I made an order of ₹8720 on 03/05/2021. not satisfied and made complaint to amazon.com.
they initiated the refund and mailed me all about that. The provide The RRNo also. At the calling to sbi costumer service the told me go to amazon.com again. Amazon.com initiated refund on 16 May, 2021. but still I Ã m waiting.

      I have ordered Samsung 551 Litres 3 Star Frost Free Inverter Double Door Refrigerator on 23 june 2021.
      scheduled delivery was on 30-june-3021.i was expecting this on scheduled date but did not delivered and was not able to track status also.
      i started contacting amazon customer service after 30th jun 2021regarding it.After contacting many times via call and chat, amazon help
      team told me that product is in shipping stage and you will get update in 2 buisness day.every after 2 day i used to contact amazon help team
      and i get update that you will get update soon regarding shipment details but i did not get any updated regarding it.
      i have purchase it using credit card and i am paying interest without having product.

      amazon help team are so much liars that i have lost trust to amzon now.
      Looks like amazon is not interested to ressolve problem but interested in increasing financial loss problem to customer.

        I ordered a 'SONY WH-CH510 WIRELESS HEADPHONE-BLACK' on 23rd June and paid using my SBI credit card, but I cancelled the order immediately. The refund was initiated on 24th June but I haven't received it to the date. I have regularly called Amazon but the problem is still unresolved. The order ID is :ORDER #[protected].

          I have been using Amazon for the last ten years and didn’t have any difficulty in login or placing order. But since 15th July I am unable to login. I tried several times with given mail id and password. They have sent otp but didn’t receive any otp on mobile or email. But after reaching home I tried on my I pad and it asked to change the password so accordingly ai have done. Luckily it works on my I pad. But in my office when I was trying to login on my laptop it says failed . I have tried several times entering the password and captcha. But didn’t work I have not received any otp on registered mobile or email. How to login. Your Customercare no don’t work and are out of order.Is this login limited only to I pad at home.
          It is disgusting. If this continues I think I better switch to some other online shopping site

            I ordered a product from sbi credit card which was later cancelled but no refund since 24 June has been credited to my credit card. I am fed up of talking to amazon customer service but they are not helping properly.

              Hello
              i want to complaint about amazon as i had ordered cell phone on 24th june (redmi 9a) with sbi credit card of rupees 5699 but next day amazon had cancelled the order and intitiate refund as it is showing refund will be successed on 30th june and it is successfully paid but when i had checked my credit card there is no amount credit. it is a fraud done by amazon. i had called 4 to 5 times to amazon customer care but they are not responding well and keep repeating same thing that it will take 24 to 72 hours. i had asked them to give me reference number of my refund so i can contact to bank.
              my order id is #[protected] and i am attaching screenshot also.
              please find a solution as soon as possible

                    I had placed two orders one of Rs 2699 and other of Rs 2049 on 24 june and had cancelled that on the same date that was 24 june 2021 but I have not received the refund of the orders till now and nor have I received the refund reference id for which I had complained on 4th july. Please look in the matter and help initiate the refund as early as possible.

                      I Reetu Naudiyal from Dehradun . I want to state that I have a account in Amazon.in. I have order a product (noisefit endure smartwatch) of order I’d[protected] on 23 July . Then I cancelled order on same day and payment was prepaid . According to Amazon my refund initiated and reflected in my account till 4 July 2021. But after that when my refund is not reflected I called Amazon customer care they said reference no. Of refund is not provide by our backend team that is why your refund is not reflected in your account. We register your complaint internally in which we will not provide you any complaint no. And waiting time is 3 days. After 3 days your refund will reflect in your account.
                      After 3 days I have not received my refund then I called them again same thing repeated n like this I have called them 4 times . But received my refund every time they said same thing . Please help me .

                        I am the prime member of Amazon and on 25th June 2021 and I have placed 4 orders and the order is cancelled by the seller due to MRP error . But after that till now I have not received my amount .                             email on 24th june 2021 the refund was initiated i waited for 5 business
                            days money didn't get credited to my account. I followed up this issue and
                            the case was escalated for the Refund Reference Number which was not
                            provided to me. The supervisor, including amazon support people, told me to
                            wait until Friday,...

                            I orders an watch watch extend from Amazon on 7 July 2021
                            And it was supposed to be delivered in 10th July 2021

                            But I received an empty box

                            Then I raised Complain to Amazon customer care
                            After that they said we will help you and start a investigation

                            After few days
                            They sent me an email
                            From Amazon.in
                            Saying that we heard your complain and processed you refund with refund reference number = #[protected]

                            But when I contacted my bank about that
                            They said their is no money from Amazon

                            Then I again asked to Amazon that is that email

                            They said sir this was just by Mistake

                            I mean seriously Amazon is sending an email about solving issue and refunding by mistake
                            They are trying to fool me with fake email full of lies and untrue words

                            And then when I said if that was your mistake
                            Then when will I get my solution
                            They said sir you will get your solution in 2-3 days

                            I said ok I will wait

                            But Today when I contacted them
                            They totally denied to any help
                            No refund
                            No replacement
                            They totally denied to help and spoke very rudely

                            She was so disrespectful and rude
                            She hurted my self respect and spoke very rudely and disconnected the call without solving my issue with rude tone

                            Now I want help
                            I earned money so hardly to buy that watch
                            And what I got is empty box, rude customer service, time waste
                            And they ended up denying to help with very rude behaviour

                            I am broken
                            I lost my all money and customer service was very rude

                            I need help please
                            I need my money back

                            That was my only saving to buy that smart watch
                            Please help me

                                I purchased a product on amazon 23 jun using my canara bank UPI same was not received money. and I asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund initiated on 06 of July. Still it was not reflected my account but they give me references no[protected].

                                    I ordered an item from Amazon India on 10th July. Today is 14th july the item is just rolling up at same single place somewher in Gujarat from surat to ahmedabad and vice versa.
                                    There is no speeding up in the delivery. As th parcel is to be get delivered in Maharashtra state. Its already wasted 3 days of given time frame of delivery. The main issue is they are not transporting it and status update showing that parcel is delayed due to external factors.
                                    I mean is this the service we are expecting from Amazon. Everytime when we talk or chat with amazon with this they say they will deliver you before this estimated delivery date. We know you will deliver but there is something fine line called about speeding up of delivery and providing efficient service in terms of quality.
