I ordered go pro 9 from amazon and i returned it because there was no warranty card ! I waited for my refund but it doesn’t appear I contacted then they said it will be processed in 3 day but it is not refunded yet ! I contacted again they said that RRN will be generated in 3 days but not generated i am contacting them every days from 1 month ! They are not refunding my amount

    I purchased a product on amazon on 31th August 2021 using my canara bank debit card. The amount was debited as well the order was declined.

    I have contacted the customer care of both amazon and canara bank.
    Amazon said that since the amount was not received, the order was hard declined.
    Canara band said that the amount transaction was successfull to amazon side. And they have also raised ticket(ticket id:2122AZ4861) for this on 8th Sep2021 and asked me to wait untill 17th sep so that your amount might be credited back. Today is 19th sep 2021. I Still have'nt received my money back.

    I still don't know from which side this issue was created.

    I had contacted canara bank customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

    My amount was not credited back. the issue is marked as resolved immediately when I raised it.,

    Sir my refund is generated by amazon but my bank is not credited it tells that talk your merchant for this i will reverse transaction due to fail this is held on 18 oct 2021 sir give me solution and credited my amount 999/-

      My name is Subrat bajpai, from allahabad uttar pradesh and I am a amazon prime customer and I ordered a book on Amazon on 16 Sept 2021 for 450 rs with order[protected],
      and they promised me to deliver the product on 9pm 18 Sept 2021. They failed to deliver the product miserably and after consistent complain didn't get any assurance from Amazon.
      They breach the contract by not delivering what they promises
      Under consumer protection act they are liable for deficiency in services and they must be held liable for it .

          My father BANDI ANJAN REDDY return Amazon product on 5th September and it's successful collected by Amazon delivery partner. In the Amazon app it is showing amount is successfully credit into INDIAN bank. But till now amount not credited into account.

              I ordered a chair from amazon.in on 7th Sept, 2021. I returned it on 8th because did not expect it to be so uncomfortable and tiny.
              The refund from amazon was initiated on 8th and was supposed to reach my account by 13th Sept, 2021.

              It hasn't anymore. From past 2 days canara bank and amazon customer service guys are asking me to call each other. And there's no solution. I am fed up.
              The reference number given by amazon does not give any information to the canara bank customer care guy. what to do? reference number: #SJDXMW5T0000KSGLT7HJ

              Just send the refund. Pls resolve this

                I have not received the refund for Levi's Men's (511) Slim Fit Jeans[protected]_Blue_36W x 32L) which was picked up from my place on 27/7/2021.

                On calling the customer care, I am told after 1.5 months that the product is not matching and it is at the fulfilment center. I totally disagree with the fact that the product is different because the courier person had verified the jeans at pickup and also because the only place I bought the jeans was from Amazon.

                The refund status says that the product is still in transit!!!

                I do not have the refund nor do I have the product. Look into the matter on an urgent basis.

                  Sir, I have been amazon prime member, I had received a mail regarding the cancellation of my account according to them I have violated their policy even after repeatedly asking them they haven't told me what policy I violated. I am unable to use my other accounts as well such as prime video and amazon music. it. has been very humiliating for me since I received a mail from their executive saying they won't even respond to me further.

                    A transaction was made for 333.73 Rs from my account on 17 Sept 2021 by amazon prime and there was no confirmation from me and there was no otp verification too. The transaction was not initiated by me and it happened at 3:15 AM. Who would do transaction at 3 in the morning... Atleast not me...

                    The Amazon account had my debit card linked to as payment options and without even asking they charged the fees for prime membership from my account. How can the bank allow direct transaction from third party when the account is mine that too without confirmation?

                    Please look into this issue. Images have also been attached for further details and clarification.

                    Please reply as soon as possible.

                      I purchased a mobile phone on 8th september 2021, amount 10999 from amazon but due to some personal reason i canceled this order same day & amazon initiate the refund on 8th sept, 21 and also provide refund reference number gPg527.this payment method done through the dhani prepaid card.till now i didn't get back my refund amount on my prepaid wallet..

                        I purchased an Item on amazon worth 1008 (Ordered on 11 July 2021 Order#[protected] and made a payment via amazon pay later account.
                        Rs 14 via amazon pay balance and Rs 994 via pay later.
                        I then made payment for the pay later account.

                        later I returned the Item and got a refund from amazon that was supposed to be credited to my bank account and amazon pay balance respectively. the amazon pay balance refund of rs 14 got credited but the remaining 994 never got credited to any of my accounts.

                        as per amazon, the refund was credited (Jul 25-27

                        I raised this several times to amazon but to no avail.

                        Initially, they denied even raise a ticket for the concern but then after several repeat calls, on (Aug 25, 2021, 8:27 PM) they raised a ticket https://t.corp.amazon.com/D27841345.

                        I have been following up on tickets constantly but there is no proper response.

                        frontline agents do not know what's going on, if I ask for escalation they simply deny stating, again and again, a fact that their managers are not allowed to take calls. I ask to speak to the accounts team that also does not happen.

                        I even reached out to the amazon pay lending partner IDFC First Bank Ltd with Case # [protected]. but they closed the case saying that as I do not have a direct relation with the bank, therefore I need to resolve the issue only via amazon.

                              I had ordered jbl earphone costing 5599 from amazon which i received today morning and as i opened the box it was empty i had ordered it on cod and paid it via Amazon pay upi. After seeing the empty box i instantly called customer service for complaint but they clearly Denied that empty box are never delivered in any cirumstances i tried to call again they transferd the call to concern team bt same thing was told by them

                                Dear sir/madam, i have ordered one product named as dynamic homes polyresin solid grommet window curtain, 9 feet, red, pack of 4 from amazon on 31st august 2021 and done a prepaid payment of 13189 rupee with my Sbi Atm card. Later due to some reason I cancelled it. And amazon saying to me that they initiated refund on 8th sept, 2021 from their side. And told me expected date of crediting amount in my bank account is 9th sept 2021. But still not been credited. Bank customer care is not helping regarding same. Amazon is also saying its bank side problem and bank is saying its Amazon side problem. between these two I am only who becoming fool.
                                what to do now really mentally harassed and too much time got wasted.

                                  As amazon refunded my 899rs amount on 17th aug and they provided me with Reference number =[protected]. But till now I haven't received my refund yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And even I want to file "charge dispute" against 'refund not processed'. But my branch is denied to file charge dispute.

                                    I have ordered laptop batteries 2 nos. on 07.09.21 and received the batteries on 13.09.21 and paid Rs. 6038/- by cash (Order No.[protected]. Since the received two batteries are not suitable to my laptop and want to return those. I have tried to return those through Amazon portal as per regular procedure. But, I couldn't get the item return option in their portal. Also, I checked with Amazon customercare, but didn't get proper response from them to resolve the issue. Please have a look into it and do the needful to resolve the above matter ASAP without fail, as the return policy due date will on or before 17th September.

                                      My order no:[protected] dated 26/08.21. My order was for 2 pies of " LAYSAN CORSA SINK FOR KITCHEN SINK." But I received ONLY one(1) pce. on 03/09/21. Since I paid 578 x2 =1156/-Rs. I got only one pce, hence I must get the money for the second one That is Rs, /- 578.
                                      I have complained about this 3 times through E mail( cis-reply @ mamazon.in, on 4/9, 7/9 & 15/9).
                                      Pl. look in to the mater & arrange to mreturn the my money to my account.
