    Ordered KT Hardware water pipe for Alto car.
    When I ordered it, Amazon has showed me that they will give 3 no. Qty with each 2.5meter but i received only 1 no. Qty.

    I asked Amazon to give me refund amount/ remaining 2 no. Qty. But they are saying that as per their policies they can't give refund and rejected to give me the refund.

    Finally with their policies i need my refund. Also, they should pay fine of 10, 000/- towards negligence to deliver the actual Qty of the product.

      I have purchased a smart watch from Amazon on[protected] by making payment of 1499 through BHIM UPI & Amazon pay balance. I have returned the item and Amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected] . Then I visited branch for solution and they have no idea about this problem & they even don't know about the refund reference number. When I contacted Amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with Indian Bank customer care. But Indian Bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/faculty. Please found a solution for my problem and credit the amount to my Indian bank account.

Porque não tinha mais como investir por isso pedi meu reembolso com Jack o homem que trabalha que me ofereceu emprego é chamado porém, ele me disse que não teria como até eu terminar tudo.
        Mas eu não tenho mais dinheiro para investir e preciso do meu dinheiro porque eram os únicos que tinha. Já fiz o boletim, e tenho fotos printis das transferência pix.

          I ordered the Ethvilla Women's Pure Silk Semi-stitched Lehenga Choli 2 Pcs on 22th November, which was delivered to me on 27st November, but when Received only 1 Pcs
          so I immediately Contacted Amazon customer service, they took me 5 days for investigation, after 5 days again I contacted them, they told me that we have delivered the right item to you, we cannot help you with this, then I Contacted social media team, sent them mail, and tweeted, social media team also took 4, 5 days from me to do investigation, yesterday on 1st December I got their mail, in which they mentioned that we Sent item in perfect condition, we can't help you, we can't issue your refund, and I'm mailing and tweeting them again and I'm not getting any updates from them, customer service and social media team no one is helping me, i just want my refund, i am waiting from last 12 days, now i'm frustrate, this is harass, now I want to know that, you are saying that, we have sent the right item, then how can the item be missing Due to Deliver only 1pcs, the item got missing, while I have been delivered box, i just want that my investigation should be started again, and it should be checked properly, where is my item missing, I request you to check it properly, and provide my refund to me as soon as possible.

              Ordered new Acer laptop in May-2021 & received the same. 2 months later, it was not powering on. Contacted Acer and they told this was used product. There was already a complaint against this in 2019 itself & they can't help me. Contacted Amazon and they asked me to provide invoice, pslip, product image, email from Acer. Given all the documents in Oct-2021. There is no update on this. Called Amazon several times and they keep asking me to wait for 5 more working days. It is 2 months since i contacted Amazon. They are just postponing and not giving any update.

                I was sent the wrong product and upon my return there was a message stating that the amount was refunded to my Amazon Pay Bal. but it is not done.
                When I spoke with the supervisor Ms. Herkinder she said that it would reflect in 2-3 hours but when I asked as to how the message said that it was added she told me that it is added in my account and that I am lying.
                It has become a habit of the staff at Amazon India to earn the money by cheating the customers in this cheap manner.
                May be that the CEO is encouraging the staff to cheat the customers by providing wrong information and that the amount is not really refunded at all to any of the customers. This is really sad to note...

                  Dear sir,

                  My name is SHAIK KALESHA, iam an account holder in INDIAN BANK, My A/C number is[protected].

                  actually, i have book an Hit anti mosquito racket at AMAZON worth Rs.499/-, and it is not in good condition, so i will return it on[protected],

                  And AMAZON initiate my refund of Rs. 499/- at[protected], and return order id: #[protected]

                  but still i didnt get any amount to my account, i call to amazon customer care, they said that we initiate your refund, but you didnt get amount to your account, they said that contact to your bank, they gave me UTR number, and the number is:[protected].

                  Please rectify my problem as soon as possible

                      I had submitted request for gift card revalidation as the gift card was expired and I have followed up multiple times, every time the executive say it will take more time and is under pricess. Initially it was mentioned 2 days when I had requested on 12th December. Kindly look into the same as I want to make purchase this festive season using the gift card.                         I made a transaction through amazon paylater on september 4th. But the transaction was successful at bank and declined at amazon. So i have raised a dispute with the bank and they told the transaction was successfull at bank and declined at amazon. And the payment processed to payment gateway payu india. Later i raised a complaint on payu india they confirmed me the payment processed to amazon. I have raised again with amazon with all screenshot included. After they confirmed me they will refund the amount in 5 to 7 days. Again i contacted many times they said some lame excused. Like due to covid it taking time. After they said with in 2 days you will get amount. Now today i contacted amazon they said again i need to contact bank. They cannot do anything.

                            On 18.12.2021, I have paid Rs.21, 000/- to my Bank of Baroda credit card vide no.[protected].
                            Status was showing as successful. But amount was not credited to my credit card. 20.12.2021 is the due date of payment of credit card bill. If payment was not reflected in my credit card, my credit rating will go down.

                              I ordered apple magsafe worth 4500 from amazon but i recieved fake and duplicate product. I contacted customer service they provided pickup for return but delivey boys doesnt accepting the fake product.

                                    I had purchased Abs collection wooden wrought iron bracket on 21th January2020 for rs. 259. I didn't get the product. First I got mag that product delivery is late. Then I got the msg that due to some issues product delivery cancelled. And refund paid by 2nd February 2020. But I never got the money.

                                    Even I didn't get RRN number from the company.
                                    I know it too late to complaint but please help me.

                                      On 8th November 2021, I ordered 1 No. Lucky Store Car AC Vent Universal Dashboard Mobile Holder with 360 Rotating Mount for Better Navigation and Performing Smartphone Tasks (Black) at Rs. 125 and a delivery charge of Rs 59 thus totalling to Rs. 184 with a promised delivery date of 15th November 2021 from Amazon website. I made the payment in advance trusting Amazon via netbanking. On 15th it started showing “RUNNING LATE” and the supplier promised to refund the amount if not delivered by 20 November. On 19 November I requested a refund from Amazon (P.P Store) which they refused. I complained to Amazon on 25th November and send a reminder on 26th November both complaints bear no reply. As of now (16 December 2021 at 6.15 pm) I have neither received refund nor any response from Amazon. I humbly request your goodselves to take up necessary proceedings against Amazon and get my amount refunded along with a reasonable compensation. I would appreciate your early response.

                                      As of now, 8.00 pm of 11 January 2022, Amazon has not done anything. This has to be dealt with Consumer Forums. The company is very poor in settling refunds.

                                      Amazon has neither the product I ordered paying the amount in advance nor refunded the amount since 2021 November 15. I lodged the claim on the same day. Those who see this message is requested not to pay Amazon in advance and rate them the minimum. I am taking up this issue with Consumer Court. I request everyone's support not to repeat this to anyone else.

                                      The outstanding payment since November is still pending with Amazon
                                      Since November 15, 2021 amazon has neither delivered my product as of date (21/01/2022) nor refunded the amount which I claimed on 15 November. This is a sub-standard company and those who rate Amazon give the minimum rating.
                                      The issue is long pending with Amazon. There is no response from their side. Now I am going to file a complaint through consumer court.
                                      The payment is still pending with Amazon. An unreliable platform.
