I ordered the Ethvilla Women's Pure Silk Semi-stitched Lehenga Choli 2 Pcs on 22th November, which was delivered to me on 27st November, but when Received only 1 Pcs
so I immediately Contacted Amazon customer service, they took me 5 days for investigation, after 5 days again I contacted them, they told me that we have delivered the right item to you, we cannot help you with this, then I Contacted social media team, sent them mail, and tweeted, social media team also took 4, 5 days from me to do investigation, yesterday on 1st December I got their mail, in which they mentioned that we Sent item in perfect condition, we can't help you, we can't issue your refund, and I'm mailing and tweeting them again and I'm not getting any updates from them, customer service and social media team no one is helping me, i just want my refund, i am waiting from last 12 days, now i'm frustrate, this is harass, now I want to know that, you are saying that, we have sent the right item, then how can the item be missing Due to Deliver only 1pcs, the item got missing, while I have been delivered box, i just want that my investigation should be started again, and it should be checked properly, where is my item missing, I request you to check it properly, and provide my refund to me as soon as possible.
