I Am a Prime member and I was supposed to get the product delivered within the said time limit. I have ordered this product and it was supposed to deliver between 09.00 PM IST to 11.00 PM IST today(24-Feb-2022). But the product remains undelivered. There were no calls or SMS from the Delivery executive regarding the delivery but still, the person marked the product as undelivered. Is this the Amazon service standard?
For Reporting this issue I have contacted the customer care person, Mr.Ashish, on-call. But that was again the biggest disappointment of customer service.
The customer service person has tried to reach the Delivery executive but he is even not able to connect with the Delivery person.-And the Customer care Person said he can refund the amount. Without even identifying what is the issue he is ready to give a refund and without understanding the customer's issue he can directly provide only a refund and he is said he doesn't have any other option.
When I have asked to raise a ticket on this issue to Mr.Ashish (Amazon customer care agent) he said, he can't raise an issue for this kind of issue. The Product itself is not delivered and what kind of issue then amazon will raise the ticket? and I have even asked to connect with a senior excitive who can understand the issue help me with that, He said there are no session customer care executives working in amazon during the Night hours. Is the kind of customer care service amazon provides and expects the customer to order through amazon.com.
Moreover this 2nd time - I am facing the same issue where the team did not deliver and your executive marked it as delivered, Even for that I have raised the issue but there was no response from Amazon apart from the refund.
I Am very much disappointed with Amazon's delivery and customer care services. Amazon has not followed the delivery timeline and I need compensation for not delivering the product. And also the website should change from Delivered to Not delivered as the product is not delivered.
After reporting this issue on Amazon. I have not received any call or email for updating the issue raised. And I have context again the amazon customer service on chat and the person has given information that product was not delivered on scheduled time due to transportation issue and its marked as delivered due to technical issues.
There are no proper responses or proper follow-up from amazon regarding my concerns raised. I need an update on my below concerns.

The Product was supposed to deliver last night between 9.00 Pm to 11.00 PM. But the team not delivered - Why?
When will I get the product which I have ordered?
When the item not delivered- Why it's marked as delivered?
If there is a transportation issue and if the item is not delivered. Why there was no information to me regarding the delivery.
When will be the compensation will proceed for not delivering the product and marked it as delivered?
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
