Hi Sir,

I ordered LG 108 cm (43 inches) 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV 43UP7500PTZ (Rocky Black) (2021 Model) on 21st Oct 2021 . It was supposed to be deliver on 27th Oct,

on 28 Oct they updated the status that package in cancelled and we are returning item to seller.

on 30th Oct then they updated status that item is delivered though we dint get any delivery.

Since then I am chasing them for refund and they are just saying that, we are investigating. Today they messaged me that product is delivered

On Nov 6th, thay delivery boy came with product, but we refused, because we dont know condition of product and as per their policy within 10 days you can return/replace. so if we received there was only 1 day left and we can not return

Please help, it cost me 37K and now `i am chasing

    Here’s my issue

    I have ordered 2 AirPods
    One was AirPods 2 and another one is AirPods pro as a birthday gift.

    I have received both the products, AirPods 2 was in good condition

    Airpods pro had the issue,
    Amazon packaging was not great,
    When we opened the product the seal of the box was broken,
    The wire packaging seal inside the case was open, not sealed properly.
    We thought it might be fake or may have some defects

    We called the customer service team, they connected us with the concerned
    Explained the issue, they told us to return the product

    We uploaded all the pictures they verified with the bill and all the other details and initiated the return and said the money will get credited in 7 days.

    Oct 21 delivery guy comes to pick up the product, verify things and check all the accessories and take the product.

    The Return process in the app said - Picked up and on the way back

    After 6 days we saw our refund process is not moving it’s been more than 5 days,

    We called the team, they said they will rise to the concerned team and disconnected the call

    On 29th we again called they said we have raised it to the concerned team toinvestigate

    Just a disclaimer it took 6 hrs overall to connect and talk and explain the issue again and again to 9 customer service representatives till now and their so-called concerned team

    On 31st we again called, they said you have sent us a fake product,
    We cant refund.

    These guys haven’t received the item, as in it was showing Picked up and on the way back.

    We explained we have received a tampered product, without a proper seal and all that’s what our issue was to return the product

    The packaging was open, the seal was open
    We have raised this issue to you
    We have returned the product as per amazon policy with all bills and accessories
    Your team confirmed, we uploaded the pictures, your team verified and initiated the return
    The team verified and the delivery guy verified and after 10 days you are telling that
    the rude escalation team have disconnected the call saying “Thank you for calling amazon”

    It took another harassment of hours to explain 2 more people to get back to the concerned team.

    They said some other concern team will call back we haven’t received any call back till 8 oct

    Tried calling customer service the wait time being very high,
    Still, I manage to connect with 2 representatives, they kept my call on hold and after 1 min it got disconnected. Just imagine the kind of mental harassment, and the number of hours I have spent to explain the issue again and again

    Today, 9 th Oct sat for 2 hours explained the issue again and again to 3 customer representative
    Got on a call with some some rude head of the team, didn’t even listen to my issue, said you guys have returned fake product cant help and disconnected the call
    For which I was on call for 45 mins waiting to connect with the best person

    The best part of my whole journey of harassment

    Amazon did not receive my product, they must have lost it in transit or stolen or their delivery guy would have tampered with the product as in the app it shows picked up on the way they have not received the item for last 20 days

    If it was a fake product, there was no communication from the amazon side,
    Nor they have returned the product to me which should have happened within 3 days
    No message, email, app notification etc.
    Nothing zero.
    For 12 days I was kept blank about the situation.

    Today i cant trust amazon, with returns, we receive fake tampered products, we get harassed with wait time and calls, we get no information for 12 days we get blamed for returning fake products, we as customers become losers.

    My request to people in the amazon senior leadership team, customer support, ops team etc. seeing this, don’t harass the customer, please help them don’t blame for the mistakes you do.

    I am raising this issue after 20 days of mental torture which I have faced, don’t force me to move to a court or a consumer forum. I need my money back 18999.
    Don’t force me to sue you for the mental torture I have faced and I can’t let this happen to customers of India so that you take away our hard-earned money and put blame on them for the mistakes you do with your delivery guys, and logistics & transportation.

    You guys have already destroyed the birthday present, now my mental health. Please help me now, I don’t have the power to leave all my work again and again explain issues to multiple people and wait for hours on calls.

    I just need my money back that's it. Its my hard-earned money. There are lot of people getting fake products, please check your seller as well. See the reviews recently people have posted. I can relate to that.

      I have been e-mailing and calling this company for the last 1 month but they have not given my refund and they do not say exactly when they will give it, just wait 3 to 5 days your case has been registered and your refund is assured, And calls or e-mails are not answered properly, and my account is now closed. Can't buy anything out of it ... with that company
      Speaking on the phone, he says we can't help you. We give you an e-mail to tell them if you have any problem, but for last 1 month I have been e-mailing them but I have not received any help from them ...

          Amazon order no. #[protected], placed on 28 March 2021, Crompton cooler. Mail 1/4/21 shows dispatched, Sold by: PiyshStore. Rukhsana talked on 16/4/21 that delay is due to LOCKDOWN. PiyushStore replied on 18/6/21 that our account is suspended 2 months back so unable to help you, contact Amazon.
          Contact option on customer service page of Amazon rejecting calls by stating unable to find your order. Reem replied on 23/6/21 to contact amazon.in site. Sethu Soss replied on 25/6/2021 that he is setting special team to settle the matter..But there is no further progress.. Raksha replied on 5/7/21 to send mail from Registered email id. Mail sent on2/7/21 from Registered email id replied unable to deliver massage even after multiple retries. Same message again on July 3, 4 and 5 also. It appears that email is also blocked. I am watching wonderful things in amazon for the first time.
          If you find it difficult to deliver my order, I will be happy if you refund the amount. From Narayan Zende, Mobile no [protected].

              I ordered treadmill from Amazon on 31 oct 2021 and it was delivered to me on 3 rd of nov 2021 the order was cash on delivery I paid through cash all went well till this but after the product was delivered it’s been six days I have not received any installation however the product when I ordered was told that the installation will be done and the concerned branch will contact me within 48 hours of delivery I have tried to contact Amazon regarding this and they are just giving me multiple numbers of the brand, When I tried to contact them they just simply said that it’s not their product, I will attach all the required documents invoice copy and conversation please help me out For further details please contact me on [protected]

                  Hi, In September I bought a mattress from Amazon India. Due to some reasons, I returned the item. 4 days passed and no refund was initiated. I then called up the buyer and they told me that they have initiated the refund and it will take 5-8 business days to reflect in my account.

                  Now, it has been like 1 and a half months approx and I still haven't received the refund, that is, ₹6, 140. I also called amazon many times to seek help and then they said it has been marked complete in their data and also the money has been deducted from their account. They told me, my bank PNB must be facing some issues, they even provided me a reference number and told me to tell my bank to track it.

                  I went to my bank 5-6 times and asked them for the same, but they said they could not help me. It is amazon that can solve this issue. Finally, amazon told me to fill a charge dispute form, so that both the parties work together on this issue, but I could not find the form.

                  So here I am. Please reach out to me regarding this concern.

                    I booked flight ticket from Amazon using icici credit card on 10th oct. There was 14% cashback offer (9% max rupee 999 + 3% unlimited cashback + 2% unlimited reward point will be credited monthly). After few days I found that i did not receive cashback. After following multiple time with amazon customer service they agreed to pay but they paid only 3% amount. So again I called customer care and they agreed to pay remaining amount but I have not received yet. Everytime they says your remaining amount will be credited within 3 to 5 business working day but these all are false commitments. I called again amazon customer care and now they said if I provide offer snapshot then only we can proceed further. I have seen such company first time ever which ask offer snapshot from customer. Now I started tweets but Amazon social media also keep asking offer snapshot. I provided all the detail including offer snapshot but now they said we provided all cashback and they stopped responding my email and tweet.
                    This is very simple issue. I provided all the proofs then also they did not provide cashback.
                    We know Amazon is number one company for online shopping but it has very poor customer service and uneducated employees.

                      Hi, I have order a HP 685 Black Cyan Magenta Yellow on 26th oct from amazon India and received it on 2nd nov. The product i received it was damaged(may be used), its originality seal was removed and its not working on my printer. After that I have called amazon customer care, firstly they told me that they are refunding the amount. But i didn't get any mail/message. To clear my doubt I call again the CC amazon, then they told me our senior team denied to refund and we are now contacting to the seller, seller will refund to you. Next day when i call again to know the status then the CC team has give me a new solution that I have to find the seller number from google and have to contact them. So I want to know that how a single CC team can tell different story every time!!!?? Now after so many try i just fade up looking for your help.

                              What's going on with these orders? The status shows "On the way, but it's running late". All of these are for the book "To Kill A Democracy: India's Passage to Despotism". I am one of the co-authors of the book. Based in Hong Kong, I tried to gift the book to some of my family members in India but you have let me down very badly. First you took a lot of orders without verifying your stock. You refunded me on some of these but some, like these orders from August and early September, are still unresolved. All of these orders were made at a price of Rs 450-475 each. I again ordered two copies of the same book at @ Rs 899 each in late September. One of them was delivered (Order #[protected] but the other (placed the same day, 27 Sept 2021), supposed to be delivered to Malabika Guha Thakurta in Kolkata, was never delivered. I distinctly remember the order being accepted and money debited from my account, but there's no mention of this order on my account page. Can you please tell me what's going on? I have tried tweeting to your help desk, but it didn't help.

                                I am a customer of amazon, i ordered a laptop costs 57990/- rupees on[protected], which came on 22nd october which is defective piece that it works well for about 10 minutes suddenly the screen went off but laptop is running, so i requested a replacement, they placed the replacement for 25th october, the delivery guy came and cancelled the return saying that screen is not turning on. So i called the customer service agent they placed the return for my laptop, they came and cancel my return . Again i called the customer service, they created a return, again the delivery guy came and cancelled my return, again and again the returned created almost 5 times, but no one taking my return and cancelling without my permission. I requested a return again but from these recent return pickups even no delivery boy called me or came to my place to take the return. What is my fault here? Shopping on amazon? It is already been 10+ days completed, but i did not get any solution for this, totally frustrated with this issue, what the hell is going on. The seller sent me a defective piece, please solve the issue

                                  I had placed a prepaid order of 3 steel drums of 15 l capacity from Amazon.in on 18-10-21. The promised time of delivery was one day. I received a message from Amazon on 21-10-21 at 8 am that my order has been delivered. Since I had not received the order, I immediately called the customer care at 9 am and the customer care executive asked me to wait till 9 pm. When, I didn't receive the order till 9 pm, I called the customer care team again and was told to wait till next morning. On calling again next morning, the customer care executive stalled me again that they will conduct an inquiry and I will have to wait for another 5 days at least for resolution. After this call, Amazon team blocked my phone number from calling the customer service again.
                                  There was no communication from Amazon team for the next 5 days. As my phone number was still blocked by Amazon team from calling them, I contacted the customer service on chat. During the chat, I was told that no refund or replacement will be provided by Amazon as the order has been delivered.
                                  There was no delivery of order, no courier person took my signature, there was no detail provided by Amazon about their so called inquiry.
                                  I have been continuously harassed mentally by Amazon team, their customer service team is absolutely worthless and they even have the audacity to block a customer from calling them when they don't want to resolve the issue.

                                      I ordered a new laptop in exchange of the old one, one of their policy in regard to the same is that the old laptop shouldn't be worn or torn from any side, there shouldn't be any scratch and should be functional. My laptop is new enough but the only problem was of the lost key, even though that particular function of key was operating. My control button key was missing yet you could operate the function in laptop without the key.

                                      The delivery man understood and could have waivered it and take the laptop yet I felt for his own convenience, the delivery boy didn't take any measures. He informed that he will get back to me but he didn't. This has happened before as well and no one is taking measures. I request to please look into it and help me get justice.
