Here is my story:
I ordered following order from amazon with order number: ORDER #[protected]
blackberrys Slim fit Formal Suits (Size: 40)-SN-TREN1# Black
The total amount that I paid for above item is Rs. 11, 196. I placed this order on 13 Nov 2021.
But, on 20th Nov I received a completed different order than what I ordered. I received a blackberry trouser, attaching the images of the same. So, the moment I received this order, I raised the issue with Amazon customer service and they told me to check with them on 23Nov. When I contacted them on 23 they confirmed that issue was correct and they will place an return request for this item, I cross checked with them regarding this since they product is complete mismatch and of much cheaper range than what I ordered, so whether the pick up would be successful or not, but the customer service mentioned that they have explained everything in ticket and there will be no issues in pickup.
But, today the delivery person came and denied the pick up due to same issue. So, I called amazon customer service today and it was complete different story today. Today they told me that complete and correct order was delivered to me which is completely wrong and hunged up the call that I wont get my money refunded back.
This is huge amount for me. I am very middle class person, it is my earning for a month which I spent and faced this issue. I want you to help me, you can follow a thorough investigation for this.
I believe this is the wrong shipment that I did not order and the seller is also behind this.
Then when I contacted the amazon social media team, they scheduled a pick up which got cancelled due to same reason as I had mentioned,
so finally amazon FRAUDENTLY GETS MY MONEY.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is to inform you that I purchased treadmill worth of Rs, 24, 399 and the order id:[protected] from amazon in the month of February of 2021 but the said item was not delivered, immediately I made a complaint to amazon but you people said that the order was cancelled and your money will be credited in few days. I have waited nearly a month again I requested to amazon that the said amount was not credited and again i have received the same answer from you customer care people, I trusted second time again I have waited for so many days but no use, after so many days again i approached amazon customer care people but there is no one to listen the issue and solve it, they simply tell the same script stating that 'my request has been taken and it will be resolved in 2 to 3 days. I really do not understand how this kind of irresponsibility happen with Giant companies like Amazon. What people can do with this kind of disgusted scenario, No authorised persons will be available to solve the issue, your customer care people will not have any idea and authority to address the issue and solve it, I really cannot digest that No response from amazon even I complained so many times, what the complaint cell is doing on unresolved complaints from the customers like me. what happened to my 6 or 7 complaints. what your people are doing on my issue? It is not a single rupee to leave like that its about worth of 24, 399 hard earned money. I hope you people can understand the issue in a rational way and solve it. Looking forward from you at the earliest.
