I paid for a product online through upi. The payment was successful from my side but didnt show on the amazon seller services account. So i paid again through cash. Now i am not getting my money back.

      My self M. Karthik reddy my father ordered boat 441 tws (red colour) as two months ago on 12 jun 2021 has delivered to my father after opening we got an grey colour boat 441 tws . But now this is not working and I went to boat service centre they told it is a fake product. So, I want a new boat 441 red colour in place of this. And I not pay any extra money

        Hello Team,

        This is regarding an order of Thermador GAS stove purchased. I have placed the order on the 26th of July and it is derived in the first week of Aug.

        Once I received the GAS stove I have installed it from my GAS agency person later on we were getting an LPG gas smell throughout the day.

        So I called my GAS agency person to check the GAS connection and found leakage in the GAS stove.

        After that, we are shutting down the GAS connection from the cylinder valve after use.

        I have tried to raise the complaint with Thermador however there is no customer care. I got a WhatsApp number on which I registered the complaint on 25th August.

        They registered my complaint with “247Around” and the complaint number is ID NJ-[protected]. No one visited my place for repair I also tried to call on their support number “[protected]” which never answered.

        After that frustration, I raised the concern with the consumer forum however they were not able to get any details of Thermador India as there is no official mail ID as well as customer care number.

        Afterward, I dug for Thermador and went to know that it is a popular brand in America and I got the parent company details of Thermador.

        The parent company of Thermador is BSH appliances so I shared the BSH details with the Indian consumer grievance team and They raised the concern to BSH home appliances.

        On Saturday(4th Se) I got the call from BSH legal team and they said that “we are not selling any Thermador home appliances product in India. It is a fake company and Amazon sold you the fake product. We will share our reply to the Indian consumer grievance team”

        Now I am frustrated because of security concerns as it is an LPG gas leakage that can cause an accident at my home.

        I need your kind intervention in this matter as it is sold by your team.

        Hello Team,

        Still there is a leakage of gas from the stove. There is no number of Thermador where I can call and ask for the complaint status.

        Are you waiting for an accident at my place due to gas leakage then you will take the action??

          I was interested in a product for which the exact version number of the product is not mentioned on the product page on Amazon India website.

          The product is being sold by seller named Apprio Retail.
          So I wrote a message to them thru Amazon and despite 4 days gone there's no response.

          When I contacted Amazon I came to know that they have no process to address such issues when sellers do not respond. They do not have seller email / contact or any process to communicate with them.
          Amazon also does not have any process to audit sellers.

          It's better to buy from local vendors who help you with all information and you get to see the product upfront before purchase.

            Though I filled up the details 2 weeks back, I have not received any response. I have further tried calling their customer support centre around 6-7 times without any positive response with the common excuse that account related details are not readily available to them. After their insistence, I mailed similar requests to the following email : [protected]@amazon.in ; [protected]@amazon.in ; with no response. I am helpless in this situation and forwarding my complaint to the consumer forum for a refund of my prime membership from Amazon.

              ORDER #[protected]. I purchased this material from amazon 2 times i return this item every time accessories was missing. i call them 5 times always they put wrong delivery address shipping address is from punjab sangrur and pick up address they mentioned Uttar Pradesh. Upto they did not pick up the item and refund not paid. Guys that are working on customer service they are making fool to the customer. Due to this issue i stopped purchasing online specially from Amazon.in

                I had ordered for a pair of ear pods of the brand Boat worth Rs.1299/- from Amazon but the product was returned back and on 24.08.21 i received an email for the initiated refund to be returned. And on 29.08.21 i received another confirmation emai that the amount has been credited. But the refund transacted by them has not yet been received in the account.
                Kindly look in the matter.

                  25/06/2021 I cancelled my order no.4325 from Amazon app, the amount deducted from my debit card no.7060 in rupees 11520/- . The coustomer care of Amazon telling me file a charge back form but my branch is not giving me charge back/charge dispute form. Please help me for refund my money into my account as soon as possible.I am attaching bank copy of not received amount.

                    I ordered footwear of size 11 and recieved size 7. So i called customer care and they said that ive to place a nee order again. I said im ready to place new order but before that i wanted to confirm that i will recieve correct size nxt time. So representative said that sometimes the prb. Happens and assured that next time u will recieve right size and if i dont its their responsibility. But 2nd time also i recieved wrong size 7. 2 times money got deducted as it was prepaid order. I have to keep tracking refunds..its so troublesome. Amazon quality has declined. Earlier i use to trust amazon but now i dont.

                      Today, I have placed order of two books of price more than Rs 500 each. While one has free delivery, while the other is having Rs 100 delivery charge. It is not justified. Please resolve the issue before delivery of the order.

                            I purchased a product on amazon on 19th of August using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 24 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status of my refund.. Amazon customer care are saying its an error from the bank and not them..

                              I have ordered the Pathfinder Academy : Csir-Jrf-Net Life Sciences Book Combo Set With Ecology on 1 September. Today only(5 September) I got the delivery, but I have recieved only 4 books out of the 7 books which was mentioned in the order.
                              I have recieved only life sciences part1 and part 2, general aptitude and MCQ book.Please send me my remaining books. And I did the payment for all 7 book.

                                Am Gomathy got some part time jobs in Amazon . They have created an account and started to do the task . Then they are saying continue to recharge for rs. 20000. And after recharging you will be withdrawing the cash fully but at the end I cannot able to withdraw the money and getted locked now. Please help me to recover from this

                                This happened to me too, I am a house wife, I have no other income, I don't know what to do. My husband doesn't know about it.If you complain to the cyber crime branch, this will not happen to anyone else and you will get your money back.

                                  My order id #[protected] My name is Pranay kumar Mandal and I had ordered 01 quantity of Philips Audios IN-MMS6080B/94 2.1 Channel Multimedia Speakers RS. 5290.00 on 08-08-21 for gifting my friend and i replace this order due to different item received of the product instead of that product. on next day couldn't replaced the product due to some issue told by delivery boy so i returned that product. Now Amazon said same reason which i told them for my replacement. Now they didn't replace my product and didn't refund also, i mail them but they said that same things now I'm stuck in middle situation. So

                                      Hi,

                                      This is regarding order#[protected].

                                      I have returned this order on next day of delivery (24th Aug). I didn’t received refund yet. Instead I was told that refund can’t be processes as item is different from what is sent.

                                      Yes, item was different what was sent to me thats why I returned it mentioning same.

                                      Spoken with agent Abhishek when not received refund after two days of return and was told that we (amazon) received it today morning in our warehouse and refund will get processed till next day.

                                      I didn’t got any refund. I called again through app and connected with agent - Neha. She told that we didn’t received it yet in our warehouse (Mumbai). Once we receive it, refund get processed till 3rd of Sep.

                                      I was not satisfied with both agents statement as both of them said different.

                                      I asked her to transfer to supervisor to get this issue resolved. I was connected with - Amit there and he also told me same thing as Neha described me.

                                      I was waiting and connected again to an agent - Abhishek (This was same person I remember by his voice on my first interaction). I told him that you said me earlier that item was received and refund get initiated today or next morning but still no resolution.

                                      He put me on hold today thrice for long and came up with the statement that refund can’t be processed from his hand.

                                      Wow, after 10-12 days What I got is NO RESOLUTION

                                      As per him Amazon or his agent didn’t asked for any picture proof of product what received and not even took steps to verify product while return.

                                      This shows that mistake is all from Amazon side.

                                      Is this the way Amazon response towards resolution?

                                      I am Amazon Prime member since long and placed a lot of orders.

                                      This is the first time I faced this kind of silly response from Amazon.

                                      See, I want my refund asap now.

                                        You have dealing with a fraudulent supplier so you are requested to return the money amount paid by me to my bankers Rs.655/-immediately a line of reply is solicited from your end to me
