About a month back, when i was online shopping, Amazon popped a message to switch to Business mode, i filled all the details and submitted, post that by Amazon logins are disabled, i can't access any amazon paid services, i have called their CC multiple times, sent email multiple times, so far no resolution
Each time they say the account department will contact you within 3 working days, it is been 25 days !! NO ESCALATION works for a consumer
They can't even get an escalation manager in the call to talk to customers
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
