I ordered a product on amazon on 22nd july and i have a delivery estimated date on or before 27 th july while I oredered.
But now my order has no update sine then and showing order recieved.
When I try to contact customer care the only answer i can get was out of stock and don't know when it will be on stock.
If don't have stock why amazon could order ??

    I ordered a product through amazon on 25.06.2021, Amount Paid-17097 Rs Mode of payment - via debit card of pnb but that order got cancelled from the company's end same day and still i didn't receive any refund amount. I contacted amazon team many times and said please give me refund or refund reference number so that i can contact with my bank but they said we are not getting generate refund refrence number. They give only date not solution and still i didn't receive any refund.

        I had placed an order with Amazon on 27th July 2021. Received a mail from amazon regarding shipment of the order on 31st July 2021 with tracking ID. The order was supposed to be delivered by 03.08.2021. Upon tracking the shipment using the tracking ID provided, it was found that the tracking ID provided by Amazon was of some other shipment which got delivered on 08.07.2021 at a different location that too way before I even placed an order. I took this matter up with an amazon executive on 04.08.2021. Received a mail from the seller stating that the product cannot be delivered at my location. On this note I had then asked the amazon executive to cancel the order and refund the amount. The only replies I've been getting from contacting the amazon executives is " the order will be cancel in 3 days/ 72 hours followed by a refund". I tried cancelling the order from my end but this option was not available in my order section either. It's been 14 days since I lodged my first complaint with amazon in this regard and till date I have not received any call/sms/email regarding cancellation and refund for this order.

          As i was about to receive a parcel from Banaras your delivery boy called me from near to my road and i asked him to come forward then he denied and asked come to come over near the vehicle where i could not trace him and left without informing as i kept on searching and calling back from my reg no [protected] to[protected] and pin 3904.

          Please ask your communicate properly while delivery as i am really disappointed for the most awaited parcel.

              I ordered this dyson corrale straightener from Amazon.in but got a different and fake product in place of it for which I paid Rs 36900/- and when I tried to replace the product they decided to block the account and since then, I am trying to track on the refund through emails, social media and calls but had no luck till now. As it was my first order with them and just had a phone number registered and no email address so they kept on emailing me saying that I need to email them from the registered email and I kept on asking them to call on the registered phone number instead as don’t have access to any email other than kasht* email
              I have added the email on several occasions via the link they sent but still they ain’t providing me the access to the account so that I can make the necessary changes myself

              I am losing on the product as well as my money here !!!

                My amazon registered mobile number is [protected] and I am prime membership holder but they are delivering me worng items these days which i order then they asked me to replace when that also not worked they asked me please change seller or buy from diffrent seller but diffrent seller also sending wrong product models/colours every time i order now where should i go please tell me worst experience as a membership holder

                  Sir/mam,

                  My name is Adarsh Pratap Singh. I have paid an amount of Rupees 399.00 to amazon through amazon UPI ( which is connected to my UCO bank) on 30/06/2021. Afterwards I returned this order due to some personal reasons on 01/07/2021. Refund for ₹ 399.00 was initiated on the same day . But the amount still hasn't reflected in my account. Amazon sent me this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[[protected]] and told to contact customer care. I contacted UCO customer care and also visited my branch account but i didn't get any refund yet. So I implore you to kindly look into it as it is urgent for me.

                          My self Manoj S, i ordered a product (Boult True Buds, amount ₹1799/-) from amazon on 18th July 2021. But my product was totally defected so i returned my phone on 22nd July 2021 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 22nd July 2021, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for ₹1799/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no.                                   I was purchased the mobile(Mi 10T pro 5g) through amazon app, order id[protected] on dated 22.12.2020, When I enter the IMEI no in exchange offer it is not recognise and displaying error that IMEI no doesn't match with selected model.

                                    I had paid for an oculus quest 2 product on Amazon Oculus Quest 2 €” Advanced All-In-One Virtual Reality Headset (64GB)
                                    This product was never delivered, yet Amazon claimed it was delivered. I then asked for the delivery agents number and Amazons rep told me it is company policy not to give his number. They claimed the OTP code was entered by the delivery agent and yet no one had called my phone numbers. Also, my friends and i have noticed that mostly this OTP is not even asked for by the delivery agents and neither was I asked for an OTP on most occasions. To cut a long story short i don't have the product and wish to file a case in the consumer court. Later, I will also make this public so no other person falls prey to bad management of Amazon

                                        I ordered a boat earphones from Amazon and I got it at 8th of July but later I found its quality was not what I expected and I decided to return it. The next day i.e 9th of July the delivery boy came and took it from me. And till this date I haven’t got my refund back. I called at Amazon and they say that they have initiated the refund but the bank haven’t transferred the money to my bank account. They gave me a reference number and suggested me to fill a charge dispute form.
