Hey my order id is[protected]
I have order air sofa cum bed . And amazon delivered me faulty air pump so how can i supposed to use that although shipping box was not good. Amazon please do something noone is entertaining me its very bad if you guyz want i can make a youtube video and post it too that how you guyz treating prime members. I can understand that sometimes the product got some problems but atleast help me nah ...

    I ordered a product from Amazon on 23 July. I received the item on 27 July and I placed a return request on the same day. And my item got picked on next day. I returned the same item I received but when I contacted amazon customer service, they said that they haven't received the same item. And I can't receive the refund. They are trying to do fraud with me. I don't know what to do please help me.

      Hello Team,

      Good day.

      I am writing this email because of the reason that the above mentioned order valued 20, 000 INR is not yet delivered to my house. But the status says the product is delivered. I have sufficient proofs that the order is not delivered.

      I am PRIME member both in GERMANY and INDIA for many years now and I never experienced this kind of issue in the last several years.

      Yesterday I had a call with customer service and they promised to investigate the complaint. I have not received any complaint number yet. Unfortunately I have my Cargo planned to Germany during end of 1st Week of August. If the issue is not sorted out by then I will have to pay heavy price to ship the order to Germany which is not possible.

      Let me know what can de done to solve this issue. Expecting your speedy support.

        I Had paid on Amazon with my axis debit card for an order on 29-Jun-2021, which I cancelled later on. The total money I paid was ₹1590.00. I did not receive my refund days after either. I contacted the Amazon team, and they had said that the refund was credited to me. But I received no such notification yet.

            Hello,
            i have paid inr 555/_ to a shop on 01.08.2021 using amazon pay. Amazon showed that the transaction has failed. Money debited from my account but didn't credited to shop account. It's been three days now and still no credit amount can be seen.

                I ordered a one plus nord CE 5G - charcoal ink (8gb ram) Mobile Phone Order Number is #[protected] via Amazon India, I was supposed to receive this product on[protected]. Finally delivery was done today after a week, though I am an amazon prime member and found that Amazon India promised one day and priority customer service failed and disappointed in that too, yet I paid the full amount of 24, 999 (Inclusive GST) failed to deliver.
                After they delivered, Mobile touch was not working for the first time hands on use from unboxing got handed( Proof attached). After, I called customer care reported this issue and they did not solve this issue, which they accepted but when it came to pick up they kept rescheduling their pickup and denied any refund as per my request. I asked them if I do not get this product on time then it is of no use or not worth it to me because I want to give to my dad who is going to travel on 5th July 2021 someone special to me. This was ordered as a gift for my parents but it's a huge disappointment due to Amazon or seller carelessness, I can not fully fill it I thought.

                Though I could cancel this Item, how will I get the same product locally in a short time period therefore I did not cancel. Amazon showed no sympathy for human emotion and behaved unethically. I Attached the apology letter received from the Amazon India Customer care representative in that he accepted their mistake.

                I don’t know how amazon sellers process products like this without QC and deliver a defective product, Even from the mistake of someone else I am the one going to suffer even if I paid this much amount.

                Tell me where is the fault of the customer, the money can get refunded, that’s fine, but i can't take this mobile, due to your foolish policy for technician visit and I can't wait for another 2days and So, I need a proper justification from amazon to clear my issue. Either I need a return or replacement by tomorrow at any cost. Anyhow I am going to file a complaint if at all not amazon does not help with this scenario.

                Even After that as well I complained to customer care more than 20 times and spoke for more than an hour but orders could not be picked up on time or no solution was provided. I am now completely hopeless and frustrated from Amazon India as my whole amount has been gone and I don’t have a product to use in hand for the same even after i spent this much.

                Solution - Need Return or replacement for this product to be done by 4th July maximum date. Take this as an important case and think from a customer point of view and clear this issue as per my preference.

                    Dear Amazon team,

                    This mail regarding damage in material delivered. 2 days back I ordered through my friend's account in Amazon LG 8kg refrigerator, yesterday I received the material with little scratches and dent
                    The outer package looks good. There is no damage but the machine body is damaged with scratches and also it is not looking good as new. It feels like a refurbished machine.
                    That delivery person simply replied it is not damaged, it is normal only. My self paid the total amount on ordering itself but received the damaged machine only. Refer attached snap.
                    I'm not expecting this kind of service from amazon. Kindly look into this matter.

                      Amazon delivered me this disease spreading shoes today. I complained to them. They refunded my money. But they are refusing to upload my review saying I have complained about seller in the review. I don't get it. Unable to understand. My review must be uploaded.

                          I have ordered a boAt Airdopes 311v2 Bluetooth Truly Wireless Earbuds on 15/07/2021. But I have returned my product.
                          Amazon initiated the refund on 21/07/2022 and it was expected to come on 26/07/2021.
                          Amazon gave me refrence I'd
                          30005111961196112587977.
                          But the money is still not showing in my account. I have contacted the bank as per guided by the Amazon and filed a complaint but Bank is saying that this is the fault from the Amazon side and there is no transaction available with this refrence number and also told me that they can't do anything in this case . Please solve this problem as soon as possible

                            I am Swarupa Deb, on 17th of July 2021 from my amazon prime account, I had attempted to buy a Redmi 10S mobile phone for 14999/-, however upon payment my order became pending and finally order got cancelled. During all this process 14999/- was deducted from my husband, Aniket Nandan's SBI account through net-banking mode. I had repeatedly called the customer care at amazon and they told me that money has not been received by the merchant and to contact my bank.
                            Upon contacting my bank, I filed a complaint with the bank and they responded stating that "As confirmed with the merchant, transaction IGALNVXVR4 has been successful and settled on 17-July -2021. For more details kindly contact your merchant".

                            In SBI account's transaction history too, the bank has clearly mentioned that the transaction took place. Find the copy of transaction history attached.

                            This has become a serious issue and I am feeling harassed due to the responses received form amazon customer care. Thus I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with a concrete resolution, since it appears that money is somewhere stuck and is not being released back.
                            I wish to be refunded as 14999/- is a substantial amount.

                                I placed an order on 16th July, 2021 on Amazon from my SBI account. The bank says they completed the payment and Amazon says they haven’t received any payment. I meed to get my refund asap. It’s been more than 15 days I’ve been going back and forth with amazon and the bank custom services. It was 28243/- payment. I don’t know if the bank has it or the Amazon but I need it back.

                                  I cancelled my order from Amazon of Rs. 1199 on 18th July 2021. The refund processed on 21 July and expected credit date was 26th July. But I didn't receive the amount in my account at all as of now. The refund reference number given to me by Amazon is 30005111971197124054277. When I contacted Amazon customer care, he said to concern this reference number with PNB customer care.

                                  Please help me out.

                                    @amazon am a regular customer for the Amazon buy now am very upset for the service of amazon. Last week I ordered child electric ninja bike i received on 27 july after checking the product some part is missed on the product I asked for the replacement but they told me that I need to return it by self return from outside courier. So made the self return after 5 days still it's not reached the place now the professional courier telling that the seller addess doesn't have deliver limit . Am facing lots of issue in this very worst service from the Amazon I brought from them but I need to sent it to the seller means then why Amazon. Amazon not ready to get back the product from me.
