    I want to complain against reliance trend purnea bihar, 854301.I have a coupon.. If I buy a product of rs 1500/ i will get discount of 500/-.I used the same coupon in kolkata they gave me discount on all brand, but in purnea they refused.. They told me coupon is applicable on only local brand.. What is this?

      Fraud has been done with me from Amazon and Courier partners, Without notifying me the product has been returned to the seller.

      1. Order placed on 6th Oct 2021
      2. 1st delivery attempt was postponed due to the item was not ready for pickup on 9th Oct 2021
      3. 2nd delivery attempt call was made on 10th Oct 2021, As I was out of town I made a request to them to come after 05:00 PM, Delivery agent said yes it is okay and will get back to you.
      4. I called the customer care executive on 10th Oct 2021 as I had seen the message that Parcel was held by courier service as the delivery address was incomplete though all my previous orders were delivered to the same address.
      5. Mr. Sanatan S & Ms. Paru from senior management and the highest level of escalation as they mentioned but they do not have authority mentioned by them.
      6. Delivery agent mistake is clearly visible and Amazon is trying to avoid this in all manner.
      7. Why should consumers have to talk with customer care for like 2 hours they do not have the dignity to notify me or what?
      8. Resolve this problem as soon as possible on an immediate basis otherwise the only option left will be to file a consumer court complaint.

      I have all recordings available with me, It is problem/ mistake made by the courier partner of amazon and due to that delivery could not take place. He mentioned delivery address was incomplete although all my previous purchases were sent to this address without a miss.

      I have called the support number for like 3 and half hours for 3 days over and over again hours.

      The very poor team leaders must say they are not resolving the queries of consumers at all.

      They are telling me only that we have arranged a callback with their reporting manager on a priority basis within 24 hrs, But it has been 48-72 hours already.

          I have ordered Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner but they provide the used product and charge more amount than MRP. The product price mentioned on product is Rs15290 but they charged Rs 15400. I tried to return the product but every time they just approved the return but no one come to pick-up the product. On 26th September 2021 the product was delivered from that day i called the customer care service they told refund will come in 3-5 days.Still i am not getting any reponse. They just mentally harassed me and my family.

                I got a message from Hdfc bank that amount has been credited to my account of Rs 8090/- when i checked into the statement there is no amount credited in my account, date[protected] Time :- 12:40:53

                  Hello Team,

                  Recently I have placed an order on Amazon which was ended up with disappointment.

                  As Amazon has the same product page for two different colour, it was reset to space grey (default) while I was applying the exchange. Unfortunately I realised the same after delivery and started the discussion with Amazon but no use.

                      Hi Amazon India, my order was promised to be one day delivery but it was not delivered as promised and the delivery agent asked me to come and collect the package at evening 6 pm which is relatively 10kms far from the delivery location and I don't have any option other than go and collect the package because it was a very urgent delivery, I went to the location which delivery agent asked me to come and here comes the twist after reaching the location when I called delivery agent he didn't picked any of my calls and simply ignoring my calls and after certain time he put his mobile on airplane mode so I waited there lonely for 3hours which is till 9pm and I have to go to the local Amazon hub which is 30kms away from the location yet I go there has collected my package at night 10pm so Amazon delivery agent ruined my entire day and made me wait 3hours there and I has to travell total of 50kms at that evening time with my own petrol expenses and he didn't even apologized to me

                        I had ordered a mobile on Oct 3rd, it was mentioned it wil be delivered on next day, but still today[protected] i have not received the mobile, On having a conversation with amazon customer they are giving fake promises like it wil be deliverd by 9pm, 48 hrs delivery, nov16 delivery, this guys are playing with customers money, not even estimated delivery date is mentioned, if they dont have stock why are they accepting orders with fake promotions.

                          I ordered an Lg 687 lt refrigerator worth 79000 from amazon from a seller named TT enterprises.. and was delivered a cheap 1000 rs worth electric kettle instead. I was told it’s a freebie product and the main product will be delivered soon. Now the situation is the product is showing delivered and there’s no signs of it..
                          I’ve been calling amazon on a regular basis since then.. even mailed the seller, they’re just giving false reassurances, asking to wait for 3-4 business days after every call. Extremely frustrated with the service. The

                                  I ordered a Redmi note 10s during the amazon sale but at the time of delivery at my doorstep, delivery guy informed my that the product cant be delivered and he cancelled my order and returned it to seller. He didn't even go for 2nd try of delivering the product. when i spoke to your customer service they misguided me that the product is not meant to be delivered at the given location so he cancelled the order.

                                    Last Day I brought a Nike Backpack Which Claimed 30L volume.When it came the Specification written on the bag was 16L.I thought it was a seller mistake.Then Exchanged it.Boom! Again i got the same product of 16L.So when i complained to customer care they said that i can return and take refund.But i couldnt as the price for bags have increased and Its now almost triple of what i brought it for.The Customer Service was Changing each person one after another till a 3rd person told me only refund is possible.Actuay what is this?I feel this is cheating.16L is very small but I think i should get a 30L backpack from amazon.Either i need a compensation for this time loss or another 30L nike bag or the money to buy it.I need any of this It is just ridiculous.I hope amazon resolves me by giving me either a 30L Nike backpack or giving some amount as compensation as they cheated me.Also I took Prime as there was 200CB as amazon pay.Now they deny there was no offer like that.This offer made me choose prime and now its like this.They also didnt gimme flat 50 on 500 for upi payments.They are just doing gimmikky stuff to earn money and customers to sell.Please Amazon i can attach proofs all day long

                                      Keyboard keys not working approached Accel they rejected saying it was imported and could not replace even though in warranty. When approached seller not response for more than three months now Amazon customer service is trying to play and no resolution as of now. the warranty is going to end this month-end. I need a resolution immediately

                                        I purchased a product on amazon on 12th august 2021 by using amazon pay later landing partners idfc first bank and then EMI paid through canara bank google pay UPI on 23 august but refund was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 26th august maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.
