Respected Sir/Ma'am
On 13th November I ordered (ORDER #[protected] 10 pairs of NIKE shoes from Amazon India. However I received only 8 pairs without proper packaging and without a sealed bag from amazon on 14th december. The two missing pairs(i.e, amount to Rs11334/-). On stating the same concern to the executive, first they denied to register my complaint and after many attempts when my complaint got registered they rejected for a Refund/Replacement saying that according to their investigation the product was dispatched. However in reality I only received 8 shoes in a haphazard manner without a sealed bag. I even have pictures of the manner in which I received the product. I tried to get in touch with amazon and tried to talk to them but amazon is not answering any of my questions. I asked them what did their investigation say, once one executive said he can mail me the details but later the other one denied and behaved in an extremely rude and inappropriate manner.Now, they are not answering my questions and blabbering one same line to every question of mine- “We cannot help you on this” . How is the customer’s fault when an incomplete order without proper packaging is sent over. What are customer support services for when the customer issue is not resolved and the customer is unsatisfied . I really look forward to a prompt response.
