Amazon targeting Inocent Customer to show them perfect. They targetting particular customer like who are post low reviews and against their company. I'm very sure they have doing so much of fault thing in their company. I have to take it out until I die. Because they blamed me also but I'm very confidence on that. I'm concern is need to check their warehouse for all product which is old and against Indian law act. They voileting the govt ruls, they didn't move any E-waste in 🇮🇳India.

    Amazon company terms and conditions said gathering customer name, address, bank details, device log files, our friends email id and other details, third party agency verification, share details to third party, protocols, our friends address, etc. Please read the terms and conditions. Most of the electronics in Amazon warehouse in old products or low warranty period or out of warranty product or selling customer return product to another customer as new products. Be aware of this product. Need to raid on Amazon warehouse immediately. Electronic waste is very danger please Careful. Amazon giving un-proper invoice copy there is no serial number of product. That is not valid invoice copy most of the brands are not accepted.

      I bought laptop from Amazon and I have been returned it as received defective. it has been reached and amazon says that refund processed and also get refund confirmation mail but the amount is not been credited in my bank account as 7 days been completed. I request you please have look into this and help me.

              Dear Sir,

              On 10th August 2021 at 08:22 PM, I did a transaction of rupees 10, 000/- by Amazon UPI. Money was deducted from my account and did not credit to the beneficiary account till now. I raised this complaint to Amazon and get to know that Payment is done successfully from their side. They suggested to reconfirm at my home branch. I visited my branch and they denied they have no dealing with Amazon UPI transactions. Later, I called Amazon customer support, the representative replied, " payment is successfully passed their gateway" and suggested to raise a charge dispute complaint. Still, I did received my money back to my account or credited beneficiary account.

                      I purchased oneplus 9R mobile from amazon ORDER #[protected]
                      with payment of 29523 of my credit card and exchange amount of total
                      8600 inc additional exchange amount of 3000
                      i got a defective product and got replaced ORDER #[protected]
                      and the received item was also defective and at the time i asked the
                      amazon executive for another replacement he said according to amazon
                      policy only one time replacement is possible and he promised me that i
                      will get full refund for my order including the exchange amount, i
                      even asked him twice regarding it he said no need to worry sir
                      after the return of my mobile i got amount of 29523 in my card and
                      5600 in amazon pay balance
                      i was shocked and contacted amazon regarding the exchange amount and
                      raised a query they said it will take 3 to 5 business days to solve
                      the issue and no one contacted me regarding it
                      so again and again i contacted amazon support regarding it no one
                      solved my issue
                      one day an amazon executive named binil raj had promised me that i
                      will get that 3000 amount in my amazon pay balance with in 24hrs
                      i waited for 24 hrs and again contacted amazon customer team regarding
                      it he said he want two days time to recheck it and he will call back
                      me 3 days passed and he never contacted me
                      so i contacted amazon customer team today evening the executive never
                      tried to listen what i am going to say just simply told me what she
                      wanted to say and the call was dropped and she didn't call me back
                      what she told me that a mail was send from amazon to me regarding the refund
                      and i again contacted at around 9;30 pm they said i wont get that
                      amount they said they can only take feedback regarding it
                      because of this issue for the past 18 days i don't have a mobile to
                      use, i got fake promises from amazon executive, I lost 3000 rs of exchange amount for
                      exchanging my perfectly working new looking good mobile
                      i send the above message to amazon customer support mail
                      but they are not even responding to it
                      so again i contacted amazon support they are simply avoiding my problem and just replying me is there anything else we can help you with
                      i never imagined this would happen from amazon

                        I wanted to tell you that on 25 june I ordered a intex underwater swimming pool of price 1099 from amazon . They were 2 and I returned 1 of them. When they asked about my account details I entered the correct account no. Which is [protected] but by mistake I entered wrong account holder name. The account holder name I entered was Renu grover but the actual account holder name is Saloni grover. I think due to that issue my payment is stuck. And it is not even a small amount which I could forget. For me it is a big amount I would request you to please do something with this issue. And amazon has claimed that my amount is stuck from the bank's side. In this issue their is no role from their side . But they gave me a reference no. Which could help you

                          Amazon pay later service

                          My registered mobile number is [protected]
                          On 5th August 906 rupees due and its auto debited late night but on 6th August i check amazon pay later due it's shows over due then i repayment of this amount by debit card and payment is completed no overdue shows. But when i check my SBI account statement it shows to time payment done.
                          So i requested please refund my extra money paid by debit card.

                          Absolutely disgusted with Amazon's delivery service. On three occasions I have have parcels flung over my wall into my compound in plain sight an open invitation for thieves. The first two times it was bedding and I was not home and pouring down with rain when I got home. I did complained to Amazon and received no response and to two delivery drivers who said it was not them but would report it to their managers. But as it was bedding and well wrapped I kept the items. Today I was home, did not get a phone call re delivery but found another Amazon parcel flung over my wall in broad daylight. This was an electric prestige delight rice cooker. I did not even open the item but requested a return. It's a cooker printed on the box in big black capital letters so what damage was done throwing it over the wall. The box is clearly damaged. Rang and had a chat with two Amazon customer care staff terrible response not apology but the second person said return is indicated so what's the problem. I requested that someone from Amazon in charge call me but she said not possible it's being dealt with through return so no problem. Too thick to understand it was an electrical item and could have been damaged throwing it over the wall. I've been a loyal customer to amazon spending lacks over the years and told her to close my account again response can't do that its another department's responsibility. I have now ordered the item from flipcart and won't deal with Amazon India unless I receive an apology.

                            I order on Amazon at 6th July 2021 a GO PRO hero 9 black but I didn't receive my order so that I complain again that and they told .e you wait for 15 working days and you get your refund because this order cancelled from our Saller end I wait for 15 days but I didn't get my refund I called them again and they told me wait for 15 days but I get receive mail from Amazon and they told me I am not eligible for refund and they don't give reason about it. My 35, 000 stuck there and the don't give me refund. Here I attach some documents like Amazon give me one courier number and I track that the courier delivered to on Surat address here I attach document ..

                              My ORDER #[protected], Dated:26 July 2021 in Amazon, i ordered 2pcs 4 Channel DC 12V Relay Module with Optocoupler X 2sets. Totally 4 pcs i oredered. But, that seller sent me only 2pcs. So, i made a replacement request(ORDER #[protected], Dated:2 August 2021) in Amazon. But, next time seller send me the IR module one(1pc) irrelevantly and intentionally the seller cheated me. I wrote a review on Amazon, still they didn't displayed in Amazon review. Amazon also support these type of sellers. This seller must be blocklisted from Amazon, Because no other buyers affected like me. I lost more than 15 days because of this useless amazon and their seller.

                                    I bought Amazfit Bip U Pro on[protected] and it got delivered on[protected]. I tried using this product for three days and I found that Alea is not working properly and Gps option is not working.

                                    I tried contacting Amazon customer care on[protected] and the customer care agent kept me on hold for 20 mins with no response from her side.
                                    And I disconnected the call and tried contacting customer care again and again but no luck. Later on, I came to know that I was blocked from contacting customer care for doing unusual activity in my account(But I didn't do anything other than calling customer care).

                                      I had ordered for a 8 piece (2 pack of 4) curtains in total, but today I got a delivery of only 2 pieces of curtain. Not only that, the quality of the curtain is not good. I will add photos of it, to elaborate more accurately. Please look into the matter. Amazon dissapointed me today.
