Dear sir/madam,
Am priyadharshini.am order car cover in amazon sep month. I was received damaged. So I apply return and refund. Seller received my damage product within 3 days. They said refund amount transfer to ur account on October 1st to 8th check ur statement. But still now I have not receive my refund.

This is my refund reference no[[protected]].pls help me to claim my refund amount.

    My order number[protected], on 10th Oct.2021, has not reached to the addressee. The tracking number is[protected]. As per the information collected from Amazon "My Orders" it has been delivered to the client on 16th Oct.2021. But it has not reached the client.
    I have paid for it. Please look into the matter and do the needful soon.

        Order #[protected] was Placed on Monday, October 25, 2021 for Rs 3, 999

        Item was Realme Pro smartwatch . It arrived dead.

        Complaint was registered to amazon customer care for replacement. Replacement was not delivered by amazon delivery executive.

        Again complaint was made and item was to picked on 02/11/21 . No anazon delivery executive came.

        Again complaint was registered and it was to picked on 05/11/21 . No one came to pick up.

        Again complaint was made and it was to be picked on 08/11/21.This time item was picked on 15/11/21.

        Amazon customer care made excuse that due to diwali rush delivery executive was unable to pick the item earlier.

        Delivery executive checked all the accesories, box of item and took the item.

        As per tracking link https://t.co/k2X0uvz7Zm , the item reached amazon center on 12/11/21 but amazon customer is denying the same and refusing to refund.

        I have all the emails from amazon .

        Please issue refund

          I ordered this product on 10th November 2021-order tracking ID[protected]. As per your information this product has been delivered to client on 16th November 2021. But it has not reached. When we contacted the courier service man phone no:[protected]-it will be supplied on the following day. But now way. It has not reached. Now he does not take phone while we call. Please help me.             I have purchased LG 32 inch tv on amazon app by 10th November but still not received my courier.
            Amazon customer support team escalated the issue since last 72 hours but still not resolved
            Courier partner team didn't respond properly.
            Kindly investigate and shorted out ASAP

              Yesterday one person contact for me, he told "you selected the Amazon job and send the uniform charge and salary account opening change..

              I have trust the statement, because that person send the some documents for my mail ID, so I have send the money of 1550 rupees, second time that person contact for me and he told send the 2550 rupees for salary account opening purpose.. So suddenly I thought, it's fake or true, immediately I have searching for YouTube.. Lot of friends give the statement for same story, it's connected my story, so I have stop the payment process and complaint the fake job activity...

                Ordered for a FABRE gas stove on 23.09.2021 (ORDER #[protected].Prepaid Rs. 8990 through credit card
                Wrong product (Bajaj small fan of around Rs. 700) delivered on 30.09.2021. Immediately loaded details on Amazon site on 30.09.2021.
                Since then, 12 calls and several emails (including at escalated levels) to customer service centre over the last 1.5 months. Till date no refund

                  Recebi um SMS perguntando se queria trabalhar usando o celular e concordei, no início pagaram como devia mais depois cobrou um valor absurdo por tarefas que eu não tinha concordado em fazer, disseram que se eu não concluísse a tarefa meus fundos seria congelados, mais eu não concordei em fazer essa tal tarefa eu só quero de volta o valor que eu investir!
                  Tenho todas as conversas aqui e nomes que foram me dados por quem dizia ser minha "mentor" e eu quero meu dinheiro de volta

                    I ordered a Powerbank of Redmi from Amazon.I received the order on 7th of November but when I opened the box it was empty from inside and there was pieces of paper and some other waste things.Firstly I received that on 7th of November but in application it's updated on 10th of November.I made a complaint on its official call number, they said wait 5 days our backend team looks fow what happened.after 5 day I contacted them then they said we have delivered your product to you securely and they disconnected my call.I tried saveral time but they cut my call rudely.Please help me.

                                Amazon India has not decided Product Indigo Interior Wooden Long Legs High Stool for Home against the order I'd[protected] dated 30-Oct-2021 Order total 3, 299/- Quantity 1. No Refund and no replacement, Amazon Customer care teal and investigation team denied Refund and no more escalation option with Amazon India as per Miss Sita Supervisor Amazon India Hyderabad Leadership team. She has closed the investigation without providing investigation details . I need to raise complaint and legal action on Amazon India .

                                  For order Id[protected], dated 02.07.2021 amount was debited twice via pay on delivery and card payment via SMS link. I have complained it with bank and as per acquiring bank payment was successful. Then contacted customer care and I have been misleaded several times with false statements, again I have mailed [protected]@amazon.in and I got no response, and finally mailed as per their escalation matrix to [protected]@amazonpay.in, [protected]@amazonpay.in, [protected]@amzompay.in, all in vain and got no response. I still couldn't come with the terms amazon could be so unprofessional and can behave like a cheap company whose foundation is based on heist of people's Money. And I think people should be aware of the such incidents. Highly disappointed and I feel like cheated.

                                        I placed an order for a Travel Bag from Amazon India Online, i received the product in damaged condition, i raised a request for replacement which i didn't received. After that i called the customer service of amazon, they said it cannot be replaced we can raise a refund request. I asked them to do so. After few days a Gentleman from Amazon came to my place took the photos and collected the travel bag with him. As on dated 01.11.2021.
                                        After few days when i saw the status at amazon, it wasn't getting updated anymore. I called the amazon customer service, now they are saying the product received is a non-amazon product and we cannot give you replacement, refund or return of the same.
                                        Now, amazon is cheating on me now. They took my money and the bag too, now they don't want to return either.
                                        Kindly help me resolve this
