I had ordered two combo items on order no[protected] dated 27th march 2021.One of them had cancelled and return by me on 2nd April 2021.Amazon has refunded me and also show on site but bank A/c is not showing this refund.I had complained about this in bank but there is no action taken by bank till now.The RNN number is MTPLFYE20000KMQW9FCX.So kindly
consider my case and do as possible....

I have been charged 199INR without my knowledge or any PIN requested from Amazon. I receive a message late night on 12th April 2021 stating, Dear Customer, transaction of INR 199.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX252 on 12-Apr-21. Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.

I need refund of the same and stop any application running at the back without my knowledge....

but till not I have no any refund in my bank account

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. Last month I cancelled a product from Amazon, they give me a reference number, but the refund is not yet credited to my account...

I ordered a product but it was defective so I placed a replacement order. However at the date of delivery no one came at my house to deliver product nor I got any call from them.
