I had ordered for HIKVISION 8 CG DVR, 5 BULLET CAMERS, 2TB HARDDISH, WIRE ROLL and required connectors 4k supply HD 8MPCamera combo kit.

But I only receive a piece of wire in it.

there was no update from the Amazon. In the attached image there is clearly mentioned investigation report says, item are missing.
But still no response from the Amazon

    My self Manoj S, i ordered a product (Boult True Buds, amount ₹1799/-) from amazon on 18th July 2021. But my product was totally defected so i returned my phone on 22nd July 2021 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 22nd July 2021, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for ₹1799/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. "[protected]" for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no. "[protected]") so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is ₹1799/- and name - Manoj S,
    Mobile no. [[protected]] my account no. Is [[protected]] ifsc code - UBIN0915866.
    Please help me to credit my refund ₹1799/- in my account. Please file charge dispute. Kindly help.

From Amazon side they states that my refund amount has been processed and they are stating that may be its from bank side they have not processed the amount.

            I was purchased the mobile(Mi 10T pro 5g) through amazon app, order id[protected] on dated 22.12.2020, When I enter the IMEI no in exchange offer it is not recognise and displaying error that IMEI no doesn't match with selected model.
            Requesting to you kindly resolve the error as early as possible.

              I had paid for an oculus quest 2 product on Amazon Oculus Quest 2 €” Advanced All-In-One Virtual Reality Headset (64GB)
              This product was never delivered, yet Amazon claimed it was delivered. I then asked for the delivery agents number and Amazons rep told me it is company policy not to give his number. They claimed the OTP code was entered by the delivery agent and yet no one had called my phone numbers. Also, my friends and i have noticed that mostly this OTP is not even asked for by the delivery agents and neither was I asked for an OTP on most occasions. To cut a long story short i don't have the product and wish to file a case in the consumer court. Later, I will also make this public so no other person falls prey to bad management of Amazon

                  I ordered a boat earphones from Amazon and I got it at 8th of July but later I found its quality was not what I expected and I decided to return it. The next day i.e 9th of July the delivery boy came and took it from me. And till this date I haven’t got my refund back. I called at Amazon and they say that they have initiated the refund but the bank haven’t transferred the money to my bank account. They gave me a reference number and suggested me to fill a charge dispute form.

                          Amazon had intiated a return amount of amount Rs. 9, 999 on 8th July to my bank account of Name: Sikha Samanta on card number [protected] with return reference number ONUS20210709 but it's more than a month yet I haven't received any refund on my account and as informed by my SBI bank, there's no such transaction with that refund reference number on my account. Kindly help me out.

                            The refund was initiated by Amazon.in on my SBI Bank account of card number [protected] of account name Sikha Samantha on 8th July with return reference number ONUS20210709, but it's more than a month still I don't have my refund on my bank account and neither there's any record of such ONU number transaction showing on my bank account as informed by my Bank.

                              I had placed an Order[protected] on 25th June and cancelled it . The amount was supposed to be refunded by 7th july . However there was no amount credited back in the respective card.

                              I had raised this issue with customer care on 10th july, the customer care executive said that the refund reference number is not generated and will escalate it and resolve it in 5 working days. It's already 10 days after this call and still I have no response whatsoever from your team. The amount is still not refunded, i didn't get any email on order refund reference number

                              I need this to be closed on priority.

                                One plus TV purchased in October-20, after 6 months use the LED screen showing cloudy and become dull.
                                I have made complain to Amazon (through with I purchased), till date screen not changed.
                                In warranty card, one email id Channel:[protected]@oneplus.com given as well as web site address
                                https://www.oneplus.in/support given, but we are failed to lodge complain through both the ways, on email as well as web site. It does not passes on email and web site does not indicates any complain section.
                                This is all Faltu. Such a big companies like One Plus and Amazon, International fame, should not do this type of negligance will affect their biusiness. My tv is in warranty, by the time I register my complain properly, the warranty time will expire and I will be the sufferer. If this is not attain, I will definitely go to consumer court.
                                I advice everybody to do so.

                                    25/07 : Ordered the Samsung Galaxy M42 5G (Prism Dot Black, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage)

                                    26/07 : Delivered the package

                                    28/07: Opened the package. The device wasn't starting. Called up the customer care.They scheduled technician visit on 30/07.
                                    I told them I'm travelling outside india and wont be avaiable after 31/07. I would need mobile to be replaced before that if its not working. They promised me that the device replacement will happen on same day right after technician visit.
                                    (The reason I checked the item on 28/7, I generally keep any outside items away for couple of days to avoid any covid contamination.)

                                    30/07 : Technician sent out the report to amazon team. I called up customer care asked them about replacement. They told me, it cant be done in a day.It cant be done before 3/8 which wasn't same as promised on 28/07. I asked for return as I wont be around after 1/8 for replacement. They scheduled return request for 1/08.

                                    1/08 : The pickup person came. He said the device is not working. I cant verify.Tell customer care that Verification failed. I called customer care with the details. They said, we will send all necesory details to pickup team. It will pick next time. They created another return request for 2/08.

                                    2/08 : The pickup person came. He said, they didnt recieve any approval email. He cant pick the item. He put comment as IMEI mismatch.
                                    Again, I called customer care. Again, they came up with some other info and told me that we will send all necessory approval to pickup team and they will pick the item this without any issue. They created another return request for 3/08.

                                    3/08 : no one came to pickup. Again, I called customer care. this time they said, now the picked failed attempt crossed three time. They have escalated to another team. It will be done in 2-3 business days. They created another return request for 6/08.

                                    6/08: no one came to pickup.Again, I called customer care.The saga continued.

                                    9/08: no one came to pickup.Again, I called customer care.The saga continued.

                                    12/08: no one came to pickup.Again, I called customer care.The saga continued.

                                    14/08: The pickup person came. He said, they didnt recieve any approval email. He cant pick the item. He put comment as IMEI mismatch. The customer care team told on on 1/08 that we have mentioned in the return request that the item is dead on arrival. They cant match the IMEI number as the device itself is not functioning.

                                    I think they really dont want to come to any resolution. After 7 attetmpts I'm still on same position as on first return request.They just want me to give up and stop following up with them. I wont do that. I have paid my hard money and I want that back.

                                    The kind of frustration I've gone through is different but this is the worst service I ever faced by amazon.

                                    Appreciate your help on this.

                                        Amazon targeting Inocent Customer to show them perfect. They targetting particular customer like who are post low reviews and against their company. I'm very sure they have doing so much of fault thing in their company. I have to take it out until I die. Because they blamed me also but I'm very confidence on that. I'm concern is need to check their warehouse for all product which is old and against Indian law act. They voileting the govt ruls, they didn't move any E-waste in 🇮🇳India.
