An order was placed on 8th April for a book titled " Dalal New Simplified Middle School Chemistry for class 8 (edition 2018) for Rs 500 ( Rs 360 plus Rs 140 shipping charge). Though it says its been delivered yesterday (16.04 21), it has not been received by me. The book is required urgently. May kindly check and confirm. As it was shipped through India Post I am apprehensive. I was tracking all the while but there were delays everywhere...

Since the amazon has refund my money but money has not credited in my account...

I want my refund and i am listening from Amazon is that i will get my refund within three days but daily they say this to me......

This is regarding a mouse that I had ordered. It came without a USB connector while the package contents do mention the same.
