Would like to bring to your notice that the amount of rs 840.16 has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction msg says vsi/Amazon/prim. Neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any otp. I came to know about the same when I got amount deduction text message. The amount is debited on 02 September 2021. Please provide needed assistance and support. Please find attachment regarding the same.

            I have been an amazon customer for more than 4 years. I am writing this mail with utmost disappointment with amazon india customer service. I have ordered oculus quest 2 VR from https://amz.run/4rGE for 35000 INR (479.83 USD) and received a very small package instead. I didn't even open the package as I know that Oculus quest VR will come only in a large box and will weight around 2 pounds, the package I got weigh less than 0.2 pounds and I understood that I got scammed by the seller who is https://amz.run/4rGH I saw that there are other buyers who has the same experience on the same time in the seller feedback. So I raised the issue with Amazon for a refund and they asked me to send the pictures which then I sent as proof, the package was labelled and unopened so that it would be clear that I didn't do anything with the package. I have been using amazon for 4 years and ordered 100s of products till now but never faced any such issue till now. I was confident about the investigation and was waiting for the update. Today I received a response from the investigation team saying that the correct and complete order was delivered to me intact and they can't initiate a refund. I was totally shocked by the response as it's clear from the photos that the package does not contain a VR as the dimensions of the package is very small. I still have the package which is unopened. Now I have no other options as I lost 35000 Rs which is a huge amount for me. Please assign a new investigation team and investigate properly by checking with the courier company. I know that the courier company will keep the weight of each package and that is enough to understand that this is not the right product. Actual product will weigh 1.8 pounds as per the specification in the product page, however the package weight is less than 0, 2 pounds. I am attaching the photos of the sealed package from amazon. I trusted amazon till now. Now my trust is lost as well as my pride is shaken to the core as the investigation concludes that I was trying to cheat amazon.

            All courier companies keep the weight of each package. All they had to do was to ask the courier the weight of the package when they received it. Cross check it with the weight of the actual product. Package weight is less than 50 grams and the actual product will weight around 1Kg. Without doing this, the stupid investigating person contacted the seller(as mentioned in the response in NCH) and closed the claim. Obviously the seller will not accept that he shipped the wrong item and there are 3 other feedbacks on the seller page with the same issue. How can the amazon executive be so incompetent and stupid? I am using amazon for 4 years and I never made such claim before and I have ordered products worth more than 35000rs before, I have no reason to lie.

                  They have provided the RRN[protected] against the refund. The Bank mentioned that there is no record found against this number. Amazon is denying to share the complete details. My money is holded by Amazon for more than 2 months.

So I don't know about this I paid too after then only I know about this fake jobs are coming in our society so please refund my amount as soon as possible please sir help me out and resolve my problem too..

                      I have purchased mobile in Amazon and used for 7months and suddenly after update my speaker stopped working. I went to mi service center and showed my mobile and they took, after some time the store person called me and said it's out of warranty then I said I have the bill of warranty.
                      Then he said the mobile is already in opend state so they won't claim warranty.

                      I don't understand when I have warranty on my phone then why should I give my mobile to private service center and waste my money.

                      When I argue on this they said to speak with customer care. And I called them.
                      Then they said I have to change mother board and display.
                      It will cost Rs 4200.
                      Where mobile cost is only Rs 7000.

                      Please see how it's going on
                      when I gave my mobile everything was fine only speaker issue was there now they are saying I have to get changed mother board and display.

                      I need a fast response.

                      I am filing a complaint against Amazon and als against MI service center.

                      Still I have not collected my mobile.

                      Please read my concern and solve the issue or I will do as what I have mentioned above

                        My ordered product always comes in bad condition/opened or missing. It has been happening always. Today I received item with material missing inside. In my previous order it had delivered in open condition. It looks like some delivery agents are doing something wrong in this area.
                        kindly take action to this serious concern or I have to choose other site for shopping.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered a mirror from Amazon India with order id ‫[protected] which was delivered on the 19th of August 2021 and when I open the package the product inside was broken. I had initiated an immediate return and refund of that order with 5 minutes of delivery.

                                The next day the pickup was scheduled and when the delivery agent came he said it would have to be picked up by a truck as that's how it was supposed to be done and he rescheduled it for the next day.

                                Everyday after that I would receive a message from Amazon in the morning that the pickup would be scheduled for the day and in the evening I would receive another message saying it was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day.

                                On the 24th of Aug 2021 the pickup was attempted by the same delivery agent that had delivered the package on the 19th of Aug 2021 Ravi Gupta - [protected] and once he saw the same package he ran away saying that the refund would be take from him as he was doing the pickup. I immediately called Amazon support and reported the incident and they said it would be picked up tomorrow 25th of Aug 2021.

                                On the 25th I received a message again for the schedule pickup which did not happen which is when I called the Amazon Customer Service and reported the incident to them. My call was taken by Amir.H from amazon who said
                                "Sir first of all Please accept my sincere apologies for this situation.. I apologies for the inconvenience caused to you regarding this.but sir please do not worry about it sir we have already fill NOC form for the advance refund and it has a time line for the 72 hours so you have to wait till 28th of august for the pick up so if it is done within 28th that is fine and if it not picked up we will call you back on 29th of august and we will initiate the advance refund amount rs- 885.. so i would request you sir kindly wait for our call we will call you back and you do not need to call us further... ".

                                I waited till 28th and no pickup was done and I received a message from Amazon again that the pickup was cancelled and rescheduled.

                                So I waited on the 29th for the call to come from the amazon agent to initiate the refund but no such attempt was made. I am attaching images of the same with this complaint.

                                I have received a msg from you guys today as well but it does not look like a pick attempt is going to be made.

                                  Hi team,

                                  This is to inform you that I had placed an order of Pigeon INOX_14044 Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 3L, Silver via Amazon on 26 Jul'21 and it was delivered on 27 Jul'21. After opening the product package it was found that the product was damaged due to which I'd placed the return request on 28Aug'21 and I got a message that pickup is scheduled. However, to my surprise on one came to pickup the order and while I contacted the customer care they told that order was not picked because the product package was not available (which was a lie from pickup boy and no one at least visited my address).

                                  I again placed the return request and post placing the return request I got a confirmation message that my product will be returned by 5 Aug'21. However, my product was not picked till 8th Aug'21.

                                  After that I contacted the customer care and return request was again placed. But still the return was not done and order was not picked up.

                                  Again I contacted the customer care on 26th Aug'21 and as per them return request was placed again and I got a message as well that my order is scheduled for picked up on 29 Aug'21 but unfortunately on one has yet arrived at my location to pickup the order. This time customer care representative had told me that return will done definitely and if not refund will be processed even if the order was not picked up.

                                  My concern here is that I'm not able to return my product even after placing the return request 4 times and no one is bothered to respond responsibly to this. I'm always told that return request will be placed again. I had take from my office for all those days whenever I was told that order will be picked up. And at the end there was no resolution. Also, my father is very sick and even in his sickbed he used to sit in balcony just to ensure return pickup not gets missed. But no one comes and the complaint is as it is UNRESOLVED.

                                  Dear team, please look into this and provide me end resolution for this by providing refund for my product and also by providing compensations for my mental and father's physical disturbances. I've all evidences and customer care proofs with me.

                                      My name is Lakshay, My amazon account has been blocked since Wednesday 25 August, I have contacted customer care so times but still my amazon account is on hold, also i have tweeted amazon to unhold my account still they dont have any authority, i have mailed at various email still not a reply from their side, now they are ignoring my calls, messages, mails . So bad service, also i have sent my debit card details still account is on hold since Wednesday bad service. Amazon not a single mail from amazon addressing my concern
