My father has a complaint about the order he has placed on
amazon.in the order ID :402-[protected]. This was meant to
be a gift for his Daughter-in-law on her birthday and when she
opened the gift it was some different watch inside the correct
product box . They had sent a kid digital watch not even a smart
watch . Hence he requested a replacement by contacting a customer
service and returned this wrong fake product that he had received .
The replacement Order Id :[protected], was received
on December 16th, 2021 which was after her birthday and this time
when she opened it, it was a complete empty box with only
warranty card in it, we had clicked a video as there was no plastic
seal on the box of the item . You can check the video attached . After
this he has contacted Customer service again every day, they just
kept saying wait for 5 days, when he contacted them again today
that is December 22, 2021 they are saying that they cannot do
anything about it . We kept following up on it everyday . Two times
they had confirmed that they have issued a refund and also and they
they say I'm sorry we were not able to initiate refund we will
connect you to specialty team . I spoke to specialty team for
everyday, They said they have raised some investigation and I need
to wait, I waited as they asked I did not get my item nor my money
back and now they say they cannot do anything . This is completely
unacceptable, I being a senior citizen, Cannot agree on losing
money unnecessarily and especially when it had been a gift for
someone when all my feelings are hurt and also I have lost my money
. I need the watch or my money back as I have order . Also the
customer service agents are not willing to help at all they just keep
me passing over from one person to other I have also attached the
chat screenshots that I have taken on my phone, please check the
same and help me here . Some of them just disconnect the chat and
call even before helping us . This is the most pathetic service we
have received from any of the company . I will never every buy
anything online and also tell all my friends the same.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
