    HI Amazon Team,

    I am deeply concerned about your service as my money amount rs 999 has been debited from my credit card without any consultation or permission of mine. My ICICI bank credit is linked for the Amazon prime account for monthly subscription of 129. Today along with 129 rs Extra 999 were debited from my credit card as ICL*AMAZON STAN. Please consider this issue as serious. Waiting for you reply.

      ORDER #[protected]ORDER #[protected] shows as delivered. A mail time stamped 8pm on 28Jul has also been received from Amazon stating that it has been delivered. But the compound gate was closed, and I received no phone call. I also do not see the package anywhere near the Compound Gate.

      Received the earlier Undelivered Product today (30Jun2021) morning. Apart from registering the Complaint on this Forum, I also found how to complain to Amazon and complained. The 'Help' at the bottom of the Amazon page, provides a button 'Contact Us'. The new page provides us the option to 'Chat' or 'Call me'. I used the options to let them know that what was stated as Delivered is NOT RECEIVED. They promised to provide the Product in 2 days' time or else Refund.

            The refund was successfully initiated by the Amazon for INR 198 but i can't receive the refund in my bank account due to server issue. They provided a RRN[protected]. The refund was initiated on 25/06/2021.

              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16 june 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                I had ordered "Bestway 75056 Inflatable 5 in 1 Queen Size Multifunctional Sofa Cum Bed" on 8 june 2021 but got a remote operated toy car ( deformator remote car ) .
                i told amazon customer care about it immediately but they completely refused to accept it citing that this type of mistake from our side is impossible, while i have complete unboxing video in and pics in which its clearly visible that i got a completely wrong and different product.
                i have called amazon several times since then but they are completely refusing for it .
                this has lost my believe in online shopping and Amazon .
                please help otherwise i have to take help from some legal forums.
                thank you.
                i hope some relief from shameless amazon india .

                      I have ordered a Baltra rice cooker for which delivery was on 19 Jun, but the seller contacted and told that due to non availability of item he will send Prestige rice cooker on 24 Jun to which I agreed on phone. But from 24 Jun till date neither he responded nor delivered item. On subsequent calls to Amazon customer care from 24 Jun evening till date they just simply made promises and told that we will make it get delivered, which never happened. Today I found that they have cancelled order without any notice or valid reason and refunded the amount. Now my complaint is that at first why they accepted the order if item was not available, secondly when the seller promised substitute why he failed to deliver even substitute and thirdly why they kept me waiting with their fake and misleading promises. I just want them get punishment for their misleading and harassment to customers like me.

                                  On 17th June I have received a product flip mobile which is "energizer",
                                  when we open the product was defective like battery not in a good also it was switching on, all over the was delivered with dead condition. after that we have requested for replacement, Delivery person refused to take the old product and replace new one, because the phone not switched on. we have informed the delivery person that the came with defective condition.

                                  I have disappointed with the replacement procedure, so I have requested to return the product with the help of customer care. For the second time it was not picked up from me.

                                  Second time they have pick up the product from me on 24th June, but it was picked up from me still the defective product is with me. there was no proper response from delivery person.

                                  Today 25th June I connected with customer care, more than 10 days I am waiting for the return money. pls support to refund as soon as possible.

                                      I have a notification on my orders to say Oral B Vitality 100 Criss Cross Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush was delivered on 05-June. This product has never been delivered, I have not received it to date.
