I have the misfortune of getting swindled by Amazon delivery team in Bangalore & Pune (which once exactly I cannot say at this stage it could be both or one of them). I ordered an mobile handset- Samsung Note 20 Ultra 512 GB ( Order number[protected] of around 96 thousand INR (1300 USD) and a defective piece was delivered from a Bangalore seller to my Pune address on Oct 24, 2021 by the Amazon delivery partner Awadh Logistics. The handset screen is showing a software crash when turned On. From day One of receipt of the product I have been in communication with the Customer care team. Some of them did attempt to help me but were handicapped by limited authority and compulsion to follow the standard script of playing the postmen. All they could do was to just schedule and reschedule the pick up dates.

Each time a pick gets scheduled, it gets canceled by the Delivery Partner Awadh Logistics. Following are the dates -Oct 27, Oct 30, Nov 1, Nov 3, Nov 7 and finally November 10, 2021.
On each date the Amazon delivery partner agency refuses the pick-up with the reason of verification failed. I am exhausted in explaining that the Product device is having a software crash issue and is HENCE obviously not getting turned on for it to be verified. I am sure they know and understand this however they are deliberately not picking up the Product since they have delivered this defective piece themselves on Oct 24 to me.
The last I am hearing from the CC team is that the ticket is raised with the ID: 9be274eb[protected]e5e-0d60c5e26351 is still pending. This ticket is to enable the verification requirement for the pick up partner to be waived off.
However Amazon as well as Awadh Logistics are NOT going to accept the Product. THE DELIVERY PARTNER AGENCY MENTION THAT THE PRODUCT COST WILL BE DEBITED FROM THEIR ACCOUNT IF THEY ACCEPT IT. As though it is any of the customer's concern. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for the last few years and have shopped for at least 200 or more products between myself and my spouse.

They have now picked up the product immediately after I went public and have just now issued a refund. However who will compensate me for the mental harassment their pick up agents did to me all through the last three weeks. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves and should compensate me if they have any professional and concern left for a loyal customer

    I have ordered a kurthi on 02/11/2021 .it was to be received on 04/11/2021 .but I have returned my product on 05/11/2021.amazon intiated the refund on 05/11/2021 and it was expected to come on 8/11/2021-10/11/2021.
    Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the bank has still not credited my money
    This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

      I ordered "Wonderland Foods (Device) Dry Fruits Combo Almond 500g, Cashew 500g, Pista 500g, Raisin 500g, Walnut Kernel 350g - 2350g (Jar)" from amazon (Order Id[protected]) and paid Rs. 2499. I received damaged items and also of very poor quality. I immediately raised the issue with amazon upon receiving the product. You can check the timings of filing complain and delivery and will find no minor difference. Still when I raised the complain, amazon raised an investigation and informed me that they delivered the product right. I want to know how you did the investigation and reached this absolutely trashy conclusion. Amazon blamed me for damaged product and refused to provide satisfactory response.
      I want full refund or replacement for my product.

            I cannot place an order while selecting Deliver to this address - a notification coming on-screen "AN ERROR OCCURED WHEN WE TRIED TO SET YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. PLEASE TRY AGAIN" I spoke to a CCE and he assured me this problem will be sorted in 48 hours but till now it hasn't.

            I would like to know the reason for this.

              I have returned my products on 8th sept and on 26 sept 2021, today is 13/11/2021 but still i didnt received my refund from amazon. I called amazon customer care they said we have already issue and asked me to call bank customer care with refund reference number. I called bank customer care and mailed all the details related refund, but after 3 days bank customer executive told me to contact bank home branch as they are not able to trace my amount with refund reference number, so i visited my home branch and given all details to bank manager, he asked me to provide all details i.e. transaction date transaction amount and refund reference number, after providing all details bank manager forwarded my emails to their team, but after 3-4 days when i asked them about any progress he told me their team also not able to find why money is not credited, bank manager asked me to get UTR number from amazon to trace the money, when i called amazon for UTr number they didnt gave me.
              now its been 2 months my money is stil not credited.
              Pls help me.

                  I have ordered one product having order ID[protected] from Amazon and the product has been cancelled on 26th of october and it has been shown that refund has been initiated in app but till this date i haven't received any refund nor the refund ID has been generated so far as it was already discussed with customer care many times and each time a new time frame was given to me.
                  I have raised a complaint having complaint number [protected] 6 days ago but still they have not responded yet on that query or my mail .
                  Kindly take appropriate action as this is not the case with one customer.suppose there are many customer and the amount will be huge and if they delay refund for each of the customer then you can think of interest earned on income they have withhold mentioning technical issue.

                    Pathetic service and fault mobile product sold by Amazon which I purchased on 10th Nov, 2021. Now customer care is denying for refund. I want to cancel the item purchased and need 100% refund of the same. Lava Z2 (2GB RAM, 32GB Storage) - Aqua

                    Even Your technician visited for handset inspection and there is fault in front camera and many more issues. I have clearly told him to cancel the item and refund the money. Kindly look into this and give me 100% refund of my money paid. I don't want any handset replacement or fault promises. One of the worst services from Amazon and Lava handset as well...

                      We have ordered 3 different quantity of NOTE 10 pro max order ids are as below[protected],[protected],
                      [protected]..Amazon has send all these orders in one single package of tracking number[protected], in this weight is written -1.62Kgs, where the box cannot consists of three package as the box is very small, the warehouse team of amazon is doing such frauds with every customer and when we are complaining to amazon customer care, social media teams they are taking 10 days to investigate it and when they cannot give the proof they they that we have delivered the package and now we dont know.We will not stay quite as we have rcvd only 1pc inside the box 2 pcs were missing, we never receive bills inside the amazon packages .We request you to please help us to fight with it so that no other customer faces this problem, if need we will file an FIR as well. They are doing this each alternative day .In this particular box 3 pcs can never come as we have checked and they are saying that we have delivered 3 pcs where they have no signature of the customer that the customer has rcvd the package or not, but at the end they say that we have delivered the pack which is false .

                        I ordered redmi 10 prime mobile from amazon india on 7th september 2021 it was not delivered to me. I told on customer care that I have not received the product, please deliver my product to me or refund my money. Customer care refused to give me refund and also did not provide any proof of product delivery. Amazon has done delivery fraud with me please get my mobile or my money back from amazon.                           My friend placed an order for me for an iPhone 11 on 27th October 2021 as my phone was not working. She gave my number for the delivery calls to receive it. On 3rd November 2021, I received a call from the delivery man that the product has reached Ganganagar. I told him my place is three to four hours away from Ganganagar. The address is of Gharsana district in Ganganagar. The pin code was also right. I have received many orders with the same address. I asked the delivery man when will I receive the order as I do not have a phone and I have to attend my meetings. He told me I will get it in two to three days. On 6th November 2021 I enquired again through my friend as the order was booked on her number. My friend forwarded the message she received after enquiring about the delivery. The message says "Bhagyashree | Customer Service

                          I will contact the courier team and will inform them to deliver as soon as possible. You will receive an update for the delivery within 24 hours.I am adding the preference for early delivery the delivery team will try their best to deliver the product as soon as possible"

                          There was no response. On 9th November 2021 my friend enquired again for the delay in delivery and she forwarded the message received to me. The message says "Tanmoy | Customer Service

                          In this case I will file a complaint against the courier.

                          Please be assured this will not happen again.

                          Expected delivery: Monday 8 November 2021"

                          There was no delivery. Again we enquired on 8th November, 2021 evening. We received a message. The message says, "I request you to please wait today and tomorrow you will receive the order".

                          On 9th November 2021 I received a message in the morning about the delivery to happen today. In the evening when I opened the amazon cover these are the things I found:
                          1. A cardboard box.
                          2. Within that iPhone box the seal of it was open.
                          3. Within that there was iPhone and the data cable but nothing more than that.
                          4. iPhone looked old. There were scratches on the screen.

                          There was no bill, invoice or any kind of instructions. When I observed carefully the box was of iPone 12 Pro Max 512 GB. Immediately, that day itself my friend placed for refund as the order was wrong and I do not want to wait this long again to get a replaced new iPhone. They asked to wait for two to three days for investigation. I waited for two to three days and today that is on 12th November 2021 they said that the investigation is over and I have received the right product that is the product I ordered. My friend had chatting with the investigation team and they were just stick to the point that their investigation is over and the product is the one ordered. I had conversation with Apples customer care to know about the phone. I found that the serial number mentioned on the box is different than the phone shows. I again tried to connect with customer care team of Amazon. My call was directed to the investigation team. They responded the same way that the investigation is over and they won't do refund or replacement despite of explaining everything in detail. I tried again to contact the customer service team of amazon. My call was again directed to the investigation team. It was some other person. He responded the same way that the investigation is over and they cannot do a refund or replacement for this product as I have received the right product. All of them are responding the same way. I am not getting any help from them. Highly disappointed. Didn't expect this from such a big company. They are being so irresponsible and not even ready to do a proper investigation. I want refund for the product. I have been troubled by them so much by sending a wrong product and behaving irresponsible.

                            My order ID - ORDER #[protected]

                            Being a prime member I pay for membership plus whatever shipping charges are included.

                            What is the point of getting that one day delivery or whatever if it is not delivered.

                            And to be honest i understand delays but no communication.

                            Their support agent Nidhi, Palak, they all lied to me saying it will surely be delivered.

                            Really Amazon India you wasted my whole day as I spent waiting for it.

                            What Amazon needs to understand is that communication is very important, if the item is running late they should contact.

                            I am filing my complaint, hope others don't face the same problem and some action is taken against this company.

                              I had a few pre-sales queries and contacted Amazon customer care thru their chat platform. The product page mentioned some 3 months warranty. So I wanted to know from Amazon the sellers contact number & address just in case I need to invoke warranty.
                              These are small players and have no website. So I thought Amazon customer care must be having that info.
                              Unfortunately the guy was equally in darkness. He searched the web and gave me an irrelevant address (company name was similar but it was not that same seller)

                              I am disappointed to find out that Amazon does not have most important details like address and contact number of their sellers that sell products on this platform.
                              When I expressed my concern, the guy admitted that that's the only info he can see in his system and there are no address or contact number details recorded anywhere. They also see what prospective buyers see online on Amazon website!

                              This is just unacceptable.

                                  Hello sir, myself Raksha Gupta ordered OnePlus buds from amazon and it got delivered on7 nov it was a new product that i ordered when i opened the packet what i got is worn out package with left buds missing (out of two) product has scratches and seal was not there it was packed with normal cello tape and when i contacted amazon and told them about issue they straight forward refused to provide any help regarding this issue after taking 6 days and without contacting me.once they're not giving any proofs what they have checked! I have taken some pictures of product and packaging it was a new product (for your info sir) kindly help us they're harrassing me in the name of there policy

                                    Few days back I ordered a shirt from Amazon and I received a torned and used shirt according to return and exchange policy I have decided to return the shirt but when delivery boy come he denied to take back shirt and said this is not the same shirt what image I have and I did not got my money back 455rs is a big amount for me and I just want my money.
