I had ordered "Bestway 75056 Inflatable 5 in 1 Queen Size Multifunctional Sofa Cum Bed" on 8 june 2021 but got a remote operated toy car ( deformator remote car ) .
i told amazon customer care about it immediately but they completely refused to accept it citing that this type of mistake from our side is impossible, while i have complete unboxing video in and pics in which its clearly visible that i got a completely wrong and different product.
i have called amazon several times since then but they are completely refusing for it .
this has lost my believe in online shopping and Amazon .
please help otherwise i have to take help from some legal forums.
thank you.
i hope some relief from shameless amazon india .

        I have ordered a Baltra rice cooker for which delivery was on 19 Jun, but the seller contacted and told that due to non availability of item he will send Prestige rice cooker on 24 Jun to which I agreed on phone. But from 24 Jun till date neither he responded nor delivered item. On subsequent calls to Amazon customer care from 24 Jun evening till date they just simply made promises and told that we will make it get delivered, which never happened. Today I found that they have cancelled order without any notice or valid reason and refunded the amount. Now my complaint is that at first why they accepted the order if item was not available, secondly when the seller promised substitute why he failed to deliver even substitute and thirdly why they kept me waiting with their fake and misleading promises. I just want them get punishment for their misleading and harassment to customers like me.

                I want to purchase two mobile phone stands costing Rs 299/ each. I have typed my houses address in vellore for delivery. the items are in the cart.                     On 17th June I have received a product flip mobile which is "energizer",
                    when we open the product was defective like battery not in a good also it was switching on, all over the was delivered with dead condition. after that we have requested for replacement, Delivery person refused to take the old product and replace new one, because the phone not switched on. we have informed the delivery person that the came with defective condition.

                    I have disappointed with the replacement procedure, so I have requested to return the product with the help of customer care. For the second time it was not picked up from me.

                    Second time they have pick up the product from me on 24th June, but it was picked up from me still the defective product is with me. there was no proper response from delivery person.

                    Today 25th June I connected with customer care, more than 10 days I am waiting for the return money. pls support to refund as soon as possible.

                        I have a notification on my orders to say Oral B Vitality 100 Criss Cross Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush was delivered on 05-June. This product has never been delivered, I have not received it to date.

                            My name is Zahed Ur Raheem.I have paid an amount of Rupees 19999.00 to Amazon India through my google pay UPI ID ( which is connected to my HDFC Bank) on 15/06/2021. Afterwards on 16/06/2021 i cancelled my order due to some issues. The refund of rupees 19999.00 from Amazon was credited into my account on 17/06/2021. But the amount still hasn't reflected in my account. Amazon sent me this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[

                                  Sir I ordered a 1 no induction stove Bajaj majestic ICX 1900 on 10th June 2021 and as per order details it's scheduled on 24th June, bt delivery boy came my office on 23rd June and I don't have enough money, so I told to Jim waiting for 5 minutes and I go to ATM and withdraw money and he agreed with this, bt when I reached he was gone.
                                  Futher today on 24th June I go to amazon office at morning 9 o'clock they said your product is returned.
                                  Further they said they massage me and also talk to me over in phone, all its not true. I was not get any massage and call.
                                  Pls see this matter and slove it

                                      This a very bad remark and service from amazon that it gives the order of two pelo and one is provided by the agent and when I am checking the service product they removed the thing from there this is need to be serious action and find out the responsible person for that. this is strange that the service of amazon is been decorated although I purchased the product from here a lot.
                                      I don't understand how the product details and the product from the account without my permission. and I want a hard step against it.

                                      In my account it is not showing and the product is not delevered.
