Order #[protected] dated August 4, 2021
Suppose to deliver on 5th of August. Since then they are rescheduling.
Contacted daily Amazon Service Center on this subject. Nor delivery team at Hyderabad contacted me to update on this item. Today 9th August was my latest attempt by calling them before filing complaint here.
Since they failed to deliver it on several dates I requested them to cancel my order and initiate the refund.

On Amazon.in tracking showing rescheduling. What was the reason Until today August 11, 2021 no update. However, they refunded in full the order amount.

      Hello,
      I had ordered a phone worth 17k on 27th July during Amazon's sale, which was supposed to get delivered between 2-7 August
      When checked on 3rd August in the app it was showing already delivered on 2nd August, i was at home that time during the mentioned delivery time plus I checked with my neighbours and security guard regarding this package but they also did not get anything on that date.
      Since then I have been contacting Amazon customer service daily and they had started an investigation regarding this which would conclude today (9th August 2021) but for that as well I did not receive any call
      So when I called them today regarding this they told that they had contacted me on 6th August which I did not receive which is not true as per my call logs which I checked. Next two days which they had to try and contact me again which they did not did.
      Again when I called them on 9th for resolution they extended the timeline till 15th August, so I have not yet received my phone, my money is already debited and still they do not have a resolution and for a better experience I had purchased Amazon prime.
      Is this a some sort of Scam by Amazon ?
      They are not at all giving me any resolution regarding this.
      I need help in this as soon as possible.

        I have ordered for a mobile samasung m31 on echange scheme
        of my earlier mobile realme in very good condition.
        Since your delivery is comitted befor 9 pm on sunday 8th august 2021, i have removed my sim from my exchange phone and deleted all datas, from the mobile, ready for echange.
        But your delivery person unable to verify the details and i hve told him, if he wants i will my sim in the mobile and requested him to verify. I have provided ime1 no. Also to him .
        But still he is unable to verify and informed me that there is some error and to day some one will come and solve the problem. Finally in this process, iam suffering a lot, with out a phome. I am unable to cxonvince him with fact of information. Kindly note that, i am a very geniune customer of amazon. Kindly sort out the issue immediately. Regards

          No clear policy description
          Not providing refund option

          But now no option for refund only replace is available

But at delivery attempt time, deliverey boy could not verify IMEI number... I am using same phone... If Amazon exchange offers is like this... You will lose more customer..

                    I ordered a product named Parasnath Black Heavy Folding Ladder With Wide Steps Milano 4 Steps 4.1 Ft Ladder on 19th of may 2021 worth Rs 2279 from Amazon.in. Order no[protected]. I received the Product on 24th of May and placed a return on the same day. The agents from Amazon team came saw the ladder and refused to pickup telling they have a bike and can't take it. This happened thrice. Not just this apart from this one executive came n took the ladder from my flat and kept at my society's ground floor without informing us. It was only when I went down after a day n saw the ladder lying there. After that again I complaint to the customer care service. More than this my last pickup was done on 16th June the agent took the ladder but still there is no updated status on my return, it still says return requested. I have called so many times had a chat with so many executives wherein everybody said the same thing that my query will be solved within 3 days. But till date this isn't resolved.

                      This complaint is regarding a refund process that i still haven’t received.I have placed an order for acer nitro gaming laptop on 23/06/21 but I cancelled it on 24 due to some problems.I payed it through debit card and the money got deducted.Even though i have cancelled it, still to this day i haven’t received my payment of 69, 990.Please look into this matter and solve it ASAP.

                          I Have ordered for an item on 3 july and expected was marked as 24 Jul, 2021 - 28 Jul, 2021. Suddenly on 19th july it has been marked as delivered. When I inquire, the customer service said, there is some issue with Ghati service. Again after some days, when I called they asked me to raise a complaint. And it has been rejected without proper investigation on delivery. I have not received an item on time nor the refund

                            A return pickup for an item (Haber handwoven bag) has been rescheduled FOUR times and every single time NO ONE has come for pickup. Amazon keeps just rescheduling the pickup date and promising it will '100% happen next time' but every SINGLE TIME NO ONE shows up for pickup. This is coming across as a scam. If no one picks up the item, there will be no refund!



                            I have called CC three times, who have twice promised to escalate the issue. I have also complained on Twitter and the social media team also promised to escalate the issue. But this is all a lie. The return procedure is completely and deeply flawed right now. It is basically a LIE. Please solve this issue. It has become a complete joke. I am a customer since 2013 and this ordeal is harassing a regular and loyal customer.

                            On top of that, I also got a notification saying 'return was cancelled at the time of pickup on Aug 7, which is a COMPLETE LIE. Nobody showed up for pickup for the FOURTH TIME and then on top of that you have the audacity to lie. Are you never going or pick this up? Will this go on forever?

                            During these stressful times, this is how Amazon India is treating such a LOYAL customer? I am a doctor - Dr. Sanjeev Varma and have lost all faith in Amazon. It is upto Amazon now to deal with this. I do not want any cheap freebies. All I want is PEACE of mind that things will go smoothly and I can place an order with the TRUST that I can return it without HARASSMENT like this.

                            Amazon has now sent a mail wrongly stating that this item was a unpaid item delivered by mistake. The bag was paid for and is due for return and REFUND. This is a clear cut case o[censored]nfair trade practices and deficiency of services. They want to pick up the bag and NOT give any refund? Wow.

                              I am Arun, From Kumbakonam, i using amazon pay later emi, last month 15th july 2021 i have paid 6517.00 Rupees.. for the due amount.. but still amazon pay not update the emi amount, and also daily sms will sent me for due amount will pay soon, due amount Rs.6517 is pending,
                              I have already paid the Amazon EMI 6517 on 15th july 2021. I have transfer receipt and also payment confirmation mail also received from amazon, i have so pathetic this issue..i have daily call to Amazon customer care department, they are ask me for, update soon please wait after sometimes.,
                              5th august also Rs.295 insufficient Fund charges debited my bank account.
                              please take action for the issue and do the needful.

                                    I ordered (Order no[protected])5 tables (Klaxon Scarlet Engineered Wood Study Table, Laptop, Computer Table Desk for Home & Office (Asian Walnut)

                                    on 15th July but I got these tables without an assembly kit so I got replacement for these tables on 21st July after calling Amazon customer care. However, in this replacement I got 1 table fully damaged (2 parts broken from the same length/lines). I called so many times to amazon customer care in return and all the fake promises got from their end. amazon pickup agent cancelled pickup thrice saying that there was no direct verification from customer service so raise it again by calling customer care. I have done it so many times but no help so far. I am struggling to get my refund. I have uploaded all the damaged product pictures live while talking to customer service agents.

                                    I would like to bring to your attention that on 1st Aug.2021 my pickup was scheduled for the third time and I got a call from your pickup agent for the same. It was Sunday and the office was closed. I was at some other place and drove 20kms to the office just to provide the product to amazon pickup agent. However, again the same thing happened, the amazon agent refused to pick it up saying the same lines that direct verification was not there so could not take it. I wasted my money and time, it was raining heavily and I did rush driving just to save amazon agent’s time but nothing happened.

                                    I was really frustrated that day, same time, I called amazon customer care and wasted 37 mins describing everything again but again no help.

                                    Other day I drove 5 kms to the office just to click the damaged product as the amazon agent asked me to do it while she was on the call. I did that too. I sent a note to the amazon leadership team and requested to listen to these call recordings to understand my situation however, no response from that too.

                                    It's a very pathetic service provided by the amazon team. I never had such an experience with Amazon.

                                    It’s mental harassment, and torture from amazon agents. I need my refund and compensation for this mental harassment. Please help me with this.

                                      I bought Eureka Forbes AquaSure from Aquaguard Delight (RO+UV+UF+MTDS) 7L water purifier, 7 stages of purification with Ultra Filtration (White) from Amazon and during the installation I found that the product was defective. And as per Amazon the technician must provide the product defective report but the technician that came for installation said they don't provide anything like that.

                                      But After calling customer support and explaining the details to them I finally got the replacement and it was really a quick process. Thank you for that.

                                      But now I got the product delivered on 29 th July but since that it is just sitting there in the box. I tried contacting Amazon support as well as Eureka Forbes support but nothing. No one has contacted me yet for the installation and it has been more than 7 days now.

                                      And I am not hoping the product to be defective again but if it is that firstly in my Amazon account it shows the replacement date as 9 th but I won't come to know if the product is defective until the installation is done and also you are asking for product defective report but please check with Eureka Forbes as they are not providing anything like that.

                                      Please help me resolve this issue aa soon as possible. I have been a prime member since a long time and I never had such experience with Amazon before.
