Hello, incident details are as follows

- I ordered a laptop (Lenovo Legion 5 Pro) worth Rs.1, 69, 990 and paid all the money upfront divided in two transactions- 73, 018 by Amazon Pay Balance and 96, 972 by my Debit card on 17th Nov, 2021 with order ID[protected] and delivery date to be Monday, 22 Sep, 2021 as per Amazon . Received the package early on 20th Nov, As usual the delivery guy came asked me for the OTP, gave him the OTP and I received the product. After receiving the package, I unboxed the package in my house lobby which is under surveillance with an indoor camera (so everything is recorded), I unboxed the packages and was shocked to see, There were no accessories, and there was no laptop. Instead, I found a Big Glass Slab there packed nicely in laptop box. I also clicked some pictures also afterwards and immediately called customer support. Support was friendly and said that an investigating team will take 2-3 days to cover this matter and then a Replacement/Refund will be done. I told them I have an unboxing video proof and with photos. Now I called them back for a feedback and they say the package was correct and we can't issue a replacement or refund. Even when I got proof.
- I just want my laptop and if not then I want my money back.

Complaint marked as Resolved Only one thing I would say to anyone buying from Amazon or any e-portal. Make a video of every unboxing. It'll help you a lot in resolving these cases easily and fast. Fortunately I had one and it got resolved but the harassments are real from these companies. But if you got proof just be straight with them and you'll get your money back.
