My paytm payment bank account no.[protected]. Amazon mumbai payment transfer my account but not show my account. And Amazon provide rrn no. Or successful transaction for mail. But amount not show my account please help me urjent sir. Not properly solution provide Amazon India and paytm payment bank.so pls provide justice sir.

This is to inform you that I purchased treadmill worth of Rs, 24, 399 and the order id:[protected] from amazon in the month of February of 2021 but the said item was not delivered, immediately I made a complaint to amazon but you people said that the order was cancelled and your money will be credited in few days. I have waited nearly a month again I requested to amazon that the said amount was not credited and again i have received the same answer from you customer care people, I trusted second time again I have waited for so many days but no use, after so many days again i approached amazon customer care people but there is no one to listen the issue and solve it, they simply tell the same script stating that 'my request has been taken and it will be resolved in 2 to 3 days. I really do not understand how this kind of irresponsibility happen with Giant companies like Amazon. What people can do with this kind of disgusted scenario, No authorised persons will be available to solve the issue, your customer care people will not have any idea and authority to address the issue and solve it, I really cannot digest that No response from amazon even I complained so many times, what the complaint cell is doing on unresolved complaints from the customers like me. what happened to my 6 or 7 complaints. what your people are doing on my issue? It is not a single rupee to leave like that its about worth of 24, 399 hard earned money. I hope you people can understand the issue in a rational way and solve it. Looking forward from you at the earliest.

    Respected Sir,
    I am sorry to say that wrong products were delivered to me for the following four orders, after complaining to customer service and explaining them about wrong products, the returns were initiated and pick up was done. But the refunds have still not been initiated. I am really disappointed .

    The customer care gave full assurance of the refunds, they asked me about images of the product I received and on investing they initiated the pick up. For two of them they did unauthenticated pick up assuring me about the refunds. Now after taking all the wrong products they delivered, they are refusing the refunds .
    I am a student and can't afford such losses
    I trusted Amazon but the customer care has not advised me correctly .
    I request you to initiate the refunds for all the products being picked up from my side.

    Or return to me the wrong products you delivered.
    Also I would request you to update your policies, the returns can be rejected but u can't have both the product as well as customer money in your hand. The problem of receiving wrong products is for last 4-5 months.Before that I never faced such issue.

    In future, I will take care to make video recording while opening the Amazon packet.

    I request you to kindly initiate the refunds at the earliest as I am a student and my money is blocked and there is no fault of mine if wrong product is delivered.

      I have booked for
      Syska HT200 PRO Beard Pro Cordless Rechargeable Trimmer - 10 Length Settings; 45 Min Runtime (Black) on 09/11/2021 and while tracking the product its showing that the product has been delivered on 15/09/2021.
      but unfortunately I didn't received the product yet.

      I was trying to contact the seller to lodge the complaint but no options available.

      Please help me get my product or a refund. Hope you will do the needful.

          Refund Your Amazon.in Order #[protected] i have order my product 6 September and my product was delivered may 13 sep approx and i have an issue received different products already then your agent raised investigation as per investigation update your agent create return on refund because I'm genuine and your agent also confirm I have received different products keypad phone and delivery agent not come to pickup my product 3 times delivery agent come my home and denied my pickup and misbehaving then next time not come my return pickup multiple times cancelled because no one can my home and no any call automatically cancelled my pickup plz look at this matter 2 months complete sir today is 27 November and my refund not yet received it's humble request you help me issue of my refund sir I'm long term old member of Amazon you can also check I'm member of Amazon 2017 to connect and no any issue face first time my issue so much delay and not solve really humble request you amazon it's to much delay 2 months complete and no any help amazon I'm very disappointted by you

            Amazon prime india has recently disfigured law books to create a poster of a movie and displayed them on the streets of chennai. Using law books like this is a disrespect to our judicial system and to the knowledge it carries.

                I am amazon prime member. My name Ankit Agarwal, registered email id with amazon [protected]@gmail.com.
                I have order Diapers of 28 pieces which was mention at a price of Rs. 8.72/ piece for poduct(Mee Mee Breathable Premium Baby Diaper Pants with Wetness Indicator and Leak-Proof Edges (Medium) (28 Pieces)).

                I was been cheated by saying per piece price stating as 8.72 but they charged me per piece 9.96429

                When i given complaint on customer care to anamika... So she was very rude in start of the call. When i pointed out than she realised her mistake. I said i am not comfortable sharing my personal mobile for verification. U can ask my profile details such as email id, shipping address, Date of birth, etc but she denied.

                Not sure why she only want to verify with mobile number with full 10 digit. When i am saying due to some personal reasons i am not comfortable to share whole 10 digit.

                She was very annoying and very rude stating indirect words as, sir i m the only right and even my Senior will say u same hence u can escalate on email on general email id

                  I have placed 3 Orders on 24Nov each of Rs.4774.
                  Now those order status shows - Returning to Seller.
                  When i talk to amazon customer service they told order can't be delivered and amount will get Refund.
                  I used Cards of other friends for this orders to get discount on them. I don't want money to be credited back to the Cards or source Account.
                  Because i can't purchase same product with same Price Again.
                  Check the Attachments for Order Number and Status.
                  I have sent an email to Jeff Bejos but no response.
                  Please plz plz help me get this Sorted out Asap.

                        I have purchased a black sweater but both the quality and size was incorrect. I have requested for the return and refund but despite follow up no return pick up was arranged.

                        Also, the call me or chat me option as mentioned in Amazon website is not working since last 3/4 days.

                            An item was missing from my package, when the delivery guy ca, me he told me to get both the item but it was not there as the item was missing . I bought one tie and Pocket square from amazon but the tie was missing and the return delivery guy is not taking my delivery. I tried calling amazon chat but couldn't connect. please help

                              Here is my story:

                              I ordered following order from amazon with order number: ORDER #[protected]
                              blackberrys Slim fit Formal Suits (Size: 40)-SN-TREN1# Black

                              The total amount that I paid for above item is Rs. 11, 196. I placed this order on 13 Nov 2021.
                              But, on 20th Nov I received a completed different order than what I ordered. I received a blackberry trouser, attaching the images of the same. So, the moment I received this order, I raised the issue with Amazon customer service and they told me to check with them on 23Nov. When I contacted them on 23 they confirmed that issue was correct and they will place an return request for this item, I cross checked with them regarding this since they product is complete mismatch and of much cheaper range than what I ordered, so whether the pick up would be successful or not, but the customer service mentioned that they have explained everything in ticket and there will be no issues in pickup.

                              But, today the delivery person came and denied the pick up due to same issue. So, I called amazon customer service today and it was complete different story today. Today they told me that complete and correct order was delivered to me which is completely wrong and hunged up the call that I wont get my money refunded back.

                              This is huge amount for me. I am very middle class person, it is my earning for a month which I spent and faced this issue. I want you to help me, you can follow a thorough investigation for this.

                              I believe this is the wrong shipment that I did not order and the seller is also behind this.

                              Then when I contacted the amazon social media team, they scheduled a pick up which got cancelled due to same reason as I had mentioned,
                              so finally amazon FRAUDENTLY GETS MY MONEY.

                                I have order a product in Amazon on 1st November 2021 and the price of the product was ₹ 797.00
                                The order I'd is[protected].
                                The refund initiated on 15th November 2021.
                                Still I didn't get refund.After contact Amazon customer service they told your refund goes to an account last three digits was 651. I don't have any card or account that's have last three digits 651. They sent refund the worng account.Now they told I deleted the bank details from Amazon account and refused to initiate refund may original account.

                                  I order a product from amazon of rs.8549.1, but due to any reason my order got cancelled. Amazon initiated my refund on same date and expected date of refund was 27oct.2021. But still I didn’t get my credit in my axis bank credit card. Amazon provide me reference number also. I talked to axis bank though, but they are not providing any detail to me

                                    I received a wrong product so I complained to Amazon. They initiated a refund on 18 November 2021, but I haven't got the money back into my bank account. They are not responding properly. Got the refund reference number. I have attached a picture for the same. Kindly look into the matter & take necessary stes at the earliest. Thank you.

                                      i have taken Samsung 4K uhd tv on 7th Nov Order[protected] after using 10days display was getting trouble pink and green colors Amazon coustmercare support was not helpfull, on 21st i have raised return request, again you team created return request on 22nd Nov and today again they created new return request
                                      from past week onwards we are staying without tv, i am asking them to refund my money back, i need to buy new tv again my parents are very dissapointed regaring this issue
                                      Amazon support team was raising return request multiple times today they changed again and i need to wait extra more days for pick, asking them Refund ASAP we are staying at home without tv we need to buy again new one please send ASAP,

                                      Amazon support was not responding i am waiting from 20th Nov onwards raised lots of mails and tweets also they are not resolving it

                                        The above product was received by me and since it was not to my expected quality I asked Amazon to take the same back. Accordingly I was notified for a pick up and the above item was picked up along with other two items from my address by the same representative on 25th October 2021.

                                        Whereas. I received refund for the other two items, refund for above item was not received nor the return receipt acknowledged. This has shaken up my confidence in your full proof system.

                                        Kindly refund me the amount for the above product. You may investigate the matter from your side separately.
