I am talking about the refund of 2 jenatics jeans of worth rs 1990 on prime account [protected]@gmail.com . Refund was said to be initiated on 27 September but still I have not received any amount. I have contacted my bank but they are denying of any amount in my account and there is a proof of that attached to this mail. So look into the matter and give me my amount since a lot time has passed and still no solution and not your customer service is responding well

    I have ordered a two casual shirt of Rs 661 & 696 on 6th of September from amazon, due to some personal reason i have returned product on 6th of September then Amazon refunded me total amount of 661& 696 Rs on 8th September and has been successfully processed the amount by Amazon on 13 th September but today ( 29th October) still didn't get my amount in my account.

      Dear Team
      My self Mr Dhopatkar, my wife had ordered one baby toy from amazon by 21st sept 2021. We have received incomplete product and some part are missing. Hence She have raised replacement order.
      After two days we have change our mind and we have requested for cancellation of order.
      I have kept ready with box to return it. But till date no one have visited my place. While doing follow up, call center person asked me upload photo of product on some link. I have already uploaded the same and waiting for revert.
      But till date I have not received any call or update. Now days I m not able to connect call center call also.
      I m very fed up with the follow up.
      Need my money back and take you product from my place.

        I had placed an Order for Fossil Camilla 9.339 Ltrs Green Casual Backpack (ZB7835366), worth Rs.5920/-
        One product was delivered on 18th October, but was not the same item .The product delivered was a torn and tattered bag of the brand Babilu, which was packed in the box of Fossil. I had raised the complaint on the same day of delivery .After speaking to 2-3 people, I was told to wait for 2 days as matter will be investigated .I had uploaded the images of the product too on the same day.I called again after 2-3 days to check, but no body had done anything .Again after speaking with 2-3 people, I spoke with someone of the specialist team, and the person assured me he is placing the refund which will be reflected in the account in 4-5 days .After 3-4 days again after speaking with 2-3 people I was told no refund has been initiated & the matter will be investigated. Now after 2-3 days I have been told that the verification team is saying that the right product was shipped & delivered to the customer& no refund or replacement will be given. This is not what we expect from amazon.

          Defective Product sold on Amazon

          This is regarding a mobile M51 (Amazon Order Number:

          had a slight curve when I received it. I thought it was the shape of the

          I have seen job offer in OLX about Supervisor Post they send E-mail Link [protected]@jobcareamazon.in i have sent my resume and all study certificates to the emil, and they sent 3 PDF files i.e 1. Appointment details 2. Resources Process Forms 3. their Bank account number and IFSC code, they told and fill your details and Deposit 1550/- for Uniform Charges and send scan copy of Deposit slip, Forms to email, i have deposited 1550/- in their A/C number and sent copy and forms, the next day they called me and pay 5000/- for salary account opening in ICICI Bank immidetly, i think it is Fraud i din't send I Lost 1550/- when I saw this site and reviews I save 5000/- Thanks to all the writers.

            First of all they delivered the wrong item on 19/10/21. I had ordered the octra fun keyboard instead they delivered bigfun keyboard. One of the key was not working, so I made a return/replacement request. They send a message which read the item will be picked up on 20/10/21. Then the pick up call never came. I called them after few days then the customer service man told me there was some error, so my request was not processed. Then that guy told me that he will himself do that work and assured me that the good product will be delivered to me. The call, product or pickup man, none came. Today I checked again, there's no status of my return/replacement. Moreover today is unfortunately the last date for making return request but the request is not processing. I am trying again and again to talk to the customer care but everytime they are connecting me with the pre recorded voice which is simply directing me to the app to request the return and that is not working. Amazon has fooled me, their customer service man has fooled me. Please help me, they have delivered the wrong defective item and they are not doing anything even after multiple requests.

            Yesterday, after I had requested a complain here I was able to process return in Amazon. Pick up date is today. Sometime ago upom called me and said he's in canteen. He told me to come in 5 minutes, I had requested him to wait for atleast 10 minutes. I reached there within 5 minutes and there is no one. When I am trying to talk with the dilevery man, the automated voice is telling me to enter 4 digit pin which was never delivered to me. Even for the delivery of the product, they had send me the 6 digit pin.
            My time is precious and they are fooling me again and again. No pick up guy came in the canteen, I asked everyone out there, even the Flipkart delivery guys were there, and they said no Amazon guy was here.

            I tried to talk with the customer service but the same thing, they are connecting me with the real person and just their automated voice recording is making me fool by telling me things which I already know. I have received no real help from this company regarding my issue.

            If you don't value me as a customer, please say directly. Either way, I am never gonna use Amazon anymore for any purpose. I had never expected this kind of cheaply thing from something like Amazon.

            I even called the number they had provided me, but he said that he's not the one who has been assigned for the pick up. Amazon, for god's sake stop making me a fool.

                  My name is Anil Namdev Sonawane. I want to register a complaint against Amazon India, regarding their 'AMAZON PAY BALANCE' (E-WALLET).                   On (5th of October 2021) I had ordered a (TP-LINK AC750 Dual Band Wireless Cable Router, 4 10/100 LAN+10/100 WAN Ports, Support Guest Network and Parental Control, 750Mbps Speed Wi-Fi, 3 Antennas (Archer C20) ORIGINAL ORDER: M[protected], ORIGINAL INVOICE: BOV[protected] for (Rupees: 1, 399/- with a (100) RUPEES discount offered by seller up-front, at the final price of Rupees '1, 299/- THROUGH AMAZON PAY (WALLET). But due to quality issues with the router, I opted for a return/ refund order on 'Amazon.in website', but the return option wasn't, available, so I called the Amazon customer service, the Amazon executive officer told that "Electronic items' can't be returned at first go, you can go for a replacement first, if you're still not satisfied by the replacement order you can opt for return/ refund than".

                  So I got the replacement done the details are as follows; (Order Number:[protected]/ INVOICE NO. BOM5 2647134/ INVOICE DETAILS: MH-BOM[protected]/ INVOICE DATE: 11.10.2021) And then I went for a return/ refund order. The return was arranged as expected by Amazon.IN, and I received my refund (Rupees: 1, 299/-) on (14th October 2021) at around [03:48 PM] from Amazon in my 'Amazon Pay Balance Wallet Phone No: [protected].' It was refecting in my amazon pay balance.
                  But on (18th of October 2021) when I checked my Amazon Pay Balance at first, the balance was showing, but after some time it showed 'Amazon Pay Balance (MONEY) my 1, 299/- Rupees wasn't showing in my wallet. It was Temporarily Disabled, contact customer care, so I did contact them they said that there was no such order made, and even my Amazon App wasn't showing any past orders, I'm an Amazon customer since 2014, I have made more than 25-30 orders on Amazon.in, I was completely shocked, my account was fresh as new no transactions or past orders reflected in App. So I emailed- them regarding this but I didn't receive any resolution or update on it. I'm really disgusted by Amazon Pay, and I'm looking for a resolution: I want them to realize my wallet has Rupees: 1, 299/- which is the refund of my last order as I described before. I also ordered [MERCUSYS GIGABIT ROuter] for better performance Rs. 1, 899/- through [Amazon Pay Balance/ UPI: [protected]@yapl] date:10th October 2021/ 12:14 PM) against which I got 30.1 rupees cashback. I also made an order on (18th October 2021) Amazon.in Order Number:[protected], Order Total: 2, 999/- For [AMAZON FIRE TV STICK STICK with Alexa Voice assistance 4K] for which I opted for a return, as I was no longer needing it, and on 21st October 2021, I got a refund of rupees 2, 899/- in my bank account while the remaining 100 rupees was credited/ as cashback to my Amazon Pay Balance wallet, which is showing in my Wallet, but the remaining [1, 299 & 30.1 cash back] is still not showing up in my Amazon Pay Balance Wallet SO, I should have a total of Rupees: [1, 299 (REFUND) + 30.1 (CASHBACK BALANCE) + 100 (CASHBACK BALANCE)= 1, 429.1] as the final balance in my Amazon Pay Wallet. But it shows only 100 rupees balance, remaining 1, 299 & 30.1= 1, 329.1 Is not showing, please arrange a refund of rupees "1, 329.1/-" in my bank account. I contacted them, but they didn't respond. I no longer trust their AMAZON PAY BALANCE WALLET.

                  MY KYC is not done yet) but that doesn't mean they will deduct my wallet money.
                  Thus, I want them to arrange a refund and transfer my Amazon Pay Balance MONEY of Rs. 1, 329 money to BANK ACCOUNT. I have attached screenshots of the required proof and is true, & genuine in that regard. I have shared screenshots, proof. I desperately request, and plea this 'Indian Consumer Complaints Forum' to seek justice and my money back in the above bank account.

                  When I contacted the Amazon India, the executive said that "I have no order, other than the Amazon fire TV stick [ order amt: 2, 999 date: (18/10/2021)
                  But, I have purchased many items in the past, since (2014). I have enclosed bill/ receipt dated (18/08/2021) For 'Face Mask' worth rupees: 875

                          I am resident of A 63 sector 72, the rain water is clogged and remains full of water throughout the year. Due to this my boundary wall has developed seepage and has been damaged. despite several repairs the seepage continues. I have dont several complaints to sanitation department, they come and do superficial cleaning but do not fix the clogged drain problem. Due to this there is also danger of Dengue and Malaria in our block. Request you to get the clogged drain cleared as soon as possible.

                            This is in reference to the recent purchases I made on Amazon. order#[protected] for OPPO A31 (Mystery Black, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage).

                            On 21st Oct 2021 I received my order from courier boy and I opened box infront of courier boy and No mobile box inside package and I found one speaker inside this box.
                            I was not accepting this box but deliver boy said this is prepaid order and we have scanned this box please complaint in customer care.

                            I made video in front of courier boy and I have shared all proof with Amazon but still they are not

                            I immediately took the pictures and made video and called customer service and I was updated that they will be updating me by 26th October. I called customer service on 25th October to find if there is any resolution as this was a suffocating feeling for me. But no I did not have any update on the 25th and I was asked to take an update on 27th October.

                            On 26th Oct I called the customer service again and had a word with Customer care from the concerned team and she updated me that the investigation was done and according to them the package was delivered in a perfectly good condition which was useless for me because you guys did not have any artifact if the package was delivered fine or not. And when I asked her to transfer the call to her senior team she was very adamant about not transferring it to the senior team and was continuously asking me to understand that Amazon cannot help with anything. NOW MY POINT IS I TRUSTED AMAZON AND PAID 10, 341/- FROM MY POCKET AND WHEN AMAZON COULD NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT THEY EXPECT ME TO BEAR THE LOSS OF SUCH A HIGH AMOUNT. This is totally unacceptable.

                            I'll make sure if it is not being resolved I'll definitely take legal action on AMAZON for the fraud along with the mental harassment you people are doing.

                              My name kumaresh karan and i had order kamiliant by american tourister bag of rs 7148 in amazon on 8/09/21 but this order is cencelled due to personal reason .                                 I would like to inform you that I have been facing trouble with the replacement of the DOA laptop which I bought from Amazon. Amazon order ID:[protected].
                                Laptop already sealed packed by HP engineer and received DOA certificate from HP brand. Many times I informed Amazon customer care but still no dispatcher or courier person has contacted me from Amazon about it. I bought this laptop for my upcoming December examination. I don't know what to do. I request you to kindly replace on an urgent basis because due to this I am facing a lot of problems in my academics. Please arrange a courier for replacement as soon as possible. This will greatly help me with my academics.

                                  Respected Sir/Madam,
                                  I have ordered a Panasonic 28" LED TV on 5th October 2021 order no[protected] from Amazon Paying Rs.9999/- through Punjab National Bank Debit Card. On 13.10.21 evening delivery person came to delivery the Item which is small box, its not a 28"TV, I refused to received it and returned it and called amazon customer care to tell the matter. After that i got a email from Amazon on 19 Oct 21 where they mentioned refund amount Rs.9999/- is processed.On 24.10.21 I get another mail from amazon where mentioned
                                  "refund for amount 9999.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now."They also provide Refund Reference # 74332741293129277997710.

                                  They also inform to contact my bank’s customer care center and to quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case I still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days.

                                  As my refund is not credited within the specified days, I accordingly contact my bank(Punjab National Bank) customer care but my bank informed me to raise the issue with Amazon.
                                  I again talk with amazon but they totally turn a deaf ear to my issue.
                                  As it is a large sum of money it creates a lots off financial problem to me.

                                  My Refund amount not credited till now.

                                  Kindly consider the matter and do the needful.

                                    I have purchased Ipad Air 4 from Amazon on 2 October and made payment of rs 42900 through UPI which was debited from my PNB account [protected]. Due to some reason I cancelled my order and amazon initiated the refund of my money RRN number is[protected], but bank has not credited my refund to my account and even not helping me in this issue. Please help me getting my refund in my account as soon as possible. I have already made another complaint regarding this issue but still no updates has been given.
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I gifted washing machine to my sister on her wedding . After 3 mothers . Automatic water was not coming in machine so I claim warranty
                                      On 29 September 2021 . The guy came and says water pump issue was there so need to change and things comes in warranty he said parts are not available and so need to wait 2 to 3 days my sister said ok before leaving he said if we give him 1500 ₹ then he will repair next day . That thing I tell Amazon and they replied don't give anything and all we will solve your problem in 7 working days and from taht day till now it's 28 of October no one re call me or anything .
                                      When I call customer service they giveing me every Singal time dates .
                                      It's more then 1 month .
                                      I buy it for 11500₹ at same price .
                                      1 year full warranty and 3 year's ok somthing moter warranty .
                                      They was given me this type of service and facing to many problems.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
