        Dear customer ACH Debit mandate registered for Rs. 50000.00 /- with frequency MNTH in HDFC Bank A/c No.XXXXXXXXX51034 for BAJAJ FINANCE LTD with UMRN No.HDFC[protected].

        I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith.

                  The delivery personnel of Amazon-
                  (a) Do not wear any uniform.
                  (b) Do not carry any Identity card.
                  (c) Do not know their PIN.

                  In my latest order delivery, I received a SMS from Amazon that the delivery would be done in the day from 07.00 hours till 21.00 hours.

                  This is a very long duration and does not serve any purpose except for the date as whole day is covered. This duration should be divided into 2-hour duration or at least forenoon and afternoon duration.

                  The Amazon message also contained the phone number and PIN of the delivery person.

                  However, I received a call from an unknown number.
                  As I was busy in that point in time, I called that number 3 times after 15 minutes but there was no reply.

                  In the meantime, I received a delivery attempt message from Amazon. On checking from security personnel, I was informed that NO Amazon delivery personnel had come to the colony. So, it appears that the delivery person had made a call from some other location without even coming to the colony and made a delivery attempt message.

                  Then, I rang up the contact number provided in Amazon SMS.
                  The authorised delivery person informed me that someone else is carrying that package and I may contact another number.
                  On contacting that provided number, I was told that he was not carrying that package and someone else is carrying that package and will contact.

                  How come the delivery person get changed leading to impersonation and security hazard to senior citizens and security related duty personnel?

                  I received a call from the same number after 3-4 hours and I was told that he will not be delivering the package on that day as he was busy on another route. I requested him to deliver on the same day as it was meant for an occasion on that day. But he refused and said that he will do an early morning delivery next day. Then, I asked him his PIN but he had no understanding of PIN and started arguing about OTP.

                  Next day, I again received a SMS at 12.27 hours, which informed about a phone number and PIN of the delivery person.
                  However, again at 13.27 hours a person called up from an unknown number and started conforming my identity without any self-introduction.
                  On questioning about his identity became rude and misbehaving.
                  Then there was no attempt for any contact or any delivery.

                  There are too many fraud calls daily and advisories about such incidents. How come Amazon personnel do not identify themselves and are permitted to make calls from private numbers?

                  Next day I received a mail of technical hitch regarding the delivery. After, 48 hours I received a refund notification.

                  The above sequence of action clearly depicts a serious security lapse on the part of Amazon delivery personnel, quality of training of personnel and handling of orders.

                  In addition to the above a harassment has been caused by returning the package.

                  The issue may be raised till the appropriate level for judicious resolution.

                  An early resolution will be highly appreciated.

                    I have order air sofa cum bed . And amazon delivered me faulty air pump so how can i supposed to use that although shipping box was not good. Amazon please do something noone is entertaining me its very bad if you guyz want i can make a youtube video and post it too that how you guyz treating prime members. I can understand that sometimes the product got some problems but atleast help me nah ...

                      I ordered a product from Amazon on 23 July. I received the item on 27 July and I placed a return request on the same day. And my item got picked on next day. I returned the same item I received but when I contacted amazon customer service, they said that they haven't received the same item. And I can't receive the refund. They are trying to do fraud with me. I don't know what to do please help me.

                        Hello Team,

                        Good day.

                        I am writing this email because of the reason that the above mentioned order valued 20, 000 INR is not yet delivered to my house. But the status says the product is delivered. I have sufficient proofs that the order is not delivered.

                        I am PRIME member both in GERMANY and INDIA for many years now and I never experienced this kind of issue in the last several years.

                        Yesterday I had a call with customer service and they promised to investigate the complaint. I have not received any complaint number yet. Unfortunately I have my Cargo planned to Germany during end of 1st Week of August. If the issue is not sorted out by then I will have to pay heavy price to ship the order to Germany which is not possible.

                        Let me know what can de done to solve this issue. Expecting your speedy support.

                          I Had paid on Amazon with my axis debit card for an order on 29-Jun-2021, which I cancelled later on. The total money I paid was ₹1590.00. I did not receive my refund days after either. I contacted the Amazon team, and they had said that the refund was credited to me. But I received no such notification yet.

                              Hello,
                              i have paid inr 555/_ to a shop on 01.08.2021 using amazon pay. Amazon showed that the transaction has failed. Money debited from my account but didn't credited to shop account. It's been three days now and still no credit amount can be seen.

                                  I ordered a one plus nord CE 5G - charcoal ink (8gb ram) Mobile Phone Order Number is #[protected] via Amazon India, I was supposed to receive this product on[protected]. Finally delivery was done today after a week, though I am an amazon prime member and found that Amazon India promised one day and priority customer service failed and disappointed in that too, yet I paid the full amount of 24, 999 (Inclusive GST) failed to deliver.
                                  After they delivered, Mobile touch was not working for the first time hands on use from unboxing got handed( Proof attached). After, I called customer care reported this issue and they did not solve this issue, which they accepted but when it came to pick up they kept rescheduling their pickup and denied any refund as per my request. I asked them if I do not get this product on time then it is of no use or not worth it to me because I want to give to my dad who is going to travel on 5th July 2021 someone special to me. This was ordered as a gift for my parents but it's a huge disappointment due to Amazon or seller carelessness, I can not fully fill it I thought.

                                  Though I could cancel this Item, how will I get the same product locally in a short time period therefore I did not cancel. Amazon showed no sympathy for human emotion and behaved unethically. I Attached the apology letter received from the Amazon India Customer care representative in that he accepted their mistake.

                                  I don’t know how amazon sellers process products like this without QC and deliver a defective product, Even from the mistake of someone else I am the one going to suffer even if I paid this much amount.

                                  Tell me where is the fault of the customer, the money can get refunded, that’s fine, but i can't take this mobile, due to your foolish policy for technician visit and I can't wait for another 2days and So, I need a proper justification from amazon to clear my issue. Either I need a return or replacement by tomorrow at any cost. Anyhow I am going to file a complaint if at all not amazon does not help with this scenario.

                                  Even After that as well I complained to customer care more than 20 times and spoke for more than an hour but orders could not be picked up on time or no solution was provided. I am now completely hopeless and frustrated from Amazon India as my whole amount has been gone and I don’t have a product to use in hand for the same even after i spent this much.

                                  Solution - Need Return or replacement for this product to be done by 4th July maximum date. Take this as an important case and think from a customer point of view and clear this issue as per my preference.

                                      Dear Amazon team,

                                      This mail regarding damage in material delivered. 2 days back I ordered through my friend's account in Amazon LG 8kg refrigerator, yesterday I received the material with little scratches and dent
                                      The outer package looks good. There is no damage but the machine body is damaged with scratches and also it is not looking good as new. It feels like a refurbished machine.
                                      That delivery person simply replied it is not damaged, it is normal only. My self paid the total amount on ordering itself but received the damaged machine only. Refer attached snap.
                                      I'm not expecting this kind of service from amazon. Kindly look into this matter.

                                        Amazon delivered me this disease spreading shoes today. I complained to them. They refunded my money.
