    Hi,
    What's going on with these orders? The status shows "On the way, but it's running late". All of these are for the book "To Kill A Democracy: India's Passage to Despotism". I am one of the co-authors of the book. Based in Hong Kong, I tried to gift the book to some of my family members in India but you have let me down very badly. First you took a lot of orders without verifying your stock. You refunded me on some of these but some, like these orders from August and early September, are still unresolved. All of these orders were made at a price of Rs 450-475 each. I again ordered two copies of the same book at @ Rs 899 each in late September. One of them was delivered (Order #[protected] but the other (placed the same day, 27 Sept 2021), supposed to be delivered to Malabika Guha Thakurta in Kolkata, was never delivered. I distinctly remember the order being accepted and money debited from my account, but there's no mention of this order on my account page. Can you please tell me what's going on? I have tried tweeting to your help desk, but it didn't help.

      Hi sir
      I am a customer of amazon, i ordered a laptop costs 57990/- rupees on[protected], which came on 22nd october which is defective piece that it works well for about 10 minutes suddenly the screen went off but laptop is running, so i requested a replacement, they placed the replacement for 25th october, the delivery guy came and cancelled the return saying that screen is not turning on. So i called the customer service agent they placed the return for my laptop, they came and cancel my return . Again i called the customer service, they created a return, again the delivery guy came and cancelled my return, again and again the returned created almost 5 times, but no one taking my return and cancelling without my permission. I requested a return again but from these recent return pickups even no delivery boy called me or came to my place to take the return. What is my fault here? Shopping on amazon? It is already been 10+ days completed, but i did not get any solution for this, totally frustrated with this issue, what the hell is going on. The seller sent me a defective piece, please solve the issue

        I had placed a prepaid order of 3 steel drums of 15 l capacity from Amazon.in on 18-10-21. The promised time of delivery was one day. I received a message from Amazon on 21-10-21 at 8 am that my order has been delivered. Since I had not received the order, I immediately called the customer care at 9 am and the customer care executive asked me to wait till 9 pm. When, I didn't receive the order till 9 pm, I called the customer care team again and was told to wait till next morning. On calling again next morning, the customer care executive stalled me again that they will conduct an inquiry and I will have to wait for another 5 days at least for resolution. After this call, Amazon team blocked my phone number from calling the customer service again.
        There was no communication from Amazon team for the next 5 days. As my phone number was still blocked by Amazon team from calling them, I contacted the customer service on chat. During the chat, I was told that no refund or replacement will be provided by Amazon as the order has been delivered.
        There was no delivery of order, no courier person took my signature, there was no detail provided by Amazon about their so called inquiry.
        I have been continuously harassed mentally by Amazon team, their customer service team is absolutely worthless and they even have the audacity to block a customer from calling them when they don't want to resolve the issue.

            I ordered a new laptop in exchange of the old one, one of their policy in regard to the same is that the old laptop shouldn't be worn or torn from any side, there shouldn't be any scratch and should be functional. My laptop is new enough but the only problem was of the lost key, even though that particular function of key was operating. My control button key was missing yet you could operate the function in laptop without the key.

            The delivery man understood and could have waivered it and take the laptop yet I felt for his own convenience, the delivery boy didn't take any measures. He informed that he will get back to me but he didn't. This has happened before as well and no one is taking measures. I request to please look into it and help me get justice.

When I contacted Amazon they are saying to give billing address and last 4 digit number of the card.                 I have received a message on[protected].iam attaching his watsup number screen shots and teelgram please be aware and help me

                I have received a message from shiva Kumar that online part time jobs earn more money later he took to telegram account and guide me how to register and said deposit 200 rs as first task as I received 150/- extra income next I invested 500 rs then I received 300 rs extra income and withdrawals also completed.
                Now he said to add 3000/- rs so u can earn total 5500/- after depositing 3000/- 8 tasks are assigned, he said u can earn more comission by completing tasks after 2 nd task asked for add extra deposit I have deposited and at last again I have deposited 30k to complete my last task so I can withdraw the whole amount.

                Totally I have invested 96k after completing my all tasks again one task is added I raised a question y again task is assigned, he said late completion of tasks he should do one task for withdrawal.I said no I don't have any money to invest later he said recharge with 50k for termination tasks as liquidity damages so I can withdraw my total amount.
                At that time iam realised that it is fake iam requesting him to send my invested amount he is saying first recharge with50 k then I can withdraw.

                Please hepl me for getting my invested. Amount.

                    I had bought a Bluetooth speaker Brand Name- FLORID, Model No.- Florid Star 22 (ASIN NO. B08533TDQ8) sold by M/s FUNEFFECT ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED on 25th October, 2021.

                    While using the Bluetooth speaker, I found that the Bluetooth speaker is not functioning well and battery backup is not performing well as provided in the information mentioned on Amazon.in. and when I checked the product carefully, I found that this product has no BIS mark and number printed on it (neither on product nor on packaging). The product is also not up to the quality standard as prescribed by the BIS. I tried to contact the vender (M/s FUNEFFECT ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED.) for the information but the contact given by vender were fictitious and fake too since nobody replied on that contact no.

                    This product might be not safe because of cheap quality battery and could be harmful as the quality standards are not up to the BIS. The question arises that how this product got imported without any quality check and BIS approval and how Amazon did not check and verified any certification before providing such malicious companies its platform for selling cheap Chinese goods without any quality check. Since as per the regulations of BUREAU OF INDIA STANDARD, any device which includes BATTERY has to be compulsory BIS approved and the BIS mark and number must be printed on the both packaging and product and this company M/s FUNEFFECT ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED does not provide any BIS MARK AND NUMBER neither on speaker nor on packaging.

                              My Amazon pay money got deducted twice (10th Oct-582.24 and 1st Oct- 358.64) for 940.88 Rs. I am continuously calling customer care but they are saying I am lying and it is done by me. I never shared my credentials/ never logged in from any other device. Even my device is locked by fingerprint. How will someone else use it?
                              I have been begging for the money everyday because it is my hard-earned money and in reply, they are saying I did this by myself and it is creating a lot of anxiety and pressuring me mentally. I really need the money. Please cooperate.

                                  I have already purchased a AKAI 43 inches TV on Dec 10 the 2021.Within a span of 8 months there was a issue on the display.I called the Amazon customer care several times there answer you have to contact the AKAI service provider only to get it repaired.But AKAI was blaming on Amazon that you have made payment to Amazon only they are responsible for that .But at last Amazon accepted that there fault and sent a person to inspect the Television.They came to know that it cannot be repaired.They have taken back the Television on 25th October 2021 and they agreed to refund the entire amount.But still waiting for the amount to be refunded to my account. The problem is not resolved. From Amazon Customer Care I am repeatedly getting readymade answer stating that I will be getting a call from their superior within 24 hours of time.I have not received any call till now. I was really shocked the Television which I was purchased at a price of RS 24049 it was updated in Amazon App at a price of Rs29999.Cheating company I have provided the proof of conversations below the images page. Please check and do the needful. People don't get cheated buying a product through Amazon and facing a problem.

                                    I am writing this letter to bring to your notice my grievance with regards to the delivery of whirlpool240L frost free multi door refrigator(FP263D POTTON ROY)B07BZ43PH which was ordered on 23.10.2021 Upon the delivery, I have discovered that the product is damaged. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the customer service number for your company who insist that there is nothing they can do as the blame ought to reside in the other departments.

                                    This is not at all expected from Amazon and your poor customer service, and as a customer, I feel terrible because of this response.

                                    The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods I receive must be of satisfactory quality and for the reasons stated above they are not. As you are in breach of contract, I am entitled to a refund or have the item repaired or have the item replaced, and I would request that you confirm by [07/10/21] that you will do this.

                                    I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the product to be collected or that you wish me to return this and that you will reimburse me for the cost of returning the product.

                                      Simplesmente cair em um golpe. Os desgraçados me enviaram um SMS dizendo que era uma forma de ganhar dinheiro de casa e que era a gerente. Ficaram me fazendo depositar dinheiro lá. Eu depositei 1500. Eu só quero o é meu de volta . Pedi a ajuda da pessoa que estava conversando comigo mais ficou debochando de me, dizendo se eu não depositasse mais, eu ia perder tudo. Tenho todas as provas.
                                      Olá também estou na msm situação, recebi um SMS e fui tentar, porém fiquei com o dinheiro preso na plataforma e um golpe nas costas...

                                      Estou na mesma situação também! Recebi um SMS de um gerente de recursos humanos, dizendo que estava recrutando pessoas para trabalhar de casa com ganhos diários de 300 reais. Ele falou um pouco sobre o trabalho e disse que tinha que depositar 20 reais em uma conta para começar a ganhar comissões. Até então o dinheiro tinha voltado junto com a comissão. Após fazer duas tarefas, foi dito que ao fazer mais três tarefas, eu passaria pelo departamento pessoal e me tornaria um funcionário em tempo integral. Foi solicitado pelo gerente que eu baixasse o aplicativo telegrama, para dar continuidade e concluir as tarefas sobre orientação do administrador. Entrei em contato com o administrador e concluir duas tarefas. Na terceira tarefa tinha que depositar 300 reais, e eu respondi a ele que não tinha esse dinheiro, que só poderia depositar 150 reais. E ele respondeu que eu iria para o top up 100 e que a equipe organizaria a tarefa para mim. Fiz o depósito como solicitado, depois fui informado que não havia mais tarefa de 100 reais, que as minha missões eram limitadas e que somente tinha tarefa de 300 reais. Ou seja, ele me fez depositar 100 na conta na qual eu não consigo retirar se não cumprir a tarefa de 300 reais.
