On 10 10 2021.I have ordered a package from Amazon but after that I got to know that the package is something different which is not belongs to me. I returned it but still now which is 16th of November 2021 the amount is unrfunded to me.

I have contacted to Amazon executives but every time I got no response from them here I am declaring my order ID[protected].

It's my request to kindly return my 180 rupees thank you.

    Purchased DMR 3 kg portable Mini washing machine with dryer on 13th Nov 202`1. want to return the items since it is not useful. trying to return through the app but difficult to return. option of returning is coming but could not do so. please make arrangements to take it back

            On amazon, I purchased some products and reviewed about it what I experienced with the product. All was okay but don't know they started deleting my review and after some day they blocked my account. Message is showing like "We apologize but Amazon has noticed some unusual reviewing activity on this account. As a result, all reviews submitted by this account have been removed and this account will no longer be able to contribute reviews and other content on Amazon. If you would like to learn more, please see our community guidelines. To contact us about this decision, please email [protected]@amazon.in." I have done complain regarding same too but none of them are telling reason exactly which guidelines, i have not followed, they simply send system generated mail again and again or send link of guidelines, but not saying about what i am doing wrong. Account linked with number [protected].

            Please look to it seriously and take steps. I want my account normal and all review posted on product page.

                Hi,

                I have ordered one Item Orient Electric Ultra Comfort 11 Fin Oil Filled Radiator Room Heater (White, Gold) and oder # is[protected]
                for this item i have allready paid 8229 rupees to Amazon.

                It support to be delivered on 11th November but still item is not delivered.
                When i check the status in their website and the status is shown as Delivered.

                Request you to please help me in this matter.

                  Subject ordered ( Order #[protected]on 30th Oct-21 and I am waiting this order suddenly on 1st Nov a mail received your order delivered ( Your package will be delivered by 6 PM by our Amazon Delivery Agent (Phone: [protected] PIN 2315 )., I am surprised, i called its number but not connected. after that i complaint amazon customer care from 2nd Nov-21 to 9th Nov-21 but till today we have not received our ordered.

                    I was ordered an item named Boat Airdopes 621 on 12 Oct 2021. Also, I was set up a return pickup scheduled for 14 Oct 2021. My item get picked up by the delivery person on 16 Oct 2021. Also before returning the item I submitted my correct ban details for my refund. On 16 Oct 2021, my refund has been initiated as per the message I got on amazon and as per the customer care support team, they told me that my refund will be initiated back in 5 working days. When these days got passed I again make the call to the help center and again they told me to wait for a few days more and I will get my refund on 26 Oct 2021 but the same issue happened and I don't get my refund. Hence I moved to the bank 4 times already but every time the bank manager told me the same as they don't have any information related to my refund. It already a month passed away but still, I did not get my refund.
                    The order number is[protected]. My item is worth Rs. 1999.0. The refund reference number provided by the amazon executive is[protected].
                    Also, my bank details which I provided and also confirm by amazon customer care is Account Number:- [protected], IFSC CODE:- SBIN0017601.
                    Please look into this and help me to get my refund.

                      I have ordered through Amazon for Easy office Chair on 31.10.2021 and the order has gone to Shree Shyam Fabrics with terminal Id 87037851 and paid Rs. 1000 for purchase of Easy Office Chair with transaction Id of[protected]. The Chair was also ordered to Osis Stores with order No. 1520. When i see the OSis Stores nothing is seen. Kindly let me know the present position of this Chair as Osis store is not opening and tracking says something went wrong. I have paid Rs. 1000/- as payment for the Chair as per details of my purchase. Kindly help me in this otherwise i will loose Rs. 1000/-.

                              I placed 15 litter geyser during great Indian sale but the seller (Amazon fulfilled) sends 3 litter so I raised complaint and replaced the order but again they send 3 litter only, many customers waiting for festival sale for purchasing some discount but Amazon simply cancelled that products and refund the amount, if you don't wish to give low cost then why advertising and cheating customers, I lost my 3 orders which is placed during this festival sale

                                I have the misfortune of getting swindled by Amazon delivery team in Bangalore & Pune (which once exactly I cannot say at this stage it could be both or one of them). I ordered an mobile handset- Samsung Note 20 Ultra 512 GB ( Order number[protected] of around 96 thousand INR (1300 USD) and a defective piece was delivered from a Bangalore seller to my Pune address on Oct 24, 2021 by the Amazon delivery partner Awadh Logistics. The handset screen is showing a software crash when turned On. From day One of receipt of the product I have been in communication with the Customer care team. Some of them did attempt to help me but were handicapped by limited authority and compulsion to follow the standard script of playing the postmen. All they could do was to just schedule and reschedule the pick up dates.

                                Each time a pick gets scheduled, it gets canceled by the Delivery Partner Awadh Logistics. Following are the dates -Oct 27, Oct 30, Nov 1, Nov 3, Nov 7 and finally November 10, 2021.
                                On each date the Amazon delivery partner agency refuses the pick-up with the reason of verification failed. I am exhausted in explaining that the Product device is having a software crash issue and is HENCE obviously not getting turned on for it to be verified. I am sure they know and understand this however they are deliberately not picking up the Product since they have delivered this defective piece themselves on Oct 24 to me.
                                The last I am hearing from the CC team is that the ticket is raised with the ID: 9be274eb[protected]e5e-0d60c5e26351 is still pending. This ticket is to enable the verification requirement for the pick up partner to be waived off.
                                However Amazon as well as Awadh Logistics are NOT going to accept the Product. THE DELIVERY PARTNER AGENCY MENTION THAT THE PRODUCT COST WILL BE DEBITED FROM THEIR ACCOUNT IF THEY ACCEPT IT. As though it is any of the customer's concern. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for the last few years and have shopped for at least 200 or more products between myself and my spouse.

                                They have now picked up the product immediately after I went public and have just now issued a refund. However who will compensate me for the mental harassment their pick up agents did to me all through the last three weeks. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves and should compensate me if they have any professional and concern left for a loyal customer

                                  I have ordered a kurthi on 02/11/2021 .it was to be received on 04/11/2021 .but I have returned my product on 05/11/2021.amazon intiated the refund on 05/11/2021 and it was expected to come on 8/11/2021-10/11/2021.
                                  Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the bank has still not credited my money
                                  This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                                    I ordered "Wonderland Foods (Device) Dry Fruits Combo Almond 500g, Cashew 500g, Pista 500g, Raisin 500g, Walnut Kernel 350g - 2350g (Jar)" from amazon (Order Id[protected]) and paid Rs. 2499. I received damaged items and also of very poor quality. I immediately raised the issue with amazon upon receiving the product. You can check the timings of filing complain and delivery and will find no minor difference. Still when I raised the complain, amazon raised an investigation and informed me that they delivered the product right. I want to know how you did the investigation and reached this absolutely trashy conclusion. Amazon blamed me for damaged product and refused to provide satisfactory response.
                                    I want full refund or replacement for my product.
