On 24th June 2021 I was purchasing CROCOS Sleepers for Rupees for Rs 1398 Order could not be successful as payment failed you transferred it to MOCHISHOES They requested me to complete it by paying the amount I paId it today by debit card they transferred it to METRO BRAND LTD Payment ID is pay_HRDQozPX7057jf Mochi has informed me Payment ID is 382972 Since the order was placed to you so I request you to track it & ensure that no other brand except CROCOS should be delivered or get it canceled Amount debited Rupees 1398 must be credited to my account

    On 17th June I have received a product flip mobile which is "energizer",
    when we open the product was defective like battery not in a good also it was switching on, all over the was delivered with dead condition. after that we have requested for replacement, Delivery person refused to take the old product and replace new one, because the phone not switched on. we have informed the delivery person that the came with defective condition.

    I have disappointed with the replacement procedure, so I have requested to return the product with the help of customer care. For the second time it was not picked up from me.

    Second time they have pick up the product from me on 24th June, but it was picked up from me still the defective product is with me. there was no proper response from delivery person.

    Today 25th June I connected with customer care, more than 10 days I am waiting for the return money. pls support to refund as soon as possible.

        I have a notification on my orders to say Oral B Vitality 100 Criss Cross Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush was delivered on 05-June. This product has never been delivered, I have not received it to date.

        Please can you arrange delivery immediately or refund the cost.

            My name is Zahed Ur Raheem.I have paid an amount of Rupees 19999.00 to Amazon India through my google pay UPI ID ( which is connected to my HDFC Bank) on 15/06/2021. Afterwards on 16/06/2021 i cancelled my order due to some issues. The refund of rupees 19999.00 from Amazon was credited into my account on 17/06/2021. But the amount still hasn't reflected in my account. Amazon sent me this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[

            told to contact customer care. I contacted HDFC Bank customer care toll free number multiple times but failed. So I implore you to kindly look into it as it is urgent for me. Its been more than 7 days now.

                  Sir I ordered a 1 no induction stove Bajaj majestic ICX 1900 on 10th June 2021 and as per order details it's scheduled on 24th June, bt delivery boy came my office on 23rd June and I don't have enough money, so I told to Jim waiting for 5 minutes and I go to ATM and withdraw money and he agreed with this, bt when I reached he was gone.
                  Futher today on 24th June I go to amazon office at morning 9 o'clock they said your product is returned.
                  Further they said they massage me and also talk to me over in phone, all its not true. I was not get any massage and call.
                  Pls see this matter and slove it

                      Your package will be delivered between 7:00AM and 9:00PM by our Amazon Delivery Agent (Phone: [protected] PIN 3840).

                      This a very bad remark and service from amazon that it gives the order of two pelo and one is provided by the agent and when I am checking the service product they removed the thing from there this is need to be serious action and find out the responsible person for that. this is strange that the service of amazon is been decorated although I purchased the product from here a lot.
                      I don't understand how the product details and the product from the account without my permission. and I want a hard step against it.

                      In my account it is not showing and the product is not delevered.

                              HELLO SIR i would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. I had prime membership of Amazon tv and i cancel it long time. i think its 5 months ago. i am getting message ever month rs129 of transaction is being done from my icici account without any information or even OTP. can u pls make refund . idont know what to do????

                                payment. I have informed that I have already made payment on 11.6.21

                                The delivery boy delibrately returned since I have not made payment again.
                                Please verify the payment made on 11.6.21 for Rs.809 through SBIcard.
