Hlw sir I m jaisia ..I ordered a catwalk sandle but I received different products so I return is the customer was saying the refund is complete on 16 August but today is 21 August and my refund is not reached plzzz resolve my issue as soon as possible

Dear Team Amazon,

I am Ravendra Gupta and I am regular customer for amazon.
I ordered a One plus Nord 5g Phone {Grey With 12 gb RAM and 256 gb storage} worth INR- 29, 999/- Order Id:[protected] Dated[protected].I ordered this phone through my friend Pushpendra Tiwari's Amazon Id. Till last month july 2021 it was working absolutely fine, but suddenly the screen was started continuous blinking and phone display was not visible properly. I have tried normal trouble shooting like switch off and switch on but still phone was not working properly. i called Amazon Customer Care and they suggested me to go to One Plus service centre next day I visited One plus Service centre for that time technician resolved the concern and phone started working fine. After some days the same thing happened and I had to visit service centre again, but still i am facing the same issue with this phone.
Therefore I am writing this mail to Amazon, as I am a loyal and regular customer to Amazon so I know Team Amazon will understand my concern and resolve it ASAP.
I am really feeling frustrated as I bought this phone from Amazon by paying my hard earned money.
As you guys use the tagline Amazon "Apni Dukan", So I request team Amazon That I just want replacement of this One plus Nord 5g Phone {Grey With 12 gb RAM and 256 gb storage} defective phone with the same new phone without any defect.
I hope amazon will resolve this concern ASAP.
Invoice of phone warranty paper and video evidence of technical has been attached with this mail.
Kindly look into the Matter and do the needful.

I ordered to sofa cover from Amazon India one of them sofa cover was damaged so I return for refund I get refund of one sofa cover but second sofa cover refund I did not get I have called many times to Amazon customer care but he is not resolve my request he is saying that we can't do anything, order detail I atched

Actually after returning my original prodtuct to the courier boy, he cross checkd it and had verified it, and then he threw the outer packing and only took the product box with him itself and later on the false product was dilivered back to warehouse and seller. so after returning the product it is been misplaced by some one in the courier team, and i am being harrased since long behind this, left wih no solution.

I had purchased a Metalic Bed from Amazon, It was picked to return on the 8th of Aug. But I am still facing issues getting my refund money. I have talked to customer care more than 3 times every time got time 24 hr to 48 hr. I am very disappointed with AMAZON's service.

I have return the product of 15 days back . My Amazon complaint no. /ticket no. - 16369 . No update and no response of my complaint for customer service Amazon company not provide my refund.
Please help me. Please your team is hard action to Amazon company

I ordered SKMEI-skt-1002b trimmer but I received SKMEI -sk-1005 trimmer. Amazon sent wrong product.
I requested for return and replacement.
Now I didn't get any updates, estimated time/date, calls and SMS for the replacement/refund.
Almost 4 days as a blank.
What is the solution for this. ?

Tuesday 10 August 2021 at 12:49 PM to my account by amazone.

amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund but did not get

I ordered miniso earpiece on August 11, 2021..i prepaid for it .. Which I cancelled it on the same day... I received my refund successful statement on the day itself but it was not credited to my bank yet..its already more than a week now.. Please kindly look into the matter

Sir/mam on dated 12th of apirl according to amazon they refund my amount of 2399 but till now still i did not get this refunded amount in my bank account.
And also they provide me the refunded ref. No. After 2month of refund
Please help and resolve my problem

महोदय मैने अमेजन से उत्पाद खरीदा था जो मुझे गलत उत्पाद प्राप्त हुआ।इसलिए मैने उसको रिटर्न कर दिया। परन्तु कंपनी हमें रिफंड देने से मना कर रही। इसके बावजूद की हमने उन्हें वीडियो साक्ष्य दिया कि रिटर्न करते समय हमने अमेजन प्रतिनिधि को वही उत्पाद लौटाया जो हमे प्राप्त हुआ।

अतः शीघ्र ही इस मामले का संज्ञान लेकर हमें रिफंड दिलवाए।

I ordered a product on amazon on 22nd july and i have a delivery estimated date on or before 27 th july while I oredered.
But now my order has no update sine then and showing order recieved.
When I try to contact customer care the only answer i can get was out of stock and don't know when it will be on stock.
If don't have stock why amazon could order ??

I contacted amazon team many times and said please give me refund or refund reference number so that i can contact with my bank but they said we are not getting generate refund refrence number. They give only date not solution and still i didn't receive any refund.
