I am an senior citizen aged 73years wish to play the game since your product description shows that it is easily to downladed hence I have placed the order as per above on 05-07-21
Surprised to note that I have received a notice from the seller that Order Id and Product name asked me to send whatsapp and mail noted therein I have also send whatsapp and Mail on 14-07-21 to the address noted in the notice ( Xerox copty attached here in)till now there is no reply from their end both whatsapp and mail
You have dealing with a fraudulent supplier so you are requested to return the money amount paid by me to my bankers Rs.655/-immediately a line of reply is solicited from your end to me

    I have ordered AmazonBasics 564 L Side-by-Side Door Refrigerator (Silver Steel Finish) the order id is #[protected]

    I have opted for a warranty claim service because of the failure of the sensor panel which can able to control the temperature of the refrigerator. As soon as I started facing this issue (in April 2021) I have contacted the helpdesk. They have filed my issue and in return, they have sent me a mail stating that my issue will be taken up by a technician, and the person has called me and said - The sensor panel needs to be changed. And he had raised the order request for sensor panel. It has to be delivered and installed by date - 17 July 2021 (as mentioned by amazon technical team).

    Now, none of the technicians is responding to my calls and the current technician is responding with very rude behavior. I am regularly following up with the helpdesk but my issue is not yet resolved. The warranty period is of 1year on the product and 5 years on the condenser. It seems like they are neglecting the customer issues. They are postponing the dates but no solution to my issue. I have also raised a complaint with the amazon helpdesk about the technician. But there is no use.

    Kindly help me with the justice as earliest as possible.

            I purchased Malabar Gold & Diamonds 22k (916) 5 gm Yellow Gold Coin (3 units) online using Amazon app. At the time of order, no details regarding the delivery was mentioned. Once the order was placed on 23 July 2021, it was showing the deliveriy date between 6th April and 11th April 2021. I immediately contacted amazone to cancel the order. However Amazon representative informed that they were unable to cancel the order as it was a gold purchase. They informed that they can raise a cancellation request and if the seller (Malabar gold and diamonds) is not responding within 48 hrs amazon has an option to cancel the order and process the refund. I again waited for 48 hrs. In the mean time I received a message from Seller (Malabar gold and diamonds), that they can't deliver the item and it will take more time. When ever I request for cancellation, I am getting the same response from seller (Malabar gold and diamonds). Now since 48 hrs completed I again contacted amazon this time they are telling that they can't cancel and seller (Malabar gold and diamonds) has to cancel the order. Escalations was raised and waited for another 48 hrs. Story continues and no help received. The attitude of the employees were as if they were giving it for free. No one was even ready to listen or help. Just keep telling the same thing. I need the order to be cancelled and refund be issued at the earliest

                      I am Ajay Choure savings bank account holder of your bank with a/c no [protected]. on 17/07/2021 when I tried to make a transaction for an amount of 20, 949.00 Rs on Amazon website through internet banking my money was deducted but the transaction is not yet completed.
                      When I contacted the Amazon customer care they replied that they didn’t receive any money for that particular transaction

                      They replied money will refund after 5 working days, but my money not refund
                      It has been 10 days since then and I have called multiple of reminders. they don't response properly

The amount has been refunded by amazon and still my refund amount is not received in my RBL Super card account. When I try to get my RRN number from Amazon, they said that, they have not received from RBL Bank end. Then I try to contact RBL Bank, they told me that they are not still received from merchant side. Please do the needful immediately.

                              Hi,
                              On the 20th of July, I ordered Sony wf-1000xm3 truly wireless earbuds worth 15000rs. I got the product on the 23rd of July, and when I opened it, guess what the box was empty. I recorded the video, and instantly after opening the box I called Amazon they told me it will take 5 days to resolve the problem from their end. And today is the 5th day(28th of July) I called them but they are not replying now, they are saying I got the product. so now I am going to take legal action against it, 15000 does not come for free. I am attaching the video kidly check that too.

                                Order no[protected]. The item in their catalog specified the item as organic stuff sweet dried ginger. But, when the product arrived it was salty dried ginger. Hence, I asked for replacement. They said that it is non-returnable item and hence cannot be taken back. The item is still with me. I want replacement.
