Hello sir, i am using Amazon from long time, My registered Email Id is "[protected]@gmail.com" and mobile number is [protected], ...sir recently i purchased 4 different veriety of apple plant from 1 seller on 9th june (order #[protected] by paying 1976 rs in prepaid mode...parcel comes on 18th june i gave OTP and tooked the parcel, when i opened the parcel i saw i received only 2 plants instead of 4 and which is in completely dead condition... immediately i contacted amazon Customer service team...they asked me to upload pictures, i uploaded pictures then they said they are raising investigation and i will receive my resolution on or before 24th june...i was in Waiting mode but suddenly today morning i received email saying My account is blocked because of violating the user Agreement... ...i mean what is this, they didn't resolved my issue and blocked my account.. .i am attaching pictures of the order i received... after Blockage of my account i contacted them Via my Sister's Account and i told everything i faced but suddenly they started calling me Fraud, they said i have multiple accounts etc etc... i contacted Advocate to raise this issue in Court but they are asking me fee between 500-1000... although i paid 1976 rs to Amazon...so in both circumstances i will be in Loss... kindly help me sir, i replied to the email which i received after account block, i got another email saying as my account is closed so they can't take Return or they can't issue refund...what can i do now please suggest me

    I order and pay for prolite 18 inch right light and 9ft tripod with mobile holder at a cost of ₹4399... It's a big order for me.. I order on 5 july...And it was supposed to come on 7 july... And I get a call from delivery boy on 7 july.. but I missed it.. because of my personal issues I was facing at that point of time... Even I gave the address on order details.. and can easily access through Google map.. he can reach easily.. if he try his bit...because of this my order get delayed next day i.e july 8 then on July 8 was like worst experience with amazon and it's still continue .. I call and chat around more than 15 customer care of Amazon.. and they gave me fake assurance that I get my delivery on same day I.e 8 july.. but it did not happen.. it was so frustrating... Not only this ... The delivery boy who was supposed to come on 8 july... Did not give me any call... But instead of that I called him like several times but he did not pick up my call.. and it automatically get delayed on website written that he did not able to contact me.. but this time he did not have me any call.. inspite of that I called him several time but he did not pick up.. and it automatically delayed to next working day... On July 9 i.e todayI have a train to catch at 4pm...And I need that product to take with me for "My Work" because it's really important for me... And today also I talk and chat with customer care.. and requested them to bring my product before my train departure at my home address at 3pm.. but now all customer care are confused and told me that your order will be reach you soon and buffer time will be 11 july and before that my order will be at my address.. .. now what about my train ticket... I need the product for my work... What about that... I repeatedly request them to bring my product as soon as possible before my train departure.. who paid for my loss... On my end I have no fault but I have to suffer because of amazon..I was physically, mentality, emotionally, financially harassed by amazon... Now I had to cancel my ticket.. who paid for it.. I had to compromise my thing because of amazon.. I am a lower middle class family.. single rupee is valuable for me.. I order the product from Amazon because I cannot find any such product in my near by location... I need a Strong action against them...

      I purchased a product from amazon.in on 23rd June 2021 but i returned it and asked for refund of Rs 1329/- into my bank account. the same was initiated by amazon on 25th of June and a refund reference number was given[protected].
      the refund was to reflect in my account within 5 days. however it is 9th of July today and no money has been reflected in my account. when i called amazon they asked me to contact bank and mention my refund reference number however when i contacted bank they deny the knowledge of any refund and couldn't locate the number and asked me to call amazon and resolve the issue from amazon's side. i again called amazon and they suggested filling out dispute charge form.

          I returned a product to Amazon. After my product picked by Amazon employee. I got a Message from HDFC that my amount Rs. 1799.00 has been credited in my account. But when I checked it is not reflecting in my account. I already waited for 24hr still it is not credited.

            Had paid the my school fees too billdesk by bhim app from my id [protected]@upi to [protected]@hdfcbank. The transection was succes full but my school fees is not paid till now. Kindly give my money back to me

              I bought a pair of shoes from Amazon but they delivered a completely different product. They sent me a different model, color, and size. They refused to replace saying that the seller changed after my purchase and a new seller is now selling the same article.

              I wrote the same on the product review but amazon did not take my review and instead mailed me saying my honest review can't be posted on their page.

              I feel cheated by amazon!

                I have paid for my product already through amazon pay. By this the delivery boy from Mudigere (ph.no: [protected]) is playing with us very rudely by saying that he had delivered the product in the nearby shop. He past the shop but he didn't deliver it. He's not picking our phone & when he picked once he is not answering knowingly. I have called him 30+ times. He is unfit for the job, please dismiss him & take an action against him. We are worried about our product.

                      I had ordered a product on 25th June but that time I cancelled my order.Amazon had refunded my money for a cancelled order and the amount is 594 but its been more than 10 days but my money is not credited into my bank account .I paid via debit card. please help canara bank

                            I have purchased one Panasonic CC55-Smart charger with rechargeable AA + AAA batteries for Rs. 1500/- and one Marutivilla Brand stainless steeel 360 degree polished faucet for Rs. 379/- on 3.7.2021 both for Rs. 1879/- I have already made payment for the same through my card No. [protected] (VISA) on the same day. Payment successfully done. Order was suppose to deliver between 5 July to 7 July 2021 but as on today I have not received any message. I am enclosing herewith the screen shots of the same of your ready reference. You are requested kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your end.

                                74332741183118225503814 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

Kent Glass electric Kettle, on Sep 2020 the product is in under warranty all of sudden the product got damaged and it stop workingas per the company policy we can get replacement of the product in case of cracked or damage so regarding the same i contact the kent and they send the technician when when he visits he has asked me the invoice and warranty slip so i had downloaded and provide him all the details when he has checked he has noticed there is two different model for the once product means on the actual product there is different model no and on the invoice copy there is different model no . printed. so the kent technician suggest me to call amazon.in customer care. i called the amazon.in customer care and the person told me to get service denial letter from Kent and i have been
                                    keep contacting to KENT and Amazon from last two months but there is no proper responds from both the company's. kindly find the attached copy of Invoice and warranty slip below in this mail .

                                        Dear Team,

                                        Kindly note that I have recieved a call from the [protected] ( Mr Rahul Sharma) who mentioned that since I have made purchases from Amazon I have won a Maruti Car as a gift and would require me to make a payment.

                                        On asking how he got my number he said that since that I have made purchases with Amazon he got my number.

                                        On further enquiry, he got agitated and cut the call.
                                        I am unhappy if Amazon has been sharing my contact details with a third party.

                                        Expecting clarification for the same.
