Ordered Cello Super Club Toast n Grill Plus from Amazon with the date of 20 October 2021 and delivery on 24 October. But due to some problem got it replaced (Replacement order:[protected], the date was changed to 27 oct, and I saw that product in front of the delivery boy and that product also had problem (defect). That's why I filed a complaint to return the order itself and this product was returned on November 8th, and it's been almost 1 month now but I still haven't received my refund

    Customer care reply (4 times) -

    "After the order, if the product not in stock, the cancel option will be disabled both customer side and amazon side until the product come to stock. You can not cancel the product and your money will not be refunded until the product come to stock"

    I won't expect like this reply from amazon people... My question is how can they hold my money for this much long period without delivering the product... And not information coming from their side regarding the delay...

    This is the true fraud they had done...

    They have to refund my money and they have to give the right answer for the issue...

      I purchased mobile iphone 11 in amazon oct 2021 and i had prblm with mike in month of dec 2021 i reached to the nearest service center they accepted the mobile to check the prblm after they digonized they found unauthorised modification has been done how can it been done as we have done it apple has given us clear information and denined letter for the service
      Amazon has given us used mobile is this the way amazon treat people just in two months problem has identified amazon is a fraud company selling the mobiles which was used in lower price i attached the denined letter from apple

      I lodged a complaint in government of India National consumer helpline bearing grievance number: 3216562 regarding issue with my mobile that i purchased through online mobe from amazon. Even though the mobile is under warrenty either apple or amazon are not responding for the service. So I request you provide me with service under warranty or direct mobile replacement.

        I had recently ordered a iphone 13 on Amazon India site, and got delivered only the empty box without phone and powercable.Raised the complaint in Amazon customer care and they requested to share all the detail including the unboxing video.But after 3 days I got a mail that refund is not available.Felt bad of this type of customer service

          I got a credit limit 15000 then I went to Amazon website for buying a product I searched a lot products but I didn't buy any product, but after that i seen my credit limit is 0, where is my credit balance and now what can I do?

                Refund amount of 446 and 329 was initiated on 18th DEC and supposed to reflect in my account on 23rd, but I haven't received any amount yet. Amazon customer care person told me to contact bank. I also contacted the bank customer care and he told me that no amount has received from amazon. I want my refund

                  Bought crompron getser through Amazon. After 15days o[censored]se, its not working, so i complained to company, they sent electrician after 1week it got repaired instantly just within 20mins again not working, so i complained again, the electrician said the foil to be replaced I agreed for the replacement of foil inside, later after 20days he came and replaced it, immediately after going out, it's not working again. It's really too bad, waste of my time and money everytime. Contacted Amazon customer care but they were telling me to contact crompton, it's been many times i contacted them, its totally irresponsibility of Amazon

                    My father has a complaint about the order he has placed on
                    amazon.in the order ID :402-[protected]. This was meant to
                    be a gift for his Daughter-in-law on her birthday and when she
                    opened the gift it was some different watch inside the correct
                    product box . They had sent a kid digital watch not even a smart
                    watch . Hence he requested a replacement by contacting a customer
                    service and returned this wrong fake product that he had received .
                    The replacement Order Id :[protected], was received
                    on December 16th, 2021 which was after her birthday and this time
                    when she opened it, it was a complete empty box with only
                    warranty card in it, we had clicked a video as there was no plastic
                    seal on the box of the item . You can check the video attached . After
                    this he has contacted Customer service again every day, they just
                    kept saying wait for 5 days, when he contacted them again today
                    that is December 22, 2021 they are saying that they cannot do
                    anything about it . We kept following up on it everyday . Two times
                    they had confirmed that they have issued a refund and also and they
                    they say I'm sorry we were not able to initiate refund we will
                    connect you to specialty team . I spoke to specialty team for
                    everyday, They said they have raised some investigation and I need
                    to wait, I waited as they asked I did not get my item nor my money
                    back and now they say they cannot do anything . This is completely
                    unacceptable, I being a senior citizen, Cannot agree on losing
                    money unnecessarily and especially when it had been a gift for
                    someone when all my feelings are hurt and also I have lost my money
                    . I need the watch or my money back as I have order . Also the
                    customer service agents are not willing to help at all they just keep
                    me passing over from one person to other I have also attached the
                    chat screenshots that I have taken on my phone, please check the
                    same and help me here . Some of them just disconnect the chat and
                    call even before helping us . This is the most pathetic service we
                    have received from any of the company . I will never every buy
                    anything online and also tell all my friends the same.

                          I ordered one plus earphones but they delivered defective piece. When I raise a request for replacement, they send me empty box. A weight difference can be clearly seen in both the delivered package which leads to missing item but Amazon refuses to send empty box.

                            Amazon upi refund of Rs. 130/-, 77/-, 40/- Total Rs. 247/- with refund ref. No.[protected]///[protected] ///[protected] & order id #[protected] was successful from amazon upi to my indian bank a/c linked with amazon upi. I contacted to the bank but they say that they don't find any RRN similar to that of the above. I have attached screenshots of amazon upi transaction history & of the email delivered today on 23/12/2021.

                              We had Ordered Lenovo 82FG0125IN costing 68k appx. but got 82FG013WIN costing 62k Appx.

                              Attaching the proofs of wrongly delivered model.

                              a)- Serial Number/Model Number on actual Laptop machine Base. - PF369WH3/82FG013WIN
                              b)- Serial Number/Model Number on Invoice - PF369WH3/82FG0125IN
                              c)- Serial Number/Model Number on Laptop Outer Package Box - PF369WH3/82FG0125IN. Model number mentioned on the box is 82FG013WIN but it is made 82FG0125IN by pasting a sticker.

                              So basically the serial number of laptop is PF369WH3 on laptop machine/invoice/packaging box) by Amazon, Seller and Vendor but Model number is different .So the actual model(hardware) we received is 82FG013WIN(cheaper one), not 82FG0125IN(68k)-what we have paid for.I request you to kindly accept the return and issue a refund so that we can make a fresh purchase from amazon.

                                    Made a prepaid order for 4 items and only 3 were delivered. the Jalpenos were not delivered and they are not resolving the issue.
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    No resolution yet. They are conveniently ignoring the problem.
                                    Still no resolution, just blank promises and assurances.
                                    ok they have finally reversed the payment. We still wonder why they failed to deliver the product 'twice' ! Anyway this case seems to have been closed after months of complaining and corresponding but they should have to pay for all the hassle we faced because of 'them'.

Amazon sent the reference number ONUS20211204 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy so pls kindly respond to this complaint its urgent it has happened with me more than 2 times
