It's been 25 days since I raised ticket on Amazon website on 23 December 2021 regarding the pick up issue against Order Id:[protected], and also the delhivery courier partner has confirmed that the pick up has been done and its been delivered in other AWB Id. And also I raised the issue on Social Media platform on 03 January 2022 but they are also not responding and giving the false statements every time I contacted them. After I forwarded the mail i.e., received from Delhivery courier then also they are not responding, and also I am attaching the same for your reference. Kindly do the refund ASAP,
