I ordered a ladies jacket from Amazon .but when i received the parcel i open it and i seen that i received different jacket and different size .i placed cash on delivery for that order but i pay online payment method when its come to my doorstep i pay rs 835 . usually its takes only 3-5 days from Amazon for the refund but now i received order on 6th of December and my parcel pickup by the 8 of the December but from till to today's date i Didn't received my refund rs 835 is very big amount for me, due to covid situation i am student its very big amount for me please look into my matter as soon as possible. I attached the screenshot of successful payment to the Amazon below .

          Sound quality is not good, camera clearity also not good compare to other brand, touch screen also not good
          Amazon service is very poor...and iqoo7 mobile quality is very poor...I want to return this mobile but Amazon refused for return...my brother bought realme mobile from Flipkart ..he also unhappy with realme mobile and ask for refund and on the spot his request submitted and after refund he bought other product than why Amazon not providing this service...if flipkart refund the amount than why not Amazon?

              Hello sir, ,
              I purchased a product on amazon on 6th of December month. But I will return that product in 8th December month. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 9th of December month maximum time frame was 3 to 5 business days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the amazon refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number in both are side (Canara Bank and Amazon). There is no proper response from your end. Please check and confirm the status.

                False Commitment from "Amazon Fulfilled". Anyone considering to buy from "Amazon Fulfilled" please do reconsider.

                Placed Order on 11th December 2021 under the assurance that Amazon will provide me with the product on 15 December on or before 5 PM.

                On 15th December 2021, that is date of writing this review, I did not receive a single message on my cellular number about update of the product. Even the product status in Amazon's own application had not shifted to "Out for Delivery".

                I was still being assured that the product shall arrive by 5 PM. I had visited Vijay Sales who offered me the product with better discount but out of my loyalty towards Amazon being a Prime Customer I felt sticking with the brand would be better.

                I now believe it was a mistake and I regret it. Do not trust Amazon - they will lie to make a quick buck.

                To ensure delivery takes place by today I requested a call from the Amazon application at about 3 PM. The Amazon representative agent who called me, based on my request, assured me that the delivery will take place by 5 PM.

                At 4:19 PM I received a shocking email from Amazon where they have blatantly lied that I have requested the product be rescheduled this is absolutely mala fide intention.

                Vijay Sales is offering better pricing and plus it would be recommended to consider go with them an Indian enterprise (I presume) also if you to in store you might get even a better deal.                 Finally, after taking a leave to receive the product and after spending about 2 hrs with the Amazon Representative I was offered "Amazon Prime Membership 1 month extension". Worth Rs. 129 for a consumer and worth probably Rs. 50/- for Amazon. To set things in place I presently earn about Rs. 4500/- per day 6 working hours Rs. 750/- per hour so yeah.

                    Third parrty sellers are making huge frauds on amazon.sells 10 Rupees biscuit packet with 60 Rupees deliver charge and that charge will add if the number of packets are added.

                    What type of business is this?
                    Unncecessarily wasting the time of customers.

                        Dear sir,
                        My name is mohan jiwanwal email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my no. Is [protected] which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is hold last one year. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                        After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request

                          2. Amazon says product handed over to a security guard named vardhan, but no security guard with name vardhan exists.
                          3. Security guard will not take any parcels unless the student calls and requests to pick.
                          4. Rude behaviour of customer service agent when customer called for resolution.

                              I am Animesh Halder, purchased sony zv e10 mirrorless camera received on date 20.11.2021. Amazon.in order number:[protected].

                              when i opened amazon packet box seal was open and found different camera that is sony alfa rx 100 mark 3. battery and memory card was missing.

                              same day i raised a complaint to amazon and they assure me i will get back my refund and they took my return request.

                              after several return attempts they picked up my parcel on date 2.12.2021.

                              same day Amazon care person called me and told me no need to worry now, parcel has been picked up and your refund will initiate after 3-5 days as soon as it reached our warehouse.

                              finally it reached ware house on date 7.12.2021. I wait 5 days and called amazon on date 13.12.2021. They told me they will investigate with seller and will update to me.

                              on date 14.12.2021 they just send me an email where written product is different and not able to refund neither they are going to return the product.

                              I called them but they denied for refund. I told them product was different from day one i shared with them. also ask them then why they picked up my parcel, they reply was all answers are given, now they are not able to help me.

                              its a huge amount 61, 490 rupees. Now i am not able to understand what to do.

                              I have their call recordings where they clearly told me i will get my refund.

                              Please suggest what to do now. If anyone have any solution please Help me.

                                I ordered a Product of RS 597 on amazon on 24th november 2021 and this order delevered me on 28th november but i return my order same delivery date, my refund iniciate on 29th november . According to Amazon they initiated the Refund on the same date and the Refund Expected to be Reflected on my account number was 4 oct 2020 but Refund has not been reflected in my account yet. I contacted amazon customer service and they gave me REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[protected] and Said contact Bank With this RRN number. I went to the bank and gave them RRN number but they said i cant track this Transaction with this RRN number i need UTR number then i again contacted to Amazon Customer service then they said that Now contact Your Bank Customer Service with this Reference number Then I contacted Corporation Bank Customer Service. The Corporation Bank Customer Executive Said Give that Reference number to bank they will Add Your money to your account then I told him that Corporation bank staff said that they cant track with this RRN number then customer Executive said that go to bank and again call back any of our customer Executive will tell the bank staff to track with that RRN number. I Again went to bank to and told everything to staff then staff said meet with bank manager. bank manager said write an application and give to bank staff. I gave an application but still no result.

                                      I had ordered two qty Wrangler jeans worth INR 2113/- and I was delivered two shirts instead. I had instantly initiated the return process clearly mentioning the reason as the wrong item was delivered and now there is no update on refund after even two months. They are being running away from the requests every time i email and there is no response of last two emails.

                                        I got a call from Amazon delivery today that is 12/12/2021 at 5:29pm from
                                        Number +[protected]
                                        Stating that they had to deliver one parcel to me
                                        ( where in I had not ordered any parcel nor was I expecting any parcel)

                                        When asked the person what’s is the item in the parcel he said it’s not mentioned
                                        when asked About price he said it’s already prepaid

                                        He dint even mention his name of the call start

                                        After which he confirmed by address which was apparently right !
                                        But the voice was not welcoming. The delivery person sound very suspicious

                                        Hence requesting youll to please check in as to who had called me and
                                        What was the order all about

                                        I DINT GET ANY DELIVERY ORDER EVEN AFTER THE DELIVERY PERSON CROSS CHECKED MY ADDRESSED AND SAID THE ORDER WAS PREPARED

                                        BUT AFTER THE CALL FROM DELIVERY PERSON I STARTED GETTING ALL BLANK CALLS AND TEXT FROMM UNKNOWN PERSON - text like “HI”
                                        Unknown number[protected] I got a blank cal from this number )
