I recently purchased a mobile phone from Amazon with the order number[protected], and I have been a customer for the past eight years with the registered mobile number [protected], [protected].
Due to COVID-19 circumstances, I opened the package after a few hours and discovered that the product packaging had been tampered with, with only the charger and cord remaining. Then I began escalating the problem to the customer service team. They began an investigation, and after a few days, they informed me that the investigation team had confirmed that the merchandise had been delivered properly. As per your investigation, I require the Proof of Investigation report to be sent to my email address.
I don't want to lose my Rs. 10500/- to an unknown person without knowing who they are. Why should I pay you the money, and if you refuse to even consider my request, I will file a case in the Consumer Court and at the same time I will be posting this in the social media as well and send it to the Media as well.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Priyalkn7 I did not received any update still now and no one is contacted on this concern. I really need to forward to the Human right department and need to lodge a complaint.
