I’ve received wheat packet instead of cashew on 28/10/2021 what crime have I committed in this, have I made such a mistake that my order is neither being replaced nor refunded, I am very upset, what should I face, Till now I have kept the packet also, that packet is very small, cashew cannot come in it. And even when they came, they would break now I have only one solution or you should refund my money me as soon as possible otherwise I will take some action against amazon & meet you in consumer court.

      I have orderded Craftghar Pickle Set (ceramic Jars with lids from Aamzon on 24th september. Unfortunately I had to return the product and Amzon has issued me refund for the same on 28th september.
      But today its 30th Oct and I have not received my refund in bank account still. The order ID number is[protected].
      The bank reference number provided by Amazon is 30005412731267163252026.
      The status of the product showing my Aamzon application is "Refund Issued". Its not shiwng refund credited to your original payment method. My bank is unabl to track the refrence number provided by Aamzon India. I need Aamzon to look upon matter and successfully issu me refund.

        I have ordered from Aamzon on 24th September but unfortunately I had to eurn the order and Aamzon has issued refund by their side on 28th september. According to Aamzon, it had to be credited by 3rd Oct. But today is 30th October and I have still recieved by refund in bank account.

        Bank reference Number provided by Amazon is 30005412741267163252024.
        KIndly help me out so that I can receive my refund in Indian Bank (Mall Road Branch Amritsar) having Account number [protected].

        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have a query that even my Amazon account is not showing refund credited to your original payment method. It is only showing refund issued on this order. Thus my bank is not taking responsibility for it. I have called to Aamzon customer care several times and each time they are saying, your bank reference number has become generated, so talk to your bank. No one is taking their responsibility.

            I bought a XBOX game disc "Fary Cry 6 Gold Edition" from amazon, the case was damaged badly and the code included in the box to activate the game isnt working and amazon is refusing to refund for the same claiming its a non-returnable product.

              I had ordered a product from amazon 7989rs on 4th september and i returned it due to wrong product coming from amazon.
              and amazon refund my money on 3rd october and airtel payments bank customer care is saying no refund from amazon.
              Today is the 20th but till now my money has not arrived in my account.
              Amazon has refunded, they have also given confirmation mail, also given refund reference number [protected]
              But Airtel Payment Bank customer care is saying no refund has come from Amazon.
              And I am asking airtel payment bank to fill the charge dispute form then they are saying that such form is not available in my bank.

                I have made order of infinity headphone on 20 october and expected deliver was on 23 october but your delivery boy didn't deliver me my package. He showed that delivery attempted but i didn't get any call from him. I call on customer care and he gave me 25 october date for delivery my product but problem remains same. After that I again contact your one executive so he gave me promise to deliver my product on 28 october but I have not received my product on 28 october and this thing happens again and again continuously. They remind me the famous dialogue "tarikh pe tarikh milti rhi product nhi mila mili hai to sirf tarikh". So, now I have no trust on amazon now and in future I will never buy and product from amazon and also i didn't recommed amazon for any person.

                  I have ordered a product of office desk on 30th september 2021 and paid the amount and then i cancelled the product.
                  Then on 1st october 2021 the amazon refunded my amount.But i havent received any amount in my bank account or else in amazon wallet.I have contacted amazon they informed me the that the refund have been intiated no refund amount is credited in my bank i have also raised a complaint in my bank i.e, kotak mahindra bank but also their is no response its been already 28days.
                  please try to get my refund amount as soon as possible

                    Qty - 2 ( 550g) La Jarden® Air Dry Wet Clay/Terracotta... Qty- 2 ( 550g) were purchase vide Order ID:[protected] and the said item was return to Amazon vide Pickup Tracking ID:[protected] and Return ID: DCRR92n1RRMA.
                    The said item was picked up on 5 Sep 2021 and refund of Rs 139.50 as per tracking information was expected by 11 Sep 2021.
                    This is to inform you that Rs 139.50 has not been found credited in my credit card as on date where as all other refunds have been found credited.
                    Pl look into it and ensure that the refund is credited into my credit card account at the earliest.

                        Delivery agent refused to deliver my package

                        Amazon company and the delivery agent has got the most pathetic system of communication. There's no way you can raise a complaint to the company and they can directly contact the delivery agent. According to them they can't directly contact the delivery agent which is just ridiculous. I have a job and I can't keep coming home to receive the parcel. So as told by the delivery agent I was coming home and waiting for the parcel at that particular...

                          This is to bring your kind attention to the matter. I had ordered a number of three items in POD mode. As due to some emergencies i was not on house and could not be delivered to me . Primarily a number of three reattempts for several products were made for me as well as my family members. Unfortunately now, the delivery fellows are not doing this. It is your responsibility to ascertain the reattempts of delivery team to a prime customers. I am so sorry to inform you that, if this issue is not going to sort out, my family members must have to unsubscribe all services from amazon as you may know there are several other e-com services available.

                            I am talking about the refund of 2 jenatics jeans of worth rs 1990 on prime account [protected]@gmail.com . Refund was said to be initiated on 27 September but still I have not received any amount. I have contacted my bank but they are denying of any amount in my account and there is a proof of that attached to this mail. So look into the matter and give me my amount since a lot time has passed and still no solution and not your customer service is responding well

                                My self Mr Dhopatkar, my wife had ordered one baby toy from amazon by 21st sept 2021. We have received incomplete product and some part are missing. Hence She have raised replacement order.
                                After two days we have change our mind and we have requested for cancellation of order.
                                I have kept ready with box to return it. But till date no one have visited my place. While doing follow up, call center person asked me upload photo of product on some link. I have already uploaded the same and waiting for revert.
                                But till date I have not received any call or update. Now days I m not able to connect call center call also.
                                I m very fed up with the follow up.
                                Need my money back and take you product from my place.

                                  I had placed an Order for Fossil Camilla 9.339 Ltrs Green Casual Backpack (ZB7835366), worth Rs.5920/-
                                  One product was delivered on 18th October, but was not the same item .The product delivered was a torn and tattered bag of the brand Babilu, which was packed in the box of Fossil. I had raised the complaint on the same day of delivery .After speaking to 2-3 people, I was told to wait for 2 days as matter will be investigated .I had uploaded the images of the product too on the same day.I called again after 2-3 days to check, but no body had done anything .Again after speaking with 2-3 people, I spoke with someone of the specialist team, and the person assured me he is placing the refund which will be reflected in the account in 4-5 days .After 3-4 days again after speaking with 2-3 people I was told no refund has been initiated & the matter will be investigated. Now after 2-3 days I have been told that the verification team is saying that the right product was shipped & delivered to the customer& no refund or replacement will be given. This is not what we expect from amazon.

                                    I have seen job offer in OLX about Supervisor Post they send E-mail Link [protected]@jobcareamazon.in i have sent my resume and all study certificates to the emil, and they sent 3 PDF files i.e 1. Appointment details 2. Resources Process Forms 3. their Bank account number and IFSC code, they told and fill your details and Deposit 1550/- for Uniform Charges and send scan copy of Deposit slip, Forms to email, i have deposited 1550/- in their A/C number and sent copy and forms, the next day they called me and pay 5000/- for salary account opening in ICICI Bank immidetly, i think it is Fraud i din't send I Lost 1550/- when I saw this site and reviews I save 5000/- Thanks to all the writers.
