The unit aws delivered well in time however it is observed that this unit is defective or rather refurbished. since day one I have observed to be very slow printing speed almost one line per minute that too zeroxing. till date i could not get prints from computer. I have downloaded thesoftware & driver app many times but in vain.
i would rather get it replaced urgently since now scool exams started & need to get pritouts. so pl hurry.

    I ordered a case and tempered glasses on Amazon which were damaged on delivery so I contacted Amazon, shared pictures with them on which they processed the refund. Upon asking the customer support executive assured me that I’ll get my refund in my bank account as I paid with cash On delivery but later I got my refund in Amazon pay wallet. I don’t know what kind of service is this but I’m very disappointed and I am not settling for the same unless I’m getting my refund in my bank account.

          I have bought a Redmi 10 note pro from Amazon (order #[protected]Â )Â Darshita Aashiana private limited delivered, which is a defective product. When I came to know about the defect in the phone, I immediately scheduled the return twice but no one came.

          Then i called customer care and they said return confirmation was not received by amazon and i was repeatedly told the return window is closed and amazon cannot do anything.
          I show to MI service centre, they flashed the phone but still mic issues not resolved.
          So my phone complaints are not resolved either MI service or Amazon.
          Phone should be replaced or money refunded.

            Lenovo Laptop IdeaPad Slim 3, 15.6” 81WBO15GIN SN PF31CYGP supplied to me is DEFECTIVE and no rectification being attempted

            Dear Sirs/Mesdames,
            I, Joseph Rodrigues, residing at ‘Osprey’, Chorao Island Resort, Belbhat, Chorao, Tiswadi, Goa 403102, purchased on 28 July 2021 on AMAZON, a LENOVO, product Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3, 15.6” 81WBO15GIN SN PF31CYGP, the merchant seller being APPARIO RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED.
            Shortly after the delivery I was caught up in urgent work in connection with information that my brother was diagnosed with cancer in 4th stage and had to rush to Shillong. There I noticed that when it was idling, the laptop made a distinct pinging sound which is repeated intermittently at irregular intervals. Now it has become worse. The ping sound is louder and there is a ‘pop’ sound when I open the laptop and when it wakes from sleep. There is also a grating sound as a background to the ping sound. I have recorded the sound and sent the sound files to Lenovo customer care
            On my return to Goa I contacted Lenovo Customer Care several times and even took the machine to the Lenovo Service Centre (off 18 June Road, opp Bombay Bazar, phone[protected] in Panjim Goa, twice. I have phoned several times to the Lenovo Customer care.They have been unable to diagnose the fault, even though they retained my laptop at the service centre for over 4 hours on 15 Sept.
            The explanations given and recommendations given by Lenovo engineers/ call centre prove that either the engineers are extremely incompetent or just indulging in tomfoolery. And timepass I was told that the sound volume was set to ‘boost’ on the laptop and this was causing the ping sound. So I should always keep sound setting on low. I was told that the keyboard was defective and I should copy all my files on an external hard disk and then give them the machine to change the keyboard, I was even told to use headphones with the laptop to cut out the ping sound!!! This is how ridiculous your response are.
            I was told that they had raised a service request – without informing me or giving the number or date – and told that they had then cancelled the service request. Again, no number or date given to me.
            On 28/8/21 I called and after a long discussion was given this ref no. [protected]. On 18/9 I called and spoke to Vijay who asked me to run a hardware scan and send him the log. He said the scan showed there was no hardware problem. (YET THE LAPTOP KEEPS ON MAKING PINGING SOUNDS). I emailed two sound files of the pinging. On 22/9/21 I called and was given no.[protected]. On 15/8 Iwas given a sheet at the Lenovo service centre with no address or contact details or names of personnel and my signature was taken
            I am a senior citizen in my 81st year. I have spent Rs 1000 for hire of cab from the island of Chorao on each trip to Panjim. Because you supplied a defective machine, I have had to waste hours of precious time This has caused me much mental tension and stress. My writing work has suffered much.
            It is evident that the machine is defective and I request you to replace it immediately with a proper machine… The very fact that your engineers CANNOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM confirms this. I am in danger of losing my work on the machine.
            I have been advised that this harassment may be prolonged by you and more excuses given instead of immediately replacing the defective machine with a new unit, and hence I was told I should place this on record also showing that you have been intimated, in case it becomes necessary to take further steps.
            Again I request you to immediately replace the laptop.

                      I have placed an order yesterday through Amazon, and the product delivered today and my brother received it.

                      The delivered product is looks like already opened and sealed it again. So i requested for a return pickup today itself.

                      This happens to my particular location which comes under this PIN code - 600094

                      This is the 2nd issue i'm facing with Amazon Delivery partner in last 6 months. Even when i ordered my laptop last time it came with the opened seal and i asked for a return pick up and again this is happening now.

                        My name is Dhiraj dhone and I had ordered Hairdryer of RS.249 e ) in Amazon on 09/09/2021
                        and on 13/09/2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 15/09/2021
                        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                        [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Central Bank of India doesn't have such policy. So
                        please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                          About a month back, when i was online shopping, Amazon popped a message to switch to Business mode, i filled all the details and submitted, post that by Amazon logins are disabled, i can't access any amazon paid services, i have called their CC multiple times, sent email multiple times, so far no resolution

                          Each time they say the account department will contact you within 3 working days, it is been 25 days !! NO ESCALATION works for a consumer

                          They can't even get an escalation manager in the call to talk to customers

                            The product shows delivered but I didn't get it. reached seller and he says this is amazon issue and reached amazon support and they said to wait till 23rd sep and i called today now they said wait till 27th sep. the product value is 43000 rupees and i paid it already.

                            Along with me there are 11 customers who reported same issue since 21st sep againt same seller.

                              I had Purchased wheel cover for my Hyundai i10 Car on 9th Sep'21 from Amazon India online service.
                              The Brand is PRIGAN.

                              Details: Premium Quality, Black red 13 Inch wheel cover-Set of 4 PCS.
                              Cost: Rs.1370/-.

                              I received the item on 20.09.21 and tried to fit it on car on 22.09.21.
                              The wheel cover does not fit into the rim of i10 wheel. As there is presence of bolt used to tighten wheel to the rim.
                              THE PRIGAN WHEEL COVER's CENTER PORTION DOESNT FIT INTO THE CENTER PART OF THE WHEEL (PHOTO ATTACHED FOR EVIDENCE).

                              I had also enquired in the Question & Answer section in the buying section. It mentions that -it will fit for wheels with 13 inch wheel size.

                              During purchase in Amazon online platform, it doesnt mention the item is non returnable. When i called customer care, it was mentioned as the item is non returnable as well as non-refundable.

                              This is a CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING & FRAUD by AMAZON INDIA and The Seller PRIGAN WHEEL COVER.
                              I request for doing the needful and request for the refund to be done at the earliest.

                                    I had 2 items for return (combined value of rs 10000+ both defective products) that was scheduled for 9th and 14th September 2021 but they never got picked up, I reached out to amazon support regarding this 4 times in total, every time I only got false assurance that the item will be picked up the next day, they have escalated the issue, they will refund me before the return because it's been more than 2 unsuccessful return but none of that ever happened. I'm looking for an actual resolution instead of false assurance from Amazon India.

                                      (Mail sent but no response)

                                      15-09 Order placed for one plus 9 5G

                                      17-09 order cancelled by Amazon fraudulently stating problem in the exchange phone (no one from Amazon came to receive the old phone)

                                      17-09 Replacement order generated for the same

                                      20-09 defective phone received and replacement denied by amazon also refused to refund the discount amount which was applicable while generating the order. Old phone picked and refund of that is forcefully being processed as amazon balance.

                                      Return of the defective product generated

                                      21-09 return of the defective piece being rescheduled due to incorrect updation by amazon and the story goes on...

                                      22-09 pick up cancelled again
