They didn't given me my refund money, and they didn't even pick up my replacement order, I need my money back, no one will get free money, Â you cannot take that money fake seller. Stay back

You don't suppose to sell any of them in Amazon. Stealing money from customers.Â

    Amazon cheats customers by not making the return policy clear on the product page. I recently purchased a carpet sold by 'Luxurious Carpets', order id[protected] for 2299 rupees. It was mentioned on the product page it is 10 days returnable but no where they had mentioned I had to ship back the product to seller. I contacted customer care for return assistancd, they too told that after 10 days amazon agent will come and pick up the product from house. Since there was no response, I reached to customer care again after few days, and this time they told that return is not possible by amazon but instead, I have to ship back a 8*6 feet carpet all by myself by carrying it to the carrier partner.
    The customer care calls are recorded as proof of their ignorance and cheating . Please refund my money.

      I have subscribed for audible from account nimmymary.[protected]@gmail.com which is linked to a number [protected]. This number is currently inactive and I cannot login to my Amazon account to cancel audible subscription. It is asking for OTP sent to invalid number for security reason. I cannot even reset my password as it still asks for OTP.

He n a lady called Swasti looted me Rs. 65749/- in buying an iScale 50 kg weighing machine with a promotional gifi of a dell inspiron laptop 15.6".d actual cost of d machine is only Rs. 5749/-d rest was lavied in gst clearance, mistakes n refunding process. So, kindly look into this matter seriously n clarify me from your end at the earliest as I am a regular customer of Amazon India.

            Amount payed from credit card - 15177/-
            No cost emi benefit - 626/-
            Total 27103/- rs

            But i haven't received my money back to till
            Order was cancelled on 05th oct 2021

            So we are requesting to amazon team pls revert my all money.

              My name is Ayush sonkar and I had ordered (Comforter) of RS.1640.05 Cloth Fusion Pacifier Microfiber Reversible AC Comforter, Double (Maroon & Light Grey, 200 GSM) in Amazon on 28 October 2021 and after Nov 1 2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on Nov 7
              Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
              VCSZ63PC0000KV9ZLZ6Q and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

                On 13th November I ordered (ORDER #[protected] 10 pairs of NIKE shoes from Amazon India. However I received only 8 pairs without proper packaging and without a sealed bag from amazon on 14th december. The two missing pairs(i.e, amount to Rs11334/-). On stating the same concern to the executive, first they denied to register my complaint and after many attempts when my complaint got registered they rejected for a Refund/Replacement saying that according to their investigation the product was dispatched. However in reality I only received 8 shoes in a haphazard manner without a sealed bag. I even have pictures of the manner in which I received the product. I tried to get in touch with amazon and tried to talk to them but amazon is not answering any of my questions. I asked them what did their investigation say, once one executive said he can mail me the details but later the other one denied and behaved in an extremely rude and inappropriate manner.Now, they are not answering my questions and blabbering one same line to every question of mine- “We cannot help you on this” . How is the customer’s fault when an incomplete order without proper packaging is sent over. What are customer support services for when the customer issue is not resolved and the customer is unsatisfied . I really look forward to a prompt response.

                  Sir, My name is Suman Mondal . Some days ago I ordered some books through Amazon . on 28th November 2021 one book delivered my home . The price of the book is 609 rupees and This order was a prepaid order I ordered this from my UPI account and my bank name is State bank of India, account number [protected] branch : Badkulla, Nadia . But 29th November 2021 I was returned this book and get my refund amount, the refund amount is 597.13 rupees . On 29th November Amazon gave me a refund reference number . That is[protected]. They said that under 4 days I get my refund but Now 6th December after 7 days still I don't get my refund back . Please sir I request that please do some action that I give my refund Money . Thank you

                    I have returned the product because the product I received was not compatible for my use and it did not match the description provided on amazon site.
                    I raised the issue with amazon team. Initially they promised refund and asked me to wait. After 2 weeks they informed refund couldn’t be issued since seller denied claim.
                    I’ve be wronged by the seller and amazon did not give me any relief. I am left with no product and my hard earnt money is not returned.
                    I’ve even sent a e-mail raising my concern but amazon didn’t even bother to reply back.
                    Please help me.

                            I have ordered a 5000 product which was supposed to be delivered by 2nd of December according to that I have planned my house shifting but it got delayed by 3 days due to which i had to postpone the shifting date and had to pay money to my older owner, new owner as well as the packer and movers.

                            I have contacted the Amazon customer service and talked to the below mentioned agents and supervisor.

                            denied disclosing the name of the manager

                            Forced me to cancel the order.

                              Wrong product delivered and no refund given

                              We ordered for a robovac (viomi-se), but we got a salwar suit instead..
                              even before we opened the package we knew it cud be a dress material, so we called amazon customer support to return it.. but they insited to open it and take a video to be on safe side, so we opened it and took a video too..

                                  I received a different product of Spigen iPad cover from which I ordered. I received blue color without a Spigen tag cover no doubt cover quality is awesome but it does not look like a Spigen product.
                                  Now amazon told me they did not do anything because their investigation team told the customer received the right product but they did not prove to me I am received correct item.

                                    I ordered a 16GB RAM from amazon and they send me 8gb means wrong item, mostly in ram cases you can only replace it but in my case i only can refund it why because price has increased and the seller intentionally sent me wrong item so I had to return it and buy a new one for the increased price. And I can’t write a review of this product although I have purchased this item a year ago and this is my 2nd purchase for this item. I want you guys to help me to get this item. Its not about the price its about the consumer rights in INDIA. JAI Hind
