I have been an amazon customer for more than 4 years. I am writing this mail with utmost disappointment with amazon india customer service. They have provided the RRN[protected] against the refund. The Bank mentioned that there is no record found against this number. Amazon is denying to share the complete details. My money is holded by Amazon for more than 2 months....

I had also amazon Superviser job offer letter and to pay 1500 for uniform gate pass purpose. So I don't know about this I paid too after then only I know about this fake jobs are coming in our society so please refund my amount as soon as possible please sir help me out and resolve my problem too..

I have purchased mobile in Amazon and used for 7months and suddenly after update my speaker stopped working. I went to mi service center and showed my mobile and they took, after some time the store person called me and said it's out of warranty then I said I have the bill of warranty.
Then he said the mobile is already in opend state so they won't claim warranty.

I don't understand when I have warranty on my phone then...

My ordered product always comes in bad condition/opened or missing. It has been happening always. Today I received item with material missing inside. In my previous order it had delivered in open condition. It looks like some delivery agents are doing something wrong in this area.
kindly take action to this serious concern or I have to choose other site for shopping....
