I returned the item back to Amazon on December 30. Till now refund is not issued. I contacted customer support team multiple times, but still no help. I want refund for returned item.

    On 27/12/2021 I ordered an item from amazon, i paid 4099using my debit card and money deducted from my bank.

    But, I cancelled the order, so amazon returned my money. By 31th december. the money must reflected in my bank account. But, till today no returned money can be seen in my account. What should I do?
    Amazon has given me return reference no to show the bank officials of my branch. I went there but they said they can do nothing and asked me to contact customer care of indian bank. But, they are saying contact to amazon.

    This is a cycle going around me. Please check the matter.

      Dear sir.,
      With lots of hope and feeling like cheated I'm writting this to you...

      I ordered a mobile(oppo Reno 6 pro 5g)from Amazon on 29/12/21..
      As I was out of town I requested delivery boy to drop the parcel to a particular place..
      At first he delivers wrong parcel and after 20 minutes delivery boy called me again and said that I have wrongly delivered some one else parcel to you kindly return the parcel and I will give you your parcel..
      After nearly 20 minutes he went to that shop where he delivered the parcel..and this time he took his parcel and give my parcel to that shop...

      After 1 day when I return from my village and opend the parcel it was a car mobile holder instead of mobile phone...

      After complaing and claiming of refund or exchange company assured me they will investigate this matter..after in just 2 days company stated that they have investigate this matter and found that mobile has been delivers to me which is completely false..and they can not help me further...

      I am helpless now... Pls look into this matter...
      I am planning to go to court and file a case against company for cheating...

        I had ordered one book from amazon and after 2, 3 days i had returned the book & give my sbi acoount no. for refund.
        Amazon had initiated my refund but till now refund had not come to my bank account.

        please i want my refund.
        I am waiting for my refund since 2 months

            With subject to above cited i am Ujjwal Gautam Kamble I had ordered an item from Amazon on dated 18/12/2021 namely Redmi note 10 Lite Aurora blue and had cancelled the order on 21/12/2021 and the refund had been processed on for the refund amount of Rs. 13999/- he show amazon side credit expected 26/12/2021 Then i have call amazon call center her told me our side refund processed he provide RRN ( Refund Reference No. 74332741356135551558705. for amount Rs.13999/- but yet I am to receive the refund and it's been over 15 days and the amount has not been credited in my bank account.(i.e., Central Bank of India) yet.               I had ordered 2 products from Amazon.in (Order ID[protected]) on 11 Sep 21 & had paid via SBI Credit card (Card ending 6333).
              I returned one of the product i.e. Columbia Jacket due to mismatch in size & the return was accepted by the Amazon following which a refund of amount Rs 8293 was issued to me on 28 Sep 21 (Refundref no- SJDXMW5T0000KSGM5PN4). But till now, no money is credited back to my SBI Credit card.
              I have called & e-mailed customer care representative of Amazon & SBI Credit Card several times but got no positive respone.
              Request you to help me, shall be very thankful to you.

                    According to Amazon they initiated my refund of Rs 1899 on 23-12-21 which I was supposed to receive by 28-12-21 in my bank account but its been almost 2 weeks that that I haven’t received it . Amazon is claiming that it has been debited by them but my bank is not able to trace that saying that there is problem at amazon’s end and bank cannot do anything in this.
                    Amzon is claiming that Refund reference number(RRN) is generated which is only generated after the transaction is successfully done.
                    But bank is not able to trace the transaction.
                    Neither the bank nor the amazon customer support is able to help.

                          I was supposed to receive a cashback of Rs.50 on purchases of Rs.500 or more as per the cashback reward coupon received.

                          I collected the reward and ordered from Amazon fresh purchases of Rs.506. But didn't receive cashback. I got in touch with customer service 4 times but they failed to send me the cashback. All they said was that in the next 24 hours I will receive my cashback. I didn't. I wish to register a complaint as I have given them ample chances.

                          All screenshots attached as well as submitted to Amazon to verify.

Hold me rakhne ke baad bole ki deliveri boy phone nhi utha rha hai jab Esa kuch hota hai to hum 3 din ka buffer time leta hai to ap 9 November tak wait kro apka phone apko jarur mil jayega wrna apke paise wapis ho jayege tab tak ap apne ASS pass puch lijye meina apne ### pass sab se puch Liya kisi ko deliver nhi kiya 9 November tak meina wait kiya pr wha se na koi msg na koi response na koi call or deliver boy ko meina apne no.                               I ordered a Firebolt Ring Smartwatch worth Rs 4999 from Amazon and when I received the box, all the documents were there but the smartwatch was missing. It was a new smartwatch so I made a unboxing video, the video is not very clear but the things shown there is sufficient to prove that the product was missing from the box. I immediately contacted the customer care of Amazon but no action was taken by Amazon team. I'm in a big loss since then. I already paid for the order and I was waiting for my order and Amazon didn't deliver the product to me. I don't know what to do now as I have paid Rs 5000 and received nothing out of the box. Please help me getting me the matter solved.

                                    I made a transaction of 548 INR through Amazon pay on 19th Dec with merchant Urban company. I had to cancel this order and Urban company confirmed that they have refunded the money for this cancelled order back to my amazon pay account. But I never received this refund in my amazon pay account. Urban company says to reach out to Amazon pay for the refunds.

                                    This is the 2nd time, I am facing the same issue of refund not getting processed back to my amazon pay account. If you check my bookings on 25th Oct 2021 at 1:10 PM there were duplicate transactions of 357 INR with Order ID : P[protected] and P[protected], that also didn't get refunded. Merchant Swiggy says that they have processed the refund for duplicate transaction and Amazon pay should refund it but I never received my refund.

                                    This is highly discouraging and unprofessional. Request you to please look into this and get my refund.

                                      Amazon delivery complaint

                                      I had ordered a product on 4th of July 2022, which was to be delivered between 6th to 7th of July 2022. (Details)- tracking id[protected]COD ). I get a message on 6th July 2022 that It Has Been delivered. I get NO prior message of delivery and No phone call from Amazon about its payment during delivey. The package is NOT RECIEVED by me AT ALL. The address is same and clear.
