On 20-Jan-22, my Amazon order ID[protected] placed on 18-Jan came for delivery. Delivery guy asked me to reset phone since I have to exchange. Delivery person entered a wrong pin in his device and then order status showed cancelled to me.
Technically my phone was also asked and resetted and new phone was also not delivered.
Again, it was promised tomorrow phone will be redelivered by delivery guy. Also, Amazon customer service assured more than in 5 calls (Ramkumar, JoeRichard, Prasanna, Vaishnavi and one more lady from Amazon customer service) that I will get delivery of phone by today within 9 pm (21 st which is next day). I have recorded all the calls. Totally I was false promised and delivery didn't happen today also. Amazon is not clear why they can't deliver. I spent nearly 5 hrs for this alone. I need compensation for the same from Amazon to free deliver the product for all false promise and my time wasted and energy spent on tracking and hearing the same.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
