Respected Sir/Ma'am

On 13th November I ordered (ORDER #[protected] 10 pairs of NIKE shoes from Amazon India. However I received only 8 pairs without proper packaging and without a sealed bag from amazon on 14th december. The two missing pairs(i.e, amount to Rs11334/-). On stating the same concern to the executive, first they denied to register my complaint and after many attempts when my complaint got registered they rejected for a Refund/Replacement saying that according to their investigation the product was dispatched. However in reality I only received 8 shoes in a haphazard manner without a sealed bag. I even have pictures of the manner in which I received the product. I tried to get in touch with amazon and tried to talk to them but amazon is not answering any of my questions. I asked them what did their investigation say, once one executive said he can mail me the details but later the other one denied and behaved in an extremely rude and inappropriate manner.Now, they are not answering my questions and blabbering one same line to every question of mine- “We cannot help you on this” . How is the customer’s fault when an incomplete order without proper packaging is sent over. What are customer support services for when the customer issue is not resolved and the customer is unsatisfied . I really look forward to a prompt response.

    Sir, My name is Suman Mondal . Some days ago I ordered some books through Amazon . on 28th November 2021 one book delivered my home . The price of the book is 609 rupees and This order was a prepaid order I ordered this from my UPI account and my bank name is State bank of India, account number [protected] branch : Badkulla, Nadia . But 29th November 2021 I was returned this book and get my refund amount, the refund amount is 597.13 rupees . On 29th November Amazon gave me a refund reference number . That is[protected]. They said that under 4 days I get my refund but Now 6th December after 7 days still I don't get my refund back . Please sir I request that please do some action that I give my refund Money . Thank you

      I have returned the product because the product I received was not compatible for my use and it did not match the description provided on amazon site.
      I raised the issue with amazon team. Initially they promised refund and asked me to wait. After 2 weeks they informed refund couldn’t be issued since seller denied claim.
      I’ve be wronged by the seller and amazon did not give me any relief. I am left with no product and my hard earnt money is not returned.
      I’ve even sent a e-mail raising my concern but amazon didn’t even bother to reply back.
      Please help me.

              I have ordered a 5000 product which was supposed to be delivered by 2nd of December according to that I have planned my house shifting but it got delayed by 3 days due to which i had to postpone the shifting date and had to pay money to my older owner, new owner as well as the packer and movers.

              I have contacted the Amazon customer service and talked to the below mentioned agents and supervisor.

              denied disclosing the name of the manager
              denied disclosing of emp id
              denied sharing the complaint number and the service request number

              Forced me to cancel the order.

                Wrong product delivered and no refund given

                We ordered for a robovac (viomi-se), but we got a salwar suit instead..
                even before we opened the package we knew it cud be a dress material, so we called amazon customer support to return it.. but they insited to open it and take a video to be on safe side, so we opened it and took a video too..
                later the item was picked up by amazon and they indicated in our account as the refund is initiated for this product too.. but we...

                    I received a different product of Spigen iPad cover from which I ordered. I received blue color without a Spigen tag cover no doubt cover quality is awesome but it does not look like a Spigen product.
                    Now amazon told me they did not do anything because their investigation team told the customer received the right product but they did not prove to me I am received correct item.

                      I ordered a 16GB RAM from amazon and they send me 8gb means wrong item, mostly in ram cases you can only replace it but in my case i only can refund it why because price has increased and the seller intentionally sent me wrong item so I had to return it and buy a new one for the increased price. And I can’t write a review of this product although I have purchased this item a year ago and this is my 2nd purchase for this item. I want you guys to help me to get this item. Its not about the price its about the consumer rights in INDIA. JAI Hind

                          I received a call regarding a lucky draw i has won in . I coudl chose 1 hift from 5. The entire process to claim that gift was for me to make a payment of 5k minimum. then i was transfererd to another agent who said they will transfer me to a 3rd agent who would fr some tax thing. That person told me that I woudl have to make another payment of 16K. Note that by this time I was already 10-15 min into the call and I got suspicious so I said I didn't want any gifts and taht i wanted my payment of 6200 something refunded to my account. I was assured that this was a genuine promotion but I was adamant so I was then transferred to a 4th guy who said he would help me get my 6200 somehtign amoutn back. But whiile doing so 2 more paymenst were deducted from my account, 76k somethign and 16k something. the total including the first payment I made to claim the gift equals exact 99000/- INR. (6299 + 76240 + 16461) . This money has yet not bene transferred. the call I received was recieved from

                          your agent has deducted another 96714/- amount instead of refunding the amount . It's 195714/- NOW. WTF are u doing?? The guy said he has created some demand draft request and didn't share any refernce number for, just asked me to wait till 16th dec and that's it. If I don't get my money back I will SUE you people for mental harrasment and fraud. This is beyond imagination.

                            I have ordered a 50 inch One plus tv from Amazon which got delivered yesterday. Amazon gave me an option to select the window for installation service which I confirmed for Dec 3rd Time 10 am to 2 pm. On Dec 2nd I got an email from Amazon with confirmation of the technician with his photo and number to contact with a four-digit pin. I called the number as no one showed up until 2 pm, the person I spoke to denied the services and said it's a mistake from Amazon's side. If Amazon cannot fulfill what you promised then at least need to show the courtesy to update the customer when we are paying such huge amounts to buy products from their website. If they cannot fulfill the request made by the customer, then why let the customer choose the date and timing?

                            They even tried to fool me by giving me a toll-free number for one plus which I could have gotten myself from Google. When I spoke to one plus they said if the item was bought on amazon then it is the responsibility of amazon to send the technician which I clearly knew in the first place.

                                Dear sir,

                                We are not satisfied with the product delivered and wanted to return it but the collection person refused to take it saying without the price tag on the product he will not take it.

                                It is a pair of lungi and the price tag was not attached to the lungis, only a thank you note was attached by the seller Riyashree Fashion and Retail. Order No[protected].

                                We are regular buyers from your site and this is the first time we are having this issue. If you have changed any rules the seller has to follow it and not make the buyer suffer.

                                We have to think twice before we order from your site now as due to covid the society does not allow door delivery hence it is difficult for us to check if the price tag is there before we accept the delivery.

                                We request you to kindly address this issue before the return date expires.

                                  Hello!
                                  I have ordered new graphics card on Amazon. The package I received contained a completely different graphics card, on top of that it had signs o[censored]sage with dust on the fans and scratches on the frame. The mailing box was sealed without any signs of being opened, however the box of the graphics card itself came without any safety wrap or seals.
                                  After that I have left a review of the product on Amazon and attached photos of the used graphics card. Then I contacted customer service and followed their instructions. They told me to send the graphics card back to Amazon. Upon receiving the graphics card I was told that I won’t get the money back because it was a different card. However, I don’t have another card, I returned the only card sent to me by Amazon. I was refused a refund and the card I’ve returned was disposed.
                                  Our family are regular customers at Amazon. Out of all the purchases we haven’t returned anything except this graphics card.
                                  Customer service cannot help me. No money, no graphics card.

                                    I ordered the Noise Colorfit Ultra watch on 20th November, which was delivered to me on 21st November, but when I unboxed it, I found the watch box was unsealed, and the watch and the charging cable were missing from the box, so I immediately Contacted Amazon customer service, they took me 5 days for investigation, after 5 days again I contacted them, they told me that we have delivered the right item to you, we cannot help you with this, then I Contacted social media team, sent them mail, and tweeted, social media team also took 4, 5 days from me to do investigation, yesterday on 1st December I got their mail, in which they mentioned that we Sent item in perfect condition, we can't help you, we can't issue your refund, and I'm mailing and tweeting them again and I'm not getting any updates from them, customer service and social media team no one is helping me, i just want my refund, i am waiting from last 12 days, now i'm frustrate, this is harass, now I want to know that, you are saying that, we have sent the right item, then how can the item be missing from the box, from where, the item got missing, while I have been delivered empty box, i just want that my investigation should be started again, and it should be checked properly, where is my item missing, I request you to check it properly, and provide my refund to me as soon as possible.

                                    I am contacting amazon everyday since last 10, 12 days, but customer executive is not helping me, he is saying, we cannot help you any more, and he talks rudely to me, and cut the call, saying, that your case is being handled by social media team, you contact them by sending mail, social media team will give update in 24 to 48 hours, I am already waiting for last 12 days, and yesterday I got a mail from the social media team, in which it has been said that your investigation is complete, we have delivered the product in intact condition, but i got empty box, now I am very frustrat, I want Amazon to start the investigation again and properly check where the item went missing, and issue me my refund as soon as possible.
