An item was missing from my package, when the delivery guy ca, me he told me to get both the item but it was not there as the item was missing . I bought one tie and Pocket square from amazon but the tie was missing and the return delivery guy is not taking my delivery. I tried calling amazon chat but couldn't connect. please help

I ordered a coat marie clarie coat Amazon sent me a sleeveless dress immediately I returned that now Amazon is saying that I returned wrong item why there is no cc tv ? Amazon is joking with us ?

    Here is my story:

    I ordered following order from amazon with order number: ORDER #[protected]
    blackberrys Slim fit Formal Suits (Size: 40)-SN-TREN1# Black

    The total amount that I paid for above item is Rs. 11, 196. I placed this order on 13 Nov 2021.
    But, on 20th Nov I received a completed different order than what I ordered. I received a blackberry trouser, attaching the images of the same. So, the moment I received this order, I raised the issue with Amazon customer service and they told me to check with them on 23Nov. When I contacted them on 23 they confirmed that issue was correct and they will place an return request for this item, I cross checked with them regarding this since they product is complete mismatch and of much cheaper range than what I ordered, so whether the pick up would be successful or not, but the customer service mentioned that they have explained everything in ticket and there will be no issues in pickup.

    But, today the delivery person came and denied the pick up due to same issue. So, I called amazon customer service today and it was complete different story today. Today they told me that complete and correct order was delivered to me which is completely wrong and hunged up the call that I wont get my money refunded back.

    This is huge amount for me. I am very middle class person, it is my earning for a month which I spent and faced this issue. I want you to help me, you can follow a thorough investigation for this.

    I believe this is the wrong shipment that I did not order and the seller is also behind this.

    Then when I contacted the amazon social media team, they scheduled a pick up which got cancelled due to same reason as I had mentioned,
    so finally amazon FRAUDENTLY GETS MY MONEY.

      I have order a product in Amazon on 1st November 2021 and the price of the product was ₹ 797.00
      The order I'd is[protected].
      The refund initiated on 15th November 2021.
      Still I didn't get refund.After contact Amazon customer service they told your refund goes to an account last three digits was 651. I don't have any card or account that's have last three digits 651. They sent refund the worng account.Now they told I deleted the bank details from Amazon account and refused to initiate refund may original account.

        I order a product from amazon of rs.8549.1, but due to any reason my order got cancelled. Amazon initiated my refund on same date and expected date of refund was 27oct.2021. But still I didn’t get my credit in my axis bank credit card. Amazon provide me reference number also. I talked to axis bank though, but they are not providing any detail to me

          I received a wrong product so I complained to Amazon. They initiated a refund on 18 November 2021, but I haven't got the money back into my bank account. They are not responding properly. Got the refund reference number. I have attached a picture for the same. Kindly look into the matter & take necessary stes at the earliest. Thank you.

            Hi Consumer Complaints
            i have taken Samsung 4K uhd tv on 7th Nov Order[protected] after using 10days display was getting trouble pink and green colors Amazon coustmercare support was not helpfull, on 21st i have raised return request, again you team created return request on 22nd Nov and today again they created new return request
            from past week onwards we are staying without tv, i am asking them to refund my money back, i need to buy new tv again my parents are very dissapointed regaring this issue
            Amazon support team was raising return request multiple times today they changed again and i need to wait extra more days for pick, asking them Refund ASAP we are staying at home without tv we need to buy again new one please send ASAP,

            Amazon support was not responding i am waiting from 20th Nov onwards raised lots of mails and tweets also they are not resolving it

              The above product was received by me and since it was not to my expected quality I asked Amazon to take the same back. Accordingly I was notified for a pick up and the above item was picked up along with other two items from my address by the same representative on 25th October 2021.

              Whereas. I received refund for the other two items, refund for above item was not received nor the return receipt acknowledged. This has shaken up my confidence in your full proof system.

              Kindly refund me the amount for the above product. You may investigate the matter from your side separately.

                Hello sir. .i ordered product on 7 november and received it on 10. .when i opened the box the seal is temperded so i raise a return. .from 10th november i have requested more than 10 return but the amazon courier partner not taking back the product saying we wont take the product back untill amazon send us the email. .today its been more than 14 days. .it is really a big harassment. .never expected this kind of service from amazon. .i dont care about your product whether it will be picked up or not, i want my refund as soon as possible.

                  Got message to phone about part time job, when clicked on link directed to whatsup with a lady DP, name savite, Amazon logo behind was there. She said company paid to google to post Ads. Started with 200rs got 61rs commission. Withdrawn then she asked to recharge again to get high commission. When recharge went to lakhs i was not able to withdraw, she said funds are safe and sure to withdraw when task is endup. Asked to recharge lakhs i got doubt and when asked about company said its a part of Meru, in Mumbai. Please help to get back my money.

                          I returned the product (mivi duo pods a25) on 9th november, 2021 as per verbal conversation with customer care I would received the refund amount within 3-5 working days but still today it's not reflecting in my bank account.
                          I request to take necessary actions for said issues.

                            I have not received the refund amount with following transaction #[protected] having value 18999.

                            I am told by Amazon that it was credited to my bank account on 31 October 2021 and today on 24 November it has already been more than 20 days, and the amount is not yet received in my Bank Account.

                            I request you to kindly look into the matter and I also request you to kindly tell me the Account No to which the amount was credited !

                                Fake Refund details by amazon

                                Amazon is not credited my refund to bank account and sent me reference no and i contact to punjab National Bank they said amazon didn't sent any money to your bank account. Amazon is just telling to fill charge dispute form but it is not available officially.

                                This is to confirm that refund for amount 3324.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

                                I have given order for PRESTIGE ALUMINIUM HARD ANODISED COOKWARE KADAI 240 MM BLACK vide Order No[protected] dtd 13.11.2021 for Rs 1480
                                But I received PRESTIGE ALUMINIUM HARD ANODISED COOKWARE KADAI 200 MM BLACK .The price for this item seems to be much lesser than 240 MM

                                    I have ordered a TIMEWEAR Digital Men'Watch on 23th October 2020 order no[[protected]] from Amazon Paying Rs.799/- through Punjab National Bank Debit Card. On 23.10.20 evening. sir i am not haapy with this product so i can returned this product After that i got a email from Amazon on 27 Oct 20 where they mentioned refund amount Rs.799/- is processed.On 27.10.20 I get another mail from amazon where mentioned
                                    "refund for amount 799.00 has been successfully processed on[[protected]] and the amount should reflect in your account by now."They also provide Refund Reference # 30005113141314238689655

                                    They also inform to contact my bank’s customer care center and to quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case I still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days.

                                    As my refund is not credited within the specified days, I accordingly contact my bank(Punjab National Bank) customer care but my bank informed me to raise the issue with Amazon.
                                    I again talk with amazon but they totally turn a deaf ear to my issue.
                                    As it is a sum of money it creates a lots off financial problem to me.

                                    My Refund amount not credited till now.

                                    Kindly consider the matter and do the needful.

                                      Hello, incident details are as follows

                                      - I ordered a laptop (Lenovo Legion 5 Pro) worth Rs.1, 69, 990 and paid all the money upfront divided in two transactions- 73, 018 by Amazon Pay Balance and 96, 972 by my Debit card on 17th Nov, 2021 with order ID[protected] and delivery date to be Monday, 22 Sep, 2021 as per Amazon . Received the package early on 20th Nov, As usual the delivery guy came asked me for the OTP, gave him the OTP and I received the product. After receiving the package, I unboxed the package in my house lobby which is under surveillance with an indoor camera (so everything is recorded), I unboxed the packages and was shocked to see, There were no accessories, and there was no laptop. Instead, I found a Big Glass Slab there packed nicely in laptop box. I also clicked some pictures also afterwards and immediately called customer support. Support was friendly and said that an investigating team will take 2-3 days to cover this matter and then a Replacement/Refund will be done. I told them I have an unboxing video proof and with photos. Now I called them back for a feedback and they say the package was correct and we can't issue a replacement or refund. Even when I got proof.
                                      - I just want my laptop and if not then I want my money back.
                                      - Attached are the Invoice photo and photo of what I received.

                                      Only one thing I would say to anyone buying from Amazon or any e-portal. Make a video of every unboxing. It'll help you a lot in resolving these cases easily and fast. Fortunately I had one and it got resolved but the harassments are real from these companies. But if you got proof just be straight with them and you'll get your money back.
