I have buy a tea&coffee wainding machine in your online amazon after 5days using its getting bad smell from inside the machine so I was complaint to customer care but they have not responce properly so do exchange my product as soon as possible

    The product was a seller product worth of Rs 16377. The product was returned and reached seller. Seller is claiming that they have received duplicate product but i have returned the same product as received as it was not matching with the features. There is some fraud either at Amazon/Seller's courier end. Please investigate it & help me to issue my refund.

      Please note that I have ordered TGK 360 Degree Rotating Leather Smart Rotary Swivel Stand Case Cover for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8 inch 2017 [Model SM- T380 / T385] Black on 22/12/2021 and TGK Executive Leather Flip Cover with Silicone Back Case for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8 inch 2017 (Model SM- T380 / T385) Black on 23/12/2021 and both order return request was sent. both items were suppose to be collected on 30/12 2021 and 31/12/2021 respectively but no one has collected the items. Now on order details it showing is return window is closed. please arrange to collect the items on immediate basis and refund my money immediately

          I ordered an gnc pro whey protein from Amazon order I’d[protected] which I got delivered on 31 of December 2021 and the box seal was broken and there was about half of the powder I called Amazon to complaint and ask for refund they are strongly refusing to take the product back and give any refund the product costs 3500 which is not a small amount pls help me get a full refund of the scam done by Amazon

              Team, I odered a samsung m12 phone from amazon. I am from USA and I ordered it for my parents as a new year gift. The phone was delivered on dec 18 2021 and december 30th I came from USA and opened the box. I saw the phone has cracks and the return window elapsed on december 25th. I never expected only one week of return window as we usually have 30 days of return period in USA, I expected the same in india.

              Now i Spoke with leadership team within Amazon and they are not taking the responsibility as the return window has passed and wanted me to check with samsung team.

              this is so frustrating as i paid for new mobile phone, which came as damaged piece and samsung warrenty doesnt cover the physical damage. n

              I am asking for replace of the same piece and not asking for refund of money . please help in resolving this. I am helpless here.

                I had ordered " Zebra ZD230t Thermal Transfer Desktop Printer for labels " on 05.12.2021 on prepaid payment option and delivered on 10.12.2021 and opened the printer on 12.12.2021 ( labels & ribbons received on 11.12.2021) and i was very much disappointed to saw that printer because printer box is Zebra ZD230t but delivered printer model is GC420t as a lower grade model compare with my ordered item.

                I made a return request on 12.12.2021 at 9:22 PM and i get a message for pickup on 13.12.2021 but not pick up and again make a complaint to amazon customer care on 16.12.2021, then fixed on 18.12.2021 which was again failed.

                Again contact cc on 21.12.21 and agreed to pickup within 48 hours otherwise arrange to advance return pay and the same time assured to pickup and return of amount shall be paid same day once pickup done.

                Printer Pickup carried out on 23. 12.21 and delivery boy informed to return within 48 hours and but still No return my advance payment.

                Finally, today (30.12.2021) contacted with amazon cc enquiring my return and he informed coming 2nd Jan'21 will inform due to investigation is going on.
                Now, i feel that amazon may not return my amount and No Proper commitment or policy is not available for return & No assurance for wrong product delivery.

                Hence, I need my return amount Rs. 11, 259 alongwith my business losses due to delays for return & pickup as well as wrong printer delivery and 25 days of killing my time approx.Rs.5000
                Altogether i need Rs.16, 259 should be settled by Amazon India

                        I ordered a Samsung ssd from amazon worth Rs. 6749. Instead received an empty package worth nothing. I contacted the customer service via chat and was told to wait 5 days for some investigation and i accepted. I have never in my life contacted any customer service either on Flipkart nor amazon until this time. After the investigation was started, the next day i found out that the upper portion of the bag contained tape that was hidden by the two upper flaps of the bag. I hadn't noticed until the investigation started as i teared the bag from side and not from top. I made a video at that point, showing the taping coming of from top of the bag. I was unaware of where to send the video and the new details as investigation was ongoing from amazon. So i posted it on twitter along with photos. After investigation was over, i was told that amazon had concluded that package was delivered intact. Hearing this, i immediately contacted them again stating the above facts that the bag was taped and tampered with and i asked them to start a fresh investigation based on the video and the facts i provided. But i got awful responses from amazon.Since then i have been literally begging on social media and their e-mails. Again getting the same reply that package was delivered intact and we cant re-investigate the matter. I went in Facebook and Instagram too trying to say the same thing again and again and asking at least to re-investigate the matter. But my god! Nothing. I have literally begged them to at least see the video and photos i have posted for gods sake. Again i was told the same statement that "we can do nothing about it. The investigation is done and our word is final". Without any evidence and without paying a heed to the video proof i shared, that is what i was told again and again. I never posted on my social media before but amazon made be beg in their comments, posts and emails. I have never in my life received such humiliation and trauma. Why the hell would i go to such lengths had i received the damn product? I am a student. Losing this much money over nothingness is not a luxury i can afford. We are desperate and frustrated but that does not mean you should humiliate your customers without even listening to what they say. I am comeplled to file a complaint here, as amazon has shut all the doors for me and my money is plundered.

                          19 products tagged under Fresh List which are NOT perishable products does not get delivered. Delivery boys kept stating that the delivery will be done at a later time. Too may follow-up with customer care; chats and calls were just waste of time.

                          I have clearly indicated to the customer care and one of hte executive refused to provide help and despite stating that I need the products and not refund. she goes ahead with the option of refund. She was unwilling to hear and unwilling to provide further details of senior nodal officer/ even her name

                          She suggested if I had informed my neighbours about delivery time.. Why should I do that when me or my family is at home.

                          How is AMAZON team guiding a customer to keep talking to neighbours to track delivery of product when you are not able to track it with your delivery boys. This is ridiculous

                          Spoke to Kunak - Supervisor Customer care. He updates that the delivery boy had handed the products over to "some" neighbor or security.
                          I need to check who it is. Amazon team does not have hte information.

                          Can someone responsible from Amazon team let me know how was it done without my consent. Usually the products are delivered as per the customer's instructions.

                          Refund was raised without my consent - while I kept requesting to deliver the products

                            I paid electric bill of Rs.5965/- on 9.12.21 through Amazon pay app/ Punjab National Bank Account. UPI Transaction No. is[protected].

                            This Transaction failed and Bank account debited bill not paid.

                            Amazon say they due to transaction failure they could not make bill payment and told me to contact PNB for refund.

                            I lodged a complaint with PNB on 16.12.21 . PNB Complaint Number is
                            CW[protected]. PNB told me to resolve in 7 days but refund is not received yet .

                            My Bank statement and Amazon pay screen shots are attached. Please Resolve it and arrange my refund of Rs, 5965 soon. Thanks.

                                  Hi,
                                  Regarding Order ID #[protected]. The Redmi Note 11T was attempted for delivery on 08th Dec morning but since we were not around we asked the delivery boy to deliver next day.
                                  We checked our mail box next day and saw that we had received a mail notification on evening of 08th December that the product has been marked as delivered. We immediately proactively called Amazon Customer Service and they assured that it was Amazon's responsibility and we need not bother about the same.
                                  They filed an investigation and I received delivery boy call within a couple of hours and he started arguing that he had given the delivery and he even visited my place.
                                  I called all my neighbors and asked him to whom he had delivered after which he started saying that he met an accident that day and didn't deliver and some one in his place delivered. He even called me and even his boss called me for which I have the recording of the call and shared with Amazon wherein they themselves are not sure about delivery of the product.
                                  I even asked Amazon that if the product was delivered please share any evidence, either any ID proof, call seeking OTP or call seeking confirmation before delivery, but nothing and they simply marked the account as closed.

                                  I seek refund against the product or the product which I ordered.

                                    I purchased a havells room heater from amazon which was scheduled to be deliver on 31st of this month(ie December 31st 2021) but they cancelled the order without any notice and that too after shipping it. I waited for more than 6 months to purchase this item as it was costly, yesterday during the sale I purchased it for RS.1400 which was a steal price because during normal days it costs more than Rs 9000. When I called amazon they are telling you have cancelled the order and we can’t deliver it. When i called them second time they are saying you have rejected the delivery of the product but why will i reject it or cancel the order if i was waiting for price to go down from 6 months. I feel cheated. Amazon is cheating customers on the name of sale. They’ll decrease the price and will later cancel the order. They are just fooling Indian consumers. I want justice.Why do they give false hope to the customers when they don’t want to Deliver the product.
