As i mentioned above, i transferred 5k to a person through Amazon pay method. The amount is deduced from my bank account, but the amount is not yet received to the recipient, in amazon pay it showing like Pending and the amount will be credited in 2 days, but the amount is not yet credited.

      I ordered an LG monitor listed with discount for The Great Indian Festival, on 18th october. On 19th evening I got the monitor in a LG box, no Amazon box, no Amazon stickers, no invoice. I accepted it, but immediately contacted the customer care to inform them, they asked me to open it and check, inside there where two holes in the styrofoam box, the cd was loose among the other accessories, the stand was wrapped and sealed with paper tape, I had the feeling this was an item returned by someone else, so I decided to ask for replacement. Eventually, after 5 calls, the person agreed to change it. Yesterday again I was at home all day waiting for the delivery person to pick up mine and give me the replacement. By 9 p.m. non calls and no sign of him. The parcel was out for delivery since 7.30 a.m. no way to talk to the guy as his number was constantly busy from 7. Finally the tracking system show DELIVERY CANCELLED. In between I saw the parcel went back to the Amazon center in the afternoon and was again out for delivery at 5.30 p.m.
      Now, they say they will refund me the amount without explaining me what happened, they said the system cannot accept another replacement since there is only one chance for replacement and that failed (not because of me...) Is crazy!!!
      They suggested me to place another order, today is the last day for the offer and I'm supposed to spend again the amount without first getting it back and perhaps going through the same issues as, if they had a genuine monitor to supply, I think the would have done it in first place.
      This sound to me like a FRAUD where they tried to sell me a NON FRESH PRODUCT and they failed, that's why they didn't replace it.

        The device got delivered on 9th October, and the device having issue of hanging and lagging since very first day. Initially I thought may be after updates it will be ok. but still having issue so tried to log complaint on 13 or 14th October 2021, the amazon web site provided a link to download some self check app, the app confirmed the device having no such kind of issue. but my problem not resolved so tried to each out to customer help center yesterday 20-Oct-2021, the executive told me there are no any technical team available so call in the morning after 8:00AM so I called today 21-Oct-2021, the executive denied to for help and returning or replacing this device. I know they records customer activity on their web site and they sends suggestion or recently viewed products. my also should be there but they are not accepting it.
        Please help me out from this problem and help to return this product to amazon.in

          I have ordered a Crompton CIL 120 surface domestic pressure Pump (Blue Almunium),
          vide Order#[protected], dt 12.10.2021. For Rs.4598/= pre-paid.
          The Item is Returnable by 25th of October 2021.

          I placed Return Request for the Item for reasons ----
          1. Missing accessories (Both sides Brass Connectors are missing),
          2. One Pin of the plug is Broken.
          (also the colour is black instead of blue).

          But the item was not Picked-up.

          On Chatting with amazon customer help I was told to cancel the request and place a Fresh Return Request.

          I did the same, but no one came to Pick-up on the appointed date and slot.

          Once again I have cancelled my return request and PLACED A FRESH RETURN REQUEST (THIRD TIME).

          The last date for the return is 24.10.2021, after that the return window will be closed and I will not be able to place any fresh request for return.

            Hi. I have order 2 shoes on 26/08/2021. Order Id[protected]. this pre payment order. 1 shoes (White) Are recived on 30/8/2021. but second (Maroon) not recived. but in amazon application order status showing both order dilevered. When I try to contact your backend team for complaint they said as per our dilever team said both shoes are dilvered to customer. and when I confirm to dilevered boy they said only 1 shoes has been dilevered to you and also same detail send to amazon office. also amazon team said to me. if your order not dilevered to you so you can file a leagle case on amazon otherwise we can't help you. So I would like to request you please rectify this case. and provide me best resolution.

                My name is Lokendra Pratap Singh, I ordered a product on 2nd october 2021 with order id -
                [protected],[protected] of 13940 Rs . And After few Hours i cancelled my order for some reasons on 2nd october itself. My refund is initiated on 2nd october 2021 at 07:03pm with the reference id[protected].
                Amazon told me that the refund will reflect in my bank account till 8th october 2021. But today is 20th October no refund is reflected in my account . I talked to amazon they told me to qoute the refund reference number[protected]. to your bank, but when i quote the RRN Number they told me no refund is generated with this RRN number please talk to your refund team . Then Amazon told me to file Charge Dispute Form, Then on 13th October 2021 I file a online complaint in my bank that is PNB - Disputed Debit/Credit Entry With Complaint number - CW[protected] . Then also the reply is same from pnb they told me to talk to amazon why only there transaction is not reflected, all the debit credit entry would perfectly work . My bank Details Are -

                  I had ordered a product of Rs.1999 in Amazone & The seller cancelled the order. And on 8th september 2021 amazone initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazone sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Kerala Gramin Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                    I have purchased an blood pressure monitor HEM-7600T in october 2018 with 5 years India Warranty. Since day 1, the product was failing to register and the reading was incorrect. I connected with Omron and they said me to register the product for warranty claim. However the serial number of the product sold was counterfeit and not a valid product in India.
                    I am in toch with Amazon with all valid details, however Amazon is saying the warranty is owned by Omron and they don't have anything to do in this case.
                    They are also adament saying they are selling genuine product. When the product is getting refused by OMRON itself.
                    There is no movement on this and I am looking for compensation and refund for the negligence done by Amazon for life support products.

                      I've ordered samsung memory card and biotique eye care cream. "Delhivery" executive called me and ask me to come 3-4 kms from my mention adress to collect parcel. He called me 2 consecutive days and on both days he refuse to deliver my parcel at mention adress.

                          I Am Anita Lakra From Raigarh, Chattisgarh, India. I had purchased a dell laptop Order #[protected], costing 69, 000 INR from Amazon.in shopping platform. I had placed my order on 6th August. I received an extremely damaged and wrong laptop, for which I immediately put up a return request.
                          The vendor comes and goes back every time refusing to pick it up, saying that he has not received any mail from the Amazon regarding the return of the laptop. The vendor says until and unless he gets a mail from amazon regarding the return pick up order, he will not pick up.
                          It's been 10 times that the return request has been placed.
                          Customer care people's assurance goes in vain everytime. Customer service is only going on placing return request, this is 10th time now. I am losing patience, as I don't know when is Amazon going to solve my problem. I have uploaded photos and even videos of the damaged laptop in my reviews as well as in the link sent to me by amazon asking me to send pics.

                          I have received a very badly damaged laptop . Ever since then, I have been chasing the customer care people since last one and half months, yet no solution has been provided by Amazon . My matter went up to the Amazon Escalating Team, but in vain. Problem was not solved. They talk very sweetly but always fail in addressing the grievances. I have also kept audio recordings of their assurances, which may be required later, maybe in court, if problem is not solved.

                          I have been Amazon's prime member since so many years. If a prime customer gets such careless response from Amazon, I wonder how do they respond to other customers.
                          Pls help me to get the Refund amount, as soon as possible.
