I purchased a product on amazon on 12th august 2021 by using amazon pay later and then EMI paid through canara bank google pay UPI on 23 august but refund was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 26th august maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 2uQ5y8scnEvUsOD7Xach. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

    I shipped my order with Amazon easy ship, before 2 months.
    And then the delivery was attempted buyer refused for order.
    But the buyer was refunded.
    I'm yet to get my return of product.
    When I contact customer care they just provide baseless reasons.
    Also I filed for safety claim, but was refused with the reason being that the seller refused to take delivery.
    But the truth is I never got any product nor did I receive any call regarding the same.
    When I checked the tracking ID of the same, it showed that the delivery was never attempted nor did it reach Coimbatore hub .
    It's been 2 months/60 days from the delivery of the product.
    So either give me my product back or reimburse me for the same.

      I talked to Amazon customer service regarding refund they said that refund has been initiated from their side and gave me a referal no.[protected] and told me to contact bank give this referral number
      Please help me regarding this... And plz credit my money as soon as possible

        I was ordered HP Chromebook 14" laptop of amount 27999/- from Amazon on dated[protected] & I was returned it on immediately but now it's already more than 20 days still on the daily basis I m having long long discussion with Amazon customer care representatives & following the Amazon rules & policies and waiting for my refund back...I just received this number from Amazon TRM559TG0000KTOSYY8Y but still I didn't get any payment in my account...now what should I do .. should I need to take an legal action against Amazon???

            I am having great issues which the return of my order Redmi note 10 phone which I had ordered from Amazon. Its been 3 months now, I am struggling to return it but nothing has been done.
            As the product which I got was damaged so I filed a return request for it several times but something or the other issue had occured everytime.
            The major issue was that as the display of the phone is broken, I cannot provide the IMEI verification code to the agent.
            I have mentioned the same issue numerous times but nothing has been done.
            I am literally fed up now as I have contacted hundred of times to calls and through emails, many promises has been made to me everytime but no one has done nothing.
            The most saddest part is that my emails are not been answered now from your end.
            I literally need help... I request to please reply and help me regarding this.

              I bought a phone which is hanging and I called to refund after the technician visit but they kept me on call for 2 hrs n kept me saying day the same is not possible as their technician gave a resolved report where as the technician have given not resolved report.

              I want to complain against Amazon as it’s a harassment to customer to be on call for 2 to 3 hr

                Ordered TV, got delivered on Monday 4th Oct, Installation scheduled on Tuesday 5th Oct, but Technician decides to reschedule on Friday 8th Oct.
                On the Installation day he informs that he will come but doesn't turn up and after calling him he says that he will not come today.
                I complaint to Amazon and speak to Sachin the escalations TL who asked me for last chance and promised that this will not happen again and also provides me with a ₹500 Amazon pay.

                Then the installation is scheduled on Sunday 10th but Technician still says he won't come today and not sure when he will come as he has some problem in the software and won't get pay.

                    I am a amazon prime member and i have ordered multiple things this year which have always arrived.today 2 orders i placed on 6th October got cancelled with no explanation and i was confused.when i called them they say my address is undelivered.when i have received past orders from amazon at the same address it has arrived fine. The amazon employee also checked on his data base and confirmed past orders to the same address were fine.My Building where i live, still exists in the same location and has not been destroyed or disintegrated. Amazon is saying i need to wait for my order to return to seller for me to get my refund which is not acceptable as i have not made any error from my end nor have i cancelled those orders myself.Amazon need to do their Job efficiently, and hire people who are competent.now i need to wait for 4-7 days for refund for an order Amazon themself cancelled due to their incompetence.and also place a new order myself.and i was told to get a new address by amazon employee.how do i get a new address? so i need to buy a new house just so amazon can deliver my products there? or what do i do... please help.in the past amazon has delivered products to my address just fine. this time they are not willing to accept their mistake and causing me inconvenience

                    I WAS ASKED TO PLACED NEW ORDER, WHICH THEY CANCELLED AGAIN.IT SEEMS THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE TO DELIVERING AS THEY ADVERTISE.MANY CONSUMERS HAVING SAME ISSUE WHERE ORDER IS PLACED AND AMAZON CANCELS DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE BUT BLAMES IT ON CONSUMER SAYING ADDRESS UNDESIRABLE.

                              I ordered shoes on 2 october from amazon, standard delivery was showing after a wait of 5 days which is 8th october.
                              But after 8th october it is showing another 5 days of time.
                              Being a Prime member the item should be delivered next day but they are taking 10 days.

                                  I had ordered this chair last year in November and has 2 years warrenty(please find the invoice attached)

                                  Unfortunately the chair has broken down from between ( photos attached). The coupling that connects the seat with the swiveling rod itself broke.

                                  I have been contacting both amazon and the seller through the contact seller option on Amazon App since more than 6 months but have nither received any replacement nor return from either amazon or from the seller shovay seating system.

                                  Need immediate resolution of this warranty claim.

                                      I have subscribe amazon prime for 3 month, i want to take the service for one month but not shown in system, on request to your cc i have taken 3 month service.i was told it can cancel the services and get the refund for the same.I alos have purchase the product Hisense refrigerator which was damaged product form inside.I have inform on the spot to delivery boy and told them not to take my exchange fridge but they do not agree then i called and complaint to cc, she said i can't help in this.mANY COMPLAINT had launched against your cc but no action taken yet not follow up.In the month of September i have Request to cancel my membership but not cancel yet.I was told i will get refund of rs 220 but still now not received and today when i asked they are saying i will get rs 111.when i asked for reason and calculation, they do not aware.I would say why the ### are you sitting if you cc are not knowing anything.why my membership not yet stop.when i have aviled the serive for 1 month the why are you decuduction the 2 month subcrtion.why are you not giving Bill and the refund calculation.Amozon are providing defective product and due which i have to suffer a lot my fridge was taken with out giving a proper product, i have suffer for more than 15 day with out fridge.If my exchnage product was'nt good then i wound not have got any exchange value and it would not taken as a exchnage, then i ma question is why the exchange was not stop when your product was not good.

                                        I had placed an order with Amazon (Order ID[protected] of amount 14k. The order was scheduled to deliver between 23rd to 27th October. I waited till 27th October but the order never got delivered, but the amazon website showed in my order details that the product has been delivered. I called amazon and they did not correct the information on their website thereby. They asked my to wait for another 5 days. In these 5 days I called them again and again for update but they had no information where my product is, where is the seller or why is this error happening. On October 3rd they called me and said they will initiate a refund. By this time I was so exhausted that I just said yes give me the refund. They said I should get the refund in next 3-4 days. Its 8th October today and I have still not received the refund. I called the customer care again and the customer care executive was ‘kaynat’ she said no refund request has been received. Moreover, she informed me that an investigation will be done first and then only will i get the refund. After this the call got cut abruptly. I am totally exhausted and drained chasing Amazon for my product and money but they put no effort in resolving the issue at their end. They have a fradulent seller on their website and a number of other customers can be defrauded by this seller. I want to file a complaint against amazon for harassing its customer and providing very bad customer care.
