I shopping a 3 products- tshirt, Chawanpras and paragon sleeper from Amazon.but my money is not refunded, and I cancelled my product same days.
Amazon provide me a refund reference no.

I had returned a product to amazon, and i got a message from amazon that i will get my amount from 28/6/21 to 2/7/21.amazon also give me a transaction refund reference number. But ultimately i didn't not get money till now.this is message from amazon-
Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.1799.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by Next 5 business days.

The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

Sbi bank says that it is not our fault, this is issue of amazon.

I ordered a slipper through Amazon which was delivered on 13th of July 2021. The product was defective and seems to be used prior to being delivered. I since then have tried to return the slipper FIVE times. The first three times the pick up guy refused to take it back but the last two times they didn’t even show up. When I tried to call them upfront they won’t pick up. All Amazon does is to assure me that my product will get picked up the following day and it has been embarrassing for me to stand out every day for the pick up guy only to get the pick up cancelled for a trash product that has been delivered to me.

Amazon mailed the refund status on 24 June 2021 but then everytime I cal customer care they send a mail it is processing technical error etc but it's been 25 days now (20 July 2021) I haven't received the refund when asked to bank the bank told merchant did not process the refund yet

I saw vaccancy in Quikr for data entry in amazon India Pvt Ltd applied for the job they conduct interview through telephone and ask me to wait for selection confirmation .next day they call and told me iam selected and check the email and also send me offer letter application form and QR code for sending money rs 1500 for security uniform and I'd card and will Refund after completing 7 days training .I paid the money bcoz when I try to scan the code it mention the amazon name and also the offer letter are also very clear about their terms but one thing they not properly say about the job location next day received another call ask rs 5000 for starting salary account in hdfc and apply for mediclaim also send account opening form in hdfc ask scanned signature and personal bank account details .I feel something fishy so I not paid the amount bcoz without knowing the job location and also without complete the training how they start bank account

I have order oneplus phone on amazon on 25thjune rs 24999 but I have cancel my order after 10min on that day but my refund yet not received it has been 25days gone and my bill date is 25july but they have not refunded my amount

As per order the brand and size is not matching. Now from yesterday I am trying my refund but got response that it will be solved on 20th July. They have mistakes and not want to pay me refund. Kindly help me.

Today, on July 19, 2:40 pm your delivery boy took 100 rupees of mine illegally. The order was of rupees 999 and he took 1100 rupees from me.

This is very surprising matter that Second time that I am receiving a wrong item against my orders.

Why this is happening, Pls explain & arrange a call also on my cell no[protected]

I ordered puma sneakers however they have delivered the wrong product i.e. 1 slipper and some other style of puma shoe only 1 single pair. I already returned the product but it's not updated the system yet. When i talk to csr of Amazon customer care they have told me they did not get the return product hence they cant help me. I've sent the email as well along with the packaging of wrong product delivered...

I had done three transactions of 5699 on amazon through Flipkart axis bank credit card unfortunately my order got cancelled by the company but the refund refrence number is not genrated by the company and i have not the refund yet its been almost 15 days. the date of transaction is 24.06.2020

The product was delivered on July 11th but the installation has not been done till date. Called the customer care on July 17th and they say it’s not possible to cancel now even though the installation should have been done by July 13th. They asked me to wait for another 72 hours from July 17th. I was told even if the installation is not done as promised by them in that 72 hour period, they can’t guarantee a return. HOW CONVENIENT FOR...

I ordered some products on amazon on 25th june. But the order get cancelled. But till now I've received the refund amount of rs 22796. I contacted amazon too many times but they didn't give me any solution. Please refund my money from amazon.

This is praveen kumar, customer of our branch with account number[protected], i have done payment on 3rd feb 2021 Ammount of 1499/- . Then thw Ammount was refunded by the same on 6th feb 2021 with RRN no.[protected] . The Ammount was not yet credited in my account . I have attached details regarding the problem
