Dear sir,
I bought kurta payjama from amazon.in, order no.[[protected]]
Which due to bad condition, i sent it back to amazon.com. But i have not received his refund yet. While your amazon customer care is the matter. Those people say that we have put your refund in your account but it has not happened in my account yet. I talked about my branch and customer care. He has said that none of your refunds have been received here.

      Hi Team -

      I ordered a OnePlus Neckband from Amazon India on January 17th. The product was delivered quickly. However when I opened the box it was totally damaged and used product which was taped around.
      I filed a replacement request for the same and an Amazon pickup person came to take that order back.

      As per their protocol they need to click a picture of the product and when he saw that the product was broken he declined to take it with him. I told him that it was received like that and that's I'm trying to replace it. He never cared about it.

      I then called amazon customer care and inquired about this. They understood the complaint and initiated another return. To my surprise another person also refused to take the product with him and I had to argue with him.

      I called amazon customer care 5-6 times and they always said we will issue your refund once we get the product back and always their delivery person refused to take the order with him.

      At this point I started having heated arguments with customer service and they started an investigation process where I was asked to send them images of the broken product which I did and still after 1 month no response from them.

      Request you to please help me resolve this as Rs. 2000 is not small amount for which I'm being cheated by Amazon India.

          I had ordered curtains on 20th February 2022 with the order #[protected]. I received the shipment on 23rd February 2022. But when the packet was opened, the product was totally different. I didn't receive the products that I had ordered.

          Regarding this I had raised a complaint on the same day on customer support. They mentioned that the complaint will be investigated by our team and will give the feedback on 27th February 2022.

          When I called on 27th February 2022, I was told that the investigation is complete and I have received the right product.

          Amazon is not listening and they say that no refunds or replacement is possible as they have delivered the right product.

          What should I do now?

            I ordered an item for my mother in Kolkata. I paid for it already online. Delivery man came and asked for money to pay for the item (around Rs 500). My mother thankfully refused to give it as she has never paid before. The item was NOT given to her, but the order is showing as Delivered in my Orders on Amazon India.

            I want Amazon India to resend the item to my mother, else refund my money.

              I have received the different product from Amazon.
              Order no.[protected]
              Order name - reebok aim runner shoes
              Amount- 1712

              The return was initiated by Amazon customer care executive when I provided the damaged box pic and the different product. The return was picked and it was promised that refund will be initiated within 10 days. I called Amazon again and they told me that the pick up was not made but the product was picked up. They told me they are raising the ticket of same issue and asked to wait further for 3 more days. Then I contacted them after 3 days, they said refund cannot be initiated as they have read my Amazon account on the criteria that I have made many return and replacement within a time period. After that they told that refund can’t be initiated because they received wrong product from my side. I proved them by giving pics that the product was delivered wrong. Now they are forcing me to return the product which I don’t have and saying if I will not return the product they will re charge me again for the product.
              Amazon kept misinforming me till
              Date about the product and now pressurising me to return the product or else they will not refund me for the product they picked up . I’m being double charged for the own fault.
              Please help me.

                Dear team

                I was purchased Bluetooth neckband Sony wi xb400 wireless extra bass in ear headphones amount of 2790 and I orderd date 18feb 2022 from @amazon app and I received damaged alredy seal open box I open the box in front of courier boy and box is empty and call the amazon team immediately and then they forward the call to the investigation team.. Then they said leave the courier boy and we accept your complain.. After 30min i call again them and then they said we deliver correct product and we are not responsible for this incidece... And we are not giving you any refund or replacement. So pls help me sir

                    The item was delivered without tag at first place and delivery boy refused to take it back. The items has worst quality not as what was shown in the photo.

                    Amazon has worst customer service no number to reach them and they are very rude. I want refund at any cost.

                          I Am a Prime member and I was supposed to get the product delivered within the said time limit. I have ordered this product and it was supposed to deliver between 09.00 PM IST to 11.00 PM IST today(24-Feb-2022). But the product remains undelivered. There were no calls or SMS from the Delivery executive regarding the delivery but still, the person marked the product as undelivered. Is this the Amazon service standard?

                          For Reporting this issue I have contacted the customer care person, Mr.Ashish, on-call. But that was again the biggest disappointment of customer service.
                          The customer service person has tried to reach the Delivery executive but he is even not able to connect with the Delivery person.-And the Customer care Person said he can refund the amount. Without even identifying what is the issue he is ready to give a refund and without understanding the customer's issue he can directly provide only a refund and he is said he doesn't have any other option.

                          When I have asked to raise a ticket on this issue to Mr.Ashish (Amazon customer care agent) he said, he can't raise an issue for this kind of issue. The Product itself is not delivered and what kind of issue then amazon will raise the ticket? and I have even asked to connect with a senior excitive who can understand the issue help me with that, He said there are no session customer care executives working in amazon during the Night hours. Is the kind of customer care service amazon provides and expects the customer to order through amazon.com.

                          Moreover this 2nd time - I am facing the same issue where the team did not deliver and your executive marked it as delivered, Even for that I have raised the issue but there was no response from Amazon apart from the refund.

                          I Am very much disappointed with Amazon's delivery and customer care services. Amazon has not followed the delivery timeline and I need compensation for not delivering the product. And also the website should change from Delivered to Not delivered as the product is not delivered.

                          After reporting this issue on Amazon. I have not received any call or email for updating the issue raised. And I have context again the amazon customer service on chat and the person has given information that product was not delivered on scheduled time due to transportation issue and its marked as delivered due to technical issues.

                          There are no proper responses or proper follow-up from amazon regarding my concerns raised. I need an update on my below concerns.

                          I need the email with communication we had regarding the below

                          The Product was supposed to deliver last night between 9.00 Pm to 11.00 PM. But the team not delivered - Why?
                          When will I get the product which I have ordered?
                          When the item not delivered- Why it's marked as delivered?
                          If there is a transportation issue and if the item is not delivered. Why there was no information to me regarding the delivery.
                          When will be the compensation will proceed for not delivering the product and marked it as delivered?

                            I had bought a weighing machine which I returned on 7/2/22 and wanted the refund in my bank account. I got a mail from amazon indicating refund has been initiated and contact bank's customer care in case of any issue. After many days of wait, I have not got the refund. Bank's customer care wants me to contact amazon customer care and vice versa while the issue is still unresolved.

                                I ordered 1 tally counter machine rs. 100 on 29 Nov 2021 and in portal showing that order will delivered on 04dec - 08 dec but till today date 21 feb 2022 even i did'nt received my order or either refund seriously its very fake company like seriously they don't even provide the details or anything very very bad company want my refund as soon as possible.

                                      Dear Amazon team

                                      I Binod Kumar Rout brought to your kind notice that my daughter had ordered two books MTG fingertips of physics and chemistry for INR 950 through order no[protected]. The said order was paid on Cash. On 1st attempt we received two books of Chemistry and Biology. Then we spoke to your office to deliver correct items of Physics and Chemistry. On the second attempt we received Physics of 2022 edition and Chemistry of 2020 edition. Again we spoke to your officer to provide new edition of 2022 books but they shown inability to provide. On 8th Feb'22 we returned the defective book to your delivery partner and they offered a refund to this effect with a promise that the refund will be done in 10 business working days. However regrettably the said refund is not yet made by Amazon though 10 business days have gone by.

                                      Please let me know why my money is not yet refunded and how much time is required ?
