I have ordered one realme headset and in return I have received an empty box for which i have raised complain to amazon customer care but after a while when i checked box inside a cheap different headset was present inside the accessory box and i called them again they assured me to place a replacement and and it will get affective in 48 hours. Here the story start after 2 days i called them again for the update and they [support executive- Naresh] started abusing me saying i am fraud. I am chasing them from last 18 days and every time they are giving me some different reason and disconnecting the call.

I am a regular user of amazon site this is first time i am facing such issue and after encountering with customer care i got the reality as they can abuse their customers as well.

I have spent 4k for that headset and still struggling to get the actual one. Please help me to resolve this issue to provide me my money back.

    But supplier cancelled the ordered and refund is not received and when I go to customer complaint in Amazon then there is no such option to raise a call as my order is not present in the record history of Amazon orders

        I have ordered the Samsung galaxy M12 on the 1st Jan 2022 but some reason I will return it then Amazon customer care says my amout come in 4 to 5 business days but today 17 Jan 2022 I don't get my amount ₹11599. Then I call again Amazon customer care then they say it's charge distribution contact to your bank but my bank we don't have this type of feature in your bank . please help me I am so disturb.

          I have booked purchase return of two products but amazon pick up boy has not came yesterday Dt. 16/07/22. requested to you please collect return product as earliest possible so we can receive refund against damage and inaccurate product.

            It's been 25 days since I raised ticket on Amazon website on 23 December 2021 regarding the pick up issue against Order Id:[protected], and also the delhivery courier partner has confirmed that the pick up has been done and its been delivered in other AWB Id. And also I raised the issue on Social Media platform on 03 January 2022 but they are also not responding and giving the false statements every time I contacted them. After I forwarded the mail i.e., received from Delhivery courier then also they are not responding, and also I am attaching the same for your reference. Kindly do the refund ASAP,

              i have ordered a neutridem product on 30-11.2021 . It was to be received on 8.12.2021 but i have not received
              amazon initiated the refund on 8.12.2021 and it was expected to come on my account within 7 days
              amazon gave me the refund reference Id :[protected] but the bank (pnb) has still not credited my money

              This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                    Hi,

                    I have received kitchen sink from Amazon against order #[protected]. Received materials was not the same ordered, we have requested refund and the items was picked from my house on 19.12.2021.

                    Still the online status "Picked up and on the way back", is this logical that you deliver in 5 days but you take infinite time to received the item once its return back?
                    Is that the right way to do the business?

                    I have sent 2 reminders to the email
                    [protected]@amazon.in but no response.

                    Request is to refund my money immediately.

                        The item send for delivery from the Amazon office 15Jan 10:45am as per tracker. The destination is 45min away from the delivery office, we waited the whole day but night we received the update on tracker that the delivery delayed based on customer request. But we not received any call from delivery team but wrong statement updated. Attaching the tracker update. Today is 16th Jan still we not received the item.
                        Really irresponsible Amazon delivery

                        Please help..

                          I had ordered michelin foot pump for Rs.1951 but as both product & shipping box was damaged i had placed replacement. Again replaced product also had same problem. Both product & shipping box damaged hence i contacted amazon regarding unprofessional behaviour. The executive said that 2nd time replacement cant be done and i have to place a new order. But i said if i place new order i wont be able to get the product in same deal/offer. Hence he assured that as fault is from amazon he will transfer the diffrence amount Rs. 344 which im paying extra for new order Rs.2295. Just to b safe i recorded that call in case amazon denies later. And the same thing happened. I didnt receive any call from them as promised. On contrary i called them twice and had to explain the problem twice wasting my time& energy to ladies executives who were unable to help me hence i had to file a complaint against amazon for not transferring diffrence amount as promised

                            I have order the Smartwatch on 13 Jan and it was ecpected to delivered on 15 Jan .

                            I called the delivery boy and he said he will reach at 8:00 PM IST.
                            But when i saw the App it mention that the order is cancelled
                            i don't understand without visting home how he can cancel without any communication between us he simple drop the message the order cancel.
                            What about our time .

                                        Hello - There seems to be a huge problem related to hair clippers/trimmers on Amazon. Various Chinese companies seem to be selling and reselling cheap and used products, that ABSOLUTELY DON'T work as expected. If Amazon sees a company's products frequently being returned, that's a sign that the company or product should be banned on Amazon. Additionally, Amazon India needs to have more quality controls in place (Similar to Amazon U.S.) Can you please look into this important issue urgently?
