issue from amazon. And an end customer cannot wait to get the product/refund due to an IT issue from your end.

                                I am attaching again the bank transfer details -refer date 13/12/2021 Ref No: T[protected] transfer for 594 INR to Amazon.

                                I expect a quick closure to this issue.

                                I wrote to amazon several times and still no response at all.

                                  I had ordered a maroon chiffon saree on 26th of October 2021, instead I recieved a cotton pink saree on 28th of October.
                                  So I asked for a refund through Amazon pay balance .
                                  On 29th of October item was returned back to the delivery partner from Amazon.
                                  It's been almost 3 months and I have not received any refund still.
                                  Till now I didn't had issues with Amazon but this is for the first time n it's disappointing too.
                                  So please enquire about the refund for this order .

                                    Hello Team,
                                    I ordered Asus TUF gaming laptop 2 quantity 10 days ago of 1.16 lakh cost.
                                    Initially it is showing 28 January as estimated delivery date so I thought it would come on or before delivery date.But from last I didn't seen any changes in location on tracking.My order is stuck in Bhiwandi (Mumbai) from last 5 days.So whenever I discussed with shipping company they told me that your order is placed on hold by Amazon due to e-way bill or something.
                                    But what is my mistake in this I already made a payment so I don't care what issue is there.
                                    And Amazon customer care executives taking this thing lightly they didn't want to look into my issue properly.

                                        I have not received my refund of my returned order[protected] in my bank account. I have already talked to amazon customer support executive but they coudn't give me any solution instead they told me that they have initiated my refund amount. But the fact is they have initiated the amount to my previoudly closed sbi account. They also provide me a transaction id[protected] and said that the amount is being debited from amazon side but the problem is I have not received the amount on my bank account. So, I kindly need to get back my amount to my existing sbi account which is being updated on amazon.
