    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased a pTron Bassbuds Lite in-Ear True Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Headphones with Hi-Fi Deep Bass on 14/2/21 online from amazon but on sunday i noticed the charging dock is not charging and also the charging light is also not visible so i have given complaint online i had received reply that i will be contacted with in 48 hrs but not been contacted so i tried to call the customer care number but there is no proper guideline the call is discounted after few second cant connect to executive
    amazon should have customer service or support for the product purchased from them why should we depend on brand as how we buy from vijay sales they take complaint and try to resolve from their end too

      I had 2 items for return (combined value of rs 10000+ both defective products) that was scheduled for 9th and 14th September 2021 but they never got picked up, I reached out to amazon support regarding this 4 times in total, every time I only got false assurance that the item will be picked up the next day, they have escalated the issue, they will refund me before the return because it's been more than 2 unsuccessful return but none of that ever happened. I'm looking for an actual resolution instead of false assurance from Amazon India.

        Order Id - Escalation[protected]***7503

        (Mail sent but no response)

        15-09 Order placed for one plus 9 5G

        17-09 order cancelled by Amazon fraudulently stating problem in the exchange phone (no one from Amazon came to receive the old phone)

        17-09 Replacement order generated for the same

        20-09 defective phone received and replacement denied by amazon also refused to refund the discount amount which was applicable while generating the order. Old phone picked and refund of that is forcefully being processed as amazon balance.

        Return of the defective product generated

        21-09 return of the defective piece being rescheduled due to incorrect updation by amazon and the story goes on...

        22-09 pick up cancelled again

            I orders Apple Airpods pro from Amazon order id #[protected] on 16th sept'21. After receiving the product on 18th Jan, I instantly came to know that the product is fake. I also went to 2 apple stores just to confirm my claim(the executive at the store also confirmed the same).
            The following was the observation about the product:
            1. Plastic material inside the box
            2. Poor finishing of the box
            3. No Embossing of the airpods logo
            4. One document twice in the box
            5. Colour mismatch of the plastic
            6. Noise cancellation does not work
            7. review form other customer that he had received a fake product from the same seller.

                Hello I am Rohit Vishwakarma,
                I did one product order from amazon.in app in that product it was written pack of 18 but I received only pack of 1 at delivery.
                I am very upset with the service amazon provided me.I am not expected it from AMAZON.
                I am sure its your app UI fault (misleading advertisement) that product was written pack of 18 instead of pack of 1.
                Now UI of that page is corrected but I have full proof of my order (pack of 18 was written).
                SO either give me 18 pack or Compulsation of misleading advertisement.
                else I will complain in consumer forum.

                  Incident: The product I received comes under Fulfilled by Amazon from their top seller Cloudtail India, which claims as New Product (Image 1).
                  But the claims are completely incorrect, the product sent to me was Not NEW, moreover the product also had previous invoice and clear details of the previous owner who had used the book and also Scratched the Code provided in the book for its legitimate user and then returned the book to Amazon (Image 2), the entire malpractice was fully overlooked and supported by Amazon India as it clearly seems as there are lapses and clear sign of old and used products being resold under New category by the seller on Amazon India. This is a breach on multiple levels and for multiple trade practices.
                  Simple return shall not suffice as resolution, as this malpractice must be going on much larger scale and for many products for many honest customers, hence strict action must be taken against seller as well as the customer who misused the platform. I happened to catch them both Red handed.

                            I am a prime customer of Amazon and keep purchasing so many products only through Amazon.

                            Recently I have ordered an Exercise Cycle- Please refer the order No. is[protected].

                            The Product is worth Rs.10, 990/-. I used for 2 days and I am not satisfied with the product quality. So, I requested for return of the product. I said, I dont want replacement, but to take back the product and request amazon to refund me the amount . For this, I am keep on following the customer care for nearly 10 days. But, no person came to take back the product.

                            Are these people playing game, Is Rs.10, 990 is a small amount for you people?

                            Whether you are going to take back the product or not?

                            I need my money back within 24 hours for the products, which i mentioned in the subject

                            On 18th september, I received a mail from Mr.Yash- Amazon escalation team, stating that the product will be taken by amazon team within 2 days.

                            Till today, no one called me regarding pick up of the product.

                              Order ID:[protected] Reg mobile no with company: [protected] Consumer on 12 Sep 2021 ordered a Apple Iphone 11 from company website by paying INR 50, 999/- but on 15 Sep 2021 he got the Sony Xperia phone inside the box for which he complained to company on the same day. But company denied for the resolution stating that they had sent correct product. He wants the company to provide replacement with correct product or refund the amount paid as soon as possible.

                                Dear Sirs,

                                I am an Amazon Prime member for the past several years and have been enjoying the support of your excellent services . So is the case with my whole family.

                                I had recently (on 2nd September 2021) placed an order through my Amazon Prime Membership for a Samsung Ultra S20 mobile for my father (U K Panicker) as per the bill attached from Amazon India. As usual, promptly the item was delivered by Amazon on 8th September 2021.

                                When I attempted to take Comprehensive insurance cover and extended warranty for two years, I was not able to do it online as the screen test in front of a mirror was not getting executed. Upon contacting Customer Care of Amazon and Samsung, I was advised to take the mobile to an authorized Samsung dealership and accordingly I approached the nearest dealer and they also advised that this mobile was not eligible for Comprehensive cover or extended warranty as the warranty has already been activated on 28th August 2021, a date much earlier than my purchase date and payment.

                                Again I reported this matter to the Customer Service of Amazon and I was advised that an Amazon deputed Service Technician will visit my house (as per billing address) on 14th September 2021 and check the mobile. Technician did not call or turn up and upon contacting your Customer Service, I was advised that no technicians are available therefore I should take the mobile to an Authorised Samsung Service Center to get a Report.

                                Accordingly on 14th September 2021 the phone was inspected by Samsung Authorised Service Centre and the report was submitted to Amazon, a copy of which is enclosed herewith for ready reference. At this time, the date for RETURN OR REPLACEMENT date on Amazon site was 15th September 2021 and whenever I attempted to opt for this service, the system was not allowing any of these features. I was only getting a message that a CS Representative will get in touch with me !! Nothing of that sort happened. Since then the RETURN OR REPLACEMENT date was extended to 20th September 2021 and I was promised that a Senior Escalation Team member will get in touch with me before close of the date which is today. As of the time of writing this communication Indian Time 9.30 pm 20th Sept 2021, no one called or advised me of the resolution plan. I don’t know what will happen after today as the deadline for return/refund expires today and all at Indian offices of Amazon are silent.

                                This attitude on the part of Amazon India staff, not only takes the confidence away from a valuable Prime customer like me, but also puts the reputation of Amazon and Samsung Mobile in this case, at stake, in particular in India. Samsung Mobile are not ready to take any responsibility for this unethical business practice being followed by one of your Suppliers like Eastern Logica Infoway Limited, West Bengal, India and have advised me to deal with Amazon who sold this item to me.

                                Your will see from the enclosed screen shots (file names warranty & warranty 1) how Eastern Logica Infoways Limited, your Vendor and also an authorized Samsung Dealer, was able to manipulate the screen to hide their wrong doings, within 20 minutes of reporting the unethical business practice to Amazon India CS.

                                I would request that the concerned Senior Management Team of Amazon intervenes in this matter as this has been going on for nearly two weeks and resolves my genuine case amicably without any further delay. Due to the Brand Reputation of Amazon and my confidence built over the years in their service, I have paid a huge sum to Amazon India for this branded phone of Samsung and their reputation is also at stake due to no fault of Amazon or Samsung, but purely due to Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd.

                                I would have expected, Amazon to take responsibility for this unfortunate incident and protected the interest of a genuine customer like me who has produced concrete proof for the claim being raised and take timely action against such vendors who spoiled your reputation. Needless to say customers are your strong pillars holding your empire!

                                I look forward to hearing from you favourably with a solution to this issue. Me and my old age Dad suffered enough mental stress due to this incident and our hard earned money is being locked with Amazon India and I am holding the mobile which you have not taken back or replaced till now.
