I ordered a Product of RS 597 on amazon on 24th november 2021 and this order delevered me on 28th november but i return my order same delivery date, my refund iniciate on 29th november . According to Amazon they initiated the Refund on the same date and the Refund Expected to be Reflected on my account number was 4 oct 2020 but Refund has not been reflected in my account yet. I contacted amazon customer service and they gave me REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[protected] and Said contact Bank With this RRN number. I went to the bank and gave them RRN number but they said i cant track this Transaction with this RRN number i need UTR number then i again contacted to Amazon Customer service then they said that Now contact Your Bank Customer Service with this Reference number Then I contacted Corporation Bank Customer Service. The Corporation Bank Customer Executive Said Give that Reference number to bank they will Add Your money to your account then I told him that Corporation bank staff said that they cant track with this RRN number then customer Executive said that go to bank and again call back any of our customer Executive will tell the bank staff to track with that RRN number. I Again went to bank to and told everything to staff then staff said meet with bank manager. bank manager said write an application and give to bank staff. I gave an application but still no result.

        Order#[protected]

        I had ordered two qty Wrangler jeans worth INR 2113/- and I was delivered two shirts instead. I had instantly initiated the return process clearly mentioning the reason as the wrong item was delivered and now there is no update on refund after even two months. They are being running away from the requests every time i email and there is no response of last two emails.

          Dear respectable

          I got a call from Amazon delivery today that is 12/12/2021 at 5:29pm from
          Number +[protected]
          Stating that they had to deliver one parcel to me
          ( where in I had not ordered any parcel nor was I expecting any parcel)

          When asked the person what’s is the item in the parcel he said it’s not mentioned
          when asked About price he said it’s already prepaid

          He dint even mention his name of the call start

          After which he confirmed by address which was apparently right !
          But the voice was not welcoming. The delivery person sound very suspicious

          Hence requesting youll to please check in as to who had called me and
          What was the order all about

          I DINT GET ANY DELIVERY ORDER EVEN AFTER THE DELIVERY PERSON CROSS CHECKED MY ADDRESSED AND SAID THE ORDER WAS PREPARED

          BUT AFTER THE CALL FROM DELIVERY PERSON I STARTED GETTING ALL BLANK CALLS AND TEXT FROMM UNKNOWN PERSON - text like “HI”
          Unknown number[protected] I got a blank cal from this number )

          And help to figure out the person who called

            Dear Sir, I have purchased said item in the month of June, 2021 and they provided so called 1 year warranty but right after return policy its stopped working. Its not getting charged not getting used they just done fraud with me. When I contacted Amazon they said me to contact seller when I contacted seller they said me to send product to Delhi and courier charges have to be paid by me again I contacted Amazon they said have to follow only with seller. Please help me on this. Its my hard earned money kindly tell them to collect the product and refund my money. Mob [protected].

                I had Purchase iphone 11 on 4 oct with Amazon ICICI credit card. That time they have offer me 5% cashback for prime user on purchase anything from Amazon site.
                But now they have asking me snaps and all and telling offer not valid for you.

                Request to you Take serious action against Amazon.

                  I have bought a iQOO Z3 5G from amazon India for 14, 790.00 and the delivery date was set for 8 December 2021 between 7 AM to 12 AM. The product delivery attempt did on that date but due to an OTP issue, the product was not delivered. I rescheduled for delivery on 9th December 2021. But the product was not delivered on that day. I contacted the customer service on 9th, 10th & today 11th December 2021 as well to know about my product status. But they have no clear information regarding the delay and they said that they will escalate the matter and they did as well and asked me to wait for 24/48 hours on each day. Even they didn't reattempt till now. The website & mobile application show me the different status and after contact to the customer service still it has not updated.. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. I have used prime service because I need my product to be delivered ASAP but There is no meaning o[censored]sing prime services as my order is not delivered yet & they behave like there is no importance of our time as well as money. The delivery team of amazon is not working properly. I have faced this delivery issue earlier as well. I want you to take strict action against them and I want a refund for the delay. I want you to be very strict and hard on them so they understand what can happen if they don't do their job properly.

                    Actually i placed my order using amazon gift card which I redeemed from axis bank credit card edge rewards worth 2000₹ and rest of the money i payed using my debit card worth 1049₹ and the minute I placed my order my account automatically logged out and when i was trying to log in again it was showing messages like temporary hold I didn’t even received my refund and even if I receive the debit card cAsh revert still I won’t be able to use my amazon gift card money which my account getting unhold please help me unhold my account.

                      Hi Team,
                      I have booked cylinder on 29th september 2021 by Indian oil LPG and paid 963 RS. by amazon upi. Due to some issue order got canceled. I have contacted to LPG IOC they are saying they have refunded the money but amazon support team saying i did not get money and i have contacted to bank they are saying not received any refund amount please help me on this.

                          Dear Team,
                          Amazon if offering mobile exchange program and during delivery their app shows exchange is not possible due to invalid IMEI code.

                          This is with respect to the Amazon order number[protected]
                          Where delivery agent refuse to deliver the product and Amazon app shows IMEI number is not matching
                          But the old phone is bought from Amazon it self and bill has clearly given same IMEI code. Please find the attached bill

                              My name is Hrushikesh Waghmare and I had ordered Musclblaze mass gainer of RS.1249 in Amazon on 5 November and after 8 November I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 10 november Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number ONUS20211111 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                                 Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                                Dear sir

                                A refund of 1450 rupees was successfully processed on 25 SEP2021 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.ref no[protected]

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  This is regarding the order for Wonderchef cooking set worth Rs. 4195/-, order no.[protected]. Order was placed on 19 Nov 2021 to be delivered in Goa to my parent's place. The item was requested to be returned and someone from Amazon came to pick it up on 26th Nov 2021. The item was taken back by Amazon. On my Amazon app it showed that item has failed verification but the product was never returned back to us. So now I don't have product as well as the refund. I am following up with Amazon for last 10 days but they are not resolving it. I am their Prime customer and been buying everything from them and still I am not helped here...need resolution on this as this is just their fault...either their pickup person has stolen the product or someone is too lazy to respond

                                    Sir, Today my product has to be delivered as it was promised from Amazon. It will be replaced under the broken product sent to me. If it can’t be delivered due to any reason then this is your Amazon team responsibility to resolve properly not like this before attempting delivery . This is not the way to deliver unsuccessful delivery. Infront of me he is saying it can’t be delivered. Is this the way your team attempting the delivery?
                                    You should confirm all details from your Amazon, not like this once product is out for delivery. You should have to deliver or if you have any query then you should consult your team Amazon not infront of customer.
                                    I need replacement for this that’s the only option i want. From how many days since from 1st of December I am continuously trying to reach your team but didn’t get any satisfactory response till date today. Now I’m totally fedup from Amazon response and totally disappointed this time now. I have tried each and every possible way but didn’t find any resolution.

                                      Order No.[protected] dtd. 01.12.2021 was placed from my account with mobile no.[protected] for Six nos. different types of calendars on POD basis for total Rs.1454/-.
                                      Consignments in two parts were delivered on 06.12.21. First part was containing 1 no. Calendar costing Rs.249/-, which was correctly delivered and paid. The other part of the Consignment was for Rs.1205/- (ie, balance of Ordered amount Rs1454/-), which was also delivered and paid, BUT IT WAS CONTAINING ONLY FOUR NOS. CALENDARS IN STEAD OF FIVE NOS. I.e., ONE ACCUPRINT SPIRITUAL DESK CALENDAR 2022 WAS MISSING, THOUGH RS.229/- WAS PAID FOR IT, AS THIS AMOUNT WAS INCLUDED IN SAID CONSIGNMENT VALUE OF RS.1205/-.

                                      In absence of suitable complaint option in amazon.in site, complaint was made as "part missing" specifying said non-delivered calendar of Rs.229/- But Complaint System Process asked for Return of the item, though Return in this case is not possible, since item is not delivered. Matter was explained to Amazon representative on 08.12.21 who visited us for pick up, But still neither refund is received nor the item is delivered. SO PLEASE RESOLVE IT BY DELIVERING THE PENDING ITEM OR BY REFUNDING RS.229/-.

                                      In absence of any Customer Care phone no. Or email, placing order on Amazon.in has become very unreliable now a days. In case my problem is not resolved properly in a day ir two, even after writing here, the Amazon ordering platform will be considered by me like a cheating platform.

                                      After I lodged this Complaint on Dec 09, 2021, I got an email from consumercomplaints team on Dec 10, 2021 that, my complaint has been forwarded to Amazon India and Amazon India officials will resolve the issue or contact me in few days. But till this Drc 15, 2021, none from Amazon India has contacted me and the issue is still unresolved, i.e., neither I have received the missing Desk Calendar nor I got refund of Rs229/- which was paid by me for this missing item!! So, I have almost lost the faith on Amazon and Amaxon India.

                                        I raised a complaint for Rs 1350 amount for not credited to my account.

                                        Please Find the below Attachment as soon as possible the amount should be credited in my account.!
                                        Refund initiated at 2 oct., 2021 still not credited to my account.!
                                        I was visited to Bank Branch but they denied for this transaction. Amazon provide wrong RRN[protected] this RRN number is my UPI I'd number generated on the time of debit Rs.1350 on 30/09/2021 from my account. (When I ordered) It's clearly shows in my bank account statement.
                                        I have also called to customer care of Punjab National Bank But they also denied this transaction.
                                        Amazon not listen my problem seriously now more then two months passed but I have not received my refund till now. Sending the screenshort of my bank statement.
                                        So, please take a needful step for that matter and refund my amount in my bank account earlier.
