    The delivery man took Rs. 200 against the order and did not return the change. The order cost Rs. 179. When asked to wait to verify the amount, he left. Upon calling him, his mobile ([protected]) was found switched off. The incident took place on 6th October 2021.

    This kind of dishonesty is not expected from a representative of Amazon. Not only does it brings dissatisfaction to the customers, but it also ruins the reputation.

    So please do the necessary arrangements for the refund.

      I have ordered Prestige electric rice cooker from Amazon on 3rd October and it is to be delivered on 7th October. Today is 16th October but I sti did not received the product. I have contacted Amazon customer care but they are saying that the product is delivered and they can do nothing.

        Dear sir, i ordered an item from amazon of worth rs 543.55/-INR, order id[protected] . The last date was mentioned as 1 october for the money to be credited but 3 days have passed by and i didnt got my refund, 543.55 rs is huge amount for me pls help me with the refund.

          I placed an order for a mixer grinder it was delivered to me within a couple of days but the item is used no one will believe it is genuine since there is no direct cancellation option I spent 30min to explain the customer care and replacement scheduled on 13-OCT but so far I haven't received any update and today I am noticing my order was cancelled. I am highly dissatisfied by the quality of the product and Amazon behaviour let me know whether will I get the refund and do I have to use this sub-standard used item. This is forcing me to refrain amazon in my future needs.

                I have purchased Milton premium 3 burner (BLUE) through Amazon and finally it has been delivered in Feb 2021. Surprisingly, it has been seen that paint of the Stove is coming out from many places. I contacted to Amazon Service Centre, who advised me to contact Milton company for claiming warranty for the same. It is highly surprising to that neither Milton nor Amazon is resolving this issue for claiming Quality assurance for this product immensely but product has got defected in just 6 month period. Please note that warranty is for one year and thereafter one year extended warranty.

                Details of the purchase is attached herewith for reference. Kindly do needful in the matter

                An early action under advice is highly appreciated.

                Amazon has replied alleging taking no action against the seller showing inability. How Amazon can give liberty to their sellers/Manufacturers to deceive and mislead the customer. Ultimately seller is registered by Amazon on website who claim immensely about quality assurance but after sale service Through Amazon, Milton is showing disinterest attitude to resolve the grievances. Just see the enclose images and imagine the quality of Milton product delivered through Amazon. Why seller should not be blocklisted for not fulfilling the terms and conditions and inferior quality of Milton product delivered?

                Amazon has also replied me through mail to Contact seller / manufacturer but Milton is not showing any interest to resolve the issue. It is also a concern for CUSTOMER THAT how Amazon can not take action for the seller registered with them and cheating with customer and defying all conditions mentioned on Amazon website. Images of the worst product of MILTON is attaching here with. Every can just see and observe the product of MILTON.

                Milton is only louding a lot on AMAZON with quality assurance but It is really really bad experience to buy MILTON product on Amazon. It has just completed 06 months and all users can imagine colour and paint of GAS stove three burner is coming out and Milton is not resolving the issue. Really it is having bad experience. If issue is unresolved I would move in consumer forum. It is a Matter of serious concern for customer that how Amazon can not taking any action against their registered Sellers/manufactured who immensely claiming quality assurance on Amazon website and now deceiving and misleading with customer.

                    My account no.[protected]. I Ordered an item from amazon in JULY'01 for RS.239.I returned the item as per returns policy. The refund shows as credited on 19th july '01as per Amazon records but the amount is not credited in my account.                         I purchased a Boult audio X1 earphone in the start of August, 2021. It's still in the warranty period. The microphone of my earphone is producing a lot of noise on the other receiving side due to which the receiver isn't able to hear me at all.

                            I ordered mobile phone from Amazon worth 19000 rupees on 2nd of October and got it delivered on 4th October evening. The package was ok and surprisingly I made a video while opening the product and to my surprise I received a box of some another phone with stone inside it. I tried contacting Amazon the same time and they ask for a timeline of three to five days to investigate the issue and that back to me but there was no mail or call from their side and when I called they denied to issue any sort of refund or replacement of my order now I have lost my 19000 rupees and also not received the product and Amazon is also not ready to support in any manner and disconnect the call while talking. I am having all the call recordings with Amazon where in the customer executive is accepting that my money has been wasted. I also mailed the video Amazon but they are not ready to provide any response. I am a middle class person and what this phone with my savings which has now been bragged by Amazon I would request you to please help me and take me out of this problem and get me my money back.

                              I purchased a gold pendant from Amazon on 3rd Oct vide order id[protected]. Product listing is here: https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B085WLTD6M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?i...

                              The base of my purchase was the BIS hallmark specification that the seller has mentioned.

                              When I received the product, there was no BIS hallmark anywhere on the product. I immediately contacted Amazon, who simply refused any help saying that the product images don't show any hallmark inscription so the delivered product is correct. That was despite the seller specifically mentioning in the listing that product is BIS hallmarked and that it is an inscription and not a separate certificate.

                              Amazon simply refused any help and did not accept what was written in the description. Also, they have clearly mentioned in the listing that the product can be returned within 30 days, but the return request was also outright rejected.

                              I reached out to Malabar customer care and they provided me email ID and contact number of Mr. Sameer Khan, who, according to them handled all their ecommerce accounts across different portals. I emailed him at sameer.[protected]@shopmgd.com with a cc to care.[protected]@malabargoldanddiamonds.com on 8th Oct, but till date, they have not bothered to respond.

                              Amazon's customer care team said I should visit a local jewellery store and get the item tested. Really? I should open the seal of the item, get the item tested and if it turns out to be a fake, then I won't even be able to prove that it is the same item since the seal is broken.

                              I complained via twitter and got the same answer from their rude executives who shamelessly released calls, ended chats abruptly by simply sayin that they can't help in this case and they are releasing the calls since I do not accept their verdict.

                              What nonsense is this? I just want a BIS hallmarked product to be delivered to me and not a probable fake and both Malabar diamonds and Amazon India are refusing any kind of help.

                              This is a daylight fraud that they are doing by luring the customer in the name of a standard inscription that they don't have on their products.

                                  I ordered redmi note 10 s with exchange of my realme 5 pro and an additional 8000₹ through amazon pay icici card emi option. The delivery agent verified the phone and entered imei number incorrect and the package is cancelled. He told me ti purchase another. Ath that time the price is hiked and i delete all datas from my existing phone. I contacted customer care and they told me that they were helpless and told me to purchase another phone with higher price. If this is company's policy then consumer have to suffer all problems because or the fault of delivery agent and the company doesnt take any measure to rectify this. They act as perfect. Need immediate resolution to deliver the product rather than cancelling without my consent as its their fault.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is Vineet Juneja, i ordered a product Samsung M32 5G phone with order number[protected]. In Amazon app the order shows as delivered on 12th Oct 2021. I did not received any call or message from delivery agent neither have received any delivery agent details in the order nor recieved any delivery PIN which we have to provide to delivery agent after receiving delivery.
                                      As contacted to customer care, they have no idea about this and asked me to wait till 14 Oct 2021 and also assured that investigation team will look into it and update by 14Oct. Today on 14th Oct when i contacted customer care again then they are asking to wait till 17th Oct 2021 and got to know that no investigation was raised earlier. They have no mechanism to track the delivery agent.

                                      I have already made full payment of Rs 16, 999 which they are not refunding. Please help me get my money back from them and take action against Amazon customer care.
