Hi,
Amazon India delivered a faulty product which was return after complain but Amazon not refunded the amount.
After pickup the return product amazon refuse the pickup. Kindly help to get our refund.

    This is regarding my order of Asus Zenbook Flip S laptop from Amazon India that I ordered and cancelled on 25 June for personal reason.

    The refund for the same was expected to be credited in my Credit Card by 1 July, however, I didn't receive the same.

    So I contacted customer service multiple times and thry escalated this to the "MAXIMUM POSSIBLE LEVEL" as per their matrix but still I am waiting for the same.

    It's been a month and I'm still awaiting the refund due to which I'm unable to utilize my very own credit card.

    I'm tired of calling customer service over and over and listening to wait endlessly (even they don't know when this will get resolved).

    Request you to please look into this matter.

      I ordered on 13th July, and cancelled on 14th of July, from then Amazon people are saying next Day the pickup will happen, they are just telling stories, but they are not picking the product, and they are not giving refund to me.

        Dear sir/madam I order mi10i mobile and screengaurd and back cover on 23 June 2021 and I cancelled on the same day. But still my amount is not credited to my account. Order number 7933. As my credit card intrest charges are high how can I pay such a big amount.
        I called sooo many times to Amazon customer service they keep on draging it and extending the dates to resolve issue initial lly they told 5 th of this month and next they said 15th of this month and again they said 100% it I'll get resolved by 23rd of this month today I called to check again they are extended to next three business days what is happening I got totally confused. If it not resolved immediately I already spoke to a layer to raise a complaint against the issue legally. Please decided yourself as I fedup with this issue

          Myself Padmaja Naikal. I received a call from a person name Tara phn number +[protected]. She told me he is the hr of amazon, and told me someone is calling you for your first round interview. The number from where I received call was +[protected]. After sometime Ms. Sneha HR again call me and asked few questions to check my communication skills. I replied those in a fine way. Then after sometime Ms. Sneha HR told me that I am selected in amazon and give a offer letter through my WhatsApp and told me that I have to pay rupees 3000 for security deposit. Already 1800 was taken as deposit after that they shared offer letter through whatsapp, Seeing the offer letter I thought that it is true. Now they are asking again 2300 for the laptop and wifi for the dispatch of it from the company side. Which they are saying its refundable, and which was not priorly informed. I lost my 1800 rupees believeing its true. I want my money back. I have attached the proofs of payment. Please resolve it.

          Probation

          Hours of Work
          You shall abide by the policy on working days and working hours as applicable to you and this can be reviewed from time to time based on business exigencies. You shall have no objection to working on shifts or staggered shift duty hours, if required.
          Good Faith and Confidentiality
          During your employment with the Company, you will devote the whole of your energies to your work and you will not - directly or indirectly - carry-on or engage or be interested in any other business or trade or employment or project or assignment of any nature, regardless of whether it has a monetary benefit or not.
          You shall not induce, recruit or solicit, either directly or indirectly, any employee or client or customer of the Company for a period of 12 months from the date of your separation from the Company.
          You shall keep all confidential information that comes to your knowledge during your employment with us and shall not use or disclose or attempt to disclose any of the secrets or confidential information of the Company or its subsidiaries or associated companies to any person - internal or external - or to any agency or entity, except as authorized or required by your duties.
          You will be also responsible for the safekeeping and return in good condition and order, of all Company assets-hardware and software - including Books, Documents, Files, Digital products like CD's and DVD's, Credit and Debit Cards, Passwords or Authorization Codes, etc., which will be in your use, custody or charge during your employment with us.
          Inventions and Patents
          All inventions, creations, developments, improvements and any or all work done by you either your employment with the Company shall remain the property of and singly or jointly during vested in the Company.
          The Company reserves the right to obtain copy right or patent registration of any invention, creation, development or improvement of any work done by you either singly or jointly during your employment with us.
          You will execute all papers and documents that may be necessary to obtain patents or copyrights in favour of the Company.
          Termination of Employment
          Your services may be terminated any time during the probationary period by giving 15 days notice in writing by either side and without assigning any reasons thereof.
          Your services may be terminated after confirmation by giving 30 days notice in writing by either side in accordance with Notice Period Policy.
          If you leave the employment of the company without giving the required notice as per Notice Period Policy, then you will have to pay the payment in lieu of notice period, otherwise, we shall have the right to recover/deduct/adjust the same from your salary/legal dues, if any, against the unserved notice period as per Notice Period Policy and any other dues payable by you to the company.
          In case of absconding or unauthorized absence from work or non-submission of resignation as per Exit Policy, the Company reserves the right to hold all your legal dues till all the formalities will be completed and also recover/deduct/adjust the same from your legal dues, if any other dues payable by you to the company.
          Jurisdiction
          It is agreed that all disputes between you and the Company shall have jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. All other terms and conditions shall be as per the general or specific rules of the Company in force from time to time.
          Period of Employment
          The age of retirement shall be 58 years and on superannuation you shall be entitled to such benefits as are available under the law and/or the rules framed by the Company.
          General
          Please note that individual salary is a confidential matter and not to be discussed with any other employee.
          You will keep us informed of any change in your mobile phone number or your residential address or your marital status.

            This is with regard to above order no which was purchased on 26th of June however owing to some size issue have placed request for return.Have almost placed request for 6th time since the day product has delivered to me, and your pick up person also visited everytime but refused to accept since non availability of price tag. Have spoken with your customer care executive and already raised this issue many times however none of them failed to address the issue appropriately.I just got the assurance only and nothing else.Have been associate with you for long time and surprised to see the amount of service being provided by you now a days where customer not getting any importantance.some I feel your customer care people's are not competent enough to handle the issue since this is one of the small request which require only proper coordination and nothing else. I must say you have wasted so much of valuable time of me in last 2 weeks.

            Have lost my patience now and not in a position to take this forward anymore.want you to please look at the issue on priority and process my refund in a day time.if you are not picking up the product because of your internal problem then it's your issue and you don't have the rights to hold the customer funds for long time.

            Request you to please process the refund and confirm back by tomorrow.

                    Refund of ₹3540
                    Amazon claims that on 25/06/2021 at 3:26pm IST they have issued refund of ₹3540 on my mastercard ending 1436. The amount is not reflecting in my account statement. Would like to confirm the status. Please do the needful.

                      I was raised return complaint for Ordered on 7 July 2021 Order#[protected] after receiving the item because it was not as per my requirement/expectation and return was as per company's policy. Seller was dispatched again another piece of the same product when i saw my amazon account then i was raised cancelled order of this.

                      Now seller not arrange for collection of this item from my home and nor refunded my money till date. Kindly resolve the my issue .

                        We ordered one item through amazon and we received the item broken. The item was returned immediately. Again we received the same item on 17/07/2021 but it also broken. We immediately lodged request for return of item and refund of the amount on 17/07/2021 through mobile app.

                        But till now the issue isn't resolved.

                            On 17/07/2021 I made an online order to the merchant Amazone for Vegetable seeds for 439/-rs & payment of it was done through SBI internet banking mode... Amount deducted soon after it but on a few minutes amazone sent a mail of Order cancellation for the reason of Failure payment & amount wil be refunded if duducted... No amount refunded so i complained twice to the concerned bank throught online service. The resolved & closed the complaint by giving supportive description that gateway transation was successful & the same amount is credited to concerned merchant.. When i called back to Amazone care the told amount not credited to us... So plz resolve the problem & refund the amount

                                I was misbehaved by a Amazon executive for not having change money ye he called me to my society gate which was 1 km away from my home and acted very rude and in a loud tone asked me to bring the change, the order amount was 440/- and i gave him a 500/- note. He humiliated me with his rude and loud behaviour.

The person from Amazon came and resived it on 28jun and then on 8 jul got a mail the amount has been credited. Which is not yet transferd to my account.                                       They askd me to contact customer service. I have done. Then they asked me to contact my main branch I have done. Then they asked me to submit dispute form.i have done it.. Even I have raised complaint against my bank in customer service. And now when i contact them they say this only solution we have.

                                        Same problem happened with me. I purchased redmi 9 and one year protection plan as well on 23 june and returned it on 26 june. I did not get my mobile(5949) refund it. I only got my one year protection plan refund that is 499.wbat they are doing they are giving me one refrence number for both the product.
                                        How it can B possible if they sent me money from one refrence id so I will get refund of both the items but I got refund of only one item.i did not get my mobile refund that is 5949.am really fed up with amazon. My number is [protected]
