DTDC courier SERVICE COMPANY ASKED ME TO COLLECT THE purchased PRODUCT FROM THEIR OFFICE THEY ARE not READY TO SUPPLY MY ORDERED PRODUCT IN MY HOUSE . I payed to your company for delivering the purchased product in my address.

So I reqest you to give compensation for my inconvenience

I have purchased one Panasonic CC55-Smart charger with rechargeable AA + AAA batteries for Rs. 1500/- and one Marutivilla Brand stainless steeel 360 degree polished faucet for Rs. 379/- on 3.7.2021 both for Rs. 1879/- I have already made payment for the same through my card No. [protected] (VISA) on the same day. Payment successfully done. Order was suppose to deliver between 5 July to 7 July 2021 but as on today I have not received any message. I am enclosing herewith the screen shots of the same of your ready reference. You are requested kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your end.

I ordered an item from amazon which was cancelled automatically by amazon merchant due to out of stock, amazon initiated refund but, I didn't received any refund yet . The item was canceled on[protected] and refund was initiated on[protected] but their is no payment received. Please help, my bank is

My name is Babita Hazra and I had ordered ram of 4899.Amount(hyperx ram ) in Amazon on (Purchase
date) and after (27th June) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (28)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
74332741183118225503814 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is (Card number){Card no is not
mandatory you can enter it if you want better chances of recovery}

Amazon claims that my amount is credited in my account but the amount is still not reflected.

Amount of ₹513 is still not reflected but amzon says it is credited.

Kent Glass electric Kettle, on Sep 2020 the product is in under warranty all of sudden the product got damaged and it stop workingas per the company policy we can get replacement of the product in case of cracked or damage so regarding the same i contact the kent and they send the technician when when he visits he has asked me the invoice and warranty slip so i had downloaded and provide him all the details when he has checked he has noticed there is two different model for the once product means on the actual product there is different model no and on the invoice copy there is different model no . printed. so the kent technician suggest me to call amazon.in customer care. i called the amazon.in customer care and the person told me to get service denial letter from Kent and i have been
keep contacting to KENT and Amazon from last two months but there is no proper responds from both the company's. kindly find the attached copy of Invoice and warranty slip below in this mail .

I think the time has come to take legal action on amazon.in my product is keep watching my face in cracked condition there is no resolution this is the twice the delivery persons are not taking back my cracked kettle they said its damage you have to call amazon customer care so today i called 1:30 p.m. and i spoke to the customer executive name is YASH he's like refusing even not ready to share hes last name or employ id no. i tried to make him understand that the request generated for the RETURN it not from my side so please contact or discuss with your senior authority regarding this complaint or product. but hes not ready listening to me. now you guys are tell me what to do with this product should i register the complaint with consumer forum or share the video which i had clicked that delivery person who had
visited to pick up. coz i dont have any option now.

Kindly note that I have recieved a call from the [protected] ( Mr Rahul Sharma) who mentioned that since I have made purchases from Amazon I have won a Maruti Car as a gift and would require me to make a payment.

On asking how he got my number he said that since that I have made purchases with Amazon he got my number.

On further enquiry, he got agitated and cut the call.
I am unhappy if Amazon has been sharing my contact details with a third party.

I had ordered infinity Fuze 100 by harman bluetooth speaker on date 21.06.2021 whose order number was[protected], price was 1399/-, delivered 23.06.2021 but the product was defective bluetooth could not connect, so I returned it request request done and returned on 24.06.2021 including Amazon curiar pick up boy image, when I talked to Amazon customer care about the refund, they told that the products will get a refund on reaching the warehouse, when I talked to Amazon customer care today Said that the fake goods were returned, due to which I will not get the refund, now Amazon customer care you tell me when the curiar boy of amazon came, was he blind in his eyes, who returned the same, the same I got the same return done, which may be that you guys changed the same on the way, refund me my Rs 1399/- otherwise I am putting this matter in social media and national counsumer girevane number -

I have ordered a laptop on 10.05.2021 and the ordered placed was defective when received and when I placed return request the amazon executive came and took away the laptop but nothing got updated on the app from which i have ordered which is amazon app.
Now when I asked your executive they say that nothing was picked up from their end and only me and the amazon knew about the replacement.
If the person came was not from amazon then it was a leak from amazon employee/executive and it is breach of cunsumer privacy.
kindly take up the matter and initaite refund.
