I placed an order for a Travel Bag from Amazon India Online, i received the product in damaged condition, i raised a request for replacement which i didn't received. After that i called the customer service of amazon, they said it cannot be replaced we can raise a refund request. I asked them to do so. After few days a Gentleman from Amazon came to my place took the photos and collected the travel bag with him. As on dated 01.11.2021.
After few days when i saw the status at amazon, it wasn't getting updated anymore. I called the amazon customer service, now they are saying the product received is a non-amazon product and we cannot give you replacement, refund or return of the same.
Now, amazon is cheating on me now. They took my money and the bag too, now they don't want to return either.
Kindly help me resolve this
