Dear Amazon Quality Control Team,
This is in reference to product #[protected]DeoDap Multicolour Bracelet/Rakhi for brother) as it was ordered by my sister for this Rakshabandhan.
The delivery staff (Contact No. +91 [protected], Name as per Truecaller Mr. Tahir) came to deliver at my registered address H-8/7, Third Floor, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 and called me from the main gate of building.
I requested him to bring the product to third floor as all deliveries are made at my doorstep by all companies, venders and Amazon.
I am a Prime member and same can be verified with my contact number +91 [protected] and I receive Amazon deliveries almost every single day.
This delivery staff denied coming upstairs and hung up the phone.
I called him a few times, however he didn't answer and when he finally answered in a very rude tone of voice stating, "I have gone somewhere else and will come back later" also mentioning again that he won't come up.
There is a dog owned by ground floor owner and the dog is always chained and locked inside.
Delivery staff mentioned that dog was barking and you need to come down to take it, I asked him he should have called me if this was the case and he hung up the phone second time.
I informed him that this parcel is a Rakhi for tomorrow's festival and need to have it today as my sister is far and hence she ordered it online, however he hung up the phone with a lot of arrogance.
He was extremely rude while talking and arrogantly hung up my phone.
The product was never delivered.
I contacted customer care a few times and spoke to 04 staff Ms Fatima, Supervisor Mr. Sarvanon, another female executive (Don't remember the name) on 21-Aug 2021 and Mr. Nikhil on 22-Aug 2021.
I provided the product details to them, they found the product, put me on hold for never returning as I waited for more than average 25 to 30 minutes on hold.
While talking to Supervisor Mr. Sarvanon, I couldn't hear him as soon as I provided him product order no. and he found the correct product; I waited for more than 03 minutes asking him if he could hear me and then hung up, however he never called back, though he had called back when he initially asked me grab the order number for this prodcut.
This is how my Rakshabandhan was ruined this year due to negligence of your delivery staff.
Being a Prime member I insist to take required actions against the delivery staff for his rude, unethical, insensitive, arrogant and unprofessional behaviour and your customer support staff for not helping at all.
I am extremely disappointed and sad as this is one occasion we wait to celebrate as brothers and sisters and I still haven't received my Rakhi this year due to your delivery staff's incompetence and arrogance.
I need to know what actions are going to be taken against the arrogant and rude delivery staff and your incompetent customer non-support staff.
