I have ordered one product Crocs Unisex Adult Bayaband Seasonal Printed Slate Grey/Black Clog-7 UK[protected]) from Amazon on 25th June 2021 of amount 1863 Rs. and later that I cancelled that product also. The amount has been refunded by amazon and still my refund amount is not received in my RBL Super card account. When I try to get my RRN number from Amazon, they said that, they have not received from RBL Bank end. Then I try to contact RBL Bank, they told me that they are not still received from merchant side. Please do the needful immediately.

        Hi,
        On the 20th of July, I ordered Sony wf-1000xm3 truly wireless earbuds worth 15000rs. I got the product on the 23rd of July, and when I opened it, guess what the box was empty. I recorded the video, and instantly after opening the box I called Amazon they told me it will take 5 days to resolve the problem from their end. And today is the 5th day(28th of July) I called them but they are not replying now, they are saying I got the product. so now I am going to take legal action against it, 15000 does not come for free. I am attaching the video kidly check that too.

          Order no[protected]. The item in their catalog specified the item as organic stuff sweet dried ginger. But, when the product arrived it was salty dried ginger. Hence, I asked for replacement. They said that it is non-returnable item and hence cannot be taken back. The item is still with me. I want replacement.

              I had placed the order of Laptop during Prime Day Sale and under the eligibility list i was eligible for the 2000Rs Cashback but i didn't get it, Exactly as the same when my colleague placed the same laptop he instantly received the cashback

                With reference to the subjected cancelled order, the amount of Rs. 949 payed through internet banking( Ref./Check Number: [protected]IGALNVLDJ2) has debited from my SBI account. Please note that the amount is not reimbursed back till today[protected]. Please do the needful to get the amount back in my account. Waiting for your valuable response and action in this regard.

                    I've ordered the order on amazon of 2 item
                    One is mass gainer of 2 kg and second Is pre workout of 200 mg. But when they delivered the item in the box it has only 1 item and 2nd item was missing so I made a complaint
                    And they again send the item to me but it was cancelled before delivering from there side due to the item was wrecked now they r saying we cannot deliver the item we can only give the refund only on Amazon pay balance but the amount of that item gets increased by 100 rs and they r not sending me the item

                      I didn't get refund for this order yet in my Credit card account.
                      I have raised it with amazon customer care multiple time but they are not giving me any update for it simply saying that we have processed a refund of 41999.0 INR to your payment method.
                      When I asked them if they have refund it then please provide me refund reference number. but they are not neither giving me refund reference number not accepting that refund is failed their side.

                            I wanted to buy a biscuit from amazon pantry. See the attached screenshot very carefully. I can place maximum 6 items in a cart at a time. The item is priced Rs 25 each so the order value totals 150 Rs.

                            Yet the validation says that I must place minimum order value of 200 Rs to qualify for the order.
                            This is a catch 22 problem created by Amazon. I tried placing two order in single cart which initially system accepts but at the time of checkout it again resets the quantity to 6.
                            How do I place my order??

                            Amazon agent said place two orders of quality 6 each but again the same issue, each order is less than 200 Rs.

                            I hope Amazon understand this issue and fixes this problem or better take down this listing. It's FAKE.

                                    This is regarding my order of Asus Zenbook Flip S laptop from Amazon India that I ordered and cancelled on 25 June for personal reason.

                                    The refund for the same was expected to be credited in my Credit Card by 1 July, however, I didn't receive the same.

                                    So I contacted customer service multiple times and thry escalated this to the "MAXIMUM POSSIBLE LEVEL" as per their matrix but still I am waiting for the same.

                                    It's been a month and I'm still awaiting the refund due to which I'm unable to utilize my very own credit card.

                                    I'm tired of calling customer service over and over and listening to wait endlessly (even they don't know when this will get resolved).

                                    Request you to please look into this matter.

                                        Dear sir/madam I order mi10i mobile and screengaurd and back cover on 23 June 2021 and I cancelled on the same day. But still my amount is not credited to my account. Order number 7933. As my credit card intrest charges are high how can I pay such a big amount.
                                        I called sooo many times to Amazon customer service they keep on draging it and extending the dates to resolve issue initial lly they told 5 th of this month and next they said 15th of this month and again they said 100% it I'll get resolved by 23rd of this month today I called to check again they are extended to next three business days what is happening I got totally confused. If it not resolved immediately I already spoke to a layer to raise a complaint against the issue legally. Please decided yourself as I fedup with this issue
