      Hi,

      I had ordered a mirror from Amazon India with order id ‫[protected] which was delivered on the 19th of August 2021 and when I open the package the product inside was broken. I had initiated an immediate return and refund of that order with 5 minutes of delivery.

      The next day the pickup was scheduled and when the delivery agent came he said it would have to be picked up by a truck as that's how it was supposed to be done and he rescheduled it for the next day.

      Everyday after that I would receive a message from Amazon in the morning that the pickup would be scheduled for the day and in the evening I would receive another message saying it was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day.

      On the 24th of Aug 2021 the pickup was attempted by the same delivery agent that had delivered the package on the 19th of Aug 2021 Ravi Gupta - [protected] and once he saw the same package he ran away saying that the refund would be take from him as he was doing the pickup. I immediately called Amazon support and reported the incident and they said it would be picked up tomorrow 25th of Aug 2021.

      On the 25th I received a message again for the schedule pickup which did not happen which is when I called the Amazon Customer Service and reported the incident to them. My call was taken by Amir.H from amazon who said
      "Sir first of all Please accept my sincere apologies for this situation.. I apologies for the inconvenience caused to you regarding this.but sir please do not worry about it sir we have already fill NOC form for the advance refund and it has a time line for the 72 hours so you have to wait till 28th of august for the pick up so if it is done within 28th that is fine and if it not picked up we will call you back on 29th of august and we will initiate the advance refund amount rs- 885.. so i would request you sir kindly wait for our call we will call you back and you do not need to call us further... ".

      I waited till 28th and no pickup was done and I received a message from Amazon again that the pickup was cancelled and rescheduled.

      So I waited on the 29th for the call to come from the amazon agent to initiate the refund but no such attempt was made. I am attaching images of the same with this complaint.

      I have received a msg from you guys today as well but it does not look like a pick attempt is going to be made.

        Hi team,

        This is to inform you that I had placed an order of Pigeon INOX_14044 Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 3L, Silver via Amazon on 26 Jul'21 and it was delivered on 27 Jul'21. After opening the product package it was found that the product was damaged due to which I'd placed the return request on 28Aug'21 and I got a message that pickup is scheduled. However, to my surprise on one came to pickup the order and while I contacted the customer care they told that order was not picked because the product package was not available (which was a lie from pickup boy and no one at least visited my address).

        I again placed the return request and post placing the return request I got a confirmation message that my product will be returned by 5 Aug'21. However, my product was not picked till 8th Aug'21.

        After that I contacted the customer care and return request was again placed. But still the return was not done and order was not picked up.

        Again I contacted the customer care on 26th Aug'21 and as per them return request was placed again and I got a message as well that my order is scheduled for picked up on 29 Aug'21 but unfortunately on one has yet arrived at my location to pickup the order. This time customer care representative had told me that return will done definitely and if not refund will be processed even if the order was not picked up.

        My concern here is that I'm not able to return my product even after placing the return request 4 times and no one is bothered to respond responsibly to this. I'm always told that return request will be placed again. I had take from my office for all those days whenever I was told that order will be picked up. And at the end there was no resolution. Also, my father is very sick and even in his sickbed he used to sit in balcony just to ensure return pickup not gets missed. But no one comes and the complaint is as it is UNRESOLVED.

        Dear team, please look into this and provide me end resolution for this by providing refund for my product and also by providing compensations for my mental and father's physical disturbances. I've all evidences and customer care proofs with me.

            My name is Lakshay, My amazon account has been blocked since Wednesday 25 August, I have contacted customer care so times but still my amazon account is on hold, also i have tweeted amazon to unhold my account still they dont have any authority, i have mailed at various email still not a reply from their side, now they are ignoring my calls, messages, mails . So bad service, also i have sent my debit card details still account is on hold since Wednesday bad service. Amazon not a single mail from amazon addressing my concern

                I had ordered Tecno POVA 2 (Energy Blue, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage)| 7000mAh Battery | 48MP Camera | Helio G85 on amazon on 28th Aug-2021 and it was showing under Vivo when I ordered it.

                Now I have received the product and it is showing Tecno Pova company means it was ordered by technical error hence I want to return this product so please return this product after verification of this product and refund my amount so that I can order phone of my choice.

                No body is helping in customer service that is why I selected this forum.

                    I received this product, two days later from expected date of delivery. The product is old, damage and copper filter is missing. I raised compaint about this issue. Amazon customer care executive said they'll send replacement product with very neat delivery. On 26th August, I got notification as the replacement product is returning to seller from final destination. I contacted customer service representative regarding this, they told replacement product got damage during shipping so they returning to the seller. And they said, they'll take back that damaged product from me and refund that amount. As they said, they took that product from me on 28Aug2021.

                    Finally I didn't received product and I have to wait 5 days for refund. Amazon wasted my one month for this product. Customer care is worst and they're not ready to understand my issue. I asked to deactivate my Amazon account for this issue. Immediately she send one link to me to deactivate the account. They don't want customers and they are not ready hear our inconvenience.

                    No action is taken against the seller for old damage and missing item.
                    No action is taken against the delivery agent who damage the replacement product during shipping.
                    No action is taken for delivering the product after expected date.

                    Only they sent me the link to deactivate from Amazon.

                    Worst behaviour and worst service. I wasted one month for the product. It's the gift and lesson given by Amazon Service.

                      As per the subject matter, I really got annoyed by the said courier service agent to deliver my consignment ordered in the Amazon online store enclosed below as attachment for your reference and perusal.

                      It is to be noted, as per the tracking details of the said consignment in Amazon online store is showings as the consignment is out for delivery today i.e., 28.08.2021 Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM

                      Meanwhile, after viewing the said details in the morning Iam expecting the consignment shall be delivered today itself. As expected I received a call from the Ecom Express delivery service agent stating that he is near my house and asked me to wait near your house gate to receive the consignment that will be delivered to you.

                      As such I cut my call and went to my house gate to receive the parcel. But waited for 10 minutes no body turned up from the delivery agent. Then I made repeated calls to the delivery agent person, he has not lifted the call.
                      I got annoyed and get inside my house.

                      Afternoon, I made a call to the same number were I had been received the call in the morning from the delivery agent . But now at this time he received the call and gave lethargic and aggressive & arrogant response and cut the call.

                      Later to the above incident, finally I got irritated and informed to Amazon customer care executive to raise a escalation regarding this consignment to be delivered today. The customer service executive from Amazon raised an escalation to resolve the issue in such a way that consignment shall be delivered today.

                      Meanwhile after, 7PM today 28.08.2021 it has been viewed in the Amazon tracking of the consignment showing it is been rescheduled by giving reasons in such way delay delivery from customer request. Since I have not been requested for re- schedule for delay delivery.

                      In light of the above, I really got fed-up from the services provided by the delivery agent and Amazon for these type of awkward service.

                      In future, don't place these type of sellers and courier service agents in your Amazon online store website.

                      Please do the needful at the earliest and resolve the consignment issue to be delivered as per your delivery date

                              Therefore, we are sorry to say that, we didn't receive the item which was we order to Amazon Company and we were given items of old & poor quality through your seller. Because of which we requested to return the item. But your collection boy is refused to collect the item today at our home. And started saying that this is an old item which does not have a tag. While we also requested him that we have received this item in such condition. But he did not listen to us and refused to returning the item and said that you talk to Amazon customer care.

                              Further, we are unhappy with your action because your seller has cheated on us ignoring our genuine problem. Is it wrong to believe in Amazon…? we will not order any product in future because the return policy of Amazon company is not right.

                                I have ordered Aurion Boxing Gloves from amazon which was delivered on 22nd Aug which was not as it was displayed on website. I immediately raised a return request and was supposed to be picked up next day. after 2 days i reached out to support as it no one showed to pick it up. then another request was raised to be picked on 26th which didnt happen again and i reached out to team again and same request was raised again to be picked up and no happened again. Now support team is repeating the same issue.
                                i know the refund amount is small but i dont want to compromise on just promising something and sending off something. also wasted 3 days waiting for pick up postponing other things
