      I ordered one comforter ( blanket) kn 9th June. I returned this product on 12 th June due to colour quality, but still I havn't received my refund amount. Amazon I request you, please return my money.

        Hi,

        I am happy with Amazon service and products. I have complaint about one Amazon employee his name is Mohammed Saif Saleem he is from Hyderabad and working for Hyderabad Amazon facility as per my knowledge. He has criminal charges against him for IPC 506 and 507. Multiple FIRs are booked against him since last 2 years and he is working without any issues in Amazon. All FIRs are booked in Saidabad police station, Hyderabad. His mobile no is [protected].

        If Amazon starts hiring people who has criminal background then it will be very bad for company growth. Please take action against this fellow. His mobile

              Amazon is full of ### delivery guys they don't know how to talk to consumer and it happens every time amazon never take action. I ordered clogs 2 times from amazon but delivery boy refused to deliver at given address and said do what you can do nothing going to happen with me...Flipkart myntra shopclues every delivery guy came to given address dont know to tell you guys but amazon is worst

                Dear Amazon Quality Control Team,
                This is in reference to product #[protected]DeoDap Multicolour Bracelet/Rakhi for brother) as it was ordered by my sister for this Rakshabandhan.
                The delivery staff (Contact No. +91 [protected], Name as per Truecaller Mr. Tahir) came to deliver at my registered address H-8/7, Third Floor, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 and called me from the main gate of building.
                I requested him to bring the product to third floor as all deliveries are made at my doorstep by all companies, venders and Amazon.
                I am a Prime member and same can be verified with my contact number +91 [protected] and I receive Amazon deliveries almost every single day.
                This delivery staff denied coming upstairs and hung up the phone.
                I called him a few times, however he didn't answer and when he finally answered in a very rude tone of voice stating, "I have gone somewhere else and will come back later" also mentioning again that he won't come up.
                There is a dog owned by ground floor owner and the dog is always chained and locked inside.
                Delivery staff mentioned that dog was barking and you need to come down to take it, I asked him he should have called me if this was the case and he hung up the phone second time.
                I informed him that this parcel is a Rakhi for tomorrow's festival and need to have it today as my sister is far and hence she ordered it online, however he hung up the phone with a lot of arrogance.
                He was extremely rude while talking and arrogantly hung up my phone.
                The product was never delivered.
                I contacted customer care a few times and spoke to 04 staff Ms Fatima, Supervisor Mr. Sarvanon, another female executive (Don't remember the name) on 21-Aug 2021 and Mr. Nikhil on 22-Aug 2021.
                I provided the product details to them, they found the product, put me on hold for never returning as I waited for more than average 25 to 30 minutes on hold.
                While talking to Supervisor Mr. Sarvanon, I couldn't hear him as soon as I provided him product order no. and he found the correct product; I waited for more than 03 minutes asking him if he could hear me and then hung up, however he never called back, though he had called back when he initially asked me grab the order number for this prodcut.
                This is how my Rakshabandhan was ruined this year due to negligence of your delivery staff.
                Being a Prime member I insist to take required actions against the delivery staff for his rude, unethical, insensitive, arrogant and unprofessional behaviour and your customer support staff for not helping at all.
                I am extremely disappointed and sad as this is one occasion we wait to celebrate as brothers and sisters and I still haven't received my Rakhi this year due to your delivery staff's incompetence and arrogance.
                I need to know what actions are going to be taken against the arrogant and rude delivery staff and your incompetent customer non-support staff.

                  I'm Krishna Kumari. I ordered a product form India to US through amazon app couple days before, and the order was successfully placed and money was also debited from the account. And the problem is after one day the product which I ordered was not showing in my orders list. Then immediately I contact the customer care and they asked me check the confirmation messages. Sad thing is my amazon account is not linked with any E-mail it has only phone number. I didn't get any confirmation message to mobile number from the amazon about the product when I was placed. and money also debited from the account directly without providing any OTP. only proofs I have is Screenshots and the transaction details. Here I upload all the proofs.

                        I had ordered 2 books (face to face mat mba book) and paid the amount through debit card. But I had returned the product due to incorrect tracking information provided regarding the product.                             I am Ravendra Gupta and I am regular customer for amazon.
                            I ordered a One plus Nord 5g Phone {Grey With 12 gb RAM and 256 gb storage} worth INR- 29, 999/- Order Id:[protected] Dated[protected].I ordered this phone through my friend Pushpendra Tiwari's Amazon Id. Till last month july 2021 it was working absolutely fine, but suddenly the screen was started continuous blinking and phone display was not visible properly. I have tried normal trouble shooting like switch off and switch on but still phone was not working properly. i called Amazon Customer Care and they suggested me to go to One Plus service centre next day I visited One plus Service centre for that time technician resolved the concern and phone started working fine. After some days the same thing happened and I had to visit service centre again, but still i am facing the same issue with this phone.
                            Therefore I am writing this mail to Amazon, as I am a loyal and regular customer to Amazon so I know Team Amazon will understand my concern and resolve it ASAP.
                            I am really feeling frustrated as I bought this phone from Amazon by paying my hard earned money.
                            As you guys use the tagline Amazon "Apni Dukan", So I request team Amazon That I just want replacement of this One plus Nord 5g Phone {Grey With 12 gb RAM and 256 gb storage} defective phone with the same new phone without any defect.
                            I hope amazon will resolve this concern ASAP.
                            Invoice of phone warranty paper and video evidence of technical has been attached with this mail.
                            Kindly look into the Matter and do the needful.

                                  Actually after returning my original prodtuct to the courier boy, he cross checkd it and had verified it, and then he threw the outer packing and only took the product box with him itself and later on the false product was dilivered back to warehouse and seller. so after returning the product it is been misplaced by some one in the courier team, and i am being harrased since long behind this, left wih no solution.

                                    I had purchased a Metalic Bed from Amazon, It was picked to return on the 8th of Aug. But I am still facing issues getting my refund money.                                         I ordered SKMEI-skt-1002b trimmer but I received SKMEI -sk-1005 trimmer. Amazon sent wrong product.
