I have ordered Diecast car toy worth Rs 649.ordered no[protected]
As per Delivery date unable to receive the product. next day i received the call from the person [protected]. he asked OTP for delivery and i given OTP no then he given the cotton box asked for money. amount as shown in his rs 649 given to him. after opening the cotton very shock to see the product i have received. immediatly i catched the person he said ask he said raise complaint for mismatch u will receive the same ordered product soon.i received fan with light. unbelivable things from amazon. reguraly buying from amazon this is unfare.kindly look into this and resolve the issue soon
just see the ordered bar code sticker it was mentioned as fake.

I placed an order No #[protected] dated June16, 2021 on Amazon India. Order was delivered to me on June17, 2021. I opened the packet of order on
June 19, 2021 due to Covid. In the opened packet I found two items short as below:
1- ROBODO REL_9 Johnson Geared Motor 300 RPM 12 Volt -01 No.
2- Robotbanao Mg 995 Metal Gear High Torque Servo Motor Black -01 No.
The Cutomer care personnel was informed through chat about this shortcoming subsequently but till date neither short items have been received nor any refund as well as no intimation from Amazon India. Their customer care number [protected] is also not working. No complaint email address has been provided by the Amazon on their website so I am helpless and totally unable to contact the Amazon India customer care.

My refund was done 26JUNE 2021 but still now i have not received refund amount in my PNB bank account

I had purchased my noise Airbuds at 20 June .Till now I haven't received my product.Please help me out .This is very bad that you guys are fraud with your customer.

Amazon app showing delivered the product to security guard.But guard is saying that no one product received of my name.Even not a single call I recieved with your Delivery man .

Please return my money or otherwise I'll complaint against you.And why you handover my product to the guard it's this your customer service, you serve this to your customer .This is really unexpected.

I hope team you understand my situation and help me out as soon as possible and I wish I get my resolution from your side in a positive way.

I purchased redmi note 10 mobile phone on 10 june 2021 Order id[protected] on 12 june product deleverd but i received defictive product not on mobile i already connect charge for 4 hours but not on then i contact customer support team for issue from 12 june multiple times approx 10 return pickup create but third party courier delivery not picked my mobile because product not on then i contact station manager of delivery he also denid my pickup and cancel my pickup i already contact multiple times multiple times noc form fill he says that pickup is cancelled by customer is wrong update provide by delivery last time 25 june i contact with manager team he told me wait for 3 business days and on 1 july i contact you on our side i wait but not call recived
I am very disappointed and unhappy with your service
Please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i take legal action soon

I Made An Application On Amazon App For ICICI Credit Card Which Promoted Their Bank. All Offers And Everything Amazon Provides Just Promoted ICICI. Anyway, Moving On. On June 13 2021, I Applied For A Credit Card And The Application Was Glitchy Due To Which My PAN Card Details Were Captured Incorrectly. However, The Agent On The Video Call Mentioned That An Agent Would Come To My Place To Collect Documents, Which The Agent Came And Collected All My Personal Documents And Also Clicked Pictures Of My Documents And My Picture Too. Its Been More That Too Weeks And No Information From Amazon And Nor From ICICI. Moreover, The Application Still Shows Documents Pending And Followed Up With Amazon Regarding This Issue With Complaint Number [protected], Also Tried To Contact ICICI. However Even Though Multiple Follow Ups Made, No Revert, No Mails And Also No Calls Received From Wither Of Them And My Worries Started To Pile Up. I Was Getting Into Depression Worrying My Information Might Be Used For Wrong Purposes And I Could Be A Victim Of Identity Fraud. Moreover, According To The Amazon Agent, He Mentioned That Complaint Number Can't Be Shared As Its Against The Amazon Policy Violation. This Are Getting Tensed And My Tension And Worry Is Escalating Too. Please Take Immediate Action.

I ordered one watch online from Amazon India on 23June'2021, for somebody as a Gift to be delivered to Tamil Nadu.
Today until 01/07/2021 watch has not dispatch. Upon contacting Amazon, saying will deliver. When ??? Dont Know???
This watch to Delivered from Bangalore to Tamil Nadu, hardly five hours journey.
But Amazon has failed to dispatch until 01/07/2021.

I ordered the product of ₹149 on Amazon.in with Amazon Pay UPI which is linked with SBI A/c. In first case of order the transaction failed & money deducted from my bank A/c but Amazon Revised my payment of ₹149.
But in Second Case of order as I was told by Amazon to retry the payment, I initiated payment with Amazon Pay UPI & Again transaction failed & Money Got Deducted from My Bank A/c, But Amazon didn't Revised My Payment which is ₹149.

Pickup done but my money not refunded. And I order fortune mustard oil 5 litr jar. I received this product in damage condition. I call customer care he said he give refund. But money not credited on my account. Just now I got a mail that my account is closed. Still now money not refunded. And amazon said my refund cancel. Please help

I had cancelled an order immediately after ordering it, the refund was initiated by amazon but after the promised credit date no money was credited into my account..I contacted the bank and they said no refund is detected in their servers.Also amazon hasnt given me my refund reference number yet (RRN)

I have ordered and delivered a Hindware Nadia 90 CM 1200 m3/hr filterless Auto clean kitchen Chimney, Order no is[protected] order date is 27.06.2021, delivered on 28.06.2021.

When technician visited to install it he advised me that it is wrong chimney in respect of size, so i need 60 CM one.

I was not aware that it comes in multiple sizes and i need to get measurement of the space before ordering.

When i call customer technical team they say it is not replacable with different sizes and also not returnable.
