I purchased HP Omen laptop on 5th September, 2020. The laptop delivery was not processed thereby I cancelled the purchase and asked for the refund on 3rd October. After waiting for many days, the refund initiation email showed that it was processed on 10th of October, 2020. They are unable to help us further because the complaint is resolved from there end. Kindly revert and assure us with the correct amount that has been processed from there...

I have ordered external hard-disk ( order no[protected] on 3oct but i received an old internal hard disk on 7 oct. i called customer care but they commented to me to resolve this investigation and said to be on hold till 13 oct. till investigation resolve. Now they are refusing to refund my money nor they r returning this useless thing . I need my return otherwise i will complaint against it in consumer corum...

We also called the delivery boy he is not answering the call.
We called customer care they told we can not help you please order it again.
Also they are not answering why it has been canceled.
no one is listening and there no opting to inform any higher authority in amazon about this issue .

The delivery man took Rs. 200 against the order and did not return the change. The order cost Rs. 179. When asked to wait to verify the amount, he left. Upon calling him, his mobile ([protected]) was found switched off. The incident took place on 6th October 2021.

This kind of dishonesty is not expected from a representative of Amazon. Not only does it brings dissatisfaction to the customers, but it also ruins the reputation.br...

I have ordered Prestige electric rice cooker from Amazon on 3rd October and it is to be delivered on 7th October. Today is 16th October but I sti did not received the product. I have contacted Amazon customer care but they are saying that the product is delivered and they can do nothing....

I have purchased Milton premium 3 burner (BLUE) through Amazon and finally it has been delivered in Feb 2021. Surprisingly, it has been seen that paint of the Stove is coming out from many places. I contacted to Amazon Service Centre, who advised me to contact Milton company for claiming warranty for the same. I ordered mobile phone from Amazon worth 19000 rupees on 2nd of October and got it delivered on 4th October evening. The package was ok and surprisingly I made a video while opening the product and to my surprise I received a box of some another phone with stone inside it.
