Dear Team,

I ordered Apple's Steel Case Series 6 smartwatch on August 21st. I got it on August 25th and I got the smartwatch I got the wrong order I contacted the Amazon customer service and told them my problem and I mailed them. I sent them photos of the wrong item I found. They took my complaint and asked me to contact them on 30 August. I then contacted them on 30 August. They accepted my request to return the product and the wrong product I received was taken from me by the delivery part on 31st August and they checked the product from me and picked it up. So if we had to reinvest because we got the wrong product, I would have contacted them later if they canceled my refund request but I have a polite request to help.

      Its been 11 days after order placed No estimated delivery date or any tracking details, No response from seller, and no support from amazon.

      first complaint on 3rd sep
      second on 6 sep and
      third on 9 sep
      still no action or any responce from neither seller nor amazon all amazon employees on call saying that they have taken complaint but every time not genrating a complaint token as matter of their performance goes down this kind of level amazon mentaing in india.

          I am writing to inform you that I made a UPI transaction of ₹725.00 on 31st August, 2021 wide Transaction ID:[protected] through Amazon Pay which is pending from UPI but deducted from my account ending 2849.

          I contacted Amazon 2-3 times and everything they told me that the payment is pending by your bank side and you only have to contact to your bank for this pending transaction.

          But My bank executive told me that the payment is only pending and stucked by amazon and this problem is faced by many customers of amazon.

          Today I called a Amazon customer care and talked one of amazon executive named Ashish who is so rude to me and use filthy languages and cut my call. I'm going through financial problems and this ₹725 is very big amount for me.

          Please find the below screenshot for your reference.

          So, I am hereby requesting consumer complaint cell to look into this matter and help me out as early as possible.

            My name is (Vishal Raj Mohini) and I had ordered (Product) of RS.3398(MB super gainer) in Amazon on (19-AUG-2021) and after (25-AUG-2021) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (27-AUG-2021)
            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
            [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. So
            please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

              I have ordered LAGO FLAT MOP SQUEEZED WITH 3XL MOPHEAD on 31 August and delivered on 2nd September. First payment made was failure and other payment was successful. But I didn't received my refund still 9 sept. It has been more than 5 business days. Mu payment was made on 31 Aug.

                I am writing to share a terrible incident that happened with me whilst shopping on amazon. On 30th August, I returned a refurbished Sandisk Extreme Card 64Gb that I had ordered. But upon checking the order, much to my disdain, I found out that I had received a completely wrong product, a Sandisk 4GB card instead, and began to initiate a refund as the replacement was not available. After ten days of waiting and not hearing from the team, I called the customer service, only to learn that the seller had ghosted me and that a refund will not be possible. I not only am appalled by the experience but also shocked. I promise to raise a legal complaint if my issue is not resolved within the next 72 hours.

                  I had ordered Faber Glasstop Gas stove dated 28 August. The delivery was received on 31 August. When i opened it after couple of hours the product inside was an old steel gas stove of Surya. I immediately took pictures of the same and requested a return and refund of the product. In the reason for refund i clearly mentioned that i have received wrong product of Surya gas instead of Faber gas. There was no option to post photos no further questions were asked by Amazon. Attaching photos of the product received in the parcel.

                  Next day on 1st September, the parcel pick up guy came. I specifically told him that i have received a wrong product and showed him the product inside. I asked him what do i need to do to ensure refund is received. He said nothing to be done as i have already mentioned in return reason that i have received wrong product.

                  Then on 5th September when after 5 days of no update of the refund status on Amazon app, i contacted the customer service chat team on the status. I specifically asked that why is there no change in status of the product and has it reached the seller. The customer service executive replied that the product has been received by seller on 2nd September and refund will be issued on 9th September.

                  I again contacted the customer service chat team on 8th September wherein i was informed that i will not be receiving any refund. Then i spoke to another customer service team member immediately. The executive informed to me that he is raising a ticket immediately to investigation team and you will get an email for the same. I never got that mail nor any updates on the status were shared with me on mail.

                  In the morning when i did not receive any mail. I again called amazon customer service. I was informed that the timeline to receive mail was 24-48 hours and so i had to wait.

                  As i did not get any mail till night 10 pm i again contacted amazon customer service chat team and was informed that warehouse team has closed the matter as local and fraud unit. I dont even know whether that means that there was fraud at my end or local amazon end. Further it was mentioned that investigation team has denied any concession and hence refund cannot be issued.

                  In the entire process i was never once contacted or informed of the process being done. So amazon sold a product to me through cloudtail (which is ultimately held by Amazon group). The delivery was fulfilled by Amazon. Investigation team was of Amazon. I was not contacted once and Amazon concluded that i was fraud and not entitled to refund. Where are the principles of natural justice here? Why was i not contacted even once before deciding that i am a fraud? How did the investigation team conclude that i had changed the product? Without asking me the customer about the facts how can investigation be closed by Amazon?

                  I have been a prime member for more than 4 years now. I have ordered goods worth lakhs of rupees. I have ordered mobile phones worth more than 30k each piece. Why do you think that i will do a fraud for Rs 3149? Please explain the logic.

                    I purchased LG-W30 mobile through Amazon on 25th Dec 2020. now the phone is not working. i raised the complaint on LG website there is no response contacted LG service center managalore there is no response

                    when i contacted AMazon- we are not responsible for your purchase. if you people can not responsible for fraud products why people are selling the product. just to fill your pockets?
                    These companies are cheating companies by using brand name. I need proper response for this issue

                        Items not received as per order(missing item)

                        My ORDER #[protected].
                        I have ordered 49 items and I have not received one item (1kg of pear)
                        The item is missing when arrived, the packet seal not is missing.

                        Investigation was done and AMAZON say the item was handover at the warehouse. If has gone missing some where between transit to delivery.

                        If the items were dispatched, why out of 49 items, 48 items were revived

But now this is not working and I went to boat service centre they told it is a fake product. So, I want a new boat 441 red colour in place of this. And I not pay any extra money

                              Hello Team,

                              This is regarding an order of Thermador GAS stove purchased. I have placed the order on the 26th of July and it is derived in the first week of Aug.

                              Once I received the GAS stove I have installed it from my GAS agency person later on we were getting an LPG gas smell throughout the day.

                              So I called my GAS agency person to check the GAS connection and found leakage in the GAS stove.

                              After that, we are shutting down the GAS connection from the cylinder valve after use.

                              I have tried to raise the complaint with Thermador however there is no customer care. I got a WhatsApp number on which I registered the complaint on 25th August.

                              They registered my complaint with “247Around” and the complaint number is ID NJ-[protected]. No one visited my place for repair I also tried to call on their support number “[protected]” which never answered.

                              After that frustration, I raised the concern with the consumer forum however they were not able to get any details of Thermador India as there is no official mail ID as well as customer care number.

                              Afterward, I dug for Thermador and went to know that it is a popular brand in America and I got the parent company details of Thermador.

                              The parent company of Thermador is BSH appliances so I shared the BSH details with the Indian consumer grievance team and They raised the concern to BSH home appliances.

                              On Saturday(4th Se) I got the call from BSH legal team and they said that “we are not selling any Thermador home appliances product in India. It is a fake company and Amazon sold you the fake product. We will share our reply to the Indian consumer grievance team”

                              Now I am frustrated because of security concerns as it is an LPG gas leakage that can cause an accident at my home.

                              I need your kind intervention in this matter as it is sold by your team.

                              Still there is a leakage of gas from the stove. There is no number of Thermador where I can call and ask for the complaint status.

                              Are you waiting for an accident at my place due to gas leakage then you will take the action??

                                I was interested in a product for which the exact version number of the product is not mentioned on the product page on Amazon India website.

                                The product is being sold by seller named Apprio Retail.
                                So I wrote a message to them thru Amazon and despite 4 days gone there's no response.

                                When I contacted Amazon I came to know that they have no process to address such issues when sellers do not respond. They do not have seller email / contact or any process to communicate with them.
                                Amazon also does not have any process to audit sellers.

                                It's better to buy from local vendors who help you with all information and you get to see the product upfront before purchase.

                                  Though I filled up the details 2 weeks back, I have not received any response. I have further tried calling their customer support centre around 6-7 times without any positive response with the common excuse that account related details are not readily available to them. After their insistence, I mailed similar requests to the following email : [protected]@amazon.in ; [protected]@amazon.in ; with no response. I am helpless in this situation and forwarding my complaint to the consumer forum for a refund of my prime membership from Amazon.

I purchased this material from amazon 2 times i return this item every time accessories was missing. i call them 5 times always they put wrong delivery address shipping address is from punjab sangrur and pick up address they mentioned Uttar Pradesh. Upto they did not pick up the item and refund not paid. Guys that are working on customer service they are making fool to the customer. Due to this issue i stopped purchasing online specially from Amazon.in

                                      I had ordered for a pair of ear pods of the brand Boat worth Rs.1299/- from Amazon but the product was returned back and on 24.08.21 i received an email for the initiated refund to be returned. And on 29.08.21 i received another confirmation emai that the amount has been credited. But the refund transacted by them has not yet been received in the account.
                                      Kindly look in the matter.
