Dear Team,
Amazon if offering mobile exchange program and during delivery their app shows exchange is not possible due to invalid IMEI code.

This is with respect to the Amazon order number[protected]
Where delivery agent refuse to deliver the product and Amazon app shows IMEI number is not matching
But the old phone is bought from Amazon it self and bill has clearly given same IMEI code. Please find the attached bill

      My name is Hrushikesh Waghmare and I had ordered Musclblaze mass gainer of RS.1249 in Amazon on 5 November and after 8 November I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 10 november Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number ONUS20211111 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Thanks you sir

        Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

        Dear sir

        A refund of 1450 rupees was successfully processed on 25 SEP2021 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.ref no[protected]

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          This is regarding the order for Wonderchef cooking set worth Rs. 4195/-, order no.[protected]. Order was placed on 19 Nov 2021 to be delivered in Goa to my parent's place. The item was requested to be returned and someone from Amazon came to pick it up on 26th Nov 2021. The item was taken back by Amazon. On my Amazon app it showed that item has failed verification but the product was never returned back to us. So now I don't have product as well as the refund. I am following up with Amazon for last 10 days but they are not resolving it. I am their Prime customer and been buying everything from them and still I am not helped here...need resolution on this as this is just their fault...either their pickup person has stolen the product or someone is too lazy to respond

            Sir, Today my product has to be delivered as it was promised from Amazon. It will be replaced under the broken product sent to me. If it can’t be delivered due to any reason then this is your Amazon team responsibility to resolve properly not like this before attempting delivery . This is not the way to deliver unsuccessful delivery. Infront of me he is saying it can’t be delivered. Is this the way your team attempting the delivery?
            You should confirm all details from your Amazon, not like this once product is out for delivery. You should have to deliver or if you have any query then you should consult your team Amazon not infront of customer.
            I need replacement for this that’s the only option i want. From how many days since from 1st of December I am continuously trying to reach your team but didn’t get any satisfactory response till date today. Now I’m totally fedup from Amazon response and totally disappointed this time now. I have tried each and every possible way but didn’t find any resolution.

              Order No.[protected] dtd. 01.12.2021 was placed from my account with mobile no.[protected] for Six nos. different types of calendars on POD basis for total Rs.1454/-.
              Consignments in two parts were delivered on 06.12.21. First part was containing 1 no. Calendar costing Rs.249/-, which was correctly delivered and paid. The other part of the Consignment was for Rs.1205/- (ie, balance of Ordered amount Rs1454/-), which was also delivered and paid, BUT IT WAS CONTAINING ONLY FOUR NOS. CALENDARS IN STEAD OF FIVE NOS. I.e., ONE ACCUPRINT SPIRITUAL DESK CALENDAR 2022 WAS MISSING, THOUGH RS.229/- WAS PAID FOR IT, AS THIS AMOUNT WAS INCLUDED IN SAID CONSIGNMENT VALUE OF RS.1205/-.

              In absence of suitable complaint option in amazon.in site, complaint was made as "part missing" specifying said non-delivered calendar of Rs.229/- But Complaint System Process asked for Return of the item, though Return in this case is not possible, since item is not delivered. Matter was explained to Amazon representative on 08.12.21 who visited us for pick up, But still neither refund is received nor the item is delivered. SO PLEASE RESOLVE IT BY DELIVERING THE PENDING ITEM OR BY REFUNDING RS.229/-.

              In absence of any Customer Care phone no. Or email, placing order on Amazon.in has become very unreliable now a days. In case my problem is not resolved properly in a day ir two, even after writing here, the Amazon ordering platform will be considered by me like a cheating platform.

              After I lodged this Complaint on Dec 09, 2021, I got an email from consumercomplaints team on Dec 10, 2021 that, my complaint has been forwarded to Amazon India and Amazon India officials will resolve the issue or contact me in few days. But till this Drc 15, 2021, none from Amazon India has contacted me and the issue is still unresolved, i.e., neither I have received the missing Desk Calendar nor I got refund of Rs229/- which was paid by me for this missing item!! So, I have almost lost the faith on Amazon and Amaxon India.

              None from Amazon India till this 24.12.2021 has contacted me to resolve this complaint and nor the complaint is resolved. This complaints platform seems to be of no use!!

                I raised a complaint for Rs 1350 amount for not credited to my account.

                Please Find the below Attachment as soon as possible the amount should be credited in my account.!
                Refund initiated at 2 oct., 2021 still not credited to my account.!
                I was visited to Bank Branch but they denied for this transaction. Amazon provide wrong RRN[protected] this RRN number is my UPI I'd number generated on the time of debit Rs.1350 on 30/09/2021 from my account. (When I ordered) It's clearly shows in my bank account statement.
                I have also called to customer care of Punjab National Bank But they also denied this transaction.
                Amazon not listen my problem seriously now more then two months passed but I have not received my refund till now. Sending the screenshort of my bank statement.
                So, please take a needful step for that matter and refund my amount in my bank account earlier.

                    Dear sir I brought a product from amazon . this is clothing categories . I got product from Amazon . but this product quality does not satisfied . I dis like product quality . so I returned product on[protected] . pickup done from Amazon pickup facility service . (pickup boy from Amazon ) this date am waiting for refund amount . I called many time in amazon but Amazon customer always telling me wait . now 1 month is done . amazon refused to give my refund they denied my refund amount . I am upsad from amazon seller and amazon customer care service . order I'd[protected] account name is nitu . pls help me sir they are not giving my refund amount . they end of the months only told me waiting

                      No my problem is not resolved by Amazon
                      Right now no refund was processed by Amazon side they are telling lie to us. Please help me Amazon not giving any reason to me regarding this.

                        I looking for iPhone 13 pro
                        From last months onwards,
                        1st they give a date - this day will sure come, but when i came and look the product at the date. But in that time also the product is out of stock.
                        And next arrivals date will shows there

                        After some days i again came and look the product... Then again tha product arrival date move forward...
                        What's this... Please make the product available to all customers... I think it's a branded product everyone looking for that... So make more stock, to ur valuable customers.

                          I order diesel watch worth 16995 on 3 rd december but on 4 th december when i received shipment and open it i received used refurbished watch so i immediately apply for return on december 5 amazon representative collect parcel but till today i bot get my money credit in my account this is really fraud done by amazon and now they not giving me reply or refund please help in this regard

                            They didn't given me my refund money, and they didn't even pick up my replacement order, I need my money back, no one will get free money, you cannot take that money fake seller. Stay back

                            You don't suppose to sell any of them in Amazon. Stealing money from customers.

                              Amazon cheats customers by not making the return policy clear on the product page. I recently purchased a carpet sold by 'Luxurious Carpets', order id[protected] for 2299 rupees. It was mentioned on the product page it is 10 days returnable but no where they had mentioned I had to ship back the product to seller. I contacted customer care for return assistancd, they too told that after 10 days amazon agent will come and pick up the product from house. Since there was no response, I reached to customer care again after few days, and this time they told that return is not possible by amazon but instead, I have to ship back a 8*6 feet carpet all by myself by carrying it to the carrier partner.
                              The customer care calls are recorded as proof of their ignorance and cheating . Please refund my money.

                                I have subscribed for audible from account nimmymary.[protected]@gmail.com which is linked to a number [protected]. This number is currently inactive and I cannot login to my Amazon account to cancel audible subscription. It is asking for OTP sent to invalid number for security reason. I cannot even reset my password as it still asks for OTP.

                                      Payment brakeup

                                      Mobile Exchange - 11300/-
                                      Amount payed from credit card - 15177/-
                                      No cost emi benefit - 626/-
                                      Total 27103/- rs

                                      But i haven't received my money back to till
                                      Order was cancelled on 05th oct 2021

                                      So we are requesting to amazon team pls revert my all money.
