Refund not received in spite of complaining multiple times

Respected Sir/Mam,
I am Anunay Sahu, an account holder of your BOB VijayNagar Branch, Indore. I had done my shopping on amazon.in for a product on 13 October 2021 from the BOB account [protected] through the debit card for Rs. 1549 but later on, I had returned the product and the amount was initiated to me for a refund.         Refund against exchange the product

        Amazon is miss guiding to customer for exchange the product.

        Amazon is making money through exchange the product. Because on exchange exchange bonus we not be returned and exchanged item also not returnable as per conveyed after making money from me.

        I purchased Mi 11x through amazon @ 26999 rs (15047.82 Credit card + 30 rs Amazon Pay+ 11300 Mobile Exchange +621 no cost emi amount)...

        I had ordered a set of American Tourister luggage bags, sold by Cloudtail india which involves two bags one of 68 cm and another of 55cm. The delivery was done only for the bigger one and they asked me to pay the amount in full when I said the order is not complete. They told me to ask customer care and after so many chats and calls with customer care, they said they cannot do anything about it.

        This is highly unacceptable and causing inconvenience as it is not a small amount

          I ordered Blue Yeti Mic on 9th October, 2021 but due to not capable for our required conditions we applied for refund, so according to the Amazon, they shown for refund on 18th october, but not credited to bank yet .Amazon provided us a reference no. also but the bank replied to talk to Amazon only...where and how could i receive my amount ?

                  Ot was not picked up on12th October and till now I have not received refund. Everytime I contact ur representative tells me the same thing that it's not picked up yet and they will escalate. But no one resolve my issue.. they are humiliating me

                    I ordered chokola chocolate bars of two quantities for Rs830/-{Rs415/-each} on 17/10/21 and got it delivered on 22/10/21. when i open the package i found out my chocolates are broken into cubes . Then i immediately raised a complaint with amazon customer service. They told me they will investigate into the matter and asked me to call on 25/10/21. When i called them today they are saying that they didn't have the authorities to solve this issue and simply saying we can't do anything.So i request to solve my complaint and refund me my full amount of Rs 830/-.HERE IS MY ORDER NO[protected]

                      Yesterday i received my order which is Puma track pant .. I want my money i paid online for the order and what is this behaviour of amazon .. why they are playing with customers money... and registered mobile number is [protected].. i am not expecting this from Amazon . I want my money back... This is not acceptable. I received wrong item which is cheap and different and the order name is Puma track pant and id is[protected]..

                        I ordered Yonex Graphite Badminton Racquet Muscle Power 29LT Black
                        Grey (G4, 85-89.9 grams, 30 lbs Tension, Set of 1) from amazon.in on 28/08/21 (Order Number:[protected]. They delivered a fake product as the racquet's rim broke after about just 50 days of purchase. It was used moderately and racquet didn't hit the ground anytime. It was very disappointing as I had the same model of racquet before this one which lasted for more than 2 years. I have raised this issue with their customer service but got no response. They should take the responsibility for the quality of product delivered as customers trust in the brand. I want amazon.in to replace/return the item so that the lost trust can be regained.

                        this is very disappointing to hear. this happened with my friend too now i have lost trust on amazon. never gonna buy racquets from there. they should seriously consider replacing such faulty damaged racquet for customer satisfaction.
                        It is very disappointing to hear that amazon is not delivering quality (fake) products & if such things happen within 50 days o[censored]sage with brand like yonex now i started thinking about not to buy products from amazon also a yonex product as other brands are delivering quality product in good price range, amazon and yonex will loose trust from the regular buyers like me if this issue is not resolved.

                          I ordered samsung galaxy phone from amamzon but i received empty box, i open my parcel in fron of deliveryu boy, then i contact consumer care they said they will investigate and resolve this in 3-4 days.

                          after 4 days they said that ki hamre pass status update dikh rha h apko phone mil gya. they don't ask for any audio any video nothing and now they are clearly said apko jo legal action lena h lee li jiye, hum kuch nhi karsakte
                          jabki delivery boy se kuch pucha hi nhi gya h and amazon wale kh rhe h humne investigation kar lia hain

                          they neither providing my parcel related investigation detail nor my tracking details so that i can track ki mera phone kis courier pe jakr gayab hua h

                          its really very shameful and awful for such big company doing these things its our hard core money

                              I ordered a derma 2% kojic acid cream and i received wrong item.. they sent me another item and when i contacted customer service of amazon they are just saying and ending the chat that u will get refund.. and not listening me .. there is not any process of refund which i can see From my end .. they are making me fool.. registered mobile number of account is [protected] and the order id of product is[protected]...                                   I have purchased ptron earbud from amazon after few month there was charging issue after complaint the issue ias per the policy customer has to courier the defective product to the service centre and had to bear the cost too i have received the replacement pcs after 20 days as per them after doing quality check but have receive the other pcs that too detective and left ear is not working at all if company accept the replacement again i have to bear the courier cost there is no o direct customer care number to handle the query worst
                                  Amazon dont take care of the after sales and there vendors sells defective product as per return and warranty policy

                                    Actually I have order a nivea men face cream because it wasn't in stock of my nearest supermarket which costs just 55 INR Including tax and shipping charge was not included due to something promotion Applied. So, I have to pay only 55 INR but they took 85 INR after being told that shipping charges was not included in the order and started arguing.

                                    I don't wanna any refund for their cheap mistakes and toxic behaviour but just give a message to them that if any costomer is saying something please keep attention on the and check the order summary before the Payment.
