I am a working person. Amazon wasted my 2 days, not doing scheduled return pickup and giving nonsense reasons. The product I received sofa cum bed was in a dirty condition what we throw in scrap… wasted money. No cooperation from Amazon. They are doing nothing against the seller and return pickup courier people

    Amazon pay later

    I want to complain about the issue of repayment in amazon pay later.Â

    On 5th of Aug it was my due date to repay the amazon pay laterÂ

    On 5th Aug the money was deducted from my account as it was set on auto repayment  but the amount that was deducted did not reflect in amazon pay later .Â

    I am Surya E and I applied for the process associate position (Job ID[protected] which is registered under this mail ID ([protected]@gmail.com) I have cleared the written test and got a mail from HR team for the second round of interview but the interview did not happen no one joined the interview conference bridge I have sent multiple mail to HR team about the interview process but there was no response and my application automatically got archived without any proper reason. This was a very unprofessional things from amazon. I would like to request you to check on this issue, As an MBA graduate I am not expecting this type of behaviour from amazon.

          I had taken these two items .. but the jeans pant in them did not occur to me and the other item was completely different I returned it and amazon delivery boy took photos of both of those items and sent those photos to his boss and then collected those items .. If I call and email your customer care, they will say that the two items are different ...
          See the photos that were collected. I want my hard earned money back.

                  I had ordered a set of American Tourister luggage bags, sold by Cloudtail india which involves two bags one of 68 cm and another of 55cm. The delivery was done only for the bigger one and they asked me to pay the amount in full when I said the order is not complete. They told me to ask customer care and after so many chats and calls with customer care, they said they cannot do anything about it.

                  This is highly unacceptable and causing inconvenience as it is not a small amount

                    I ordered Blue Yeti Mic on 9th October, 2021 but due to not capable for our required conditions we applied for refund, so according to the Amazon, they shown for refund on 18th october, but not credited to bank yet .Amazon provided us a reference no. also but the bank replied to talk to Amazon only...where and how could i receive my amount ?

                            Ot was not picked up on12th October and till now I have not received refund. Everytime I contact ur representative tells me the same thing that it's not picked up yet and they will escalate. But no one resolve my issue.. they are humiliating me

                              I ordered chokola chocolate bars of two quantities for Rs830/-{Rs415/-each} on 17/10/21 and got it delivered on 22/10/21. when i open the package i found out my chocolates are broken into cubes . Then i immediately raised a complaint with amazon customer service. They told me they will investigate into the matter and asked me to call on 25/10/21. When i called them today they are saying that they didn't have the authorities to solve this issue and simply saying we can't do anything.So i request to solve my complaint and refund me my full amount of Rs 830/-.HERE IS MY ORDER NO[protected]

                                Yesterday i received my order which is Puma track pant .. I want my money i paid online for the order and what is this behaviour of amazon .. why they are playing with customers money... and registered mobile number is [protected].. i am not expecting this from Amazon .                                   I ordered Yonex Graphite Badminton Racquet Muscle Power 29LT Black
                                  Grey (G4, 85-89.9 grams, 30 lbs Tension, Set of 1) from amazon.in on 28/08/21 (Order Number:[protected]. They delivered a fake product as the racquet's rim broke after about just 50 days of purchase. It was used moderately and racquet didn't hit the ground anytime. It was very disappointing as I had the same model of racquet before this one which lasted for more than 2 years. I have raised this issue with their customer service but got no response. They should take the responsibility for the quality of product delivered as customers trust in the brand. I want amazon.in to replace/return the item so that the lost trust can be regained.

                                  this is very disappointing to hear. this happened with my friend too now i have lost trust on amazon. never gonna buy racquets from there. they should seriously consider replacing such faulty damaged racquet for customer satisfaction.
                                  It is very disappointing to hear that amazon is not delivering quality (fake) products & if such things happen within 50 days o[censored]sage with brand like yonex now i started thinking about not to buy products from amazon also a yonex product as other brands are delivering quality product in good price range, amazon and yonex will loose trust from the regular buyers like me if this issue is not resolved.
