I Am Anita Lakra From Raigarh, Chattisgarh, India. I had purchased a dell laptop Order #[protected], costing 69, 000 INR from Amazon.in shopping platform. I had placed my order on 6th August. I received an extremely damaged and wrong laptop, for which I immediately put up a return request.
The vendor comes and goes back every time refusing to pick it up, saying that he has not received any mail from the Amazon regarding the return of the laptop. The vendor says until and unless he gets a mail from amazon regarding the return pick up order, he will not pick up.
It's been 10 times that the return request has been placed.
Customer care people's assurance goes in vain everytime. Customer service is only going on placing return request, this is 10th time now. I am losing patience, as I don't know when is Amazon going to solve my problem. I have uploaded photos and even videos of the damaged laptop in my reviews as well as in the link sent to me by amazon asking me to send pics.

I have received a very badly damaged laptop . Ever since then, I have been chasing the customer care people since last one and half months, yet no solution has been provided by Amazon . My matter went up to the Amazon Escalating Team, but in vain. Problem was not solved. They talk very sweetly but always fail in addressing the grievances. I have also kept audio recordings of their assurances, which may be required later, maybe in court, if problem is not solved.
I have been Amazon's prime member since so many years. If a prime customer gets such careless response from Amazon, I wonder how do they respond to other customers.
Pls help me to get the Refund amount, as soon as possible.
