I ordered this dyson corrale straightener from Amazon.in but got a different and fake product in place of it for which I paid Rs 36900/- and when I tried to replace the product they decided to block the account and since then, I am trying to track on the refund through emails, social media and calls but had no luck till now. As it was my first order with them and just had a phone number registered and no email address so they kept on emailing me saying that I need to email them from the registered email and I kept on asking them to call on the registered phone number instead as don’t have access to any email other than kasht* email
I have added the email on several occasions via the link they sent but still they ain’t providing me the access to the account so that I can make the necessary changes myself
I am losing on the product as well as my money here !!!
