    I received the Damaged product as soon as i opened the order I have ordered this item with other two orders together but I received each one separately and as the last item i received was completely damaged and glass is broken and i tried to reach customer care they did not respond properly and I asked for even replacement i did not received proper response. So could you please resolve this issue which i did not get resolved from (Amazon India) https://www.amazon.in/

      My name is Ashok Kumar Mishra and I had ordered Redmi Note 10 of RS.14499(ordered twice and cancelled twice ) in Amazon on (20th June 2021) and cancelled on the same day. And on 25th June 2021 the refund was to get credited in my source account of Indian Overseas Bank.
      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
      30005411721171143457891 and 30005411721171094652136 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Overseas Bank doesn't have such policy. So
      please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

        I have received a mail to today stating the following
        "Your Prime membership ends soon - Renew early and pay only Rs.999 899 for another year of Prime. Continue enjoying uninterrupted Prime benefits."

        I have immediately renewed

        You have promised Rs.899/- but charged Rs.999/- I request you to kindly return the extra amount you have deducted from my account at the earliest

          I ordered Oswal one piece commode but a damay product was delivered. I raised pickup request 4-5 times but everytime Amazon delivery partners gave false information and updated status as customer cancelled pickup.
          I am interested in getting the refund for the damaged product.

              Item is very cheap quality and it was under warranty and its inner some parts were defected, when i call company to change it they told that we have to send them the item or we have to take help from local shop. They will provide the defective part. 6 months passed they have not sent any material and now they are asking to send the machine . I have attached the entire chat . Kindly help.

                      On 8-May-2021 I ordered a product from Amazon India.
                      On using my ICICI credit card, I was suppose to receive the cash back. On checking in my Amazon account, it shows no information about cash back. I also called and enquired at ICICI bank, they informed me to check with Amazon only.
                      And Amazon customer care does not has any provision to check/enquire about cutomer queries.

                      Please help to get the cash back. Amazon should not cheat customers about cash back offers during purchase and not providing anything after the purchase is done!

                              I am deeply concerned about your service as my money amount rs 999 has been debited from my credit card without any consultation or permission of mine. My ICICI bank credit is linked for the Amazon prime account for monthly subscription of 129. Today along with 129 rs Extra 999 were debited from my credit card as ICL*AMAZON STAN. Please consider this issue as serious. Waiting for you reply.

                                ORDER #[protected]ORDER #[protected] shows as delivered. A mail time stamped 8pm on 28Jul has also been received from Amazon stating that it has been delivered. But the compound gate was closed, and I received no phone call. I also do not see the package anywhere near the Compound Gate.

                                Received the earlier Undelivered Product today (30Jun2021) morning. Apart from registering the Complaint on this Forum, I also found how to complain to Amazon and complained. The 'Help' at the bottom of the Amazon page, provides a button 'Contact Us'. The new page provides us the option to 'Chat' or 'Call me'. I used the options to let them know that what was stated as Delivered is NOT RECEIVED. They promised to provide the Product in 2 days' time or else Refund.

                                      The refund was successfully initiated by the Amazon for INR 198 but i can't receive the refund in my bank account due to server issue. They provided a RRN[protected]. The refund was initiated on 25/06/2021.

                                        I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16 june 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this.
