Dear sir/madam, i have ordered one product named as dynamic homes polyresin solid grommet window curtain, 9 feet, red, pack of 4 from amazon on 31st august 2021 and done a prepaid payment of 13189 rupee with my Sbi Atm card. Later due to some reason I cancelled it. And amazon saying to me that they initiated refund on 8th sept, 2021 from their side. And told me expected date of crediting amount in my bank account is 9th sept 2021. But still not been credited. Bank customer care is not helping regarding same. Amazon is also saying its bank side problem and bank is saying its Amazon side problem. between these two I am only who becoming fool.
what to do now really mentally harassed and too much time got wasted.

    As amazon refunded my 899rs amount on 17th aug and they provided me with Reference number =[protected]. But till now I haven't received my refund yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And even I want to file "charge dispute" against 'refund not processed'. But my branch is denied to file charge dispute.

      I have ordered laptop batteries 2 nos. on 07.09.21 and received the batteries on 13.09.21 and paid Rs. 6038/- by cash (Order No.[protected]. Since the received two batteries are not suitable to my laptop and want to return those. I have tried to return those through Amazon portal as per regular procedure. But, I couldn't get the item return option in their portal. Also, I checked with Amazon customercare, but didn't get proper response from them to resolve the issue. Please have a look into it and do the needful to resolve the above matter ASAP without fail, as the return policy due date will on or before 17th September.

        My order no:[protected] dated 26/08.21. My order was for 2 pies of " LAYSAN CORSA SINK FOR KITCHEN SINK." But I received ONLY one(1) pce. on 03/09/21. Since I paid 578 x2 =1156/-Rs. I got only one pce, hence I must get the money for the second one That is Rs, /- 578.
        I have complained about this 3 times through E mail( cis-reply @ mamazon.in, on 4/9, 7/9 & 15/9).
        Pl. look in to the mater & arrange to mreturn the my money to my account.

          I have returned my noise air buds on 31 october 2021. but i didn’t get my refund amount till now . the amount has been initiated by Amazon on 7 sept 2021 but till now i didn’t get . they gave me a refund reference number 455998.
          i visited the bank but they are not cooperating with me . i called many times to state bank of india customer care but they also not able to help.
          so please help if possible to recovtmy refund amount.

              I ordered Sparx shoes on 29 July 2021 by online mode I done cash transaction of 799 by Bhim upi ..but till date I didn't get the product as well my refund ...they told to fill charge dispute form but Indian banks don't have such policy ...my reference number is[protected], so please kindly respond to this complaint and help me getting my money back

                My name is Ajinkya Murumkar I ordered Sparx navy blue shoes of worth 751 on 6 July 2021 and due to personal reasons I returned it on 8 aug and Amazon initiated refund on 23 July but till now I am unable to get the refund, amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told mi to fill charge dispute form but Indian ban don't have such policy, so please kindly respond to this complaint, it's very urgent ..

                  *Invoice is attached.
                  *Activity of the package with respect to time is attached.

                  In messages it shows "The package is returning to the seller" and when he receives it the money should be returned as well but the time period(10) of money returning policy has extended to a whole month and there is no sign of refund.

                  This is my first time returning an item and I am very disappointed that the proceedings are taking this long. Please see where the fault lies and try to resolve my problem.

                      Hi sir i placed an order on Amazon @ 12 am deals on discount, i ordered it on 4th August nd the scheduled delivery date was 9th Aug, still now they didn't delivered my item, i don't want refund i want replacement nly, they are playing with me, i almost called them more than 30 times including chatting with Amazon customer support . The last 4 digits are 1947 of the order id, they already shipped it they're not giving the exact location i am waiting for that product, i[censored] can't deliver a product why the hell u guys accepted it nd shipped it, still now it's showing in the transit, please help me to get that order r replacement, but i doesn't want refund

                        I have purchased a product name Amazon Fire Tv stick on 16th October 2020 which was not working properly. After so much of discussion finally Amazon agree to return the product and payback my amount Rs.2499.

                        As per amazon they paid amount in my account on 19th August 2021 which was still not recieved in my account as on 13th September 2021.

                        I have asked on my bank customer care and also in branch but they are unable to track any transaction.

                        Please do the needful.

                          Took double payment. Not refunding since 2 months.

                          I made a payment through my card on 9th July which it showed as failed and I recieved an error. But the money was deducted from my account. However Amazon delivery boy said that they did not receive the money and you will recieve a refund to your account. Then on 10th July I made the same payment in cash on delivery mode and received my product.

                          I made my bank do proper investigation and it turns out Amazon recieved my payment...

                            We are currently a seller on Amazon India and I need to file a complaint regarding a review violating amazon's guidelines and even after trying to contact their team and regular follow-up we are still stranded.

                                  Amazon customer service executive cancelled my order without asking me

                                  I ordered a product on 7th September 2021 and the delivery date was 9th. I saw the status on app that it's running late but will be delivered soon/next day. So I waited the next whole day but the product didn't arrive. I called them on 11th asking about the status. They said it'll surely be delivered on 12th however it didn't arrive on that day too so I called them again on 12th at night. The agent placed my call on hold and said I'll check the order details. But while the call was on call I received an SMS about order cancellation. I immediately asked the agent why did he cancelled the order without my permission and all he said that I'm sorry but it couldn't be delivered since it was already running very late. My concern is I purchased that product at a discounted price and now the price has been increased. Moreover, during the call, I never asked the agent to cancel my order or neither for a refund. I just asked about the status of my product. Please give me the product at that price ONLY (999rs). I DO NOT NEED A REFUND

                                      I recently purchased a mobile phone from Amazon with the order number[protected], and I have been a customer for the past eight years with the registered mobile number [protected], [protected].

                                      Due to COVID-19 circumstances, I opened the package after a few hours and discovered that the product packaging had been tampered with, with only the charger and cord remaining. Then I began escalating the problem to the customer service team. They began an investigation, and after a few days, they informed me that the investigation team had confirmed that the merchandise had been delivered properly. As per your investigation, I require the Proof of Investigation report to be sent to my email address.

                                      I don't want to lose my Rs. 10500/- to an unknown person without knowing who they are. Why should I pay you the money, and if you refuse to even consider my request, I will file a case in the Consumer Court and at the same time I will be posting this in the social media as well and send it to the Media as well.
