Placed an order worth 748/- on Amazon and had to cancel it later on...I still havent received the refund they provided me with a wrong RRN number which is same as the transaction UTR number as my PhonePe i have been complaining again and again that i checked with the bank and both transaction and refund cant be the same number. They havent processed any refund and still they are adamant that its not their fault and raise a complaint with the bank. I have checked with the bank and they are clearly stating its the transaction done from my end to the bank! Really disappointed with such terrible service from amazon i used to be a regular consumer but incidents like these break our trust. Cant believe such reputed companies end up in such frauds. The customer service executives are really adamant that the refund is issued but are providing wrong reference number and asking me to talk to the bank its a mistake from Amazon's end i clearly verified with the bank!

        On August 31, the trimmer was booked on the Amazon app, even after the cancellation of the PR order deducted from the PayPay account, the money has not yet come back. If you bat from Amazon customer, then you have to pay money on Amazon's side. plss just get me 599 rupees transferred to my account.

              I ordered this shelf on 5th September 2021. It was supposed to arrive at the time of 14-15th of September but it kept running late so I cancelled the order and the refund process was to happen when the cancelled product reaches Amazon. But that is not the case here. Im getting no update on the refund or if the product is being returned and I cancelled the order on 23rd September. This is a case of fraud and i want my money back.                 Brought a puma wallet on sep 4th, started using it after a week, after 15 to 20 days it started to peel. When contacted customer care they said the return period is closed.

                Feeling cheated on buying this cheap and fake product from amazon/

                  My name is Siva Kumar Tikkadi, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.I got email from Amazon India on 24th August 2021, that I have cleared the online assessment for CMT- Process Associate role.So the next step of interview is subject to internal checks and availability of the role, they will contact me before the 5th week of September 2021. On 1st September again I got a email and asked me to fill the job application for CMT process Associate.I have submitted the application on the next day.Till now I haven't received any response from the Amazon regarding the interview.I'm worried whether I should wait a little longer or I should look for other opportunities.Kindly help me with this issue and schedule the interview as early as possible.

                      ORDER ID:[protected] With the above reference order id it all started. I have been chasing you guys as I have prepaid for the ordered product but never received. I contacted amazon business customer care through various modes but nobody replied satisfactorily. Through the order tracking details I got to know that the product get delivered which I never received hence I tried contacting the courier and get to know about the delivery and while checking, I come to know it got delivered at some different address for which I have the proof. The invoice itself have fake seller details "RONAK DIESEL SPARES" selling (GoPro HERO9 Black) with fake seller ADDRESS, PAN and GST details at amazon portal.                         Order no[protected] dt.-25/09/2021 has to be cancelled due to( transaction link prob. But the rs 926/- got deducted from my hdfc account, repeat order was given which is arriving on 02/10/2021 by again paying rs 926/-
                        customer complain was loadged telephonically as well as emailto [protected]@amazone.In,

                        so far no indication of money back against cancelled order.

                          I had ordered a product from Amazon which I got in defective condition
                          So I called customer care and asked for a return request. But that didn't happen. He replied to me that we cannot take return request as that product is not in a return policy.
                          But the product is in the 10 days return policy .
                          Also i have shared all the defective product pictures
                          Pls help me.

                            The unit aws delivered well in time however it is observed that this unit is defective or rather refurbished. since day one I have observed to be very slow printing speed almost one line per minute that too zeroxing. till date i could not get prints from computer. I have downloaded thesoftware & driver app many times but in vain.
                            i would rather get it replaced urgently since now scool exams started & need to get pritouts. so pl hurry.

                              I ordered a case and tempered glasses on Amazon which were damaged on delivery so I contacted Amazon, shared pictures with them on which they processed the refund. Upon asking the customer support executive assured me that I’ll get my refund in my bank account as I paid with cash On delivery but later I got my refund in Amazon pay wallet. I don’t know what kind of service is this but I’m very disappointed and I am not settling for the same unless I’m getting my refund in my bank account.

                                    I have bought a Redmi 10 note pro from Amazon (order #[protected] ) Darshita Aashiana private limited delivered, which is a defective product. When I came to know about the defect in the phone, I immediately scheduled the return twice but no one came.

                                    Then i called customer care and they said return confirmation was not received by amazon and i was repeatedly told the return window is closed and amazon cannot do anything.
                                    I show to MI service centre, they flashed the phone but still mic issues not resolved.
                                    So my phone complaints are not resolved either MI service or Amazon.
                                    Phone should be replaced or money refunded.

                                      Lenovo Laptop IdeaPad Slim 3, 15.6” 81WBO15GIN SN PF31CYGP supplied to me is DEFECTIVE and no rectification being attempted

                                      Dear Sirs/Mesdames,
                                      I, Joseph Rodrigues, residing at ‘Osprey’, Chorao Island Resort, Belbhat, Chorao, Tiswadi, Goa 403102, purchased on 28 July 2021 on AMAZON, a LENOVO, product Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3, 15.6” 81WBO15GIN SN PF31CYGP, the merchant seller being APPARIO RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED.
                                      Shortly after the delivery I was caught up in urgent work in connection with information that my brother was diagnosed with cancer in 4th stage and had to rush to Shillong. There I noticed that when it was idling, the laptop made a distinct pinging sound which is repeated intermittently at irregular intervals. Now it has become worse. The ping sound is louder and there is a ‘pop’ sound when I open the laptop and when it wakes from sleep. There is also a grating sound as a background to the ping sound. I have recorded the sound and sent the sound files to Lenovo customer care
                                      On my return to Goa I contacted Lenovo Customer Care several times and even took the machine to the Lenovo Service Centre (off 18 June Road, opp Bombay Bazar, phone[protected] in Panjim Goa, twice. I have phoned several times to the Lenovo Customer care.They have been unable to diagnose the fault, even though they retained my laptop at the service centre for over 4 hours on 15 Sept.
                                      The explanations given and recommendations given by Lenovo engineers/ call centre prove that either the engineers are extremely incompetent or just indulging in tomfoolery. And timepass I was told that the sound volume was set to ‘boost’ on the laptop and this was causing the ping sound. So I should always keep sound setting on low. I was told that the keyboard was defective and I should copy all my files on an external hard disk and then give them the machine to change the keyboard, I was even told to use headphones with the laptop to cut out the ping sound!!! This is how ridiculous your response are.
                                      I was told that they had raised a service request – without informing me or giving the number or date – and told that they had then cancelled the service request. Again, no number or date given to me.
                                      On 28/8/21 I called and after a long discussion was given this ref no. [protected]. On 18/9 I called and spoke to Vijay who asked me to run a hardware scan and send him the log. He said the scan showed there was no hardware problem. (YET THE LAPTOP KEEPS ON MAKING PINGING SOUNDS). I emailed two sound files of the pinging. On 22/9/21 I called and was given no.[protected]. On 15/8 Iwas given a sheet at the Lenovo service centre with no address or contact details or names of personnel and my signature was taken
                                      I am a senior citizen in my 81st year. I have spent Rs 1000 for hire of cab from the island of Chorao on each trip to Panjim. Because you supplied a defective machine, I have had to waste hours of precious time This has caused me much mental tension and stress. My writing work has suffered much.
                                      It is evident that the machine is defective and I request you to replace it immediately with a proper machine… The very fact that your engineers CANNOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM confirms this. I am in danger of losing my work on the machine.
                                      I have been advised that this harassment may be prolonged by you and more excuses given instead of immediately replacing the defective machine with a new unit, and hence I was told I should place this on record also showing that you have been intimated, in case it becomes necessary to take further steps.
                                      Again I request you to immediately replace the laptop.
