I ordered redmi note 10 s with exchange of my realme 5 pro and an additional 8000₹ through amazon pay icici card emi option. The delivery agent verified the phone and entered imei number incorrect and the package is cancelled. He told me ti purchase another. Ath that time the price is hiked and i delete all datas from my existing phone. I contacted customer care and they told me that they were helpless and told me to purchase another phone...

This is Vineet Juneja, i ordered a product Samsung M32 5G phone with order number[protected]. In Amazon app the order shows as delivered on 12th Oct 2021. I did not received any call or message from delivery agent neither have received any delivery agent details in the order nor recieved any delivery PIN which we have to provide to delivery agent after receiving delivery.

I want to complain against reliance trend purnea bihar, 854301.I have a coupon.. If I buy a product of rs 1500/ i will get discount of 500/-.I used the same coupon in kolkata they gave me discount on all brand, but in purnea they refused.. They told me coupon is applicable on only local brand.. What is this?...

I have ordered Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner but they provide the used product and charge more amount than MRP. The product price mentioned on product is Rs15290 but they charged Rs 15400. I tried to return the product but every time they just approved the return but no one come to pick-up the product. On 26th September 2021 the product was delivered from that day i called the customer care service they told refund will come in 3-5 days.Still...

Recently I have placed an order on Amazon which was ended up with disappointment.

As Amazon has the same product page for two different colour, it was reset to space grey (default) while I was applying the exchange. Unfortunately I realised the same after delivery and started the discussion with Amazon but no use.

Hi Amazon India, my order was promised to be one day delivery but it was not delivered as promised and the delivery agent asked me to come and collect the package at evening 6 pm which is relatively 10kms far from the delivery location and I don't have any option other than go and collect the package because it was a very urgent delivery, I went to the location which delivery agent asked me to come and here comes the twist after reaching...

I had ordered a mobile on Oct 3rd, it was mentioned it wil be delivered on next day, but still today[protected] i have not received the mobile, On having a conversation with amazon customer they are giving fake promises like it wil be deliverd by 9pm, 48 hrs delivery, nov16 delivery, this guys are playing with customers money, not even estimated delivery date is mentioned, if they dont have stock why are they accepting orders with fake promotions....

I ordered an Lg 687 lt refrigerator worth 79000 from amazon from a seller named TT enterprises.. and was delivered a cheap 1000 rs worth electric kettle instead. I was told it’s a freebie product and the main product will be delivered soon. Now the situation is the product is showing delivered and there’s no signs of it..
I’ve been calling amazon on a regular basis since then.. even mailed the seller, they’re just giving false...

Sir, i purchased a Double Foot Barrel foot Pump on dated 10.12.2020, for its defection i made complaint with company M/s Super tech, Bengaluru, Karnataka. in periodicaly i remind them e.g. on 10.2.2021, 29.3.2021, 31.3.2021, 7.4.2021, 18.5.2021, 5.8.2021, and after that 18.09.2021.
they demanded returned this defected one, I send to him on dated 19.09.2021with detail and expensed Rs. 330.30 on speed post. I have all receipt etc. br...
