Updated by Maru09 Yesterday, after I had requested a complain here I was able to process return in Amazon. Pick up date is today. Sometime ago upom called me and said he's in canteen. He told me to come in 5 minutes, I had requested him to wait for atleast 10 minutes. I reached there within 5 minutes and there is no one. When I am trying to talk with the dilevery man, the automated voice is telling me to enter 4 digit pin which was never delivered to me. Even for the delivery of the product, they had send me the 6 digit pin.
My time is precious and they are fooling me again and again. No pick up guy came in the canteen, I asked everyone out there, even the Flipkart delivery guys were there, and they said no Amazon guy was here.
I tried to talk with the customer service but the same thing, they are connecting me with the real person and just their automated voice recording is making me fool by telling me things which I already know. I have received no real help from this company regarding my issue.
If you don't value me as a customer, please say directly. Either way, I am never gonna use Amazon anymore for any purpose. I had never expected this kind of cheaply thing from something like Amazon.
I even called the number they had provided me, but he said that he's not the one who has been assigned for the pick up. Amazon, for god's sake stop making me a fool.
