Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that on 12/01/2022 i had placed an order no[protected] of Rs.2190/- from amazon & expected delivery time given to me was 5-6 business day but on 16/01/2022 i received message from amazon that my order has canceled
& refund of Rs.2140/- has been processed on 16/01/2022 . When I checked from amazon customer care they told me that my order was canceled due to my product being damaged
during transit. But when I asked about a refund of Rs.50/- they told me that a cash back of Rs.50/- was given to me in my amazon account & after deducting cashback amazon has processed my refund.
I am not satisfied with amazon because if a deal is canceled by amazon cashback should be reversed & full amount should be refunded to my account but amazon team is not ready to listin me

    I order a austoic guitar on 13 may 2021 from indian bank from phone pay upi mode my amount is 2369 ordr id is[protected] and refrence id is[protected] refund was process on 11 june 2021 bank said contact amazon and amazon said contact ur bank amazon said i already refund ur amount kindly contact ur branch i didn't get help from anywhere kindly help me pls and one time i contact branch bank manager do complain and my complain id is 10225214 i am running in bank from 8 months and also calling in amazon but i didn't get help from anywhere my account number is[protected] ifsc code is - idib000m233

        I ordered two raincoats from Amazon but as the product's quality was not good, I requested for the return.. Next day I got a call from Amazon delivery boy, he was talking rudely, he said that I'm not able to find your address, it's too complicated but it was too simple he could ask anyone because everything was mentioned in the address.. Even though I explained him the right path very politely.. But the delivery boy was too dumb, he didn't even know the directions, I was asking him to take first South turn or first left turn from his current location but as I said earlier he didn't have any idea of directions so he couldn't take the right path.. And he said come here to return your product otherwise I'm cancelling your return request.. That time I was busy in some other stuff so I couldn't go there to return that particular product.. & the Amazon boy cancelled the return request without seeing the product's condition.. I called him again and said that I have to lodge a complaint against you if you don't come here by evenings but he was like I have cancelled your request, do whatever u want to... His behavior was too rude.. He lacks the basic etiquettes to talk with customers... He doesn't deserve this job.. I'm providing his contact number too, it might help you to take appropriate action against him [protected]

          I have purchased 3 items in one order costing Rupee 6, 497 ( order no[protected]. But one of the golden dupatta costing Rupee 2, 499 was missing I did not received the item in the package when I contacted your service provider.I have filed a complaint with Amazon customer service but the response was that they have parceled it but i have the problem is that I have not received the item.No serious investigation was made no communication was held to help me. I wanted to raise the issue of irresponsible behavior. Please kindly go through the issue.
          I want the refund of the missing item that is 2499 rupees of my order.

            My account is on hold i have send too many mails to customer care and also too many call but they didn't not respond

                I have ordered one realme headset and in return I have received an empty box for which i have raised complain to amazon customer care but after a while when i checked box inside a cheap different headset was present inside the accessory box and i called them again they assured me to place a replacement and and it will get affective in 48 hours. Here the story start after 2 days i called them again for the update and they [support executive- Naresh] started abusing me saying i am fraud. I am chasing them from last 18 days and every time they are giving me some different reason and disconnecting the call.

                I am a regular user of amazon site this is first time i am facing such issue and after encountering with customer care i got the reality as they can abuse their customers as well.

                I have spent 4k for that headset and still struggling to get the actual one. Please help me to resolve this issue to provide me my money back.

                      I have ordered the Samsung galaxy M12 on the 1st Jan 2022 but some reason I will return it then Amazon customer care says my amout come in 4 to 5 business days but today 17 Jan 2022 I don't get my amount ₹11599. Then I call again Amazon customer care then they say it's charge distribution contact to your bank but my bank we don't have this type of feature in your bank . please help me I am so disturb.

                          It's been 25 days since I raised ticket on Amazon website on 23 December 2021 regarding the pick up issue against Order Id:[protected], and also the delhivery courier partner has confirmed that the pick up has been done and its been delivered in other AWB Id. And also I raised the issue on Social Media platform on 03 January 2022 but they are also not responding and giving the false statements every time I contacted them. After I forwarded the mail i.e., received from Delhivery courier then also they are not responding, and also I am attaching the same for your reference. Kindly do the refund ASAP,

                            i have ordered a neutridem product on 30-11.2021 . It was to be received on 8.12.2021 but i have not received
                            amazon initiated the refund on 8.12.2021 and it was expected to come on my account within 7 days
                            amazon gave me the refund reference Id :[protected] but the bank (pnb) has still not credited my money

                            This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                                  Hi,

                                  I have received kitchen sink from Amazon against order #[protected]. Received materials was not the same ordered, we have requested refund and the items was picked from my house on 19.12.2021.

                                  Still the online status "Picked up and on the way back", is this logical that you deliver in 5 days but you take infinite time to received the item once its return back?
                                  Is that the right way to do the business?

                                  I have sent 2 reminders to the email
                                  [protected]@amazon.in but no response.

                                  Request is to refund my money immediately.

                                      The item send for delivery from the Amazon office 15Jan 10:45am as per tracker. The destination is 45min away from the delivery office, we waited the whole day but night we received the update on tracker that the delivery delayed based on customer request. But we not received any call from delivery team but wrong statement updated. Attaching the tracker update. Today is 16th Jan still we not received the item.
                                      Really irresponsible Amazon delivery

                                        I had ordered michelin foot pump for Rs.1951 but as both product & shipping box was damaged i had placed replacement. Again replaced product also had same problem. Both product & shipping box damaged hence i contacted amazon regarding unprofessional behaviour. The executive said that 2nd time replacement cant be done and i have to place a new order. But i said if i place new order i wont be able to get the product in same deal/offer. Hence he assured that as fault is from amazon he will transfer the diffrence amount Rs. 344 which im paying extra for new order Rs.2295. Just to b safe i recorded that call in case amazon denies later. And the same thing happened. I didnt receive any call from them as promised. On contrary i called them twice and had to explain the problem twice wasting my time& energy to ladies executives who were unable to help me hence i had to file a complaint against amazon for not transferring diffrence amount as promised
