The issue that I have experienced was: delivery boy not delivered and placed status as delivered. when I raised complaint after two investigations amazon simply telling we con't do anything and closing the call and even they have blocked my calls which I have prime registered.
I have attached proof of that delivery boy chat with me in whatsapp.

It occurred on: 10/10/2021

I have placed an order for Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star Fixed Speed Split AC in Amazon. Instead I have received different product (Indoor unit Inverter model & Outdoor unit non inverter) on 5th October. This details got to know from service technician. I requested for replacement for the wrong product. Initially they agreed for the replacement and they asked me to wait until the stoke is available. Now they are telling, we can't replace the product and arranging for refund with old price. I am ok for refund with current product price. In that case I have to put 3000 rupees from my pocket. Product was delivered on 5th of October still the issue not resolved and I am unable to use the product. Again I have to pay additional 1500 rupees for uninstallation.
Request you please help regarding the issue.

Have ordered Pampers XXL 28 pieces diapers of 5 quantities and along with that some other items too on dated 04.10.2021. But I could only receive 1 quantity out of 5 quantities I have ordered. The package was well packed and no tampering but still the item of 4 quantities was missing right out of the delivery box. I even complained this matter to Amazon, they started investigating on that issue and later they arrived to a decision that everything...

Out of the 2 nos. Qty's Faber 4 Burner Glass Cooktop Power 4BB BK Manual Ignition Gas Stove (Black) purchased, one nos. was found to have parts missing and the package badly damaged.

Immediately, raised a complaint and demanded for a return. Returned was confirmed for 19th October but never picked up until date. Also a couple of reminders were sent thereafter, but still the return hasn't happened.

Request to have the item picked up and the amount credited to my account.

I ordered a phone Redmi Note 10s from Amazon.in on date 10/10/2021 in this Great Indian Festival Sale and I got the delivery on 14/10/2021.when i unbox the delivery package I found a detergent soap instead of phone inside the box.
I complained about it immediately in Amazon on the same day and also share a video to them which i made while unboxing but they denied my complaint.I tried many times to get some solution but no solution is provided.

I (bunty daswani) had purchased samsung galaxy tab a7 26.31 cm (10.4 inches) slim mettal body, quad speaker with dolby almos ram 3gb rom 32gb from amazon on 31.08.2021 order no. Bom73053800 and same has been delivered on 02.09.2021.The deliver product was not in working condition and same has been informed to customer care.I got response from amazon customer service for pick up but if they come then never take my tablet back then so many times i have complained but no response each time they give me a different date. But nobody had came to my residence for the same.Again i had called to customer care and got the same reply for pickup on 11.10.21 but till now nobody had come to my residence for the same.

Estimated delivery date: 12- 15th October 2021.
On 15th October 2021, customer care executives assured the delayed delivery by 21st October after that claim can be done for refund.
On 21st when asked about refund, the customer care executive of Amazon said that seller will contact wihin 3-4 business days and I have to raise concern to seller directly.
This was assured on 15th October but no seller has contacted me till date.
I have purchased item from Amazon India and its Amazon's duty to either process refund within 1-2 days or arrange delivery of product within 1-2 days.

I have order a printer from amazon.in on 6th Oct 2021 and made payment of 13, 579.00 at the same day.
But when I received the order I see there are some sketch pens instead of printer.
I contacted the customer care and they said they contacting with seller and get back to you within 3 days for action plan.
They refused to replace my product and asked to buy again the new product if get the same it which is cost now showing in amazon is around 22000 Rupees.
So, Kindly look into this with priority I need the product replacement.
