Amazon had intiated a return amount of amount Rs. 9, 999 on 8th July to my bank account of Name: Sikha Samanta on card number [protected] with return reference number ONUS20210709 but it's more than a month yet I haven't received any refund on my account and as informed by my SBI bank, there's no such transaction with that refund reference number on my account. Kindly help me out.

    The refund was initiated by Amazon.in on my SBI Bank account of card number [protected] of account name Sikha Samantha on 8th July with return reference number ONUS20210709, but it's more than a month still I don't have my refund on my bank account and neither there's any record of such ONU number transaction showing on my bank account as informed by my Bank.
    Kindly help me with the refund of Rs. 9, 999

      I had placed an Order[protected] on 25th June and cancelled it . The amount was supposed to be refunded by 7th july . However there was no amount credited back in the respective card.

      I had raised this issue with customer care on 10th july, the customer care executive said that the refund reference number is not generated and will escalate it and resolve it in 5 working days. It's already 10 days after this call and still I have no response whatsoever from your team. The amount is still not refunded, i didn't get any email on order refund reference number

      I need this to be closed on priority.

        I bought a OneplusOne 55 Inch Q1 Ser from Amazon India site . After 8 months TV is showing black screen, i am keep raising my concerns to Amazon Customer Service and One plus one Customer service also not responding properly and after 25 days also issue is not resolved..

        Could you please let me when is my issue will be resolved.

        I am one of the customer of One plus TV.
        I have purchased through online from Amazone.

        WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR EXISTING.

        Attached please find Zip file containing,
        Invoice
        Delivery slip,
        Warranty Card,
        Packing Slip,
        Pics of defect of the TV., TV screen shows cloudly, it is clearly visible at the time of start up of the TV, when screen is blank and
        Details of sale, with my residence address.

        Once persons came from Amazon, assured to change the screen, they have took the picture of the screen too.

        Till further neither they have changed screen of TV nor they have visited to rectify the same.
        Your Toll free numbers I have tried but could not make complaint.

        I have tried to complain on your WEB site written on Warranty Card
        https://www.oneplus.in/support but I could not found any space in support page hence this email.

        Register our complain with this mail again, and do needful.

        Hope your prompt response.

        One plus TV purchased in October-20, after 6 months use the LED screen showing cloudy and become dull.
        I have made complain to Amazon (through with I purchased), till date screen not changed.
        In warranty card, one email id Channel:[protected]@oneplus.com given as well as web site address
        https://www.oneplus.in/support given, but we are failed to lodge complain through both the ways, on email as well as web site. It does not passes on email and web site does not indicates any complain section.
        This is all Faltu. Such a big companies like One Plus and Amazon, International fame, should not do this type of negligance will affect their biusiness. My tv is in warranty, by the time I register my complain properly, the warranty time will expire and I will be the sufferer. If this is not attain, I will definitely go to consumer court.
        I advice everybody to do so.

            Order#[protected]

            25/07 : Ordered the Samsung Galaxy M42 5G (Prism Dot Black, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage)

            26/07 : Delivered the package

            28/07: Opened the package. The device wasn't starting. Called up the customer care.They scheduled technician visit on 30/07.
            I told them I'm travelling outside india and wont be avaiable after 31/07. I would need mobile to be replaced before that if its not working. They promised me that the device replacement will happen on same day right after technician visit.
            (The reason I checked the item on 28/7, I generally keep any outside items away for couple of days to avoid any covid contamination.)

            30/07 : Technician sent out the report to amazon team. I called up customer care asked them about replacement. They told me, it cant be done in a day.It cant be done before 3/8 which wasn't same as promised on 28/07. I asked for return as I wont be around after 1/8 for replacement. They scheduled return request for 1/08.

            1/08 : The pickup person came. He said the device is not working. I cant verify.Tell customer care that Verification failed. I called customer care with the details. They said, we will send all necesory details to pickup team. It will pick next time. They created another return request for 2/08.

            2/08 : The pickup person came. He said, they didnt recieve any approval email. He cant pick the item. He put comment as IMEI mismatch.
            Again, I called customer care. Again, they came up with some other info and told me that we will send all necessory approval to pickup team and they will pick the item this without any issue. They created another return request for 3/08.

            3/08 : no one came to pickup. Again, I called customer care. this time they said, now the picked failed attempt crossed three time. They have escalated to another team. It will be done in 2-3 business days. They created another return request for 6/08.

            6/08: no one came to pickup.Again, I called customer care.The saga continued.

            9/08: no one came to pickup.Again, I called customer care.The saga continued.

            12/08: no one came to pickup.Again, I called customer care.The saga continued.

            14/08: The pickup person came. He said, they didnt recieve any approval email. He cant pick the item. He put comment as IMEI mismatch. The customer care team told on on 1/08 that we have mentioned in the return request that the item is dead on arrival. They cant match the IMEI number as the device itself is not functioning.

            I think they really dont want to come to any resolution. After 7 attetmpts I'm still on same position as on first return request.They just want me to give up and stop following up with them. I wont do that. I have paid my hard money and I want that back.

            The kind of frustration I've gone through is different but this is the worst service I ever faced by amazon.

            Appreciate your help on this.

                Amazon targeting Inocent Customer to show them perfect. They targetting particular customer like who are post low reviews and against their company. I'm very sure they have doing so much of fault thing in their company. I have to take it out until I die. Because they blamed me also but I'm very confidence on that. I'm concern is need to check their warehouse for all product which is old and against Indian law act. They voileting the govt ruls, they didn't move any E-waste in 🇮🇳India.

                  Amazon company terms and conditions said gathering customer name, address, bank details, device log files, our friends email id and other details, third party agency verification, share details to third party, protocols, our friends address, etc. Please read the terms and conditions. Most of the electronics in Amazon warehouse in old products or low warranty period or out of warranty product or selling customer return product to another customer as new products. Be aware of this product. Need to raid on Amazon warehouse immediately. Electronic waste is very danger please Careful. Amazon giving un-proper invoice copy there is no serial number of product. That is not valid invoice copy most of the brands are not accepted.

                    I bought laptop from Amazon and I have been returned it as received defective. it has been reached and amazon says that refund processed and also get refund confirmation mail but the amount is not been credited in my bank account as 7 days been completed. I request you please have look into this and help me.

                            Dear Sir,

                            On 10th August 2021 at 08:22 PM, I did a transaction of rupees 10, 000/- by Amazon UPI. Money was deducted from my account and did not credit to the beneficiary account till now. I raised this complaint to Amazon and get to know that Payment is done successfully from their side. They suggested to reconfirm at my home branch. I visited my branch and they denied they have no dealing with Amazon UPI transactions. Later, I called Amazon customer support, the representative replied, " payment is successfully passed their gateway" and suggested to raise a charge dispute complaint. Still, I did received my money back to my account or credited beneficiary account.

                                Amazon is selling this particular product over the MRP price. MRP set for the product by IKEA is ₹549. Amazon India tampered the MRP Price tag and sold the product for ₹1280.

                                    I purchased oneplus 9R mobile from amazon ORDER #[protected]
                                    with payment of 29523 of my credit card and exchange amount of total
                                    8600 inc additional exchange amount of 3000
                                    i got a defective product and got replaced ORDER #[protected]
                                    and the received item was also defective and at the time i asked the
                                    amazon executive for another replacement he said according to amazon
                                    policy only one time replacement is possible and he promised me that i
                                    will get full refund for my order including the exchange amount, i
                                    even asked him twice regarding it he said no need to worry sir
                                    after the return of my mobile i got amount of 29523 in my card and
                                    5600 in amazon pay balance
                                    i was shocked and contacted amazon regarding the exchange amount and
                                    raised a query they said it will take 3 to 5 business days to solve
                                    the issue and no one contacted me regarding it
                                    so again and again i contacted amazon support regarding it no one
                                    solved my issue
                                    one day an amazon executive named binil raj had promised me that i
                                    will get that 3000 amount in my amazon pay balance with in 24hrs
                                    i waited for 24 hrs and again contacted amazon customer team regarding
                                    it he said he want two days time to recheck it and he will call back
                                    me 3 days passed and he never contacted me
                                    so i contacted amazon customer team today evening the executive never
                                    tried to listen what i am going to say just simply told me what she
                                    wanted to say and the call was dropped and she didn't call me back
                                    what she told me that a mail was send from amazon to me regarding the refund
                                    and i again contacted at around 9;30 pm they said i wont get that
                                    amount they said they can only take feedback regarding it
                                    because of this issue for the past 18 days i don't have a mobile to
                                    use, i got fake promises from amazon executive, I lost 3000 rs of exchange amount for
                                    exchanging my perfectly working new looking good mobile
                                    i send the above message to amazon customer support mail
                                    but they are not even responding to it
                                    so again i contacted amazon support they are simply avoiding my problem and just replying me is there anything else we can help you with
                                    i never imagined this would happen from amazon

                                      I wanted to tell you that on 25 june I ordered a intex underwater swimming pool of price 1099 from amazon . They were 2 and I returned 1 of them. When they asked about my account details I entered the correct account no. Which is [protected] but by mistake I entered wrong account holder name. The account holder name I entered was Renu grover but the actual account holder name is Saloni grover. I think due to that issue my payment is stuck. And it is not even a small amount which I could forget. For me it is a big amount I would request you to please do something with this issue. And amazon has claimed that my amount is stuck from the bank's side. In this issue their is no role from their side . But they gave me a reference no. Which could help you

                                        Amazon pay later service

                                        My registered mobile number is [protected]
                                        On 5th August 906 rupees due and its auto debited late night but on 6th August i check amazon pay later due it's shows over due then i repayment of this amount by debit card and payment is completed no overdue shows. But when i check my SBI account statement it shows to time payment done.
                                        So i requested please refund my extra money paid by debit card.
