Amazon has been fooling around for 3 months with the amount of INR 18, 383. Every time it is a different story from the team. I hope you will look into this – the customer-care/leadership team always says the backend team will not respond – it is a very frustrating experience. I guess you can help with that- 100+ calls made so far ;
Unfortunately, these kinds of experiences make me lose trust in American companies serving in india, I'm sure Amit Agarwal or the senior team are able to help with that.
I need my money back. Please investigate and take firm action against the responsible team. The worst part is that even though Amazon confirms to me they have received my money, they never refund it! Worse experience - Hope you don't serve INDIA with this worst service.
