I ordered the product of ₹149 on Amazon.in with Amazon Pay UPI which is linked with SBI A/c. In first case of order the transaction failed & money deducted from my bank A/c but Amazon Revised my payment of ₹149.
But in Second Case of order as I was told by Amazon to retry the payment, I initiated payment with Amazon Pay UPI & Again transaction failed & Money Got Deducted from My Bank A/c, But Amazon didn't Revised My Payment which is ₹149.

    My name khelaram das, my amazon registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com. I had order panasonic trimmer, order id is[protected] and it was defected. I returned this on 29 th june. Pickup done but my money not refunded. And I order fortune mustard oil 5 litr jar. I received this product in damage condition. I call customer care he said he give refund. But money not credited on my account. Just now I got a mail that my account is closed. Still now money not refunded. And amazon said my refund cancel. Please help

      I had cancelled an order immediately after ordering it, the refund was initiated by amazon but after the promised credit date no money was credited into my account..I contacted the bank and they said no refund is detected in their servers.Also amazon hasnt given me my refund reference number yet (RRN)

        I have ordered and delivered a Hindware Nadia 90 CM 1200 m3/hr filterless Auto clean kitchen Chimney, Order no is[protected] order date is 27.06.2021, delivered on 28.06.2021.

        When technician visited to install it he advised me that it is wrong chimney in respect of size, so i need 60 CM one.

        I was not aware that it comes in multiple sizes and i need to get measurement of the space before ordering.

        When i call customer technical team they say it is not replacable with different sizes and also not returnable.

          I had a purchased a product on amazon on 30/04/2021 using my canara bank credit card but my order was cancelled by amazon that amount not received. i asked for refund as per their confirmation refund reference number as 6197445131646649406100 for Rs 1323.75 i had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i had to mail you. Please help me sir in this matter so that money is credited to my account at the earliest

              I received the Damaged product as soon as i opened the order I have ordered this item with other two orders together but I received each one separately and as the last item i received was completely damaged and glass is broken and i tried to reach customer care they did not respond properly and I asked for even replacement i did not received proper response.                 My name is Ashok Kumar Mishra and I had ordered Redmi Note 10 of RS.14499(ordered twice and cancelled twice ) in Amazon on (20th June 2021) and cancelled on the same day. And on 25th June 2021 the refund was to get credited in my source account of Indian Overseas Bank.
                Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                30005411721171143457891 and 30005411721171094652136 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Overseas Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                    I ordered Oswal one piece commode but a damay product was delivered. I raised pickup request 4-5 times but everytime Amazon delivery partners gave false information and updated status as customer cancelled pickup.

                        Item is very cheap quality and it was under warranty and its inner some parts were defected, when i call company to change it they told that we have to send them the item or we have to take help from local shop. They will provide the defective part. 6 months passed they have not sent any material and now they are asking to send the machine . I have attached the entire chat . Kindly help.

                                On 8-May-2021 I ordered a product from Amazon India.
                                On using my ICICI credit card, I was suppose to receive the cash back. On checking in my Amazon account, it shows no information about cash back. I also called and enquired at ICICI bank, they informed me to check with Amazon only.
                                And Amazon customer care does not has any provision to check/enquire about cutomer queries.

                                Please help to get the cash back. Amazon should not cheat customers about cash back offers during purchase and not providing anything after the purchase is done!
