I have ordered 49 items and I have not received one item (1kg of pear)
The item is missing when arrived, the packet seal not is missing.

Investigation was done and AMAZON say the item was handover at the warehouse. If has gone missing some where between transit to delivery.

If the items were dispatched, why out of 49 items, 48 items were revived

This is regarding an order of Thermador GAS stove purchased. I have placed the order on the 26th of July and it is derived in the first week of Aug.

Once I received the GAS stove I have installed it from my GAS agency person later on we were getting an LPG gas smell throughout the day.

I had ordered for a pair of ear pods of the brand Boat worth Rs.1299/- from Amazon but the product was returned back and on 24.08.21 i received an email for the initiated refund to be returned.
