I made a payment on 5th july 2021 that was a credit card bill payment from amazon order id was[protected] and amount was debited from my kotak Mahindra bank account but the transaction was declined amount deducted but not credited back to my account

      Appended below details are self-ecplanatory.
      It is rather puzzling, as, in spite of 4 reminders, I have neither received a positive response from Customer Service of Canara Bank or credit of Rs.1089/- in my account with them. Every time I incur unnecessary expense by way of sending my representative with passbook to the bank.

      I have had so many orders and dealings with Amazon, where every transaction had gone smoothly, this case is earning a bad name for AMAZON, who is also keeping quiet. It will rather be embarrassing for me and AMAZON to start all over and approach Andoerin to cancel all present arrangements, and send me a cheque directly.

      I request you to please arrange to close the matter by sending a cheque, and cancel your RRN.

            This is with respect to the above mentioned order dated 15th July. I received a damaged product. I always make video and same i made. I contacted amazon on call and chat on the same day and asked for their help. They asked for the pics and the same i provided to them. As their was no option to upload video and they said pics are enough, i complied with tht. Next day i decided to provide them video and ask them on twitter (my biggest mistake). The social media team thereafter took over the investigation on 16th wnd asked me to wait for 1-2 days. Today 21st is over and I'm yet to receive any final report regarding the damaged product. Whenever i contact them they reply with the same bot mails or copy pasted mails asking me to wait further. Even after requesting and begging for speedy response they say they haven't got response from the investigation team nd thus can't help. I'm at my limit sir, I'm dejected, frustrated and deeply worried abt my money. I paid money for a complete product not for a damaged product. I HEREBY REQUEST YOU WITH FOLDED HANDS TO KINDLY LOOK INTO MY ISS ASAP SIR 🙏🙏🙏🙏. I'M REALLY AT MY LIMIT 😭.

            MANISHANKAR is the name of the person who is looking into my matter from social media team. And I have been getting copy pasted mails which r fooling me from POOJA, JYOTHI, KARTIK, TREVOR, SRIRAM ETC. They don't want to listen to me .

            I request u sir pls help me 😭😭. Also guide me where should I go from here as social media team is really pathetic at the moment qnd fays after days fooling me

              After cancelling an item on 25 Jun’21 I have not received the amount of Rs. 28300/- till this time 22 Jul’21 for order ID[protected])
              After raising complaint their customer service associates are saying me as a customer can not do anything but to wait as a helpless creature.

                Amazon order no. #[protected], placed on 28 March 2021, Crompton cooler. Mail 1/4/21 shows dispatched, Sold by: PiyshStore. Rukhsana talked on 16/4/21 that delay is due to LOCKDOWN. PiyushStore replied on 18/6/21 that our account is suspended 2 months back so unable to help you, contact Amazon.
                Contact option on customer service page of Amazon rejecting calls by stating unable to find your order. Reem replied on 23/6/21 to contact amazon.in site. Sethu Soss replied on 25/6/2021 that he is setting special team to settle the matter..But there is no further progress.. Raksha replied on 5/7/21 to send mail from Registered email id. Mail sent on2/7/21 from Registered email id replied unable to deliver massage even after multiple retries. Same message again on July 3, 4 and 5 also. It appears that email is also blocked.
                Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Three weeeks have elapsed after the complaint is made, but there is no response whatsoever.

                  Amazon customer services are saying a refund has been initiated from their side. But they are not able to provide the refund reference number for this transaction with the help of which I can talk to bank customer care to track that refunded amount to my credit card.

                    I purchased ifflicon tv for 11 july 2021.dilivery date is 17 july but not dilivery. I complain for amazon customer care no. Costomer care ask 24 hours solved your problem.next day message out for dilivered today but evening massage dely dilivery on customer request. No any type of call me any dilivery agent. I complain 18, 19, 20, and 21 july daily but not respon. All time asked your problem solved 24 hours. Dilevery agent daily message out for dilivered and evening massage without call delay dilivert on customer request. Three time call for tcl agent installation but amazon agent not dilivery my tv. I mently harested company behavior.

                      I have purchased a tab "I KALL N4 4G Calling Tablet (7 Inch, 1GB, 16GB, Dual Sim, Volte) (Black)" of Rs 5699 on 6th July 2021 from Amazon India, Which is damaged tab, not opening.

                      When i requested for return, the return was approved but neither the courier person is picking up the product nor they are returning my amount.

                            I had returned a product to amazon, and i got a message from amazon that i will get my amount from 28/6/21 to 2/7/21.amazon also give me a transaction refund reference number. But ultimately i didn't not get money till now.this is message from amazon-
                            Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.1799.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by Next 5 business days.

                            The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

                            In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Refund Reference Number. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                            Sbi bank says that it is not our fault, this is issue of amazon.

                                I ordered a slipper through Amazon which was delivered on 13th of July 2021. The product was defective and seems to be used prior to being delivered. I since then have tried to return the slipper FIVE times. The first three times the pick up guy refused to take it back but the last two times they didn’t even show up. When I tried to call them upfront they won’t pick up. All Amazon does is to assure me that my product will get picked up the following day and it has been embarrassing for me to stand out every day for the pick up guy only to get the pick up cancelled for a trash product that has been delivered to me.

                                  Amazon mailed the refund status on 24 June 2021 but then everytime I cal customer care they send a mail it is processing technical error etc but it's been 25 days now (20 July 2021) I haven't received the refund when asked to bank the bank told merchant did not process the refund yet

                                    I saw vaccancy in Quikr for data entry in amazon India Pvt Ltd applied for the job they conduct interview through telephone and ask me to wait for selection confirmation .next day they call and told me iam selected and check the email and also send me offer letter application form and QR code for sending money rs 1500 for security uniform and I'd card and will Refund after completing 7 days training .I paid the money bcoz when I try to scan the code it mention the amazon name and also the offer letter are also very clear about their terms but one thing they not properly say about the job location next day received another call ask rs 5000 for starting salary account in hdfc and apply for mediclaim also send account opening form in hdfc ask scanned signature and personal bank account details .I feel something fishy so I not paid the amount bcoz without knowing the job location and also without complete the training how they start bank account
