I ordered one item from amazon with order ID[protected]. this order was a replacement order as the previous item received was not working and this was not supported by my computer. I returned this item, in return my money was refunder by AMAZON. they provided me a reference number- TORXIEZM0000KTLYK3TTJ and told me to contact the bank, after which the bank denies that any amount had been initiated in my account. Please look into this serious matter, and help me get back my money. The amount was of rupees- 7999/-.

    Hi All,

    Product Details
    I had ordered "OnePlus 9 5G (Astral Black, 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage)" order ID is "ORDER #[protected]"

    Documents Against the Products
    I am attaching my document which I received from the Amazon app related to my product. It has details for my new phone which Amazon says has been delivered to my address.

    1) IMEI number of new phone on Invoice copy from Amazon app for OnePlus 9 5G (Astral Black, 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage) ([protected]). If this number can be tracked you can locate the phone and check if it's with me.
    2) Phone ordered by me is of Rs 51, 999 and which got delivered is of Rs 28999. This is mearer case of cheating.
    3) To top it all, I have given my working phone in exchange. Making myself helpless.

    Facts of Tracking the product
    What I have received is a RedMI 11X phone. I have raised case with Amazon Customer care on the same day i.e 10th Oct 2021.
    They also asked me not to cancel the product from their amazon app which has the option of choosing wrong product Delivered.
    They just misguided me and then blocked my Login ID from doing cancellation so that the oder does'nt get cancelled. Its really Pathetic if a company like Amazon needs to do this to hide their internal Fraud.
    They connected me to some investigation team on 10th Oct 2021, which said they will come back with some resolution but will require 5 days for this. Attached mail for reference
    I called back on 11th to know the progress, I was informed it will take more time and will try to get some update on 13th Oct 2021.
    On 13th when I called the Customer Service team they connected me again to Investigating team said they will update me on or before 16th Oct. So there was no clarity on what investigation was being carried out in the backend.
    Unfortunately I did not receive any upfront update till date, I called on 16th Afternoon when I was informed that investigation is completed and a correct product was delivered to me. I asked about the investigation report what has been done on that their reply was its an internal process and can't be shared with customer. As a customer I have a right to question what investigation has been done if a wrong product is delivered to me.
    Post this I had to take Social Media platform support to highlight this fraud that has happened. Immediately I received a reply from Amazon Social Media team they have escalated it and will get back in next 3 to 5 days. This was an update on 16th Oct post which there is no clarity on what's happening and how many more days I need to suffer. I am sure after 3 to 5 days I will get the same answer which was given by Customer service team.

          I have ordered three product vide order Number:[protected],[protected],[protected] total cost is Rs 3, 321.00 the payment option selected is net banking and payment bank is Axis Bank, the amount has been debited my account vide INB[protected] on 18/10/2021, but in amazon it shows payment failed, kindly resolve this issue, the order product is needed urgently hence take appropriate action immediately

            I order an HP laptop charger from amazon and paid earlier. At the time of delivery they misbehave and cancelled my order by them.
            I complaint with customer service of amazon they told they can just return my money.
            But about my time, i have waited for one and half week for this and getting nothing.

              I have ordered boat product (22pcs) from amazon.in app of Rs.19500 approximately on 3rd October, 2021.
              Received from 14 pcs on 12th October, 2021 and rest were suppose to get delivered on 16th october, 2021.
              On 14th oct'21 I received text notification from amazon.in regarding my parcel out for delivery but no delivery agent contacted me and neither received my call
              Again on 15th oct'21 I received text notification from amazon.in regarding my parcel out for delivery but no delivery agent contacted me and when I called the delivery agent, he told me that he will deliver my stuff next day.
              Then I contacted amazon.in customer care and got the same reply that parcel will be deliver next day.
              On 16th oct'21, I called the delivery agent again and this time he told me that my parcel is missing from the pickup area, and he will update me asap.
              On 18th October'21, I called amazon.in customer care and they told me that they will get it deliver on 20th oct'21 but on 19th Oct'21 I got notification that my order got cancelled and amazon.in initiated a refund.
              I called up amazon.in and they said they cannot help me.

              In this whole incident, amazon.in did not bother to help me and I waited for 15 days for those product.

                  Amount deducted from pay balance but not credited to merchant

                  Hello team,
                  I had made a payment on 2 nd Oct of Rs690 rs from Amazon pay balance to aeron pay pro wallet(via razor pay gateway) amount has been deducted from Amazon pay but not recieved in aeron pay pro wallet.
                  Neither Amazon nor Razor pay nor aeron pay pro...is willing to refund my money...
                  Pls help he to file a chargeback against it .or shall we take it to consumer court..

                  I received +1100 Diamonds from Amazon's great festival sale where I redeemed 1000 diamonds for 2000 rupees cashback coupon on television purchase. As per the coupon conditions the cashback should be received after the product is placed as shipped in the system although the product I ordered (ORDER #[protected] has been delivered I haven't received the cashback yet.

                  Till now, I called customer care several times and they confirmed that the cashback will be credited into your account within the next 24 hours and a different person on the call was giving different 1/7/90 dates. In the last call customer representative (Prabhat) shared the same that I availed a coupon from 1000 diamonds worth 2000 cashback and surprisingly he ignored the problem and started diverting the call on other Amazon benefits.

                  I wrote an email to [protected]@amazon.in and explained everything but haven't received any response yet.

                  Please do be dependent on diamonds cashback completely as it was totally fraud to me :-( and I am hopeless here.

                        This is to bring to the kind notice of Amazon, that a delivery person by name Mr Shivakumar is deliberately delaying the delivery of items, this has happened several times to me...I had brought this matter to the notice of the local amazon distributor Gulabarga - 585105, Karnataka, India...but unfortunately no action has been taken against this delivery boy...Its very unfortunate that Amason being such a reputed and big company in the world is not able to solve this small issues...this type of services persons will bring disrepute to amazon..

                        Amazon India kindly note this issue and initiate action against these types of service delivery boys.

                            I ordered a macbook 2020 on 4th October, but received a wrong product podcast kit. Immediately, I called the customer care and they confirmed everything will be investigated, and I will be informed the outcome. Also, to expedite the matter I requested Amazon social media to look into it. Few days back, one investigation team member has visited my place and checked everything in person. The wrong product that was sent to me has an Amazon and Product barcode, and I provided all the details with the proper screenshots. Today, I got a response from the Amazon team the product was sent to me intact condition. My question to the team is that how a podcast product with a barcode was sent to me?
                            Did they check the Podcast kit barcode details on their inventory ?
                            I need them to perform a proper investigation and figure out what went wrong.

                              I purchased HP Omen laptop on 5th September, 2020. The laptop delivery was not processed thereby I cancelled the purchase and asked for the refund on 3rd October. After waiting for many days, the refund initiation email showed that it was processed on 10th of October, 2020. They are unable to help us further because the complaint is resolved from there end. Kindly revert and assure us with the correct amount that has been processed from there end because we have received no amount from either side.

                                I have ordered external hard-disk ( order no[protected] on 3oct but i received an old internal hard disk on 7 oct. i called customer care but they commented to me to resolve this investigation and said to be on hold till 13 oct. till investigation resolve. Now they are refusing to refund my money nor they r returning this useless thing . I need my return otherwise i will complaint against it in consumer corum
